1lb lobster brioche had a ton of meat! Very fresh lobster. Outside tables were great to sit & eat & the weather was beautiful. Clam chowder was excellent as well. Mass MP for seafood is crazy but it is what it is. Would recommend checking any of their locations out.

I love this place! They have the best lobster brioche and clam chowder in town. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they've added an espresso maker, and the cortado I had this morning was fantastic. What a great way to start the day!

Been eating box lunch for at least 20 years, been going to this one and the Welfleet location for most of that time! Frank and team are awesome. Such a reliable spot for cape cod’s greatest hidden comfort food, the rollwich. A classic for locals and beyond, you gotta come here on your cape trip. 10/10!

Had a great breakfast sandwich here, and the lemonade was fantastic too

Food was mediocre, but the service was so poor. A middle-aged guy, who could’ve been the owner, took our order. Did not ask if we wanted a wrap or panini, so we all got wraps, though none of us wanted that. Basically the fillings were just microwaved half-way and still cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted in a chicken parm. When I ordered a grilled cheese for my kid, he pretended to not understand what that was until I finally said “the Boring”. Like - you don’t know what a grilled cheese is? Finally we asked about how long so we could wait outside and he said “I don’t know” in a rude manner. We had heard him tell someone else 20 min, so we asked if it would be about that and he said “yeah, if you’re lucky”. Like why? Go home if you can’t human. We will never go to any of their locations in the future after that introduction. Edit to add after owner response - we were extremely patient. We asked how long it would take in a very friendly manner so we would know when to come back inside and pick up the food as we didn’t want to crowd the small space for others. This response just confirms that it wasn’t a single bad interaction, but more of an ongoing personality trait.

Just wanted to say how I miss this place (especially the Wellfleet location) and saying "stuff it" (lol) when ordering my favorite John and/or Priscilla Alden! Can you deliver to Arizona?? (Just a pipedream I know...). Keep up the great food!!

This place is great! First time here, and it was an all-around awesome experience. Reasonably priced and good portions! Short wait time coupled with personable conversation. We ordered breakfast and will certainly be back to check out the lunch offerings. It's easy to see why this spot has been around as long as it has - a real Truro gem!

The food was horrible don’t go here. I ordered 2 sandwiches that tasted like my smelly taint. The sandwiches are horrible I don’t know how they are always packed.

Came at 4:30pm and it was closed, although it was supposed to be open till 6pm

The best. Just go. Great food, sandwiches, soup, lobster. Good food and quick to deliver. Call ahead and order if your in a rush.

Really great food, I had the guac wrap and I loved it. The place was nice and had nice employees. This is a must visit place in the area I went again and had the guac, although this time I sucked down a nesquick before I ate it, and I wasn't feeling good. Owner checked up on me tho and I'm doing great 👍

Wow that was good! My wife is a fan of lobster rolls and she said that was one of the best she ever had! Turkey wraps was good as well. They have an homemade Basil/citrus limonade that was icy and refreshing. Hard to spot from the road though. I do recommend, you need to try it!!

Writing this as I'm finishing my lobster roll- delicious cold lobster on buttered brioche. One of the best I've had. Husband got a hobo egg sandwich equally great. Service super friendly, cute store with lots of snacks and drinks. Good coffee. Check this place out!

Great sandwiches and pastry the place is easy to find there is parking there and it's nice and spacious

This place was amazing. I highly recommend it to anybody who wants an inexpensive wrap that doesn’t skimp out on flavor and taste. I got the Wild Turkey wrap and it was one of the best wraps I’ve ever had.

Really good breakfast wraps and really good sandwiches. Fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Nice picnic table area outside to eat. No indoor seating. It was a perfect spring day to eat outside.

This box lunch has amazing daily lunch specials… was missing lobster 🦞 in middle of new england winter. Decided to try their lobster roll and they had three options, quarter a pound - half a pound or 1 pound that’s huge/ I got the half pound. (Thought I’d save the second half for later, but that never happened. I ate the whole thing) it was the best lobster roll I’ve ever had in my long New England Life. Was very fresh and tender and sweet, perfectly proportioned bun with the butter. perfect - After every bite, I said mmmmm… can’t recommend the lunch special enough- and its open year round.. seriously yummmm

My only mission was to get my daily, morning coffee. Box Lunch in Truro not only had me covered there, but is managed by a kind, helpful, engaging proprietor. I finished my coffee card today, leaving town tomorrow. He gave me another one and said “you will be back.” He is right. I highly recommend them.

Really great spot! $9 for a perfectly satisfying sandwich - best value on the island. Great counter service too.

Yum. This place was very good. I got the veggie sandwich with the basil infused lemonade. The bread was not freshly made there but it did look pretty fresh. Great pricing too.

This is the best place for a great lunch! Always quick with call ahead ordering. Every roll up I have ever had from here has been 5 stars! They open early so it’s perfect for a picnic lunch on the beach. I cannot say enough good things about it!!

I had a turkey wrap with ham, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, the mayonnaise and mustard. It was really good. I recommend stopping here for a quick bite to eat plenty of parking. The atmosphere was really nice and quaint places to sit outside to have lunch. Or if you want to go and continue on your way you can. I recommend stopping because they have multiple menus items and a good place to eat. During a long trip

10/10 for quality, value/price, service, consistency, and convenience. I’m a local Cape Codder— this is my absolute favorite lunch place and there is no competition. CALL AHEAD during peak hours and you’ll save yourself a little bit of a wait. The Chix Mex (with hots) and the Round Up are my go-to sandwiches. This place is the best.

EXCELLENT lobster sandwich/rollwich & a super friendly staff!! Highly recommend this branch! Even if vacationing in the Wellfleet I would go the extra couple miles to go to this Truro location, much more cordial staff and cleaner environment!

Very tasty stop for lunch. The basil infused lemonade was so good! They do accept cards, no need to bring cash. The patio was a lovely place to rest in the shade and enjoy lunch.

We stopped here on a Friday for lunch. We both got a lobster roll and it was delicious! The bun was beautifully toasted, there was lettuce and tomato on the sandwich and the lobster was lightly coated in Mayo. The best roll in Cape Cod!

We popped in today to grab some wraps on route to P-town for some whale watching. The staff knew we were trying to catch a boat and got us out the door quickly. They wraps were fresh and loaded - thank you!
