I wouldn’t normally leave a negative review but this place is the industry plant of terrible, overpriced fast food. The onions were so old I almost got sick, one of the fries i had tasted like pennys, the service was as depressing as the atmosphere, not a single person inside the place other than the one lady working behind the counter. And not a single freaky shake, just oreo. These positive reviews are from bots or influencers that were paid to leave a positive review. Save yourself 10 bucks and go to checkers.

Where do I begin? Customer service is absolutely amazing! We drove almost an hour to get there & the food did not disappoint at ALL! Aly was so helpful when we were ordering! The sweet Thai chili & garlic wings were so crispy & saucy! The smash burger was perfectttt! Fried Oreos are better than the ones at the fair! Cookies & cream milkshake paired perfectly with the burgers!

Mid $10 burger Also they don’t make deluxe shakes anymore just chocolate, vanilla, strawberry. Fairly small burger, cold bun, burned fries. False advertising.

Burger was alright but nothing special. My fries were fresh but my girlfriends seemed old and soggy. Mainly leaving the review because I ordered a milkshake and the staff member proceeded to spill it all over the restaurant and herself while making it. She then started crying and left a huge mess everywhere without cleaning it up. I asked to get a refund and they told me I had to personally call the owner to get one?? Seems a little extreme and inconvenient in my opinion. I don’t think I will be returning here.

Dirty dining room early in the lunch hour. Small burger patty only took half the bun. Fries were way over seasoned. Shake was more like a chocolate milk.

The burgers here are amazing!!! I am not a huge fan of the french fries here though. They are crinkle cut, and they were too crispy for my liking. If it was not for the fries I would have given 5 star.

They gave me cheese burgers when I’m vegetarian. I ordered impossible burgers with guacamole and bbq sauce and they gave me cheese burgers with real meat and cheese. I’m really upset and I will not be ordering from this establishment again. I lost $70..

We had some of the best burgers and an even better milk shake at this establishment. They were super friendly, the restaurant was clean and the food was made on the spot for us so it was super hot and fresh!! Definitely come and check them out!

Definitely give them a try. This review is just my personal opinion. This burger joint has a lot of heart. The burgers are highly customizable. It’s a simple concept. The staff was great. Small venue. This place got great reviews as it is well placed next to a world of beer. I Went with a potato bun / lettuce / tomato / onion / cheese / avocado and a side of fries. Everything is an add on. Was it good? It’s ok. I spent $19.05. A generous portion size. I haven’t tried the wings yet. Honestly it was just and average burger. It was a fresh patty but nothing beyond that. A little bland. Same with the fries. They were just fries. I just feel the burger is missing something to take it to the next level. Maybe seasoning? The sauces they offer just don’t do it. It can be a little pricy but if you are Drinking at the world of beer next door. This place is would be heaven to anyone with the beer munchies. I gave them a 3 because the flavor isn’t there but the burgers are fresh. Lots of customization. Small menu. I just wish there was a greasier more flavorful burger. But if you are health conscious this is a healthier option.

Came here for lunch today. Fresh delicious burgers and chicken strips, fries were wonderfully seasoned and just crispy enough. Service was wonderful!!! We'll be back!

I paid nearly 40 dollars for 2 burgers and they were absolutely terrible. The bacon was downright terrible and the meat tasted incredibly bland. The bun was barely OK. The fries were actually pretty good but for the price I paid it was horrendous. I’d say go somewhere else for cheaper and you might actually enjoy your food.

The menu was slightly overwhelming. I'm not going to lie. But the burgers were really, really good. I am picky about my burgers but these were perfect. Milkshake was delicious also

I recently visited build your own burger hoping for a satisfying meal, but my experience was quite disappointing. The photos on their menu and promotional materials promised a burger loaded with a variety of fresh toppings, but what I received was far from what was advertised. My burger came with only three basic toppings, making it look and taste quite underwhelming compared to the vibrant, generous servings shown in the pictures. To make matters worse, the soda machine was absolutely disgusting. It appeared as though it hadn't been cleaned in ages, with sticky surfaces that made me question the hygiene of the entire establishment. Overall, failed to deliver on its promises. I hope they take these issues seriously and make necessary improvements, but as it stands, I cannot recommend dining here.

