I love brig O doons! Whenever I am in the area, I stop by and it’s always good! I always get an espresso drink. Brig O doons and Backyard beans in Ambler/Lansdale are the only coffee shops I like!

Delicious pineapple coconut pound cake. And good quiche but it wasn't done completely the crust only thing. They kinda forgot about us there but alas we should have been paying attention for our food and drinks. Good grilled cheese toasted sandwiches. Good coffee.

Warm, inviting, and full of flavor. Brig O'Doon is a special place tucked away and inconspicuously located, and from the moment you walk in, you experience something so special. Community members gather to chat at the family-style kitchen table, little kids are enjoying the laid back atmosphere as their parents and grandparents sip coffee or tea. The Chai Tea latte and the breakfast sandwich is by far the best combination of spice and warmth, along with sweet and savory, it is truly incredible. My family drives 25 minutes for the coffee, lattes, food and the atmosphere. The service is wonderful and the staff seem genuinely happy to be here, despite the lines and early mornings.

I’ve been driven by this place for many many fears without stopping !I stopped and was very satisfied by my experience , to find such a remote Oasis , everything was very good coffee and egg sandwiches I special shout out to owner Patrick who made us feel very welcome , A truly old style hands on owner ! It honestly the best way to spend a weekend morning, even better if you can get a window seat. Hands down if you’re on the fence about checking this place out just go! A hidden gem in bucks county.

Without sounding like a fanboy, Brig O'Doon is without question a must stop destination. The service is amazing, the food is always excellent, and you can't find a better cup of coffee. If you're anywhere close to Ottsville, you need to stop in.

Went in here Sunday morning saw about 5 employees "working" ... Line out the door we were next in line for a good 12 minutes and watched as girls in the back giggling about TikTok or something cuz there was a long line nobody just took action and took orders and started making drinks. One guy was making drinks and looking around like why isn't anybody helping me. Guy the register moving at a snails pace helping the guy in front of us for 12 minutes trying to buy 1 lb of coffee. I'm sure the coffee is great but I'm not coming back here If that's how the service is on a Sunday morning when you're just trying to get a quick cup of coffee. The kids got to wake up.

Update: what happened to this place? Call my order in, and the girl repeated it to me. I get there and nobody has our order and no one said they took the order. Double check my phone and for sure I called the right place. Then the guy takes my order, I waited and waited. Only to find out he never wrote my second drink down. Either everyone working today was high as a kite, or I'm in bizarre world today. Really upsetting considering this place used to have stellar service. Maybe the girls working in the back shouldn't be worried about talking about TikTok videos and simply do their jobs. THE best coffee in Bucks County. The food is amazing. The staff are the friendliest people each and every time I stop in. This place is doing it right. Support LOCAL, dont support Starbucks (besides, Starbucks coffee is horrible anyway)

Great meet-up place, great variety of coffee's, and excellent light food fair. It can get a little cramped when you walk into the door to place your order. But there are plenty of tables to sit at. Inside and our. Expect to wait for specialty coffee as they make each one to customers' specifications. I definitely recommend the Brig O Doon.

Not impressed by the coffee or breakfast options.

This is hands down our favorite coffee shop. You are truly welcomed with a smile by all the baristas (and even the owner at times). Everyone is so friendly and it really has that small town feel. We loveee the coffee especially the Jamaican. Love that they offer raw milk. All their food is good. And there’s so much cozy seating for hanging out!

I grew up around Brig and loved it then, but Patrick has elevated it to the next level by offering better beans (backyard beans), affordable, delicious, and healthy food, and extra seating in the back of the cafe. Take into account the incredible staff and the kind and incredibly considerate and discerning owner, and you won’t find anything this good in the state. I know I haven’t!

Beautiful coffee shop and great coffee. I talked to the owner and they care a lot about the quality of the coffee beans and flavors that are put into the drinks. The pricing is fair. Their espresso is really good, but the large lattes only come with 3 shots of espresso. There is some beautifully curated artwork on the walls.

