I stopped at this location on 9-7-24 after a very long day. I got out of work at 1 am I'm went through the drive thru the menu was off so I was unsure what they were serving so I simply asked are you still serving whoppers amd such right now right and tje response I received from the girl taking orders says in a very rude tone yeah thats what we sell what do you want so I placed my order. Got to the window and I can hear her yelling through her headset at a customer I can't hear you talk put your window, your window I said window this woman taking orders was so incredibly mad for no reason. I just want to add my fries were still frozen no taste at all.

Crew is slow as hell, 4 or 5 people working and we were the only ones in the store and had to wait 20 minutes, and the worst part about all of it is ALL THE FOOD WAS DAMN COLD!!! 😠 we will NEVER return to this location

Went to get something to eat at 3:30 am after getting off my shift. The menu at the drive thru was off, I asked to see the menu. I was told that the menu was turned off at midnight. Then when I asked how i was supposed to see what I wanted the person rudely started listing items. Never seen the menu off before. Portland needs better food at this hour. This place is a joke and to boot it looks filthy and the food is cold all the time.

I ordered a whopper and they give me an empty burger

Stopped here for breakfast while traveling. There was only one car in the parking lot so we were a little suspicious. We took the chance and were not disappointed! The place seemed to have been recently renovated, and was very clean. The food was delicious. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. We were traveling with a camper, and there was plenty of parking area. We were on and off the interstate quickly.

The food was hot and fresh . The cheese on my breakfast sandwich was actually melted. The service was top-notch. The store was clean. Every table was washed. Use the app and save about half price.

Worst BK ever Food always lukewarm or cold

All I got was attitude. I also found spit in my food. Chicken fries were also ice cold. STAY AWAY!!!

I rose Burger King and was settled in Uber eats for over an hour before they cancelled and I was left with no other options for food. I am very upset and cannot believe that they would wait this long to make a decisions like this. This is so unprofessional and I hope that no one uses this Burger King again

7:30 Saturday night, only thing open is drive thru. Trash.

Waited 20 minutes through the drive through only to find out they took the order wrong. Asked them to correct it and nothing but attitude. Had to go in. For better service, McDonald's and Wendy's is down the street

Stood at counter for 15 mins before anyone acknowledged I was there. Not another customer any where.

Update slow and can't get the orders right , Lobby closes way to early , worker giving me attitude for being short handed , maybe time for a new manger or shut the place down !!! A bad experience every time

I ordered online and came inside, I ordered just a milkshake and it still took them around 30 mins to make. I walked in and I saw half the employees on their phones. Very disappointed in this particular store and will never go back.

Had to change my review. Never get what I ordered, go there n it says drive-thru only (short staff) as I'm watching a few employees screwing around in dining area. Then u go thru the drive-thru and the staff is miserable and takes it out on the customers. I work in customer service. I'd fire almost everyone. If u don't like your job than change jobs. It's not the customers fault you're miserable.

Very happy with the Impossible Whopper and the toppings for this big sandwich. On Wed, they are only $3 using the app to order. Weekly visitor at this point. Yumm

My friend and I went to the Burger King in Westbrook, M.E. recently, and our Whopper Jr's looked and tasted better than the picture on the menu. They were perfect.

I drive in for drive thru and order what I thought would sound good and something I like. When I get my food the bun of the burger is like soggy and wet and my drink that I ordered was coke and it had other sodas mixed in with it too! When I took a bite of my burger there was a long peice of some type of medal under my cheese!! Ridiculous! Don't go here

Big lighted sign says, "24 hours" but rarely are they open overnight. More times they are closed than open before 6am.

It was a takeout order. Everything was just as we ordered it. The price was reasonable and the kiosk for placing your own order sped things up. Love the new feature. Also like the multiple variety of choices in the whopper Jr's. all for 2 for $5. In and out in a timely manor.

Absolutely terrible. I drive a large truck. Doesn’t fit in the drive through. The people working inside can see me and the truck but can’t be bothered to open the door to take an order.

Disgusting place, not cleaned ever. Lobby always locked. So if you don’t drive you don’t eat. Place that mobile order for lobby pick up for your food to sit inside or never be made. Have to teach each employee where to get my mobile order that isn’t doordash. Place is a joke. Gone downhill hard.

