Took my wife here for our 5 year anniversary, and her first time at a Brazillian Steakhouse. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and spot on with everything from refills to asking if we have any special requests. Food was delicious, and the salad bar was plentiful! I highly recommend!

The staff and food are amazing. They are on top of their game. Their timing is on point. I had nothing I could complain about. Do the full service of the salad and hot bar.

This was literally the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. All of the meat was insanely good. The sides were perfect, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. There is absolutely nothing this restaurant could improve upon. They are perfect. Do your stomach a favor and go try it, you won’t regret it. 10/10

Very bad experience. My family is Brazilian, and this restaurant it is not close the Brazilian cuisine. Rice was ultimately dry and tasteless, looks like has been there forever. The beans were sour and looks terrible on the taste. So disappointed, specially for the price. Not to compare with other Brazilian steakhouses. On top of that, restaurant was dirty.

Food quality and choice was subpar to other Brazilian steakhouses we've visited. Atmosphere was not inviting and needed a good cleaning. Would not recommend.

The chef was super nice to us, gave our son a stitch toy. You can tell he takes pride in his meats, truly enjoys a compliment on his grilled meats and does a really good job and on everything he serves. Will come back.

The meats were amazingly good!!! All meats were really good seasoned and flavorful!! And the service was outstanding, all the staff members were super friendly and professional. Honestly a must try restaurant!!!

53.69 for the buffet and it was not authentic at all. Kind of a dirty place too. The only thing that they really had to offer was steak. The rice was not good at all, the beans not either.

My family is Brazilian so we know what good Brazilian cuisine is, this was not it. Not authentic at all and although it was a buffet, the food options were limited. The food they did offer was NOT good. They only had steak, the rice was horrible, and the vegetables were extremely soggy. Not only was the food not good, the atmosphere was horrible. The restaurant was dirty, a restaurant should never be dirty. I am aware that Brazilian steakhouses can be expensive, but the price I paid (53 dollars per person) for a 0/10 experience is unbelievable, I do not recommend this restaurant at all.

We went here as our workmates proposed it and it was amazing.. The picanha steaks are super good. Steaks grilled to perfection... nothing more you can request. If you go there, make sure you are hungry to enjoy the delicious food they have. The service team are so caring, you feel very good taken care of. They came regularly to check that we have everything and are doing ok. Great food, great service team, great experience. Keep it up guys..

Absolutely the best here on the space Coast. He is an artist with his cooking. Even the taco meat (yes they have a taco bar!) was amazing using top sirloin. Thanks for another great meal, we will see you again soon!

Lunch for Friday! All you can eat buffet for $12.00. Big selections! Fresh salad bar. Quality selections! You can not beat the quality and the value for lunch! Waitress was attentive. No refills for ice tea...She place a large pitcher for the table with tea and Xtra lemons!!! GREAT...... YOU CAN NOT ASK FOR BETTER!!!!! WILL BE BACK!!! LUNCH AN DINNER!!

Had dinner on Wednesday and not a great night. Part of the salad bar had no power but they volunteered to warm it up if we wanted. 🤷‍♂️. It was a bit too warm in there, as well, but that’s more of my preference. Only 5 meat choices and service was a bit slow, especially since it wasn’t very busy. Our server was friendly. Overall not worth the $45 per person that time. To be fair, I was there about 3 months ago and it was much better, so maybe just an off nite.

Great meat and excellent service.

The quality of the meats was below par, they were excessively salty and low-quality. Variety is very limited. The salad bar has similar issues. I don’t mind spending that kind of money for lunch, but this place is nowhere close to other Brazilian steakhouses that offer so much more for a similar price.

The truth about this place, Looking for a salad bar all you can eat buffet type restaurant. The people working here are wonderful, very attentive, friendly & welcoming. No Menus.. I could make some suggestions, one being, the hot food is not kept hot enough, it is warm. I like food hot.. No canned or frozen vegetables, no matter what you add to them, they aren’t up to par here. However the mashed potatoes & Mac & cheese were great, these food items were made from scratch and tasted great. The salad bar was sparse not a whole lot of veggies, it was clean and fresh which was pleasing, adding Cottege cheese & even celery would be a big plus!! The ready made salads looked untouched meaning uneaten and well, they just weren’t very tasty. The meat which comes to your table and is carved for you was just okay nothing special. Thinking dessert was included with this meal , we both responded okay! Which we never order dessert. The bill comes and boom, we were not expecting $107.00 $7.00 a piece for the dessert. Ahh no just no. We don’t spend this kind of money at restaurants like this, and this was mediocre at best. I don’t want to hurt anyones feelings or slam a restaurant. But it was not worth $50.00 a person. These prices are to high. I never would have sat down to eat had I known the cost. Our fault for not inquiring. ( no menu ) Kid friendly? Again at $50.00 per meal? I think lower prices and some improvements are needed. Just my take.

