8.4.24 I asked for a farmhouse with NO cream cheese. I got cream cheese anyway! And on the receipt, it says no cream cheese. This is DJ, I Just left from here I ordered a farmhouse with extra onions no cream cheese, and this is what I get!

Whoever is making the salt bagels needs to chill out. Salt is not a more is better seasoning, lately the salt bagels at this location have been overdone and today they were entirely inedible. If you’re ordering for pickup you can’t see the bagels first to know.

My favorite bagel place in Raleigh

Great iced coffee, bagels were good, sandwiches were good. Very odd, they don't write anything down, and they can't really hear you that well, I actually never got what I ordered because she takes everybody's order at once and doesn't really remember it. But it was all good, even it wasn't what I ordered.

I ordered their pumper nickel bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and it was delicious. Their bagels are fresh and their cream cheese is very creamy.

I have been coming here for the past 5 years and the workers have always been amazing. To be more specific, Will and Clay are exceptional employees. Both men never fail to greet you with a smile and ask how you are doing. Alongside the incredible food, the people make this place the perfect bagel spot.

Great place for bagels and bagel sandwiches. I stop here almost every day that I am in town.

First time visiting this location. Didn't even know it was here cos it's way out of my neighborhood. It's in the upper corner of a strip mall and because it's at the corner they have space on both sides of the building, so pretty big inside. We were getting our order to go, but from what we could see it looked really clean. The only thing is they had the AC on and it was quite cold. Lots of fresh bagels and friendly service.

I just want to say how amazing the manager at this location is! She went the extra mile to make my experience great. She was able to find a solution to my problem in a way that I’ve never seen before and all I could do to thank her is leave this review expressing how amazing she is. She deserves that position and more! I give her and this location a 10 out of 10 🩷

Probably would not return, me and my father stopped by around breakfast time. The staff were pushy and rude. One recommendation I have, sell a variety of coffees. Due to the fact that they sell bagels, and bagels are eaten in the morning. Most of the time, like me and my father, people drink coffee in the mornings and I would like to pick up a latte and their bagel at the same time.

I only wish I could place an order online ahead of time through the app for pickup like I can at other locations, maybe it's turned off because it's a busy location but it's the only gripe

My teen daughter works in the same plaza as Bruegger's. A few weeks ago, she was in an early-morning car accident on her way to work, right in front of this Bruegger's. She was shaken up and crying when she called us, and we jumped in our car to get to the scene. When we got there just a few minutes later, she had tears in her eyes and a bag of warm bagels and hot coffee. She told us that the workers at Bruegger's must have seen/heard the accident, because soon after, an employee CAME OUT WITH FREE BAGELS & COFFEE FOR HER! As a mom, that brought a tear to my eyes!! Literally the best customer service/human kindness I have seen in YEARS. Thank you Bruegger's!! ❤️

I went to get a lunch sandwich and extra bagels....they didn't have the jalapeno cheddar bagel that I wanted so I left very disappointed.

Same as other reviews. Had a good experience in past but they changed. Again they just don't seem to read notes and make what you ask for and a few people have said the same thing. I called to have them rectify this and was met with major attitude. The sand which did not have one of the 3 toppings at all and I had to pay for it, and it just doesnt taste like what you want when its missing things entirely and you pay good money for it. I got hung up on by staff, plus the GM. Yolanda is the only person there that has a clue but still she could not make it right. People, just read the notes, and put the ingredients on, that's all we want and pay good money for.

After good experiences a few times, they just highly disappointed me this last time I went there. Bagels were clearly not up to the mark. They accepted that their Owen was broken and they got bagels from some other bakery. I would not expect that from a place like Bruegger’s. Two starts only based on my past experience!

My Smoked Salmon was good but if someone pays for extra then extra should be added. I paid for extra Salmon and cream cheese and neither was added.

This was a wonderful Breakfast. For my kids and I. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We got ham, cheese, egg on jalapeño (very good), cinnamon and sugar with cream cheese, and plain with cream cheese (we tried the strawberry cream cheese, but weren’t fans). I would have loved if there were more coffee choices (black or with cream and sugar is your choice). 1 sandwich, 2 bagels, 1 orange juice $23

During the height of their busy time this morning, I witnessed a roach run across the counter while my bagel sandwich was being made. I will never go back here.

The staff was kind and they were quick to make my order. While I only got two simple toasted bagels with cream cheese, they were absolutely delicious! Their Asiago bagels are one of my favorites and I highly recommend them.

Food is great but service isn’t. I called in an order and it wasn’t ready when I got there, not a big deal. But I watched as many people walked in after me and ordered food and left. It took 25 minutes to get 2 bagels. If you have somewhere to be do not order food here.

We normally eat breakfast at Panera and now I know why. My husband and I each had a double baked hash brown side item. Worst item I've ever eaten! Completely dry and barely bigger than a quarter! Breakfast sandwiches would have been edible if they had bothered to make the super skinny just a little bit bigger. Also, I did not order an egg white sandwich but somehow that's all I got on my sandwich was egg whites and cheese and a skinny piece of sausage. Very, very disappointed.

