Our catering order was delivered delicious and hot! It was a wonderful experience that allowed us to enjoy our party/guests. I would highly recommend Buffalo’s Best Catering by Kim.

Buffalo's Best was absolutely the best choice by far we made to celebrate my husbands 75th Birthday. Communication was awesome, by phone and by email for ordering and confirmation, etc. The delivery was right on time and hot to order as promised. They set everything up for us and it was absolutely delicious. Everything possibly needed was included. The Famous Amos Chicken was to die for, the Roast Beef in au jus with gravy and Costanzo's kimmelwick rolls to die for. The salad, the Berry Salad, was spectacular, there was nothing left. Did I mention the awesome mashed potatoes (and not just your plain white potato variety) were phenomenal too! Very, very, very pleased. Loving the left overs (which weren't many) still. Kim provided drop off catering for our 150 person wedding last weekend and it arrived hot and on time, the delivery went smoothly and everything was well labeled. Several guests told me how good everything was, the garlic parm zucchini was a huge hit. She was super responsive during the planning and ordering. Would definitely use her services again.

Everything was great. Everyone complimented the food. Many choices to pick from. Delivery went great. They set everything up and it included all utensils including large serving spoons and tongs. Will repeat.

Best catering company I’ve ever used. Super friendly, reasonably priced and large menu. Ordered the taco bar as well as an antipasto platter. Everything that you can think to put on tacos were there in surplus with Frank’s hot sauce as well…clutch! The antipasto platter was fantastic with a huge variety of meats and cheeses that I never knew existed. Lots of praise from our party goers on the food and will definitely be calling them in the future.

Buffalo's Best Catering by Kim doesn't have to advertise. Once you've attended an event catered by this amazing company you will ask "who catered this wonderful food?" Word of mouth is all it takes! We just had a birthday celebration for my wife and son with 20 people attending. (Not many places will do a smaller party like this.) But, in Kim's case they are out to accommodate and out to please. I had a gluten free guest. Kim made her a special plate of her own. Of course there were other things ordered she could enjoy but the thoughtfulness and wonderful meal that was put together for our guest was just amazing! I can't express the professionalism and the consistency you can expect from BBC by Kim. Each and every time is exactly as it was the last time... PERFECT!!! The delivery man was so courteous and professional! The food was delicious and the prices are more than fair! But the best part is it feels like you are doing business with friends you've had for years. This is one of the best companies you will ever do business with. We used Buffalo’s best for our backyard wedding and they were wonderful. They were super easy to work with, showed up right on time, and everything was hot and delicious. The menu was huge, but Kim pointed us towards some popular items. We ordered the smokehouse chicken, roast beef, garlic mashed potatoes, 3 cheese mac and cheese, and Caesar salad. Everybody loved the food! People were especially raving about the chicken! My only very minor complaint was that the croutons on the salad were soggy, I’m assuming they got wrapped with the salad and refrigerated, but everything else was wonderful. If the croutons were kept separate I wouldn’t have had a single bad thing to say haha. A lot of our guests complimented the food and said they would definitely want to use Buffalo’s best for future events and parties. We would also definitely use them again!

5 stars isn’t a fair rating because it’s not enough stars for this place! This may sound dramatic, but this very well might’ve been the best food I’ve eaten in my entire life. Wow!!! We got the Smoked Gouda Mac and Cheese, Blooming Onion Chicken, Wild Rice, Pasta Gorgonzola, Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes, Vegetable Supreme, and the Caesar Salad and bread rolls. Our guests were losing their minds over this food. It was so properly cooked and seasoned! This meal will be one that we all talk about for years to come. I will be looking for excuses at every turn to buy catering from here now for the rest of my life. Bonus was that the pricing was extremely reasonable and the portions were very generous. We didn’t run out of anything, which I was worried about because we did have 2 people show up unexpectedly. HIRE THEM!

I had outreached Kim with Buffalos Best Catering for Christmas catering. I had surgery and was not able to cook myself for the holiday. They were so flexible to work with on menu items, and were prompt with the order delivery. I hated to have to use catering instead of a home cooked meal for Christmas, but this was over the top yummy. I think we will use them in the future for our holiday needs, as it allowed me to spend more time with my family - and - people absolutely loved it!

I was pleasantly surprised that it was not a problem for Kim with only a weeks notice. Their selection is outstanding. It was my father-in-law’s 91st Birthday Party and we ordered for 28 guests. We had the lemon chicken piccata, roast beef, veggie lasagna, green bean casserole and garlic mashed potatoes. It arrived on time, portions were generous and the food was delicious. All the guests had a favorite and the vegetarians in the group loved the vegetable lasagna. We will definitely use Kim again in the future. Please keep up the great cooking.

