Bad Service 👎 they need corporate asap...food is cold by the time you get to the window

I have been waiting over an hour for my food. With nobody in the restaurant. They seem to not be able to fill an order. Multiple people canceled their order and walked out.

I recently visited Burger King to purchase several items, and I must express my disappointment with the level of professionalism displayed during my visit. Unfortunately, it was far below what I expected, and it significantly impacted my experience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as improvements in service are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction.

Consistently serves the car the pulls up after me.

Horrible. 15 minutes on a drive through line with only 2 people ahead of me. Unacceptable

Every single time I come here they actually tell me and I quote “we are understaffed so it will be a while”. What business does this?? If you are understaffed either hire more people or close up shop. This Burger King is in an outstanding location but the service is terrible. Absolutely horrendous.

Came in the other night for a quick dinner with the family. 2 staff member sitting up against the railing inside the store by the register talking with staff in the back. Manager who was working the Drive thru asked a staff member to come take our order 2 times and his response was don't tell me what to do. Waited several more minutes while being the only customers in the building. Finally walked out as we never received service. Food marked 1 star as never even got to place a order and there was a pile of premade food on the heater. Service got a 1 because 0 star is not a option. Atmosphere a 1 because employees treated job as play time and gossip time over taking care of the customer. Fully understand why this company franchises have been filing Bankruptcy.

My meal was ok although my food was almost cold after my 5 minute drive home. Husband did not like the new "fiery Whopper". He said the bacon was very overcooked and the cheese sauce wasn't great.

I waited at the ordering machine in the drive through and once the lady finally got to me she had an off putting attitude. I am currently waiting even more in line. I do not understand what could take this long? The establishment was not busy when I arrived. There is many workers though?.

This locations drive thru is always extremely slow.

Tried to give this BK the benefit of the doubt. I wait at least 20 minutes total in the drive thru line to even get up to the window to get our food. It’s every single time I’ve come here which isn’t very often. But what the hell is going on in that kitchen? Makes no sense to me why this is a problem every single time i’ve visited this location. Safe to say this is the last time i’m coming to this BK.

It has taken too long on several occasions to get food. I order online and have to go inside to get my food. Or wait over 30 minutes In drive-thru. When I went inside,3 people inside up front were having a conversation not acknowledging I walked in and stood at the front counter by myself for 4 minutes before someone asked me what could they do for me. They continued standing around with a line at the drive thru almost out of they're parking lot. But when the guy walked in with the company that owns or manages the place everyone got busy then. I thought they were short staffed. They are,but work with what you have to keep the flow moving. It will keep down drive offshore and wasted food.

This is the SLOWEST fast food place I've ever visited. Honestly, it's been this way for years. I come here more than I'd like due to the convenience of the location. I know there are time goals that drive thru's aim for but there is NO WAY this location comes even close. I'm in the drive thru currently and people have left the line. I'm really surprised this issue has persisted for so long. I'm leaving the line now, too. I get my food faster at a sit-down restaurant.

Hello just sharing some experiences I have had at this location, at 5am the staff is never there or didn’t show up so you can not be served I believe this needs to be resolved, bc business is being lost for sure it’s the only restaurant open at 5 am on the road so hopefully corporate regulates

They literally gave me two scraps of meat for my burger. Like, what???

Horrible I saw rats and roaches poop in bathroom could not use... Horrible service wait time about 30 minutes for two things discontinued items aggravating giving me attitude cussing me out very dirty

The service was atrocious. It took more than 15 minutes to get my order, though the dining room was empty, and for more than 10 minutes, there was no one behind me in line. I really like Burger King, but I'll never come to this location again!