We liked Ohio’s Bruegger’s but not this one unfortunately. We drove 20 minutes to not be greeted appropriately, the gentleman who received us was apparently not in the mood to work, he had hard time hearing us for some reason and seemed bothered by the mere presence of us. He didn’t even ask if this is “for here or to go” and we were given our bagels in paper bags while people around us hand their baskets.. I have also noticed the hot water has been running since we entered the place “for no obvious reason”, and I thought that’s unprofessional so I indicated that to him after several minutes but he replaced with “yeah” without bothering to shut it off or acknowledge my thoughtfulness. We paid $23 for this uncomfortable, unwelcoming experience. I’m def not going back to this location nor recommending it to anyone of my network.

Conocí estos bagels en un evento en la oficina de mi esposa y tuve que indagar quién fué el proveedor de pan! Son una cosa brutal de buena. Hoy por fin pude venir al lugar y fué maravilloso porque los bagels que se me antojaron ya se habían acabado y la persona a cargo del mostrador me dijo que me los prepararía!!!!! 😳 Terminamos comiendo en el lugar pero nos llevamos UNA DOCENA!!! El pan es delicioso y el lugar bastante agradable también!

The crew is swift and friendly and super accommodating to specialty orders. There's nothing better than getting there when the bagels are super hot from the oven.

Bri, Ari, and Emily were simply the best. Their effervescent smiles and laughs brightened mine and my wife’s day when they didn’t know we needed it. I've loved Bruegger's Bagels for over a decade! Their better bacon cheddar is by far my favorite, but all their bagels are good! I've only been to this location once, but it was nicer than some of the others I've been to in the Raleigh Durham area. The staff was polite and efficient in getting my my delicious sandwich and the sitting area was spacious and clean.

Absolutely terrible service from the staff. Eyes rolled at my family multiple times. Along with that a mediocre sandwich I could have and should have made at home. Gets 2 stars for the good hash browns.

There was an order mix up and we somehow got the wrong order and didnt realize it until we got home. I took the bag back and told the staff that we had gotten the wrong order. Even though they were much busier when I returned, they took care of it immediately and definitely made up for the mistake. The staff was super friendly and I imagine it was a simple mix up. The person who originally took our order was friendly and when we ordered, he got the correct bagels from the baskets and started the order so not sure what happened but again staff and the manager made up for the mistake and were very friendly about it and we appreciated that!

The bagels are good. I've always found the staff to be more interested in taking amongst themselves, then to customers.

I come to this location often, as I work in the area. Today I received the worst customer service I have ever had here. The young lady making my order was laughing and carrying on with her coworker that had the orange bandaid on her face about the coworker’s husband. The moment she looked at me, she addressed me with an attitude. I politely stated my order and the only response I received was that I can go ahead to the register and pay. The young lady at the register was very pleasant but the rude employee wasn’t done with me yet. As she walked over with my order she was tossing my bag back and forth between her hands and just handed it to me, continuing to give me a dirty look. Typically, the employees here are all pleasant, but today was very disappointing.

Consistently good bagels, coffee and sandwiches. Staff is friendly, fast paced and orders are accurate. Very pleased with this location!

Excellent service as well as delicious food! Tried three different bagels with spreads, as well as the Herby Turkey sandwich, and enjoyed it all!

I do like Brugger's bagels, they are always fresh and often still warm. That always makes the sandwich taste good even though the egg is pre-made, the ham is cold meat, and the cheese is simple sliced American and then microwaved. Best buy is a baker's dozen, take home or to the office and toast them and top with cream cheese.

Fast, accurate service and smiles

This morning I preordered bagels for a team meeting with 6 cream cheeses. Guess how many we recieved. 0. When speaking with a manager due to their error of not providing what I ordered I encountered the unpleasant manager Sylvia who offered the flippant response, “ do you base your meetings on food” rather than offer customer service or apologies for the failure of her staff. She was completely unprofessional and on instances like this when you inconvenience the customer you offer compensation or an apology to maintain their support but rather than that she wanted to get loud and emotional. Please train your staff to a. Fulfill the orders customers pay for and b. Be professional.

I am here almost every other day and I’ve never been greeted or treated with such an unfriendly manner. The younger woman in glasses ‘assisted’ me and incorrectly made both my bagels. When brought to her attention that my order was wrong, I was treated as though I’d made the mistake. I finally received the correct order and left the store. Moments later I was followed out to my car by the unfriendly employee and then asked “if I was serious?” Is she serious?! After years in the food service industry it pains me to say…one bad seed truly does ruin the bunch. Poor attitude and incompetence kills the entire experience.

I got coffee and a breakfast bagel sandwich here! Both were great. They have a siracha honey cream cheese which turned out to be really good! The bagel itself was good too. Would recommend for sure

Sriracha bagel sunrise sammich is delicious. The employees were nice enough considering I'm indecisive. 11/10 I love bagels.