I pulled into this location at 6:30am on 2/16/24. I order a ham and egg croissant also asked if it came in a meal. The person says with cheese right. I repeated my order again. Ham and egg croissant. Again this person says with cheese right. Never once did I say cheese. As this person kept asking about the cheese her tone changed. Sounding more irritated. Not feeding into her I drove away. This person was very unprofessional. If I wanted cheese, I would’ve said with cheese.

Rude female working the drive thru, every word out of her mouth was "is that it?" I ordered 2 kids meals, 2 burgers, a fry, and a drink and everything ended with "is that it?" We did get the fries for free though. After getting home my daughter found someone's hair in her burger but I really don't want to go back I really feel like we would just get more rude attitude. Never going back there.

this location literally always gets my order wrong. been in countless times and theyre always forgetting an item i ordered. so disappointed in how consistently this happens. don't go unless you have time to open the bag and itemize everything you ordered, bc they 100% forgot something.

Made an order using the Burger King app. Pulled into the Drive thru 5 minutes after placing my order, and it was ready to go. Cheeseburgers made the way I requested and the fries where hot and perfect. One of the best fast food restaurants in the area.

No sign on the door stating early closure of dining room. Employee leaving for the night let me in without telling me the lobby was closed. Grill Employee looked at me 3 times and said nothing. Was finally told by the manager on duty when he finally came to the counter and said something. I fully understand situations of being short staffed however, there should be notice of hour change posted for customers, employees should use better judgement then to let customers into a closed restaurant when they full well knew the lobby was not open.

11:55 pm. Red jeep. The woman who took my order was clearly strung out; falling asleep, and held onto my card for a few minutes as she went around waiting to clock out. When I asked for it, another woman with darker hair and equally bad appearance scoffed at me and found my card for me. Was then given the incorrect food. Not that I’m going to eat it anyways. They weren’t wearing gloves and were clearly using and probably stole my card info while they were at it. Won’t be returning, not that this store cares, and will be keeping a close eye on my card over the following days. Completely unsafe experience. Will be posting this on their bk/contactus support site for the place as well so others won’t have to deal with this. Other BKs and other food places in general open and worth the drive to not feel unsafe and scammed by a drug-ridden and unsanitary environment.

Cancelled my delivery putting my 50% discount to waste on a less than busy day. Only a couple burgers! You’re not 24hrs if your employees refuse to work past 7 🤷‍♂️

Worst Burger King I've been to. My hash browns were cold, my breakfast sandwich was very greasy, and they took way too long to get our coffee.

Store signage says lobby closes at 8 and I was here by 7:50. They wouldnt not let me inside to order food. They asked me to wait in line at the drive thru...I don't have a car.

I went though this Burgers King drive-thru last ordered some food and waters. The guy at the window handed me a cup that was clearly not water. I could see the pinkness through the opaque cup. I handed it back to him and asked if I could have water that was not pink. He looked at me and simply said no. Hands me my food and shuts the window, offering no solution as to why I can’t have water that isn’t pink. He then stared at me for about thirty seconds. When I didn’t drive away he opened the window again, saying nothing. My sister then asked him why we can not have water that isn’t pink he ignored us. My sister asked him to get a manger and he ignored her. She then asked to talk to anyone who isn’t him. He turned to his coworker behind him and explained that we wanted water that wasn’t pink. She leaned out the window clearly upset by our request and said that it’s just pink water and we should take it because it doesn’t taste pink. Then she explained that the water is pink because it’s connected to the icy machine but it’s just water. My mother who ordered a water is a diabetic, she can not pink water that is clearly full of sugar if the pinkness it is from the icy machine

The 🍔 was amazing. I get hamburgers plain with pickles and it's great! I use to like McDonald's but the flame broiled got me. It has a clean taste and I really enjoy the quality!!!💯🍔🍟

We came at 1am on the way home from the airport. There were several cars ahead of us in the drive thru. It took a while for our order to get taken and cooked but it was good food. The staff was friendly even after a customer was less than kind. The whole state is understaffed right now. If people don't want to wait in line, they should make a sandwich at home. Thanks for being open at night.

