No other Bakeshop comes close to Brightside. They are excellent all around.

Oh la la... .felt like I was in a pastiserrie in France. The selection was amazing and the taste of the savory treats, especially the Prosciutto Gruyere Croissant was outstanding.

This place is just a little tiny shop in the corner at the shops at Porter east. I’m so glad I stumbled across a review and gave it a shot. Their pastries are so yummy and so inventive. Especially love the everything bagel tart. Their cookies??? Yeah those are without a doubt the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever purchased. Their pastry prices are a bit on the high side but totally worth it and a great treat!

The two ladies who greeted and served us were SO welcoming and engaging. All smiles. So perfectly represented the Brightside vibe and brand, ushering in the first half of the positive Customer Experience. The second half was eating our wonderful bakery items! My wife got her standard go-to Croissant. Absolutely wonderful, as always she said. I got the Key Lime Pie Croissant Tart. If I’d just sat there and looked at it I’d have gotten my money’s worth, but to taste that flavorful treat… Oh. My. Goodness! Unbelievable! Absolute heaven. Worth every single calorie. Brightside sets and extremely high bar in every way. Every experience has been a wonderful one!

This is a tiny little bakery with small batch baked goodies. The BEST croissant in Nashville I've had so far! And I've had quite a few. They've got limited seating with only 2 patio tables outside, so prepare to get your food to-go.

We got the orange roll and the cinnamon rolls. Everything is made out of. Croissant dough. The croissants are five dollars each. A little on the pricey side but very tasty. I would go back. What they had was very delicious,

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Brightside Bakeshop in East Nashville and was absolutely taken by their Sunshine Gold Tea and Churro Croissant. The tea was a radiant blend that warmed me from the inside out, with a soothing aroma and a taste that hinted at a secret garden of flavors. As for the Churro Croissant, it was nothing short of a pastry masterpiece. The flaky layers, each with a golden, buttery crispness, gave way to a soft, airy interior. The sugar and spice coating was perfectly balanced, providing that classic churro comfort with each bite. You could really tell that there’s a lot of love kneaded into their recipes. It’s very clear that they crafts their offerings with care and passion, and it absolutely shows in the quality of their treats. Can't wait to return and indulge again!

Very small but very good. Takeout only, can order ahead of time for store pickup. Very nice quality, the chocolate croissant was especially delicious.

Go here and buy all the goodies, except for what i want, or we can't be friends. Top notch mental French countryside bakery vacation every time I take a bite. Perfection.

Very good. Easily the best croissants we've found in Nashville. A good mix of traditional and modern without steering to far from the classic. No overly sweet, overly indulgent options. Just well baked, sophisticated croissants and brioche. Tasteful simplicity done well. The shop is tiny with a small single table outside. I gave a five for atmosphere as it is pleasant and welcoming. This is not so much a place to hang out and soak up a vibe. That is fine. This place will close early if it sells out. We learnt this the hard way one weekend. But an hour before normal closing time on a November Friday was fine. They had a fair amount of everything left. I'm very glad we came.

Brightside is my Saturday morning ritual! The pastries are incredible! There are so few places to get pastries like this in Nashville, they’re such a staple!

Absolutely Delicious and a great assortment. We filled up a box of pastries, selected from the glass case. Everything looked wonderful and tasted even better. I enjoyed the cinnamon roll, and my husband devoured the cheesecake danish. The service was friendly and fast. We’ll be back for sure. This place needs to be visited by all.

Always a stop when visiting Nashville. We had the Cinnaroll and chocolate croissant. Both delicious. Was disappointed that they didn’t have the Oatmeal Cream Pie Croissant this past Sunday. My favorite!

I freakin love this place. Double chocolate roll and sunshine roll are so good. I always end up eating too many pastries for one man .

It's always great to order online and walk in rather than wait in line. Also helps me be sure I can get some of the more popular items (though both the pop-up churro pretzel and the churro croissants were already gone!) However, the lemon blueberry brioche coffee cake is wonderful, and I am crazy for both the pimento "fried" green tomato and peaches and cream croissant tarts. Wish they were all year round rather than a monthly treat!

I had the best pastry of my life at Brightside Bakeshop - East! The sweet employee/owner suggested the everything croissant tart, and it was truly *everything* I imagined it to be, tenfold. I also had a chocolate croissant, and similarly, it topped any other chocolate croissant I’ve ever had. I think I’ll have dreams about that everything croissant tart, though. Im not in Nashville often, but when I am, I’m going to have to make sure to carve out the time to stop back by Brightside Bakeshop!