We ordered food for a recent party and it was a great experience! The ordering process is very simple although it’s hard to choose from all the tasty sounding food. Delivery was right on time and the food was all delicious - we got roast beef, pasta with meatballs, Tuscan chicken, garlic potatoes and green beans. We ordered the Gold Buffett for 60 people. The delivery was on time. The food was fantastic. Especially the Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the Garlic crusted Chicken. There is a reason why they call them selves Buffalos Best Catering By Kim. They Truly are the best. We had a very last minute event that we needed full service for. We not only needed staff on site, we needed real dinnerware, linen, tables the works. I spoke to Kim on a Monday and she pulled this all together for 100 people for Thursday morning. Kim was so kind and answered all of my questions (and there were alot of them). We had a lot of cooks in the kitchen so to speak. She took all my calls and text and responded almost immediately. Even my late night emails she responded to first thing in the AM. We had alot of dietary restrictions to accommodate and she helped us created a menu that accommodate each and everyone. Each and every dish was amazing. Being a funeral we were guessing on how many people to order for and Kim was very understanding and guided us in the right direction of how many to order. We had the Hawaiian Pork, Garlic Parm Crusted Chicken, Balsamic Salmon, Fresh Veggies. Garlic Herb Roasted Baby Red and Chef Salad. We had plenty of food and the staff on site and the delivery people were all so accommodating. We did not. have to worry about anything. This was my first event like this and Buffalos Best Catering By Kim made a very stressful day STRESS FREE!! I am not from the area but I know all my local family members will be calling them again!!

She explained that my order was placed during a very busy time & that I should have been informed of exactly what I was getting, as this is what people like. Thanks for your honesty, Kim! I ordered the gold package for my daughter’s baby shower. Pulled pork, BBQ burgers & Italian sausage. The BBQ burgers were pre-frozen patties drenched in BBQ sauce, the Italian sausage was good and the pulled pork was okay, but nothing to rave about. The food was edible, but mediocre at best. The baked beans were from a can, simply dumped into a tin, similar to pork and beans. The salad was from a bag with added cherry tomatoes. I’m pretty sure the potato salad came from a bucket. They provided one plate per person, and there was plenty left, but I would take my $800 elsewhere next time!

I have used Buffalo's Best Catering by Kim several times for personal parties and holidays and have been praised for the food I served. My boss asked if anyone knew of a catering company that was descent and I all but begged him to try Buffalo's Best. He took my suggestion and every single person was extremely impressed with the service, the professionalism and of course the amazing food! If you leave a gathering catered by BB hungry it's your own fault! The portions calculated for the number of people you are feeding are extremely generous! It will arrive hot with all serving and eating utensils, napkins and plates and, on time if not early!! They truly are "The Best!" Seriously, you can not find a more impressive catering business anyplace. Kim runs a very professional business and, no... I'm not related to Kim... Just a very happy and loyal customer.

Order was delivered promptly, and the food was excellent! We did breakfast sandwiches, danish, and fruit, with coffee and juice. Many of our guests requested menus for catering their next event. Would definitely order again, and would love to try a lunch or dinner catered as well.

We ordered for a 200 person Thanksgiving event at our institution from Kim. She and her team did a fantastic job of accommodating our needs. The price point was perfect per person, too. We hired Buffalo’s best for catering our daughter’s breakfast after baptism on Sunday 9-18-20222. We asked the food to arrive at 10:30 am. We received the food at 10:32 am. The food was excellent, everyone was asking where the food came from, thankfully they left a few menus. We will definitely go with them for all other catering needs we have in the future. Wow, wow, wow!! The food was amazing and the ladies serving made the entire night stress free. They came to our house and went to work. So pleasurable and accommodating. From the first call to reserve drop-off catering , to finalizing the menu, to the drop off for out family Christmas Party-- Everything was perfect, professional and all questions were answered! Drop off was right on time and the delivery man helped with set up and delivered cards so everyone knew what was in the containers. Now on to the food--one word DELICIOUS!!! We couldn't have enjoyed the buffet any more . Everything was delicious. I was very suprised and happy when they brought in the food AND , preceded to set everything up. I've had hot drop offs before but never have they set it up for me. Complete with labels on food and everything. Mac and cheese was to die for...roast beef also very good. Salads beautiful and tasty. I can't say enough about Buffalo's Best Catering. They are the best!!!!! I'm trying to convince our community to use you for our next Christmas party. Hope they listen to me. We ordered catering for a small party and I am so impressed with how amazing everything was! From online ordering which was a breeze, to the great communication and text updates, the process was very easy and professional. The food was packed well, tasted amazing, and received a lot of compliments. I am very impressed with the attention to details. One of the things I liked the best was that when I called to order the food, I did not know what I wanted and their advice and suggestions helped me choose a perfect menu. Fantastic! I used Buffalo's Best Catering by Kim for my mother's 70th birthday party. Kim was great to work with. Very responsive and very helpful. The food was amazing and the delivery and set up was perfect! Everyone complimented the food and asked where it was from. The Famous Amos Chicken is a must try. I can not say enough good things about Buffalos best catering by Kim. She always responded quickly. They worked with me to customize my menu and place settings. The food arrived on time and was hot when served. The food was amazing!! All of my guests complimented us and wanted contact information. I highly recommend the sweet and sour meatballs and the Italian sausage. Our servers Dee and Michelle were incredible!! They went above and beyond settings up, cleaning up and even packing up leftovers for us. We didn’t purchase a desert table from them but they kindly set my deserts out for me and cut my cake. I would recommend them for any function and I will definitely be using them again! Thank you for making my wedding day a success!! 💖

We ordered last minute for a family event. They were very accommodating. The food was delicious-came on time and piping hot. There was plenty of food and we had many leftovers! We will order from there again.

We used Buffalo's Best Catering for our baby shower and we couldn't have been happier with their service and food! From the first time I called, the workers that I talked with were polite, helpful, and extremely professional. The menu options and prices were great as well. The day of the event, the drop off crew made sure everything was placed in the chaffing dishes and that we were happy with everything and the food was EXCELLENT! We got so many compliments.
