Staff was super friendly and courteous. Ice cream great. Italian ice wasn’t great.

They were said to close at 11pm, and we went at 9:40. First we wanted a milkshake and a freeze, but they were cleaning the machines. Then we settle for something with peanut butter, but they had already put it away. It's ridiculous that they would be out of so many things when they don't close for over an hour.

Wonderful treat, not too pricey for the quality you receive. Staff is so nice and friendly.. I tried the caramel apple crunch.. A+ There are a few shady benches to enjoy your dessert, but most folks sit in their cars and people watch while eating. Bring fido and take a break from your diet.. you've earned it.

Fantastic ice cream as always. The flavor choices are phenomenal and never disappoint. The new fall flavor deep apple pie us Fantastic I also had black cherry and double chocolate chunk. I've never been disappointed at this place. The turtle is also very good. A definite go to for Any ice cream lover.

HORRIBLE manager on 8/23 around 5pm. I ordered a banana split and a Dino sundae. Girl, Kaylee I believe was name on tip jar- gave me a banana split and some sundae with nuts and def not a Dino sundae. Also no cookie. Called manager and he puts me on hold for quite a while and comes back and said nobody remembers making a banana split all day. Really? Wow! Below is what is left of the banana split and nut sundae. Learn how to trust your customers! Horrible customer service! Won’t return. U lost a good customer over stupidity.

The young lady that waited for me was rude, and she just put my ive cream on too of my waffle cone. I had to get a spoon to push it down in the cone. Young and rude!!!

We went here on Tuesday 8/6. I had the medium waffle cone with cake batter ice cream. It was fresh and creamy. My son had the turtle sundae with german chocolate cake ice cream. It was amazing. Definitely check out this location for great service and quality ice cream.

Chocolate raspberry truffle is my favorite, and if they have the banana bread, if you like banana ice cream, this one really hits the spot.

I paid almost 5 dollars for the smallest serving of freezer burnt turtle ice cream.... I will not be back and I love ice cream.... Deserves zero stars.

The staff was extremely rude. The lady made it incorrectly then accused me of lying about what i ordered. It’s ice cream it’s not that serious. I’ll just drive the extra distance to Powell. At least they’re friendly.

Just wanted a scoop of chocolate ice with a waffle cone. It's a bit behind the trees so you'll have to watch for the entrance. Small parking lot. It was full.

We will be going to Baskin Robbin from now on! The serving size of 2 dips of ice cream was so small, I was shocked! We go twice a week and last week was the same extra small scoops! The parking lot was full but I expect that will change when they keep downsizing the amount they serve. We may have to start buying a gallon from Walmart or Kroger and stop eating ice cream at local businesses completely! Everyone looses as businesses continue this trend if actually cheating the customers that keep them profitable!

Beware if you are picky... Freezer burnt... Out of many flavors, no seasonal flavors right now, broken seating is dangerous for kids

Staff apparently is allergic to basic customer service words like Please and Thank You. I ended up with some young girl with a broken disposition and a bandaid stuck to her forehead - she was sour enough to curdle the ice cream.

Not sure if new ownership or too much pressure with Andy’s Custard opening down the road, but what used to be an amazing place for a snack is now a hassle and not worth the time. Always out of stuff. Staff not getting orders right and simply not as good as it was.

Love you all, but please repair your water fountain so I can change this to five stars.

This is an authentic old fashioned ice cream place. And man is it good. Whether you like your ice cream with chocolate and nuts or fruit or even plain, flavors are creative and fresh. They make a variety of sundaes and shakes as well as cones and cups. If you are in Knoxville, this is a destination you must visit.

The new banana pudding ice cream was the best.

My husband and I stopped in to get a treat. I ordered the orange sherbet (my favorite from here) , him cherry ice cream. My orange sherbet is beautiful, two large scoops almost falling off the cone. I bite into it and immediately hand it back to him to take back to the window . It was NOT the orange sherbet I ordered. It tasted like vanilla. The flavor was completely missing. He takes it back and I see him digging for his wallet. I am unnerved . When I order something, I’ve ordered time and time again with consistency, that I can’t expect consistency. And when we say something, we have to pay to get it replaced when it wasn’t right? So , here I go, in the freezing weather to the window to make sure he doesn’t pay for anything to correct the wrong he didn’t make , I’m met with “I didn’t make the ice cream cone” and “we make our ice cream fresh so the guy that made it sometimes does get it wrong” and finally “let me check with my shift leader to see what I can do”. It’s not rocket science. It’s ice cream. It wasn’t right. It wasn’t what I ordered. There are several people within ear shot , so ask who made it ! Maybe it wasn’t orange sherbet and there was a mistake made? No problem. Make a new one. Better yet, believe your customer . I’m not going to lie that the flavor was off on my favorite Bruster’s treat. The one thing I order every time I go there because it’s usually that good. Color and consistency, great. Flavor, TOTALLY wrong. enable your employees, even the ones in training, to make a situation right without an argument and without conflict. Do the right thing immediately.

It’s was a cold day but we wanted ice cream and Bruster’s didn’t disappoint. All of the ice cream was good and it’s was a smalll crowd but worth the wait.

Excellent ice cream. Really fast courteous service. My only complaint on the standard Bruster's format is the walk-up format with extremely limited rain or blaring sun protection for waiting patrons. That is why their approach to "atmosphere" is only 2 out of 5.

He definitely gives great customer service and the quality is beyond wonderful.

I always bring out-of-town guest here. I took my sister and nephews here when they came to visit on their fall break. My youngest nephew was given the wrong ice cream. I tasted it and it was the wrong flavor. When I took it back, I got charged for correct flavor. I did not want to hold up line trying explain why I should not have to pay again. Make sure you taste your order before leaving counter so you don't have to double pay.

OMG...homemade Ice cream at grocery store prices, Making this place a most do part of my weekly visits.

Splendid taste. Expansive range of flavors. They have seasonal flavors when you want something different. It is not cheap, but the quality justifies the price. My whole family, college old daughters, wife and I (old curmudgeon) cheer when we decide to go there.

Dated facilities and borderline pricey. The quality of the ice cream also reflects their weakened state brought on by the economy.

Kioski where you can buy different kibd of icecream. There is tables and chairs to enjoy you icecream.

Great visit! We have to do this more often! Everything tasted amazing and the portion sizes were very generous! I also love that this location is only about 5 minutes from home. It's so convenient.

They even have cakes and pies and they give you free taste testers also if your kids are the same Heights as the ice cream in front of the building they will get a free ice cream cone

I was basic and got a vanilla shake. My girlfriend got the new york cheese cake ice cream. She liked hers. All in all the flavors were nice. And its a good way to beat the heat.