Never had a bad experience here. Coffee is fresh bread is homemade. Ambience is spacious. Everything is phenomenal!

Great coffee shop with Wi-Fi. A lot of people seem to come here to enjoy a beverage and work. Has a nice outdoor area to sit as well as indoor tables, indoor there are plenty of outlets to plug in.

Let me start by saying that I love this place, and the food offerings are tasty, and the coffee really good. That said, this is only a once in a while place to go. Why...after all the years I have lived in the area, this place can get very busy. Doesn't matter if they are slow or extremely busy, they will only have 1 person doing all the drink orders. You can wait 20 minutes plus some times. It's ridiculous. When I do go, and see a long line, I go elsewhere.

I do like this place a lot. The coffee is good and so is the food. Nothing has been stand-out incredible, but I always enjoy being here. The bagels and cream cheeses are all pretty great.

Reliably amazing. I've been to this coffee house a couple of times over the past few months. Last time, I enjoyed the lavender lemonade refresher a long with a coconut mocha, and am still thinking about how good they were. Brig O'Doon's ambiance is generally active and fun, with quieter moments at other various times. I've been able to bring my young son with me, and, to my pleasure, found there's a fantastic toy bin with all kinds of kids toys in the back room... so the young ones can keep busy while you salivate over your coffee and a friend you're talking with.

Tried this place for the first time the other day. The food was top notch. I tried the steak sandwich with house made garlic aoli. Wow. It was amazing. Tiramisu was excellent. The coffee was perfect and I'm picky about my coffee. I got the redeye. The atmosphere is nice as well. Quaint little coffee shop with good wifi. Great place to take your laptop and get a little work done while enjoying great food and coffee. Staff was super friendly as well and made me feel welcome. I'll definitely be back!

i went to this coffee house today on a bike ride w the central bucks county bike club. it was my first time and it was absolutely the best coffee house i've ever been to. i got the avocado and hummus salad w/ a chai tea latte and all of it was absolutely delicious. the building was beautiful too and i loved the atmosphere

This is a place that has been a haven for us for about a decade. The food is wonderful. The service is equally wonderful and the environment is cozy. Worth the trip in every respect. We travel 50 minutes one way to get there and it is always worth it.

This is a dog friendly (outside) charming little place off the beaten path in Ottsville, located next to the historic Ottsville Inn. I have been going here for a few years now, I figured I might take the time to review. All in all, virtually every plate and every cup you get here will be great. The staff has grown on me. They know what I like and start on it upon sight. Its situated next to the only organic grocer in the area, which is a double 👍

Wonderful. Coffee was great. Husband had vegetarian chili and I had broccoli cheese quiche. Both were amazing.

Consistently good coffee. Fun breakfast and lunch options. The back room tends to provide quiet to sit and study. The front room provides ambiance and some not-too-loud background noise. Music selection is always on point too.

My family loves this place. We have been going there for years and made it a yearly fathers day tradition as well. The place is just outstanding! The owner Patrick is one of the nicest people and truly cares about hus customers and staff. The food is amazing and the service is top notch!. You can just tell that the smiles on the staff's faces are genuine and they really enjoy working there. Briggs never disappoints. I highly recommend and will keep sharing. I actually love this place, however, was greatly disappointed with their COVID safety protocols. They never followed the mask guidelines and allowed customers to come in, in droves, standing in the small ordering area, without masks. I was extremely disappointed by this. But, they do have great coffee and bagels and the ambience is cozy and warm. Friendly and welcoming staff and owner.

Wow. My wife and I have been looking for a little gems like this coffee place in the area. Amazing atmosphere and staff. The food was amazing. They made us a couple custom sandwiches which weren’t even on the menu. This place is above and beyond.

This is the best coffee place on earth. Their beverages are delicious, their food is yum; but I think what sets this place apart is the staff. I feel like I’m in an episode of Cheers when I walk in here..where everybody knows your name. I’ve never had a coffee place where people greet you by name and take the time to get to to know you. These are the nicest folks on the planet and at this point, they’re my coffee friends!! I’d recommend this place to anyone.
