Hungry, not sure what I wanted so... I took the advise of the waitress and tried the chicken filet basket w coleslaw. It was extremely good. The chicken was very tasty and portions generous. Decor was fun as well. Kids would love it, even big ones. Didn't try the ice cream but it looked good 9/3/24 Tried the ice cream in the form of a chocolate malt, my friend had a root beer float. 🍺 we enjoyed them!

The ice cream is good, but the place smells like a porta potty outside. One of the workers wouldn't put more than one topping on my ice cream and had an attitude.

Hidden gem! Variety of ice cream treats and menu includes burgers, hot dogs, tenderloins and appetizers. Root beer floats too! Always busy but you won't wait long!

Some of the best flavor ice cream in this area. Black raspberry is one of my favorites I look forward to at ice cream shops and B’s has some of the best black raspberry ice cream I’ve ever had!! 10/10 recommend! Everything we’ve tried ice cream or food is outstanding here!

I've been going here since I was a kid and I have always loved the food and the ice cream! Great place for kids and you can sit inside or outside. You can order ahead so it's ready when you get there or you can take it to go.

I have been going to B’s for years and love it! I highly recommend their corn nuggets and ice cream. They have special ice cream flavors throughout the year, my favorites including pumpkin, cake batter, and lemon. Their tenderloins are massive and very popular. This is a great local business that I highly recommend.

1st visit since they opened for the season and was not disappointed. Had their signature B"s tenderloin. Excellent! Big enough to split with someone or take half home for another meal Too full for ice cream; however, B's is the best around!

One of my friends took me there during spoon River drive. It was the first time I had visited there. I was quite impressed!! The food was outstanding. It was nice seeing employees with a smile on their face and they were very helpful. The place was immaculate!! I will be back

If you’re going in the evening (which I have been 3 times), it’s likely going to be teenagers running the counter. They are generally alright but you can tell some of them don’t want to be there, my experience was overhearing one of them talking down to one of the new girls working there instead of encouraging and correcting her politely. Other than that, Their pulled pork bbq sandwich is pretty decent, and they have pretty good milkshakes.

The dining room alone is a treat! They have modern LED display screens for the massive menu and a '50s style ambiance with photos of old soda ads. Tight parking. Only open seasonally. Better than average order wait time. Spotless cleanliness. Well worth the visit.

Great little small town restaurant. Food was good. Service was good and quick. Had some ice cream which was also great but had to force myself to finish it all lol it was a lot of ice cream so I suggest go for the smallest one.. lol

Everytime we visit, the prices go up, and the quality and serving size go down. They also charge a lot of misc charges for additional toppings that should come on standard items. For example, if you order a banana split and are willing to pay the price for a delux sundae, they also charge for each topping that normally is included. If you do not request the toppings, you will be suprised to be handed a sliced banana w 3 scoope of ice cream and nothing else. When asking why, you will then be informed it is your responsibility to request each item such as the chocolate syrup, fruit toppings, nuts, whip and cherry. This could be a result of having very young and inexperienced staff or it could be a way to charge more $.

Stopped in while passing through on my way home from our west. Haven't been here in years and mostly stopped out of being nostalgic. First time here was back in the 1960's. Used to stop here when it was just walk up and very small. Grown a lot over the years and still very popular with inside dinning if you prefer, but walk up counter. Huge menu posted offering many food and ice cream items. My most memorable memory is this being the first place that I ever bought a Boston Shake back in the 60's. They said they still offer them, but too much for me this time around. I had a medium banana/vanilla twist cone. Boy! They didn't skimp on the ice cream at all. Was more like a large cone. Should have just ordered a plain old vanilla cone, since the banana was lacking in taste in my opinion. Maybe next time around I'll try that Boston Shake again

Cool place nice atmosphere. Prices are a bit shocking for where you're at. Was disappointed with the take out. Not the food but how it was packaged. Just wrapped in aluminum foil so the burger bun was smashed an burger was a mess. The food was good, tho.

Flew in from FL to visit dad & get B's TURTLE CHEESECAKE FLURRY. I have missed this so much. TY B's workers & owners. You never disappoint!

For a small town, it was good. We only tried the tenderloin, and it was medium. The breading needed some help staying on the meat.

Good food, quick service, and very nice staff

B's just opened for the season so my family went to dine in for lunch. We all had burgers baskets and the food was delicious. The burgers were cooked perfectly and they gave us all plenty of fries. We also got some ice cream cones and the ice cream was cold and tasty. They have a wide variety of flavors to select and as good as they are there really is no wrong choice. I'd highly recommend B's for a enjoyable and quick meal.

Update: the service is still good but not another customer was there. A small bacon cheeseburger with no fries or sides is now $10 and is of a poor quality. The price would be okay of the food was of a good quality but it is no longer good. We won't be back, which is sad because we used to look forward to them opening in the spring and visiting often during the summer. Excellent ice cream. Good fried foods. Fair prices and good service .

B's ice cream flavors are wonderful; however, not everyone uses social media platforms. B's needs to post their flavor of the day(s) on their website.

What a great place. I had the Deluxe Burger with works. It was some great eating. You walk in, service at the counter was super quick and super friendly. Food comes out quick. Thought while eating "Wow, what a dang gold mine" great place. Wish I owned this and had ausome pleasant counter help and kitchen cooks like them. My son and his wife brang us here. They found out by word of mouth from other folks. They've frequented many times. Oh yeah, nice ice cream!

Excellent staff, excellent ice cream, and prices aren’t that bad either. Honestly haven’t tried anything else but the ice cream, but if they put the heart in the food as they do the ice cream, id imagine it would excellent .

Love thier food and shakes best place to eat during the summer I just wish they wouldn't have made the tenderloins smaller... Don't get me wrong they are still huge but they used to be twice the size when I was a kid.