Delicious food, wonderful experience, caring workers. Only things I can kind of touch on are price and speed of service. Besides that, I'm absolutely in love with this place!

Our burgers were such a let down. It was extremely salty it felt like it was numbing my tongue. We spent $50 for inedible burgers we ended up throwing away, and it doesnt even look great either. The fries and onion ring were soaked in oil, also inedible and the fried oreos were just soggy and gross, it like they used old batter.

I seen this place on TikTok of course. The staff was so friendly. The food was good. So many options, I didn't know what to try. The prices are decent. I only had two complaints. The milkshakes are a bit watery. They need to be thicker. And the seats when sitting were a bit uncomfortable. Other than that, I enjoyed the food.

I paid a little over 20 dollars for food the wasn't worth it the burger has food flavor but they didn't pit it together it was just thrown together worse then a Mc Donald's burgers patty was falling out the bun and I asked for bacon and only got a half piece of bacon the fries were over cooked and had no seasoning the burgers have good flavor but it's not worth the price I feel I can get a better burger at burger King

We found this spot after traveling to the area. Burgers 🍔 were delicious and the young lady was patient and helped us. We will definitely come here again. 😋

Cleaning is neglected at this location in my opinion. On my May 11 visit. Walls were dirty, restrooms were dirty, fountain machine has clean signs of mildew on front facing component’s. It’s clear that routine deep cleaning is not a top priority at this location It’s not just dirty from the day. It’s 2pm it’s appears dirty neglected from weeks of skipping steps. Line cook also likes to sit on customer side restaurant (has his own stool) between customers. Nothing wrong with that on its own just not something you see at other restaurants. I may visit back in 30 days and possibly update this review if they improved.

This is one of my favorite places to go for a burger , I usually come every weekend or every other weekend. I was treated poorly by the blonde girl with blue eyes the owner wasn’t here he is usually always here and he always gives cookies to my kids since we come here a lot but today he was not to witness this . I made an order with the promotion of free fries Friday I was given a side of fries instead of an order I asked to add cheese and pay for it her response was I had to pick between loaded or normal fries she couldn’t add cheese she asked I make a new order if I wanted cheese . Then I made another order and paid for an order of fries I didn’t add it to my burger like a side I paid 4.99 for an order of fries and she AGAIN gave me a side of fries with the burger inside . This time I went and asked her why she gave me a side again when I’m paying for a order of fries and she said I’m just doing what I’m told and I continued to explain to her I didn’t order a side I paid for a full order of fries and she asked me to leave and not come back . I’m in shock instead of apologizing and correcting the order she choose to ask me to leave .

Food is absolutely amazing! What an awesome spot. The staff and owner are great. Very personable, professional. We will definitely be coming back again.

Burger was SO GOODDD. I used the zupp deal but I will def be coming back later. I got a cheeseburger with caramalized onions, lettuce, mushrooms, mayo and ketchup. Tastes amazing and the place is super cute

Burgers were good but they are very skimpy with their toppings: 2 pickles for a double burger and a smudge of ketchup.. you’re allowed 2 sauces so I got ketchup and ranch. We noticed on the receipt we were charge 75 cents for ranch. So 1) we weren’t told we were getting charged extra for ranch and 2) ranch was an option for sauces. The 75 cents isn’t a big deal it’s the false advertisement and not being made aware of the charge. The ketchup they had on the bar was sour and expired. Although the burgers were decent, we likely won’t be coming back due to the circumstances.

We were quite impressed with our meal. The seasoning on the fries was a bit spicy for the wife, and honestly it only means next time no seasoning on her fries.

The burger was amazing and the fries were great. Only complaint is that they used Cajun seasoning for the fries.

Expensive tenders here... And they're pretty small. 😬 After seeing rave reviews, I tried this place out for the first time today. The burger prices looked pretty decent, but the tenders (what I ordered) are very expensive for what you get: I paid $15 + Tax for 6 tenders and fries (which do not come with a drink either, that's a separate cost). Now, if the tenders were large, I wouldn't really have as much of a complaint about the price, but these tenders were quite small. (You get larger pieces at Popeyes or Bojangles, for comparison.) The tenders and fries were relatively tasty, but definitely not $15 tasty. 🙁If you're a student locally, I advise spending $15 elsewhere, and getting more bank for your buck. Sidenote: by no fault of the restaurant, the parking lot is small for the plaza. I snagged the last open spot by sheer luck, literally all other spaces were full. Just be aware of this. 😅

Best late night snack spot there is! Went in around 11pm and got the most delicious fried Oreos. The staff was kind and polite:) had a great experience! Will be coming again.