Amazing Brazilian restaurant. We're veterans of many Brazilian places and this place has the best service by far. We had different preferences for doneness but they had no problems quickly producing food that was what we wanted. The meats were excellent, folks loved the salad bar, and they handled a toddler wonderfully.

This place is a real gem. We went for Happy Hour on a Friday. The prices were quite reasonable and I would have gladly paid more. The food was exceptional and our server, Karen, was friendly, informative, and a real joy. I will definately be returning.

Of course the Rodizio Brazilian steak experience is fantastic. But don't sleep on their other options! Their taco bar, Friday happy hour, cocktails, and desserts are fantastic. Also, they have the best burger in Brevard!

What a hidden GEM! We are locals and have never visited. Decided to check it out to celebrate birthday. It was a Tuesday so not busy but the food and service was phenomenal. Loved the salad bar and don’t skip the sauces to dip the meat in. At the end of our meal we found out that Eddie, the owner and chef, was the one bringing the food around on skewers! We will be back.

It's one of the best brazilian steak houses I have been to.

Everything was very good. The salad bar gets 5 ⭐️ by its self. The service and food was definitely worth the price. I will say I think they need a larger beer selection. We really enjoyed our dinner experience

The staff were fantastic and the food was beyond excellent, the seasonings on the meats was an experience. We were a group of 11 and everything was smooth and efficient. We all agreed that we will be back.

Amazing service and food just keeps on coming

We come to Merritt Island a few times a year. We ALWAYS come to Brasas. It's our go to favorite. Eddie makes most items from scratch, with an authentic flavor. Prices are reasonable, especially for lunch. Come to Brasas. It never disappoints.

Very cool place, great experience for all. They have a buffet for your sides and then bring the different meats to the table and slice them for you right there. Everything tasted wonderful and everyone was very friendly... but it did cost a bit more than we had expected. Overall we recommend everyone try it at least once.

Being a Brazilian steakhouse I was surprised to find a casual laid back dining area that made you feel so comfortable. The staff were great and the meat was amazing. I love getting to try different meats instead of getting just a steak. They were all cooked to perfection. The price was very fair for all you can eat meat and salad bar.

Visited with a group of friends on Friday night. I've been to a few other Brazilian steakhouses before but not this one. It was a bit odd that they don't have menus (drinks at least?) And they don't list what the price of the buffet is until you get your check (we felt the price was a little high). But the salad bar had some good options as well as a few other sides. I think our group went through three baskets of cheese bread because that was so delicious. And they were pretty attentive checking on us and offering us meat. All the meat I had was delicious and cooked to perfection. However, at the end of our meal, one group member was offered chicken and then only after cutting into it, noticed that inside it was raw. We were pretty chatty that evening and we were the last group to leave right before closing. They didn't rush us out the door but they were doing a great job of closing and cleaning up around us. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit again but enjoyed the experience.

Nice salad bar and wide selection of drinks. Service was good. Meats were served to our table when we were ready for a new selection. All the meats were delicious and cooked expertly. Slightly disapppinted there was no lamb. The cook explained that it was getting hard to acquire because of rising costs. All and all we had a nice time.

First time here and it definitely won't be the last. The chef is the owner and he's so personable and seems like just a really nice guy. The food was fantastic and flavorful and tender and juicy and just kept coming! Steak, chicken, sausage, ham....yum! The salad bar was fresh and full of delicious choices like marinated mushrooms, roasted eggplant, lemon vinegarette squash, heart of palm, pasta salad, egg salad, roasted chicken salad, as well as all the typical salad fixings. The soups were also fabulous (clam chowder and a vegetable beef). There were multiple things to choose from on the hot bar as well but all I tried was the mashed potatoes which were homemade and delicious. I was too full of meat and salad LOL. There are bigger, more fancy Brazilian steakhouses but I preferred what we had tonight. Very nice, clean, cozy atmosphere and I prefer to support small local business more than the big, glitzy, impersonal chains. Definitely 5 stars all the way from me! 💯

The food and staff are great. They even let you go check out their awesome cooking station. Lots of food at a fair price. Not a cheap date for sure. Dropped like half a pay check on a dinner for 4. I will do it again.

I absolutely loved it all the meats were amazing! Not salty (most churrasquerias salt encrust their meats they dont) super tender and delicious. They do make their meats medium to medium rare. I recommend getting the more cooked cuts. The service was amazing supper attentive as we where sitting in a booth all the way in the back corner of the restaurant (love a secluded spot). So they made sure to check up on us a lot. The sides were amazing and the cheese bread, they have a taco bar! Super yummy definitely going back!

This is the type of Brazilian steak house that makes you pay a flat rate. I've been to several others where you get your plate weighed and you pay per pound. There's no way that I'm going to eat $40 worth of food so I don't recommend Brasas Grill. Find one where you pay per pound, much better value!

This is best lunch value on Merritt Island 12.99 buffet/salad bar. Hot fresh food all you can eat. Try buffalo gizards over rice it will change the way you think about a gizzard .