The supposedly manager Jessica? I asked her name. But on the receipt it says Marissa? she was soo unprofessional and nasty. She handed me my drink no straw and shut the window. Now mind you I was the only person in line at drive through. I waited 10 minutes? Everyone was more worried about cutting up and laughing with other employees. This is my 3rd trip to this Burger King. Worse customer service ever. She asked me what my name was? And when I asked her what took so much time she just stared at me. The worker didn't say anything when standing at counter to order she was rude and the chicken sandwich was dry and tasted like it's been sitting for a while but fries was fresh

Last two times I went I waited over 10 minutes at the window after I paid. The last time I waved down to ask what's up and they were really rude, then went to the back and came back with my food. I asked for a refund because of the way they were all acting. I assumed they spit in my food. The previous time my food had been sitting by the register for 10 minutes and they just forgot to hand it to me and though I was just sitting there being annoying. How are people this terrible at life?

Wait in line, then when I am The only one in line the voice comes on to say it’ll be just one moment. As I wait that one moment which turned out to be a minute or two another car pulled up in the other lane. That customer was immediately served.

We were going through the drive through 04/19 @ approx 1pm. Whomever the female taking orders was must've been having an awful day. She was very rude, snappy, and unprofessional. We left. No need to spend our money at an establishment that doesn't respect their customers. I tried to call twice prior to posting a review, but they also don't answer their phone. Just go home if it's that bad. Shame on you!

I ordered on the app, and it still took over 25 min they tried to send me out with only half my order and all my food isn’t hot, terrible location, I’d just consider running down the road to a different establishment.

I ordered 2 whopper meals and it took over 15 to get our food for dine in.

The onion rings were cold, and the burger patties were very dry to where I almost choked.

I stopped for a quick bite at 8:15 pm and ordered the DUO. The burger was stone cold like it came out of the fridge and so small it was a joke. The chicken wrap was the same, virtually no chicken. The kid manager whipped up a replacement and it, the whole sandwich, was so hot it burned my hand, microwaved it completely not just the patty. Don't go here this is ongoing for years.

I am unbelievably upset. I waited for over 15 minutes in drive thru to even be greeted. They have a double drive thru lane and I was waiting at the box on the second drive thru lane while the other to the left was backed up and couldn’t move. Instead of me being taken care of first, they took the guy to the left of me who was not waiting at the box. I was so irritated at how long they were taking, lack of communication, lack in f customer service then felt neglected on top of that since they didn’t take orders by first come first serve. Then I tried to ask the cashier about it and she started to raise her voice at me. I believe her name was Latscha or at least that’s what I see on the receipt. Then after I paid I wait another 10 minutes to get my food in drive thru. A total of 30 or so minutes!!!!!!! How is that fast food?! Awful! Worst experience and I won’t be coming back to this one. So upset I was shaking. 🫨 I have worked in customer service as well as the service industry and this was just terrible. There were a ton of employees in there too so whoever the manager is needs to learn how to manage and deploy their people properly.

Service is extremely slow, front counter consistently ignored, woman who appears to some sort of manager doesn't wash hands ever. Watched her play with her mouth then handle food. Same woman also puts fry and chicken fry utensils on unclean surface, plays with her phone, and eats behind the counter. Tables are dirty, floor has trash on it. Management needs to be replaced and the entire crew needs to be re-trained.

The whopper was cold, cheese was not even melted. Wife had to go and ask them to put it the microwave.

Sandwiches were incorrectly made. Service was slow. Cashier seemed distracted or bored. Very disappointed.

Go here if you want to wait 20 minutes in the drive-through, lol.

MI FAVORITA ES LA WHOPPER TRIPLE

Had a little time to step away for a quick 30 min lunch break! Decided to run to BK for a hot fresh fry! No cars there, it was not busy. I ordered when I got to the window I asked for 2 BBQ sauce! Cierra tells me in a tone that ”it’s going to cost .25 cents extra each, proceeds to say when they give out free products it takes away from their bonuses.” Terrible customer service and my fries were not FRESH as I had requested!!

I love Burger King! 🍔 They will always be #1 in my book.

this is for the staff working 10-12-23 around 3:40. Thank you for being such kind people really put a huge smile on my face and I hope that management says thank you for me and let’s both the cook and cashier know that they did a phenomenal job today, speedy service and amazing customer service is what I always experience at this location.

