Everyone there is wonderful, helpful and attentive .The grounds itself an absolutely beautiful . It’s a Great place to just chill rather it’s with a crowd or just one on one. There is something wonderful for everyone. .dogs are allowed too !!! If you haven’t been it’s a must.

I've been to a lot of breweries in my life and I can hands down say this is the best one I've been to. We had a party of four with my wife and parents and we can't speak highly enough about the service, food, and definitely the beer. The Belgian style wheat and Belgian style blonde were two of the best beers I've ever had. I've even had Belgian beer in Belgium and this place takes the cake.

Truly a piece of Belgium in the Finger Lakes. A marvelous setting with great Belgian beer, food to match and charming servers. Not to be missed. And for you wine lovers, they have an excellent selection of local wines.

We visited Brewery Ardennes for the second time this past Sunday for brunch. We had heard that their brunches are very popular, so went online and made an advance reservation. We were glad we did because during our time there every table was filled. We ate outside at a picnic table with an umbrella. It was very pleasant there with a nice breeze and views across the grounds. Our server was Dave. He was very attentive and helpful. We were a party of 4. Two of us had beers (quadruple and seasonal pumpkin ale) and one had a soft drink (limonata). The other just had water. We had an order of frites with BBQ sauce, two orders of the bratwurst with potato salad and the salmon toast. All of the food was very good, ample portions, fresh, great flavors. The only disappointment was that they had run out of mussels, which we were all looking forward to. But Dave let us know they do specials with mussels on Thursdays and if we came earlier in the weekend we'd have a better chance of finding them still on the menu. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Our friends who had never been there really liked it and we all agreed we will be back soon.

I would highly recommend Ardennes Tap Room and Brewery. It is in a charming location. The food choices were unique. The servers were patient and enthusiastic as they managed 13 of us. We all plan to tell others about this place.

My husband loves Belgian Style Beers and there are not many local breweries that offer them. I heard about Brewery Ardennes and saw that they offer a Brunch as well. I made a reservation for my husband’s birthday and made the hour drive from Baldwinsville. We can’t say enough about our wonderful visit. The property is simply beautiful with nice outdoor seating options. Of course Mother Nature blessed us with a Sunny day too. We were cheerfully greeted at the door by the father of the owners. He offered a nice history of the property and then brought us to the hostess.We were seated right away and greeted by our attentive knowledgeable and friendly server. The menu has a great pairing of flights and we each were able to order ones that suit our preferences. All delicious! We started with an order of Belgian Frites with the garlic aioli - omg amazing! My son ordered the Belgian Waffle and said it was the best he ever had. My husband ordered the sausage hash and oh my! We are all stealing bites of it! I myself ordered the breakfast sandwich on a nice fresh croissant- also amazing! They have a little gift shop too so we picked up a few items to bring home. I have to give shout out as well to the artwork in the restroom of different Belgian Beers that I understand was had been hand painted by the owners mother They were beautiful.. All in all it was a fantastic time and can’t wait for our next visit. Thank you to all the staff and cooks that made for a memorable Belgian Beer Birthday Brunch! See you soon!

Food was ok: my skirt steak dish was *ridiculously* oversalted. I like salt and this was disgusting. I brought this up to the server and the issue was not resolved or removed from the check. The other dish was good. Service was...lackluster. I had to ask for water and it was never filled...very infrequent table visits. The bill wasn't even brought to my table; i had to go to the bar to closeout. All in all I'll likely never go back due to unresolved food issue and meh service, but it is a beautiful place and great atmosphere. Edit: Thanks for the response. I do want to be clear: I informed the staff that the dish; potatoes, spinach, etc, was overly salty. The steak was overcooked but still ok. Mistakes happen, I get it. Your staff did offer to bring another steak. I kindly said no and that I would "struggle" through it. I was too nice, perhaps. Plenty of other ways your staff could have handled that. Is this a brewery with some snacks and self-service everything else or a brewery with a farm-to-table dining experience? The marketing doesn't match the actual service style. I choose this place for the latter but that night it was only just a brewery

What a gem in Geneva NY! We were there for tapas and the jazz. The music was great, food was excellent as was the service. They also have local NY wines if you are not a beer drinker. We will be back!

Brewery Ardennes is a wonderful local treasure, brewing an impressive variety of Belgian style beers and menu of great food to pair with them, served in a peaceful, lovely outdoor setting. Even though we live an hour away, we try to stop there often. Thanks for everything you do. -Mike

First visit....we were here for a dog rescue fundraising event. This is a lovely spot and even with many people (and dogs) you didn't feel at all crowded. The service for our lunch was spot on and the food outstanding. Our party of 6 enjoyed the mussels, pretzel braid, mushroom toast, mozzarella and peach salad as well as the lamb gyro. Delicious. The beer and wine selections (and there are many) were refreshing and tasty on this warm day. This place is a true gem. We shall return.

