I love this place. Yes it's in a grungy part of town, and the interior is as big as a football stadium, but the atmosphere is friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is about as good as you will get anywhere.

I went a few times, the atmosphere was clean and pleasant, the food was also very good, the last time I went there weren't many options at the buffet, and they are horrible at answering the phone

The place is under renovation so you eat in the basement. We ordered the seafood platter for two. The clams had a lot of sand in them and the lobster was badly freezer burned. Honestly the owner needs to remove this item from the menu because the kitchen staff can only handle the rodizio.

The food is so slimy and pretty much gross service is not bad and Atmosphere.

Man, the staff there are unique, the service is perfect, there is a girl who comes to the table to ask if you need anything, it's fantastic, not to mention the food is excellent, it's perfect, congratulations!

Wow! The Brazilian BBQ was excellent and very tasty selections of over 15 different meats 🍖. They kept coming, and kept coming.

The woman at the Hampton Inn front desk suggested I go to the Portuguese festival near the train station in Newark this afternoon. It too up most of Ferry street. The Brasilia grill is less than a block off of Ferry street and much quieter and less congested than the festival was. I had their pork stew that was also full of black beans and I had a half pitcher of sangria. The amount of stew was too much food but very good and filling. Amanda was a pleasure to have help me!

Salty meat, lousy buffet, atmosphere looks like a funeral, would not return

This is a must visit place for fantastic Brazilian BBQ. Whenever I visit the area, I always try to come here. The food is simply perfect. My only concern comes down to hidden fees. Recently, they started charging extra for certain side dishes without disclosing it during the order process, or there's a cash "discount" compared to paying with a credit card. I only learned of these after payment. This is disappointing, especially because the food is truly outstanding.

I was there Saturday I order a skirt steak for $35 less than 8 ounces. I would’ve hope after spending $35 on a steak and $12 and one drink that I would’ve got a bigger meal.

Bruno is the best manager a Resturant can ask for . He’s kind, very pleasant and very professional. He when out of his way to make sure my mothers food was cooked and well made right and even brought it out to hand it over himself and went out of his way to call and make sure the food was ok. We came to this restaurant after my daughter’s graduation. I must say o was blown away with the portion of food and for the price, it was amazing! They even sang a celebration song for my daughter since she was wearing her cap and other fellow graduates in the restaurant. I will recommend this place to my friends and family! Our waiter, Yadaben, was very nice and he was patient with my family since it was 10 of us. After a 3 hour ceremony and with kids, we can get a bit HANGRY!

The food is good, we came Monday. The afternoon and it is good, it is not excellent for me, the paella marinara lacks a little flavor, the meat is delicious, but overall it is good. The gaipirinha is good, a little too lemony but it is delicious, the service is good. But there is always a but the place smells ugly 😫 and when they served us dessert they gave me plastic spoons 🤬

The best Brazilian barbecue I've ever had in the United States!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The service was horrid, the meat was so rough struggled cutting it. A couple plates came out first then about 40 minutes later the others did, worst experience ever.

Barbecue used to be better, there was rack of lamb and even shrimp, nowadays they don't have any of that anymore! But in terms of hygiene it remains the best in the city!

Everything was great, good food and good ambiance. The only thing is that our waitress was very rude to us, (she spoke Spanish) ignoring us all the time and when we ask for the check she just threw it at our table with very bad manner.

A group of 10 of us on a late Saturday afternoon met at Brasilia. Their caipirinhas are fresh and delicious. Most of us got the rodizio, all you can eat in 2 hours meat feast. Delicious.

Delicious food and excellent service

The food is excellent, very delicious, the service with those beautiful girls perfect and a very good atmosphere. They should have some live pagodi music show. It would be excellent if they became a franchise and started having restaurants in other parts so they didn't have to go to Newark, but in the end, the trip there is well worth it. I recommend it.

Food was amazing. The $60 for 2 plate is way better than all you can eat, you get enough meat to feed 4 people + access to buffet and you get to bring leftovers home. Also pretty girls at the bar and they actually speak Portuguese. $120 + tip for 2 people with food (meat) this good? Sounds like heaven on earth but it’s just Brasilia Grill

Great buffet and salad bar! For value I would recommend the mixed meat platter. Huge portion and we were able to get a bunch to go.

hello goodnight. We went to have a small celebration and once again after 7 years without entering this restaurant the disappointment is the same. lots of reheated meat, lack of meat cut options and absurd prices that are disproportionate to the service. how we missed quality food and specialized service at the price charged. We believe we will never return.