Use to love now everything is bad 👎. Customer service attitude is rude and acts like they have better places to be an better things to do. Food is normally cold and tastes badly.

Such a bad meal, I am re-evaluating even eating fast food any more.

Nate!!! We go to this Burger King EVERY morning and this morning Nate nailed it!!! The guy is a natural when it comes to customer service!! It's been a while since I've seen someone so happy ,eager to serve and with an awesome personality in the food industry. He is definitely a keeper!! Thank you Nate and keep up the great work!!! I see a manager in the making!!

It took 20 minutes to get food. Couldn’t see any reason.

It took way too long to get orders. One would think maybe it’s taking so long because they had just run out of what was ordered and now there is a wait to cook the food. NOPE! All the fries were cold. Not warm, cold…and nasty! The whopper with cheese tasted as if it had been sitting ALL day. It was so nasty I couldn’t even stomach the taste of it. I threw the sandwich in the garbage rather than force myself to eat any more of it. I live in Winter Haven. I was on my way to Lakeland to see my brother and pickup my son and nephew. My brother asked me to pick up Burger King for himself, my son, and my nephew on my way to him. I asked what’s the nearest location so the food wouldn’t be cold driving from a further distance. He told me the Harden Blvd. Burger King was the closest to his location. After finally receiving my order, I tasted the fries after driving off. The fries tasted cold and old. I don’t know how long the food had been sitting, but I think I would’ve been better off going to the Winter Haven or Auburndale location. The service was so incredibly slow that a lady got out of her car and walked to the drive-thru window with money in her hand to pay for her order. She asked how much longer it would be for her order of fries!! She was not happy about the total she was given, as she must’ve placed two separate orders only to find out the orders were not separated. I used to love the Whopper and Whopper Jr. sandwiches. Not anymore. This experience was so bad I didn’t even taste the signature flame-broiled flavor. I will NEVER eat at this location again! I may even be done with Burger King altogether. Horrible experience!

The employee was very professional.

I was the only person in the store and I waited for about 15 minutes to be acknowledged and that's not counting getting the food.I would had understood but not even a I'll be with you soon or anything. All three ladies saw me and just walked back and forth without saying anything, one of them even stood 5 ft from me drinking a soda. I would had left but the food was for my son. I never ever write a bad review, I just don't say anything but this was not acceptable.

Food tasted nothing like burger King more like old and recycled. My order did not include condiments requested.

Manager and employees smoking outside right in front of the door. No regard for patrons. Employees blowing nose while cleaning the dining room. No ice in the soda machine. No soda in the soda machine. It was water. Putrid smell near the soda machine. Can't tell the kids behind the counter, too busy snapping pictures and laughing at each other. Stay away from the tacos. Grossest thing ever....EVER. 9/18/23.....I ordered the biscuit egg and cheese. I got a croissant with cheese...no egg no bacon. I go back, they literally give me the same thing I didn't ask for

Fast service, hot food, friendly staff, and cheap. They have a special going on now that is a crazy deal, ice cream cone for 50 cents. And the ice cream is fabulous, smooth and creamy. Five stars +++++.

Fue una tarde no agradable, me gusta el lugar y hemos asistido varias veces, pero el turno de ese día Jueves 27 6:00pm fue muy desordenado, todos se gritaban, alzaban la voz como que no hubiese clientes, cocineros con las señoritas que atienden...bromeando etc etc. Tanto así que nos tuvimos q salir y otra familia también....hay que poner orden ...siempre han sido muy ricas las amburguesa y papitas y los helados muy cremosos...no los cambiare

Y is it obligatory to have mayo mustard special sause or katchup on every burger ? Did you even consider some might just like to tast the meat cheese bacon etc!

Customers are clearly an inconvenience here. 10 plus minute wait for cold food and HORRIBLE customer service.

