I will drive across Lakeland to avoid having to go to this location. Its a ghetto mess smfh.

The seven dollar box is so nice so I cannot eat it all I had to share with my grandbaby

Took a while to get my order and asked for a meal without sour cream. 1 out of the 3 items had no sour cream. Drove 20 minutes away into an hour drive back to Orlando. Had to throw away the meal.

Literally takes FOREVER to hand you your order.

A complete waste of $38 and about 25 minutes of time. The food was awful, and everything tasted old. The nacho fries were like hard rubber, the cheezit crunchwrap was basically just tortilla, our nachos had stale chips, and we didn't get one of the items we ordered. Terrible experience, won't be back to this location.

Ordered the Cantina quesadilla box when the order was ready, the prep person came to the counter and called out my order. I said yes he did not make eye contact with me or acknowledge that I had said yes I said yes again he looked at me and still didn’t move. I said again is there a problem and another attendant had to tell him it was for me. Just weird. I checked my order and it’s supposed to come with avocado Verde salsa and I didn’t have any. I went back to the counter and asked them for the sauce because I didn’t get it and was told that they didn’t have any. That was part of the allure of buying the meal that I paid for to include that item but I went to another. Taco Bell told them my situation. They told me that I would have to pay for it (.20) because they are independently owned. So very disappointed.

For dine in, we waiting with 10+ others to have our order taken while 4 employees puttered in the background. After 10 minutes of no one's order bring taken, we left. The drive thru line, which wrapped around the building has also not moved the entire time we were there.

Hated the whole expierence. Waited 30 minutes for cold reheated food . You cant do that with corn tortillas.

Came at 3pm. They took my order for KFC but once I ordered taco bell employee said they were closed. Went next door to the competitor no issues.

Given the wrong bag of food. Place Needed to be clean

Operation time is wrong I came at 9:30 and it says it’s open until 11 and they were only taking KFC that was delivered

The cashier was rude as hell. I was picking up Door Dash order. A lady and I showed her our phones and she screamed quit showing me phones. She needs a attitude adjustment.

My wife got KFC, took about 10 minutes. I ordered tacobell, my wife was done eating and I was still waiting, got the lame excuse that they didn't have anyone that knew how to do the taco bell side. All I ordered was 2 cheese roll ups with beef, nothing hard. Finally decided to get my money back and when I said something to the manager about the fat girl doing nothing until he was doing the refund, he said he was aware of the lazy girl. Stay away

I live by this taco bell and it's typically just OK but recently it's really gone down hill. Today they forgot two items in my order, and everything else was cold when I received it. Which is weird because I was the only person in line when I arrived. I only order 6 items total and two they forgot. I also only live 5 minutes away so the fact my food is literally cold is quite concerning. Probably best to avoid this taco bell at this point in regards to a health concerns

My 2 soft shells tacos were way overpriced - 3.98 for the two. Almost double the price (before tax) at a location an hour away (1.29 each). And... they were not that good. Call me crazy, but I prefer hot tacos. This was at a KFC/Taco Bell combo location...

This is the second attempt because this is my local Taco Bell that I have tried to get food today is Saturday it’s 1020 and they say they have no KFC asked for a party box because they said Taco Bell only and they said they didn’t have enough meat usually I don’t do this kind of thing However not even a week ago tried to come get some Chalupa’s waited 20 minutes only had one car in front of us for the speaker box never moved an inch really need to work on supplies and customer service cause even when you do get an answer there’s no empathy even or customer service friendly last time they are family will go here

Service is absolutely terrible here. The employees have attitudes and act as if they don't want to be at work 😕. Don't visit this place unless you welcome a poor attitude.

Food here is hit or miss over cook chicken and it take so long to get your order here and the Side portions are way to Small they really do there best to not Fill the side containers for what your Paying you should never have to get so Shortage on the Sides and the Biscuits sometimes are like rocks

The worst drive through experience I’ve had in a long time. The lady in front of me waited 10 minutes to get someone to answer her. She rolled down her window and asked us (the car behind her what was going on.) we had two different people try to take our order over the intercom and it took several attempts to order 2 items. YALL this was an almost 30 minute wait time for two items of food and there were two cars (us and the other car) in line. I didn’t get a receipt and we’ve never seen Taco Bell food that looked the way it did. Weird. Not going back to this location.

Went to pick up a DoorDash order. I waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then it took 15 mins to get the order that was already 10 minutes late. Then I tell them the order has drinks, no says anything. The. DoorDash calls to talk to the manager only to find out they don’t have lids for drinks.

Wanted KFC but they stopped making certain items an hour before closing.

Pizza shifted out of box, no fork or napkins. No reciept offered for rewards eitber.

I ordered the Fiesta veggie burrito and was highly upset and disappointed. It was completely dry (no sauce), and the tomatoes were soggy. I really love Taco Bell, but the particular one on Memorial Blvd in Lakeland fl. I will never visit again.

It’s so fun when you arrive an hour before a business closes.. and then they tell you verbally they closed at 10pm and they do every day.. why do ALL the signs say 11pm then!?

I have gone to this kfc and taco bell many many times and I just do not believe they will ever have a working system. Either your kfc gets cold because you're waiting on the taco bell portion of your meal or you're in a 6 car back up waiting for all your food. Though they do usually get it all right and mostly cooked perfectly. It doesn't always come across as fast food.

Food was hot!! And correct!! Customer Service on point!

