Y’all can hate on Burger King but one thing they gonna do is try to make it right. They didn’t have something I ordered online, and gave me a similar replacement, and some nuggets extra for the inconvenience.

I went into this BK tonight around 8pm and they gal forgot my onion rings. I don't have time to drive back there to get them. you should check your orders before handing them out to the customers. Please refund my card ending 6584 the transaction was around 8pm on 2/5/24. thank you. smh.

I order a Bacon Melt and they gave me Normal bacon sandwich. I try to order ice cream they said they don't have none. I go back to have them fix my sandwich because the Bacon melt comes withe Texas toast and it's up on the board they said no to fixing my order not only that they wouldn't give me a refund.

Update your damn hours. Just trying to get something to eat after a difficult day, placed an online order and show up at 11:30 but its closed. Now I’m stuck in this drive thru line because people in front of me are beeping at your window obviously pissed about the same thing as me.

They over charged me for a ice cream cone and fries i paid 5 and change when it's normally like 3 bucks and change

If I could give negative stars I would I came to the drive through last night 12/20/23. @ 10:58pm sat and waited had acknowledgment that I was in the drive-through, but ignored for 10 minutes, drove back around and came back through sat with a van and another car behind me was acknowledged again, but no response they’re not supposed to close till midnight and nobody’s responding at 11 o’clock is not acceptable especially for people who get off late at night and need to eat

Just finished ordering Doris a rush on a Saturday night at 10:50 pm and I must say they gave such a great service. The food was spot on and the guy had such a great personality still. I can’t thank them enough I hope they get A raise soon because it shows they care for the food and company thank you!

This place has been ok, but last time I went there there was something in my food, a rock..it almost seemed like a pice of tooth, something hard & white, I send BK an email but they never did anything about this issue, this is unacceptable & disgusting. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!

I like the people who work there and the food is great, but the lobby is always locked in the morning, even though it says they open at 6 am, and seems to stay locked passed 8 am the few times i've tried I don't have a car for the drive through, and I don't have time to wait for them to open on the way to work. Just wanted something to eat before going to work...

The little male tonight had an attitude and didn't want to take my order. Made me wait for HIM on everything. Also my Italian sandwich had no marinara. The whole night crew needs to be recycled.

Use caution, they won't even give you total cost until you drive to the payment window, once you get to pay, it's always incorrect price. I think it's a gimmick or scam of some sort. I'd like to know how much my order costs at the order speaker. Nor do they confirm your order.

Everything about this place screamed cheap. Original Chicken sandwich came out incredibly burnt and no sauce. Don't come here

When I come in the morning I order small for a reason. I know what I am going to eat and drink. Plus the vanilla isn't as strong in a bigger size of iced coffee. I do not appreciate being forced into a medium just to make a quota. If is supposed to be my way then don't try to do it your way.

Got my food very fast and the service was friendly!

Went to Burger King, asked for the spider man burger. Got home realized they didn’t give us the spider man burger, so I went back for them to tell me they didn’t have it and just gave us whatever burger. Terrible customer service and trash worker especially the lady with big ugly eyebrows

The burger king on Alameda and Dayton is one of the best. Food is always hot and fresh and the employees are friendly and providing great customer service which you don't find in too many fast food places or places in general any more. Keep up the Great Work!!

The Night crew that is there RIGHT NOW, I ordered my food about 9:50pm. Awesome crew all of my food was fresh and made just the way I asked. Customer service was excellent however the food not so much.

All is in line for fast food. Was done correctly and quickly. They young cashier does a great job. I have forgotten her name but she is the daytime register girl, always has her phone in her back pocket...hope that helps identify her. She's the backbone of your burger king.!!!

Went through drive thru get my order we're missing two items, go right back in, tell them what I'm missing and they were supposed to fix it we get home we're still missing one item, try to call twice and no answer.