We went on Tuesday night and had their rodizio option. The beef wrapped in bacon, sausages and chicken wings were all at least 2 days old. The beef in bacon was in fact stale. Everything else on the ridizio was fresh but the chicken hearts were the best. Massive plus is the ability to park in their car park. Gratuity was automatically added, so you had no say in what you tip. Finally, you pay extra by paying with your credit card, as opposed to cash. Our food bill was under $100. With mandatory gratuity and credit card charges, this came to over $125 in total.

One of the best restaurants I've been to. Incredible food, there is always a waiter nearby to see how you are and a unique atmosphere. My family and I love this place, it is always a good option if you are looking for a nice place with good food. It perfectly captures the Brazilian essence.

I ordered takeout during Thanksgiving weekend and the food was pretty good for the most part. The portions were super generous and I got several meals out of it, which justified the price. The farofa and couve were so plentiful and delicious! Unfortunately, I had a few minor complaints. The feijoada had so many large bones in it, and not as much black beans as I had hoped. There were also very large pieces of types of meat that I don't enjoy, but I know for the next time to order something different. My side of french fries was cold once I got back to my place, so those were a waste of money. Also, the service was not good when I went to pick up, and the person who gave me my order was not warm or friendly. I suppose the good customer service is reserved for people who are fluent in Portuguese who dine in.

Best sit in eat steak place in newark. Service is always top notch and the meat quality is very high tier. I have barely tried the appetizer bar because the meat is that good. Drinks are good as well, get the sangria.

Went to lunch with a party of 4. We were seated right away. Our drink orders were taken and arrived as we browsed the menu. There are plenty of choices. Our very attentive waiter, John, was very responsive to our questions and even made a few meal recommendations. All of the portions were huge. The fried calamari with dipping sauce was delicious. The steak was good. The salad bar was full. The only thing I didn't like was that the one soup that they were serving had meat in it. No vegetarian option.

Rodizio went up to $45 per person. I'm not liking this price point. Even for 2 people this adds an extra $20 to the bill. They automatically put gratuity so pay attention when paying the bill or you will end up double tipping.

The worst service at the salon part. Nobody is attentive to the tables. Worst place to come on a weekend, the servers do not know what they are doing. The meat is another subject, let’s just make it short it was not good.

A meu ver, necessita mais atenção na formação que recebem os empregados. O pão, a manteiga devem ser oferecidos logo ao princípio para se apreciar o vinho. Comida estava bem confecionada foi o que " salvou" a experiência desta noite.

Terrible. Lunes en la noche, poca gente y toda la carne seca, excepto la picaña. Por ser lunes tampoco había pan de queso, eso es “solo fines de semana.”, aunque el precio del buffer sea el mismo….Deberían publicar en el menú lo que preparan según el día de la semana.

Love their skirt steak. Have visited several times in the past. Parking lot located across the street. This is a very busy area in the middle of downtown Ironbound area. Place is good for family outings & has a sports bar side for game nights but that area is alot smaller. My server was very nice. I order a to go Meal (skirt steak, veggies & rice and red beans) $23. I'll definitely come back. I also like their red wine 🍷 😍

Came here for my wife's birthday. She has always wanted to come to a brazilian style restaurant where they bring out the meats. It was great so many diffrent meats. From chicken to sausage to steaks and lamb and they really don't stop coming. The side buffet table was great too. Rice and beans and sweet plantains and salads. All for $45 per person. We also got drinks to start they were delicious and made strong. I would definitely recommend to come with a big appetite and be patient to wait for the meats you really want to try.

So to start, server was weirdly hovering and just stood about ten feet away staring at us while we were deciding what we wanted. Was shocked when everybody didn't get the rodizio but almost in an offended way lol. Atmosphere was not great, large building and very empty and awkward feeling. Heard many good things about this place so I was very excited to go. But the most important thing always comes down to the food. The food was good and the rodizio is what you would expect. Everything else just turns me off to this place and I will probably not go back with all the other excellent rodizio options in the area

The nearby parking is a plus. The meal portions are substantial, but the dining atmosphere is spartan.

We enjoy the food and service is always great. We used to go at least once or twice a week. . But what I don’t care for is adding an 18 percent tip and and an up charge if you pay by credit card, touted as a savings if you pay by cash. Seems to be the new popular trend in Newark restaurants.