The best thing ever for Thanksgiving is reservations at Brasas!

We had their Thanksgiving dinner and it was amazing. All the meats have such fantastic flavor and the sides were great as well. Definetly recommend this place when visiting the area!

Hands down my new favorite Brazilian restaurant in Titusville! Celebrated our anniversary there 😊 Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Food was out of this world. My favorite was the signature parmesan crusted pork chop but there was literally nothing that was bad. Absolutely love this place and we will be back. Thank you for the great service

If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. The price for what you get is far beyond exceptional. Mouth watering flavor and exceptional cooking. The staff was wonderful and I appreciate the pride the chef had in his work because it was definitely up to par. Thank you so much and I look forward to eating here with my father again!

We went to Brasas for the first time tonight and we could not have been more satisfied. Brazilian Steakhouses are among our favorite places to eat so I can't believe that it took us so long to go there and it did not disappoint. I had the full meat extravaganza while my wife enjoyed the more than ample Salad/appetizer bar. The meat portion was wonderful and it just kept coming. I gorged myself into a meat coma and finally had to cry uncle lol. My wife really enjoyed all that the salad/app bar had to offer and we were both very, very happy with it all. Eddie is the owner and chef and he knows what he's doing behind the grill. Eddie is a very nice person and checked on us several times while our servers Caitlin and Kaley hovered around us bringing everything that we could have asked for. This was a really great experience and we may actually go back tomorrow because it was that good and they were so nice and attentive. I hope that you get a chance to check it out. You will be very happy that you did. My meal was priced $20.00 less than the bigger named Brazilian Steakhouses and the salad bar only was just $17.00 and it was plenty for my bride and it was just a fantastic meal. This place is right up there with the big boys of Brazilian Steakhouses.. service top notch, food constantly coming out fresh.. good price point.. The ham is absolutely the best Ham i have ever had.. Highly reccomend.. I ll be back the next time in the area

Brasas Grill Brailian Steakhouse is 5 star food and service. Eddie (the owner) and Brandy (server) were awesome. The signature parmesan crusted pork tenderloin was not just unique from other Brazilian Steakhouses I've gone to, but melt in your mouth delicious. Every meat serving was delicious. Perhaps I should have started with the salad bar. The stew and the New England style chowder were great. Large assortment of salad bar items enough to please everyone. Highly recommended.

Excellent Brazilian style restaurant with unique salad bar and fantastic fire grilled meat service. The lunch is very reasonable with the salad bar. The wait staff is very friendly and they make you feel at home. He don't miss restaurant on Merritt Island.

Meat was out of this world delicious! Salad bar/ side options were plentiful with multiple choices available. Our server was attentive and friendly. The owner was cooking and delivering all of the meats, and made sure to check on us a few times and make sure we were happy with our time there that evening. Overall great experience!

Great all around experience for the 4 of us! Everyone found something to eat that they liked. The "salad bar" with hot & cold, & soups, had a great selection. You could make a nice meal just from that!

Small place which is out of sight off the road. We had the lunch buffet and added the steak as we were quite full already but wanted to try. The only buffet meat option were tacos and gizzard.

This place was absolutely 💯 fantastic. From start to finish. Everything was very fresh from the salad bar to the ice tea. The meats were incredible and did not disappoint. I'm actually surprised to see a place of this caliber on Merritt Island. Price was very reasonable. Service was top notch. I hope they stick around! New favorite spot for a quality meal. I will certainly be back. Update: 08/09/23......We have been back a few times. Went in today for lunch. Again everything was incredible. The very well stocked salad and side dish bar was stunningly fresh. Service was as great as usual. There is nothing generic about this place. The (what I assume are hand made) sauces, chimichirii, creamy horseradish and jalapeno ranch are so tasty. The compliment the meats very well. Now to the meats. Eddie does an incredible job grilling. He is a Grill Master for sure. So tender, juicy and hot. My wife asked for med well and I asked for med rare. He cooked every slice perfectly every time. Everyone should try this place. No need to drive to Orlando for Brazilian Steakhouse experience. It's right here in our backyard. Enjoy!

Alittle over priced but hardworking staff

Chewy, salty sirloin - that’s pretty much all you get. The salad bar was abysmal. A taco bar at a Brazilian steak house? At $40 per person, this place is a ripoff.

We had a great meal, the meats are cooked with a wood grill, and their salad bar items are very fresh and with a nice variety. We had visit for lunch and dinner, this place both times have had great homemade tasting soups and creamy salads as well as make your own fresh salad. Their cheese bread is in the top of my favorite lists, and the desserts are rich and endulgent.

Absolutely amazing, as always! We come once a year from VA. Eddie and his staff know how to treat us as family. Their food is outstanding. We have been eating them for 10 years and every year is better. Keep it up! 💞

Great local version of the typical South American steakhouse. The meat is all amazing and the salad bar has a tremendous selection.