What a fantastic little treasure, this brewery and tap room is. The ambience is fantastic, indoor and outdoors. They had a jazz band playing tonight that was pretty good. The craft made beers are all Belgium varieties, hence Ardennes. They were all delicious! My wife and I both ordered separate flights and there was not a bad beer I would not have ordered again in either flight. Which is pretty rare for me at local breweries as some batches are a hit and others are a miss. These were all delicious! The food was also delicious. Highly recommend the pretzel, the charcuterie and the steamed mussels in beer. Good portions for two people. The staff was friendly and attentive. The brewery was clean and the bathrooms were nice as well! The outdoor area had lots of Adirondack chairs and a nice shaded lawn area. This place is a little gem. Definitely worth going to and returning too!! Only wish this place was closer to home!!

Ardennes is an enjoyable experience every time I visit. I went to the Wednesday burger and brew night and wow the burger was so so good, and we of course got their famous fries. The food and beer were great, but the staff are also so welcoming and friendly. Me and my family love coming here.

A lovely place to visit, Brewery Ardennes is welcoming from the moment you are greeted at the front entry through your entire meal. The food is stellar, we enjoyed a brunch of mussels, pomme frites with delicious dipping sauces, deviled eggs and a bacon/egg/cheese croissant. The offer a wide range of excellent brews, we enjoyed a few of the lagers.

Reclining back in Adirondack chairs in the shade of great trees. Belgium stout with their brewmaster sausage was a great combination. Little off the beaten path, but so worth it.

Beautiful setting for a brewery in an old barn that has been meticulously remodeled. Nice outdoor seating area and dog friendly both inside and out. The owner and their parents were there to greet us and the brew master was nice enough to go find me a few more Scotch Ales I could take home. Food is unique and is stuff you normally wouldn't find in the area. They also have some great local wines to choose from as well. Will definitely be back!

The physical space is gorgeous and the food and service back it up. We were greeted graciously when we arrived and escorted to a beautiful table in the back yard. The service (and we loved that all servers helped each other out) was exceptional. The beer was so good and refreshing on a hot summer afternoon. The food was delicious too. It was a lovely experience all around and we would highly recommend. We hope to get back.

We've had several family gatherings at Brewery Ardennes. We recently celebrated our brother's 60th birthday there. The staff was amazing and kept our large group well fed and hydrated! The beer, ciders, and wines were fantastic, something for everyone. We ordered a selection of appetizers to munch on while we decided on main course selections. Everything was delicious! What a beautiful spot to celebrate with family!

This place is lovely. So much history. Apparently an old sheep farm from the 1920’s. We visited on a Thursday evening. Enjoyed the Adirondack chairs in the lawn and listened to some really fabulous jazz. Yes please! It just felt right. I’m not a huge fan of beer & def not dark beer, but I gave the ‘two reds’ from the tasting menu a try- two sours. One cranberry, one passion fruit hibiscus. Both were tangy and bright. My fav was the hibiscus. My husband said the Belgian was spot on. The food menu looked good and lots of people ordered, but we had just eaten so will have to save the food for another day. CHEERS!!

I've wanted to try this location this year but things never fell into place until this weekend. Firstly, let me do a shout out for the large vehicle-capable parking. We were traveling in my 30ft class C camper and easily parked. We had the gazpacho,beef tatami, and a pretzel. The paired beers were the Summer Farm Ale and one of the dubbels. Both were fantastic. The food was spectacular. This is definitely a perfect place for a great lunch experience with good beer and unique food.

Best Brewery in the Finger Lakes

Sunday Brunch at Brewery Ardennes was delightful. Lovely setting out on the lawn sitting in Adirondack chairs under the shade of large old trees. The food was great and they even had a wine spritzer for the one in our party who isn’t a beer drinker. Be advised you need to make a reservation.

Got to the brewery to late for anything but a pint. Still worth the stop. Did not get to go back they were closed for the duration of our visit.

Our larger (7 people) party was seated promptly as we had a reservation. The beer is always the star of the show when visiting. Belgian styles are some of the most approachable out there. We had multiple staff members attend to us including the founder. We wanted for nothing. Food was on point as it always is. Such a unique venue makes it worthwhile to seek out. Expansive outdoor seating. A gem among FLX breweries.

What a cool brewery. From the history to the service was top notch. Staff was very friendly and even though busy took a few minutes to chit chat. Highly recommend.

Good beer, good food. Spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the beer garden listing to live music.