Unfortunate update 10.1.22: Restrooms aren't clean. This is where employees wash hands before preparing food. Prior review: Consistently great food and service with good prices, to boot. Lots of freshly made bagels and cream cheeses to choose from. There are several specialty sandwiches, any of which can be customized to your taste. Excellent cookies and coffee, too.

They ask to wait for the order delivery gays outside or somewhere far from reception, because they are busy.. it would be better to disconnect their store from delivery apps, because they think that delivery gays are not people..

What a mess! Bruggers used to be amazing but the last two times I came to this location it's been a fail. I walked in about 8:30am expecting a long line, but there were only two people in front of me. There were 3-4 employees. I thought I ordered a plain bagel with egg and cheese but instead I got an overcooked, uncut rubbery bagel. It was so hard, I basically just ate the cheese and egg. The staffing cannot be an excuse and it wasn't busy. THE WORST. Save your money! Go to the supermarket and make your own.

I have for over ten years loved this bagel shop, friendly staff (my grandson's high school friends have worked here), good bagel sandwiches, fresh well made bagels for brunch at home, etc. Today, Saturday, I was shocked when both employees were rude. It was an hour before closing time and all the remaining bagels had been dumped into a couple of bins, to the extent that the young green-haired boy at the bagel counter could not tell me which kind was where. When I was not sure that he had heard me and repeated the rest of my order, he said loudly and with apparent irritation, "IHEARD YOU!" It seemed that both employees were very anxious to close up and get out and that customers in the last hour were a bother. After so many years of good service, this was very disappointing. I grew up in a family business and would NEVER go in to expect service in the last few minutes of the store's being open as I understand how much there is to do to get ready to close. But this was a full hour before closing. If I had not really needed the bagels for company the next morning, I would have sadly left without my order.

Really tasty bagel. Soft, fluffy and airy. Lots of toppings and fresh ingredients. The bagel seemed a little small but the taste and flavor made up for it. Staff is very friendly.

We came in around 12:30pm on Sunday 12th and they had a long line and just a few people making sandwiches. We were called to the counter by who we assumed was the manager and took our order. She was easy to talk with and even under pressure she kept it together! She suggested we got combos with our trays and checked us out. Once we got done eating our bagels an employee even offered to take our trays! Best experience we’ve had at this location, even with the longer wait. She (and everyone in there) is doing a great job!

Quick service and great breakfast sandwiches. Lines out the door most weekend mornings, but still moved through pretty quickly. Quality drops a little when they are very busy, but still good.

This morning's employees deserve a bonus. I was picking up a DoorDash order and they were very respectful and calm with a customer who refused to wear a mask (Cary has a mask mandate again). He verbally fought back and was rather rude. The staff gave this man so much grace, they even provided WAITER SERVICE to him and his family at a table outside of the restaurant. Out of all the places I picked up orders from this morning, Bruegger's was the only one enforcing the mask mandate, no matter how their employees feel about it, they are sticking to the law and rules. Great job!

Quick and tasty. Everytime I come in they are making bagels as fast as possible. Always friendly and quick to help you this is a great place for breakfast. The Better Bacon Cheddar is my favorite, but you can't go wrong with a bagel and cream cheese.

Get the farmhouse.. you won’t regret it

Hardly a week goes by where I don't visit this Bruegger's location. The food is always prepared in a timely, accurate manner and the Bruegger's menu never disappoints. The only thing I could find to complain about would be the slicing of the sandwiches - they never cut all the way through, so when I go to pull apart the two halves I end up squishing the sandwich and spilling a lot of the contents. Doesn't make for a great 'on-the-go' experience. Other than that minor peeve, the entire experience is great.

I've been going there maybe 2-3 times a week for some years and this won't be changing anytime soon. The bagels are top quality and the people are super friendly. Why would I go anywhere else?

I went on March 22, 2021 at 2 pm and received great customer service from all three of the guys that were working. They were so polite and helpful. I also enjoyed all the covid protocols they has set up in the store. Bagels are always good!

Nice location and all you expect from a Bruegger’s. Nice staff. They’ve also put in good protocols for covid. Note that their hours are slightly reduced during the pandemic closes at 4 pm as opposed to 5.

There's a line that goes out the door on Sunday mornings but it goes fast and well worth it! They have the best bagels and bagel sandwiches.

Such a nice manager and employee ! I came here when I was pregnant and they were closing early for some reason and I was really craving bagels 🥯 and I arrived just a few minutes past closing time and they still let me in and gave me bagels and were very nice about it. The guy even put me a few extra ones! Such great service !! Thank you for the amazing experience! Not many places would do what you’ve done. Thanks 😊

The bagels here are good, but the staff here is GREAT! Customer service is top notch! They really get to know their customers and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy. Specifically Justin, from my first visit and consistently since, Justin has the best attitude and provides such a friendly atmosphere everytime!