While waiting at the drive through, a giant rat went through the bottom of the restaurant. I kid you not. If you’re seeing this close to 7-16-23, beware.

UPDATE#2. We stopped by to get something to eat. I'm not sure if it was the manager or who, but one of the employees was very frustrated and not afraid to show it in front of the customers. Yelling at other employees, in front of customers, is not a good idea UPDATE. Despite the fact that the mask mandate for Lakeland expired in early October, there is still a sign on the door that masks are required, DUE TO LOCAL MANDATE. Um, no. The food was good, hot, and tasty. They even got my special order right. It just took nearly 20 minutes to get our food, and the restaurant was uncomfortably cold.

Wife and myself went in to have a quick lunch took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us the staff was to busy have a group discussion finally once someone helped not sure of their name no name tag we were greeted with a yeah as a greeting we placed our order and was stated at by cashier for what felt like a good minute before our cups were tossed at us then he just walked away after that we got to enjoy hearing the cashier yelling for no reason and being told to be quite by I assume the manager worst experience I’ve ever had there looked like our sandwiches were just thrown together very sloppy and they were not busy

All around bad burger king. Bought a Bacon Whopper thru drive thru...I had to turn around, no bacon..then I went inside to give it back and get a refund and the black lady behind the counter never said a word to me or even apologized, she just went and got the cash and handed it to me. What do you expect from a fast food place tho? If it's not a Chick-fil-A you're gonna get trash for your money. Trash employees and trash service and trash food

The line was so slow that people who had ordered just drove away rather than getting the food they were waiting for. I hope they are able to correct whatever the slowdown was about.

Freezing cold inside. Short staffed. Long wait. Whooper and french fries have no taste in them.

I went in to order and asked if they still had the American Original Chicken sandwich. It's easy because you just add cheese and tomato. Instead of offering the Manage got an attitude and said no. Have it your way, not at Burger King apparently.

One of the most disgusting fast food restaurants I have ever been to. Food served cold, servers want to be somewhere else, tables are filthy, and restroom was beyond filthy. Brand new building.

Our first visit to this location. Tried the "special" which was good for the price. Restaurant has a newer more modern feel.

Ordering was easy. Food came out quickly and it was tasty. Good fast food experience.

So they forgot 2 pies an gave me a water instead of a sprite for my sons kids meal I came back they were rude an needed the receipt so I got it an came back they said the assistant manager said big boss Tommy said no u were rude soo they stole my money gave me nothing an laugh at Me am basically stole my money an kids were sad by this good job 👏

It's been a long time since I've eaten at Burger King, and after this visit it'll be longer. Service was extremely slow, even though we saw 5 employees behind the counter and no one else in the dining room. Every table was dirty, as was the floor. Food was sub-par, with chunks of lettuce on the Whopper. Fries were luke warm. Guess we'll be going back to McDonald's.

Food came right. Lady named Becky had a serious attitude and zero customer service skills. At least it didn’t take long.

I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a very welcoming voice on the other end who managed to make you smile without even meeting her. Excellent customer service seems hard to come by, but Elizabeth Cadenheadi is a true example of excellent customer service. I got to the store at 10:30, I waited in the car for 15 minutes and then they told me that they didn't have any kind of hamburgers. This is my second problem in this horrible place

Go inside if you want to eat now. The drive thru wait time is ridiculously long with no sense of urgency.. It's the only thing close to work & it takes up my entire break every time..

Despite the restaurant being empty it took over 10 minutes to get our food. The food preparers obviously do not care about quality. No onion ring sauce. Won't be going back.

Came in for my food - the drink machine wasn’t mixed well so we asked the man in the white shirt for a drink from the front and was ill advised and spoken down to. The Asst manager gave us the refund for our food. The lady with the braid up front told them to microwave our food and told my husband to go sit down. I understand times are hard but customer service is something everyone has to be apart of and effective communication goes along way and prevents these 1 star reviews.