First time going in the brewery the lady behind the bar seemed very snobby… come to find out the owner. Went in again with brother and sister-in-law law and we were okay because we ordered food also. My brother in law and sister in law went in thursday June 21st. They were not serving food until 3. The lady was once again a snob (even though I would like to add another word to that) when asking does twisted rail serve lunch? She replied they don’t serve lunch and they aren’t open! Well needless to say they do … they were open and their beers and food were great! From experiencing all the kindness from the people we have encountered who Don’t try to cut each others throats , actually Will push a job to Someone else if they can’t do It. This is beyond how we have been treated by everyone we encountered here in the finger lakes. We will never step foot again in there.

Total up-and-down experiences depending on the day. Went on a Saturday for my father‘s 80th birthday and had the best time. Fabulous service, beer, food, and atmosphere. Such a great time. Based on my recommendation, a friend of mine and I decided to go on a Wednesday and we were disappointed with our experience. When we first came in, we were pretty much ignored at the bar for a good several minutes. Then when we finally got service, we were super hungry, yet were informed that even though they open at 11, there’s no food at all available until 3 PM. (We were there about 1 o’clock). Not even any sort of bagged snacks or anything. How is this even possible? I’m aware that if you click on the menu, it talks about what’s available that day from 3 to 8 but I don’t see anywhere else on the website where it says there’s no food of any kind available before that time. If we had seen that or read more closely we would’ve never gone there. When we tried to ask about it we pretty much just got a shrug and whoever was working at the bar just walked away as if to say “oh well that’s just how it is”. It was disappointing and I felt pretty bad that this was my friend’s experience on her first time there. She said that she definitely wouldn’t go back on a weekday. The sad part is for the amount of people that we saw stopping in and then leaving, they could’ve actually been doing really well if they offered even any food options at all between 11 and 3. Even snack items that don’t require cooking like some form of chips and salsa or a hummus plate could go along way in getting people to stay a little bit longer and enjoy more of their great beverage selection. Again, I just don’t get that and would not likely go back there again on a weekday with no option for a single snack available. On the plus side, the beers were good and the location is very nice inside, but the service we got today was minimal at best. It’s quite a shame because the place itself is beautiful and we would certainly visit again but only on a weekend.

When we arrived it was busy so it took a few minutes for drinks. The Speciale Belge and Raspberry Sour were excellent. The Mac and Cheese with pork belly and Brewmaster Sausage were delicious.

Absolutely incredible - a “must go”!! The food is amazing, the drinks are wonderful, and the service is so, so great. You can tell that they really care about the entire experience here. Perfect for large parties and intimate dates. You will not regret your time here!

Beautiful building and grounds! The outdoor area was lovely and the building itself very historic and charming looking. For food, we had mussels and frites, which were delicious, the pretzel (amazing and doughy/warm), and the deviled eggs which were really nice. The beers were all fantastic, a really strong lineup of delicious Belgian style options. Would absolutely go back!

Extremely awkward and uncomfortable service. The server had zero desire to interact with us. Our food order wasn’t correct, and we never received water that we requested (it’s sort of normal to offer water to your guests… especially when you serve high-proof beer, and your guests ordered food). The server never checked on us to see if we even liked anything. The server acted as if we were inconveniencing her by asking for a wine list. She gestured half-heartedly at their strange, clunky cube that had a QR code to scan for the list (lots of customers are still not comfortable with this format- especially if you’re trying to cultivate this “old-world” bougy atmosphere that you’re clearly going for. You have a plasma screen for beer, a paper list for food, and a QR code for everything else?) The giant plasma screen with the beer listing is bizarre in the fussy dining area. We are a quiet party who don’t really ask for anything special. We weren’t large, loud, or outside of their normal dining hours. We were just looking for a nice place to spend a special afternoon. Would have liked some water. Food was okay. Beer was forgettable (and I am familiar with this style of beer). Zero reason to return. Husband says- Pretzel was bad ($15 for a small amount of raw dough). Eggs undercooked. Food has potential but needs better execution. Mussel broth was good.

This is our third visit to Brewery Ardennes and had another wonderful brunch with friends. The food and beer were wonderful and the service and ambiance stellar.

What a cool place! As a fan of Belgian beers, we had to visit while we were in the area. Excellent brews (the Quad may be the best I've had) and the food was phenomenal. 10/10 would recommend. I'd live there if I could.

Beautiful building, grounds and the interior feels like an old European pub. Great selection of Belgium style brews as well as other styles. Love the food, (try the mussels) and when the weather is good, head outside and bring your dog.