Boyfriend was craving a burger and didnt want the below average meal. Saw the great reviews and decided to go. Owner was super sweet, greeted as soon as we came in. Explained the menu and how to order. After we sat down he brought us a cookie 🥰 Food was actually really good. Mine was super simple but very well seasoned. And the fries were fresh and perfect. Its reasonably priced for what you’re getting. We’ll definitely come back.

BEST BURGER IVE EVER EATEN!!! This place was VERY accommodating. They stayed open an extra hour to make sure everyone got to eat. They didn’t turn us away because it was closing time. The guy at the counter had a HUGE smile on his face and walked us through the process since it was our first visit. It was 10pm at night and he was still super nice and patient with us. To top it off the food is AMAZING!!! Come here!! Bring your friends!! Tell your family!! Not enough good to say! -Duck

The gentleman running it offered a drink to a Uber driver who came to pick up food. He offered a cookie to me and to the other guests in the restaurant. He had a smile and nice word for everyone including his staff. And the burger was great!

It was a good burger. The shake was just ok, which kinda spoiled it for me adding almost $14 for two of them. Fries were pretty good.

Burger was hot in juicy. Very good taste. Like the choice of toppings. Fries are seasoned well cooked to perfection crispy on the outside soft inside. Our shakes were ok very thin I like a thicker shake, ice cream vanilla flavor wasnt strong.

So we drove a lil over 30 min away due to trying mainly the big milkshakes but when we arrived we where told due to franchising they are discontinuing the super shakes so this is what we ended up with. Hopefully you read the reviews and not go by pictures cause no big shakes with toppings just a regular shake which tasted OK and the burger was OK nothing fancy, fries was seasoned so my kids enjoyed it, was it worth the 75$ bill not to me. Again we mainly came for the shakes and burgers to build ourselves was interesting.

Burger was thicker and better value than five guys and tasty.

The burger was so good. They have a lot of toppings to choose from. The wings were crispy and juicy and the fries were good. I will be back next time I want a burger.

My review is overdue with the amount of times that I’ve been here. It’s my favorite burger spot in Florida easily and they have set the benchmark for all other restaurants when it comes to burgers. Their other food is great as well! I try to bring all my friends and family wherever possible.

I had the single burger with the fries and let me tell you it was AMAZINGGG. The burger and fries were so good that I had to order the fried Oreos and they did not disappoint. They were the best fried Oreos I’ve had since moving to Orlando. Finally, the staff is so kind! Jeff took my order and he was very friendly and kind to my friends and I. 10/10 recommend.

Went to Kyuramen and there was a line out the door, so I went next door to BMB and had one of the best burgers I’ve had in a minute! For around 10 bucks I was able to build my own burger on potato bun w/ 2 medium sized patties, melted Swiss, nicely caramelized onions, crisp bacon, mayo, and a really rad creamy chipotle sauce that brought everything together! The dudes running the place were super friendly and did a great job! Skip the lines and grab a quick, dank burger!

This place truly has some of the most flavorful burgers in Orlando. On top of that the atmosphere is great and the owner is always there so you know he really has a hand in how everything is being run. They also have regular discounts and fair prices making this place quite affordable (I would highly recommend getting the app too). Another thing of note is how well seasoned the fries are and overall the one thing I can praise the most about this place is flavor, everything really tastes fantastic and I’ve never found this much flavor anywhere else I’ve been to. If you haven’t already give this local spot a try!

Number one thing is the burgers and fries were very good. I disliked the service. They expect you to order in a certain way. I asked for a mushrooms Swiss burger and he just stood there like I was stupid. You had to pick out the bun then meat cheese and toppings in that order. Find it quite annoying that a restaurant cannot listen to a customer and adapt. The tables were small and overall a loud environment.

Great burgers and prices! It’s definitely worth trying and you’ll probably go back. Excellent customer service. You’ll get a special deal if you download the app. Add a TV for sports and it’ll be the perfect vibe!