I used to enjoy this restaurant but lately they have no customer service. Twice in the last two months they don’t show any care for the customer. The first time was my mistake… I made a mobile order at the wrong restaurant… I asked if they would give me the same deal because it was a mistake and I could not get another mobile coupon for an hour and I did not have time to drive to the other restaurant. They said they could not help me. The second problem came from using a coupon that was for a small whopper meal that included a small drink. The drink did not show on the receipt so they would not give me a drink. I then asked if I could at least have a cup for water they said they would need to charge me for a cup. I showed them the coupon but they would still not give me a drink. I returned my food and left. As a side note most of there drink selection never works.

Burger King is Burger King - Food is fine for fast food - it is what it is. I do like the flame-broiled taste (always have; always will) but I do notice the "shrinkflation" that is affecting everything - burgers are much smaller than they used to be

This location has sub par service even for being a burger king your only hope of getting what you actually order is to no use the app and go inside and check your food before you leave and the. Maybe they will get your order correct on the second try.

Apparently the posted lobby hours are inaccurate. Arrived at what was supposed to be when they opened and was told I could walk through the drive through if I wanted to place an order, which is a ridiculous safety issue and not something the employees should be encouraging if they are too lazy to run the lobby or even change their posted hours.

Don't go here. Ordered a side of french toast sticks and a Whopper Jr. Only to recieved a cold croissantwich and cold cheese on the whopper. Also did not include straw for drinks and ketchup for fries.

If you read the menu right they are actually not that bad on price. Ordered food yesterday for 2 people and only paid 8$..

Stuff is always very friendly and efficient. The store is nice and clean. My only complaint is that the freestyle soda machine they have inside is out of 90% of the flavors offered. If you had your heart set on peach mellow yellow you might as well just settle for sprite. Over the course of the last 3 months I have never seen anything available in that machine except for basic Coke and Sprite definitely not what a freestyle machine is made for.

Do not goto this burger king.....i ordered food at 915pm according to their website they closed at 11 but when i went today to speak to the manager they said we close at 10 and we didnt get your order til 1015....and i had to go thru 3 employess before i got 1 that spoke english!!! Message to the owner of this store. fire your entire staff get people in there who speak english and respect your customers.. i will also be leaving a negative bbb report as well

Ordered a combination meal via the drive-thru. The bag felt you light so I looked inside and found the burger but no fries. When I told the girl, she said they took the fries out, so I had to remind her of what I ordered and paid for. Then she forgot to make my drink. I had to ask for that also. Will think twice before returnifir. This BK location.

I came here after being refused service at another location in the drive thru after ordering on the BK app. Wait was a little long in the drive thru but the food was decent. Burger was kinda dry. Not much else to say…

One of the few places that is not insane with what they charge anymore. I went t Macdonald a few weeks ago and got a fee item off what I thought was the $1 menu but when they told me what the price was it was $15 which shocked me for Macdonald. I think burger King is better any ways but I was able to get a bacon cheese burger and a small fry and drink for 3.50.

Received a completely different meal from what I ordered and didn't notice until I rushed back to work. When I called to let them know that I got the wrong order, I had to call five times the manager finally answered and told me that she would comp my next meal but didn't take down any of my information so how do they know who's getting a free meal when anybody can just walk in and ask for a free meal???

The buildings location is shotty with two entrance exits located poorly for drive thru. Otherwise clean and welcoming environment.

Food wasn't burnt or old as other reviews claim. Two stars off because I asked for no tomato and extra onion but was given extra tomato and no onion. The recipt reads correct so I dont know what happened.

UPDATE: They must have changed management because they are now very helpful, have great service, and get the order right! Good job turning this BK around! Worst BK ever! The manager randomly decides to close early. Employees take no ownership. Manager acts like you're causing problems when you place an order in the app. Thinks he can decide BK's rules simply because he's the manager.

Every time my Husband and I go to this burger king, they always honor the breakfast coupon and let us substitute the sausage/bacon with a hamburger patty. Great customer service!! Wish BK had more non pork products for breakfast.

I work in the shopping center. I have never had to wait or complain about this place. The crew is friendly. They are all practicing social distancing...wearing masks. Washing their hands. The have plexi glass up at the drive thru window. I feel like my order is handled safetly and correctly

The chicken fries were a first time hit. Ya get about 10 to 15 in a box with honey mustard dipping sauce or sweet n sour .
