I wouldnt even give this place one star… I decided to go with a couple of friends to grab dinner and shoot some pool, the environment overall was not great, the employee’s must have gotten into with management or something. I remember asking the manager once I was asked how the food was, if they could re heat or re make it, I believe his name or who I spoke with was rocky??? he was very stand offish, not approachable and was not happy with the experience because my food came back cold! Anyways. Highly do not recommend this place. Ill go elsewhere.

LATE as always! Ordered my food at 7:30PM, they said it'll take 10-20 minutes. I show at the 20 minute mark and the food still isn't ready. They said two more minutes and I was walking out 15 minutes later. The two ladies working were polite but the dude in the red jacket was rude. How you bring out food 15 minutes late and don't even say "you're welcome" when told "thank you" TWICE?!? He should definitely be in the back because his customer service sucks. Definitely disappointed this visit. Normally when they're running behind, they're still polite and constantly check in. They definitely dropped the ball today. Only gave service a one star because of the polite ladies!

Well the bloody mary was not what they pictured on the website. Drove 40 minutes for disappointment.

The first time I visited this place, it was great, there was a pool tournament, it was full, very familiar and very safe, the drink is not expensive and the bartenders are beautiful and well-educated. I moved for a few days to Plant City FL and this place will be my favorite to hang out... thank you for your attention and service

We come here often. When Kayla is in the kitchen, everything comes out exactly how we ordered and tastes perfect!! Dawn is also a very fast & impressive person. Not only does Dawn work the bar efficiently, but she runs the floor great!

If you go for tacos, beware of their scam. They ask if you want lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa etc, but fail to mention it'll be an upcharge, a very large upcharge when they tally up all the 50¢ per item and we buy 18 tacos. A cheap taco night turned expensive real quick. We also did not ask for cheese but got it anyways and got hit for 50¢ per taco.

I come here quite often and usually have a good time. The bartenders are great but the higher ups don't know that and don't treat their staff very well. Sara should really appreciate the staff a little more. Remember the base of the pyramid is the stability. This place will continue to lose good people.

It was so nice to play pool with my daughter in peace.Nobody was throwing chairs beer bottles or F bombs.The food was great along with the service.You won’t find better tables.This comes from a former world beater who’s old enough that nobody recognizes anymore who’s been in 100’s of pool halls around the country.

Great place to hang out. The jukebox needs adult supervision at times. Some of the music that comes out of those speakers is just rancid. I thought 2 live crew was bad, yea, not really. Their wings are great, as is the Philly cheese steak 2,13,24 This is for the south side brewlands, their wings have gotten alot better since coming here and the crowds good.

Great pool hall with nice clean tables. Before 7pm tables are 7 bucks. Had egg rolls, you would probably like them but too cheesy for me. Drinks strong and cheap. Great place to meet new people

This pool hall/ bar is a nice place to hang out, have a few drinks, and shoot pool or play darts. They occasionally have events like Halloween parties. Sometimes they have costumes contest also, but usually it seems the employees come off the clock and they are the ones that win. It would be cool to see this place to more events to pull more people in for a fun time in a safe environment. Could do an adult prom night or a Christmas party with a gift exchange where people spend 10$ on a random gift , if you bring one, you get one. (Just for fun) This place used to do more fun things, but lately it has changed. The staff is always nice and on point. The facility is always clean and well kept, and the food is always fresh and delicious, too. But every business always has room for improvement.

This place is Nasty just plain nasty with service !! It’s nothing special going on at Brewlands. This place is extremely pricey, and they have the worst unwelcoming attitudes and they really expect you to tip them. They do not care about you. The staff is beyond rude and the owners uphold them just bc they need them to run the establishment. Most of them been there awhile and that’s why they are so comfortable with being rude. I truly hate that I came to patronize this business. They do not care about the people, they only care about the dollar amount that you spend.I could write a book on the owner Michael and the Robo cop security (the black guy) about the way I was treated. I was falsely accused of not paying a tab when in reality I was providing care to a intoxicated young woman !! When I was approached by their Robo cop security. I was approached with a nasty I have authority attitude about an open tab,I explained to him that all of my tabs was paid by others. That was not the answer apparently he was looking for he then begin to threaten me to be thrown out all bc he was loud and wrong about me owing money. I then asked to speak with the owner whom I learned was present from others that I was surrounded by. Boy was this a big mistake. The owner approached me and we began to talk. The entire time I was speaking with the owner I was treated like a number !! I will NEVER return to this place EVER again. I purchased many drinks, my date bought many drinks for US , and the people I was around bought US many drinks. The vibe was great. When I spoke to the owner Michael about the service I received he was so worried about having a worker that was cocky with no customer service skills to cover the shifts instead of how I felt embarrassed, belittled, and disrespected!! My concerns was irrelevant to him. I was offered a free drink, however I did not want a drink I wanted my issue to be addressed and not sugar coated. I even paid for a drink that I didn’t take one sip of. After speaking with the manager and him giving me his nonchalant attitude towards my concern that’s when I Decided to give my drink that I purchased back because of the way I was treated. The owner was so impaired (drunk or high) that he couldn’t comprehend what I was trying to explain to him. (He was definitely impaired, but I’m not judging!!! I stopped in randomly waiting on an appointment. It was better than I expected. There were loads of tables to choose from and they were all open (I went at 11 when they opened). I could not believe the prices! Not gonna spoil it, but it's more than worth the visit. I ordered some food as well and it was delicious. Burger and jalapeño nuggets as well as some wings. The table played really well and you can tell that they are well maintained. I definitely want to come back again and will make sure that I do. We took the team to Brewlands at the end of their work week, and we are so glad we did! There were plenty of tables, the place was clean, and there was a lot of variety on the menu.