If you like Belgian style beers, this is your place. Food is also way above pub, much closer to a high end restaurant than most breweries. 5 star for sure

Beer: The Belgian stout and lager were good examples of the Belgian style without having overpowering as spices. I really like their raspberry and cranberry sours. They are perfect for a hot summer day. Atmosphere: They have a beautiful building and the interior makes you feel like you are somewhere else. The beer garden! I want to sit in the shade on a summer day there. Food: The appetizers were high quality and priced that way. The pretzel bread was solid. The meat and cheese flight was served in a unique way with an excellent portion of pickled vegetables.

I’m 44; this was my absolute worst experience at a bar, in my life. After 30 minutes of sitting at the bar without a drink, we left. The woman behind the bar was incredibly condescending. Horrible customer service, as well as business model. I did not post this review, I have never been to your bar, if I had I would have read the room and seen that you were busy and had patience. That’s the problem with today people are so entitled! I’m sure you’re doing a great job. Have. A nice day. Ps I’ll take the free drink LOL

Great Belgian beer, which is not always easy to find. Good service and nice atmosphere. Food is OK but overpriced.

This was mostly a beer stop, but we had the twisted pretzels with Gruyerre dip, which was great. It was fairly crowded and conversation was possible. Bright, chipper, informed wait staff.

Definitely recommend-A really great place to eat and drink. Our only issues were the frites could have been crispier and is it was difficult to hear each other without shouting :(

My sister didn’t the beer she selected, they immediately gave her three samples and she chose one of them instead . Very friendly and accommodating. The fries and the olives were amazing too. Wow, wow, and wow! Absolutely loved our experience at Ardennes! There is a wonderful outdoor space for summertime and the indoor space is very cool… looks like something you would find in Europe. Fantastic and wide variety of beers, wines, and sours in a relaxing atmosphere. We actually went twice in one week. The second time we enjoyed the delicious steak dinner which was sliced for two. Highly recommended making this stop when in the region!

We checked out this brewery on our trip to the fingerlakes and we absolutely loved it. The beers are delicious and ambiance is lovely. We also took a tour of the brewery with Derek, co-owner and brewer and it was wonderful. Staff is great and went above to make our experience a positive one. Our only regret is that we wished we brought our dog and purchased more beer to take home on the way out.

Wow! This is a must stop on your finger lakes exploration! Amazing Belgian style beers. Nice IPA for those not inclined to Belgian. The food was delicious. Service top notch. Dog friendly outside. Service dogs ok inside. Great place!

Wonderful atmosphere. Plenty of seating inside but who wouldn't want to sit in Adirondack chairs out under the trees? There is a beer for everyone. Had mussels. Delicious with toasted bread for dipping in the broth. Shared a fondue and charcuterie with the table. Would highly recommend.

Great historical building and very cool menu. The beer was a very nice surprise and while not close to my home, looking forward to making a special trip back for more.

Totally lovely spot for food and drinks. Great outdoor seating (dog and kid friendly) and the interior is historic and comfortable. I must add that I think the customers would be better served if there were a counter service option as well as a waiter section. Maybe the picnic tables should have waiters but leave the Adirondack chairs for counter service?

Great atmosphere, amazing food and decent beer. We only tried two beers , we were not wow'd , but not all pallets are the same. The food wow'd us. Still more beer to try. Would come back again.

Such a good vibe! My wife and I were greeted by the father/father in law of the owners. He offered to take a picture of us, cracked a couple jokes, and gave us a brief history lesson on the property and his family. We sat outside in the adirondack chairs. The food was spot on - mushroom feta toast, breakfast sandwich, and marinated olives. Great people offering great food and beer in a beautiful, refreshing setting that makes you feel far far away. Hope to be back!

Can't say enough good about this stop. Very old time European feel. The beer there was some of the best I have had in awhile, had a couple of flights and nothing wasn't good. Stocked up with a build your own 6pk and some bottles. Only downside is the kitchen doesn't open until 3 on Friday!

We were minding our own business when we met Jean from Brewery Ardennes Taproom & Kitchen at the Geneva farmers market…🍺 She told us the brewery does food and wasn’t far. When we found out the mascots are two Frenchies named Barley and Hops, we were in. The food was great. The beer was excellent. The Belgian Blonde was one of my favorites. I tried the Belgian Stout and it was lovely. He had the Tangerine Wheat. It really did pair well with the pulled pork. It’s a perfect summer beer - light and fruity without being overpowering. The pups were adorable. 🐾 Very laid back place with super warm and friendly people. You should go. 🍻

I set up a post engagement proposal get together for my brother and his now fiancé at Brewery Ardennes and it could not have been better! We had a reservation for 11 on a beautiful Saturday afternoon, and our experience from start to finish was wonderful. The brewery and the grounds are beautiful, the food was incredible, the beer was delicious and the service was amazing. Thank you Brewery Ardennes for the hospitality!
