I’m convinced these are the best sandwiches in the state, what an awesome little spot. Also the owner is a total hoot!

Ordered their beef reuben and oatmeal and choco chip cookie. The reuben was delicious. Wish they were open until evening.

Cinnamon rolls were excellent. It’s a food truck in a parking lot , so no service or atmosphere.

Pretty good food, though some baked goods can be a bit heavy. Nice atmosphere if weather is nice.

So good! Had the Moody Blue sandwich and chocolate zucchini cake. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and that the bread is homemade. Absolutely delicious and worth the wait!

A Fairbanks classic, truly. You know that Summer's here when the Bun trailer rolls into town. Good cinnamon buns, good cookies, and good sourdough sandwiches. I usually don't order drinks here so I can't comment about the coffee, but I wouldn't rate the place based on that anyway. The Bun Abides!

Their baked goods are amazing, their cinnamon rolls are the stars for a reason. They have diving duck coffee which is delicious. They have wonderful sandwiches, you choose from a selection of meats, cheeses and vegetables and they go on rolls that they bake as well. Definitely a long time summer favorite that is absolutely a necessary stop.

The coffee cake was amongst the best I ever had (marionberry on this particular day). Located next door to beaver sports it had taken up shop in the corner of a parking lot and offers amazing baked goods as well as coffee, tea, and other drinks. A must visit if you are visiting like me.

Had the daily special. They make the sandwiches to order on fresh baked bread. What more could you ask? A delightful outdoor sitting area and easy parking. Best summer breakfast and lunchtime dining option.

A stone’s throw from our lodging, this little cafe/bakery was such a delight to walk to and enjoy some lunch outside. All of their sandwiches were delicious and their treats were just as tasty. Pair it with the outdoor ice cream parkour right around the corner and you’ve got a superb outing.

Quick service, friendly staff. Picked up some Scones, Cookies and a Cinnamon Roll. We tried a little of everything and it was all Delicious ☺

This is a classic local place you will feel lucky to discover if you’re just visiting. Come early. They WILL sell out. They are only open in the summer, and their sign on college road announcing their opening and closing for the season signals the seasons up here!

Buena comida a un precio excelente. Los bollos de canela con o sin pasas, galletas, crema de menta, brownies y bollos son deliciosos y grandes. Sus sándwiches son increíbles y saludables. No te pierdas la compra de un libro de cocina! Las recetas son excelentes con instrucciones bien escritas. Me encantan las barras de ruibarbo con tapa de merengue. Yep, cin.rolls with raisins or without and the avocado cream cheese on sourdough lunch sandwiches. As the years go by it is comforting having quality breakfast, lunch and desserts!!!

We did our share of research on cinnamon rolls on the Alaskan Highway and these buns are by far the absolute best ones we had. I'm not usually a food truck kind of person, but these were so good, we went back a second time. The Best!

They are famous for their cinnamon rolls, but we enjoyed deliccios carrot cake and a rich,moist , cocolate zuchini cake. To die for!

Last summer stopped in while we were on foot and had a sandwich each- they were both really good if I remember right the price was very good!

Stopped by here for an early lunch and the food was good. I got the sourdough bread and it was tasty. My friend got the Reuben and it was messy. The cookie was dry but the apple almond coffee cake was very delicious. I took it back home to California and ate it at different times. It wasn't that big, but I loved it. Bun on the Run was closing for the winter, so I'm glad I got to give it a try.

OK. I'll say more. This little food truck/trailer makes great cinnamon rolls. While my friend who lived here claims they are the best in the world, I need a few more countries and continents under my belt before I can concur. But they probably are world-class cinnamon rolls, and several other menu items were also tempting. You need a car to find this place, but its worth the trouble.

I don't often get to FB in the summer months, so miss the opportunity to eat on Bun on the Run, but occasionally I get a chance to grab one of their sandwiches. These are really good, especially the bread. Sits in the parking lot of a few stores, but is a great grab and go place. Try any of their baked goods!

Located off College Road, this place is a seasonal Summer only favorite. Their signs are quippy and the people who work there are friendly. I thought the cinnamon rolls - while large - were a bit dry for my taste. I'd probably go back to try something else on the menu though.

They have been around for years and changed ownership once or twice, but they always seem to have quality baked goods. The two women who run it now do a great job and have a nice variety of baked goods, even if the cinnamon rolls are the favorites and most common. You know it is summer in Fairbanks when they open and that winter is coming when they close. If you have the chance to stop in and try some great food, I would highly recommend it!

Bun on the Run is a sign of summer in Fairbanks - the ladies are indeed master bakers and all their food is fantastic! Wonderful sandwiches, cookies, bars, cinnamon rolls - have never tasted a bad morsel!