The gave me something I did not ask for all because they did not want to make what I ordered. The order taker did not give the correct change and thought I was too stupid to realize it. They also had terrible attitudes as if they did not want to be at work. The whole experience was awful. I will never return.

I ordered the chalupas and they were far less than what I've experienced in the past. The bread was flat and greasy. The girl running the cash register spent a lot of time complaining about management and had five friends or family members standing at the counter impeding customers while they talked.

I Was that on a road trip.I stopped at Kentucky fried Chicken to get go order and use the bathroom .The doors were locked. And people were sitting in the restaurant. I walked over to the to go window and asked why the doors were locked. The manager finally came to the door. And when I asked why were the doors locked. He told me that his employee was going on break. Why was the manager not covering the register while his employee was on break. I really wanted Popeyes is much better chicken anyway.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. When we got there, there was NO ONE in line. Waited 35 mins for 4 tacos. They had us pull up and park in a spot. Another car came through the drive thru and we waited another 15 mins. We ended up receiving a KFC order which I knew was not ours, so I went up to the other car waiting and asked if they ordered KFC. They said yes, so I gave it to them. The doors were locked so we then had to bang on the door for our food which then an employee said "oh someone was supposed to have ran that out 40 minutes ago". Our food was cold and they refused to make it because they 'already shut down for the night'.

Good fast food, warm and tasty. It's has gotten expensive though. Just like every other FF restaurant. So if you are gonna eat out, it's a good choice.

The staff was friendly both times I went and the food was nice and hot not old and stale. I can appreciate that. Also I got KFC from there didn't even realize it was a taco bell til the last time I went

Chicken wasn't good and they had no biscuits. The cashier didn't tell me until I was at the window. Then, I almost pulled off and noticed he didn't give me my drink. I blew my horn but they didn't hear me. So I ended up getting out of the car and bamming on the window to get their attention.

This Taco Bell has so many problems I don’t know why I keep going back to try and get food there. They mess up my order 1/3 of the time. They ask me to come in from the drive through speaker. I end up going to the Taco Bell further down memorial towards auburn sale which is much nicer! I wish the owner would get his restaurant under control and into shape. Not going back anytime soon.

When we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed, inside & out. I understand that this is typical for a fast food joint around dinner time, but the service we received was hands down THE WORST that I've ever received! The kid taking our order, FAILED to inform us that they were out of dark meat BEFORE ringing up & charging us for meal combos that included dark meat entrees. He didn't even hand me the cup for my drink, he just put it on the counter & walked away! Comes back 10 minutes later with only 1 of the 3 meals ordered, calls out our order # (as if it were our entire order that's ready to go), places it on the counter w/out handing it to either 1 of us AND AGAIN WALKS AWAY to start working on another customer order!! When we finally get his attention, ONLY THEN does he tell us that they're out of dark meat & that it would be another 15 minutes (had already been there 30min+ at this point), but only after arguing about our order & receipt with my companion. My friend politely asked if he could freshly remake the 3 wraps that were now cold & soggy whenever the rest of the order was ready, the kid grumbled under his breath, snatched the bag from my friend & WITHOUT REMAKING THEM, put them inside the bag with my hot combo meal ANOTHER 30 minutes later...

Can never get an order right. They either miss a sauce a side or put someone else's half order in with my order. I asked for tenders meal with honey mustard and the bag had no honey but did have a chicken sandwich and two chalupas and Cinnamon twist. I tried their attention and the lady kept telling me to move up so I left. I only go here out of necessity.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. They are always so rude, make you pull up and wait for your food for no reason. Will not be coming back. I’ll drive the extra miles to a different location.

I ordered the 12 piece crispy chicken withv3 sides. I love 17 minutes away from this restaurant. When I got home I had no gravy for any of the mashed potato's. I drive backvfor the gravy and I want compensated at all. I get home and served my food but the chicken wasn't crispy it was either over fried or fried more than once. It was impossible to eat, past crunchy. I won't go here again.

I had an online order.. which when I went to pickup the store is locked..And the Red sauce I asked for on the side in the note section.The young lady told me I didn't order any on. the side so she wasn't giving me any. Why is my question.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a 12 pack of tacos (supreme) and they didn't make them supreme so I took them back. The manager had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the sour creme and tomatoes on the side. It had been a hour since I ordered because I had intentions on eating while my children played at the park. But when I realized the tacos were not supreme I stopped eating and waiting until my children played about a hour then took the tacos back. I waited about 10 minutes for my order to get corrected. Good food, bad service!

I had to wait about 20 minutes for food that was cold when I got it and the hard shell tacos were soggy the drinks barely had any ice in them and they were warm I had to ask for an extra cup of ice to transfer the drinks. The food wasn't prepared how I had originally asked. I wasted $15 because everything went to the trash. I live with miles away and didn't want to drive back for a refund.

While we waited we saw someone who works there make some and then ate it while waiting for ours to be made. When we approached the counter to ask how long will it be for our order it was like were arguing who was to make it. So not impressed whatsoever

They always forget my sauce the food is always cold because they don't know how to time everything correctly. Then they want to park you in that tiny parking lot. Was the only car in the drive thru at 10:30 tonight and no one responded to take our order. They close at 11. Blew the horn no response, was a guy taking out the trash. We were totally ignore. As we pulled away I looked in to see if I could see anyone working and it was a ghost town. Seems like someone didn't want to do their job.

Kentucky Fried Chicken is attached to taco bell so get tacos and chicken at the same time. Great food and excellent service.