It's a good place for a fast and easy meal for the whole family.

My wife and I went inside to order some dinner after spending many hours at the hospital. We waited, than an argument broke out among the employees that got loud and aggressive. I finally had to demand my money or my food. The manager scrambled to put our order together. Our food was cold. Do not go to this Burger King. I'm so upset about this, but I'm not going back there to complain in fear of being verbally attacked.

Drove up at midnight and there were three cars waiting in front of me, the third one was still sitting at the ordering mic with his head laying sideways in his hand. I should have taken the hint and backed out, but another car pulled up behind me. Five minutes later I threw it in park. Another five minutes go by and I am ordering the Bacon Melt meal with onion rings. I pull up and wait literally ten minutes watching how slow that it takes the staff to complete two oders...TWO! I also notice that they are only handing over a small bag of food and one drink, nothing more. More red flags. Girl with pink hair looked all sorts of disgruntled and was not nice or welcoming at all. Long story short, my Bacon Melt meal had no bacon on it, cheese was not melted at all and was just as cold as the onion rings were. I guess this is what you get from a late night drive-thru when you visit this place..NO STANDARDS HERE!

The worst Burger King ever been to food was cold fries where hard as a rock an soda was flat an on top of that was refused surves for trying to walk through because drive-thru wouldn't accommodate truck an traler so had to park traler to even get food

Ordered 2 rodeo burgers the food took forever and was stone cold. Lots of people standing around on their phone's. Imagine if they put that attention into customers!!

Ppl don't listen they in to much of a hurry.. Order 2 chicken sandwiches one just ketchup the other one just how it comes.. kids meal burger and fries for the boy. Get the food opened up and first the kids meal the burger isn't supposed to be cheese burger..I said hamburger kids meal... My son lactose intolerant. Then the chicken sandwiches one just ketchup and other how it comes they both came with ketchup and cheese and lettuce. What the heck ppl. Clean your ears. And this has happened more then once and the lady with pink hair in the drive thru I asked her one chicken only ketchup."yupyup" and that time it was mayo lettuce. Can't even get plain right.. Sad but true!

the two bigger girls in the mornings have consistently provided slow, rude, and incomplete service on more than one occasion. they also complained very loudly about their coworkers to the point it made for a hostile dining experience.

For a fast food establishment I think hand hygiene is so very important. When I visit there is a man Logan who’s fingernails make me gag. He mostly handles money which is very germy in itself but he has been at the serving window. Please have employees clean their hands and nails. I believe in having a nice appearance to represent your company. Sometimes the clothes are a bit grungy too. Sorry you wanted my input

The fast food is pretty good they just need to make sure that they heat the burgers up a little more several times I have been through the drive through and the cheese on my double bacon cheese burger isn't even melted and the beef patty is not heated up enough. The friendly atmosphere and nice service by the employees that work there.

Speed you get 5/5 the service was fast and line was short. That's the only thing that was done well I'm afraid. First of all you were out of most things including large cups lol. Then I ordered a royal chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss which is more expensive then the basic royal chicken sandwich as you well know and yet I got a basic chicken sandwich with no bacon and no swiss. So thanks for charging me extra for giving me less. Have to been to a bk in a long time and gotta say didn't make me wanna go back.

Flavorless, under cooked and less then impressed. The mozzarella sticks are terrible and taste like they were microwaved at best, cheese isn't gooey like it should be and whatever breading is used is the same on the nuggets and chicken sandwich, Ive never been a fan of BK and this is why, I will refuse to go there ever again, worst BK in the state and probably that I've ever had. Forgot 2 of our items so had to go back and go inside to have made, the nuggets were worse then the 1st 4 peice we got, we ordered an 8, so we shared em with the seagulls. Best thing the coca cola was fresh and tasted great, good thing my dad works for coca cola and makes sure these machines run as they should.

Barely ever get more than a Luke warm impossible burger, but convenience makes it hard not too stop once and a while... But definitely not a place to look forward too.

Worst service I've ever seen.i was there nov 5 at 300 pm. The girl working the counter was terrible. Literally been over a year since I last went and like always they messed up my order and forgot to give me a sandwich this time! When I went in to get it one of the workers told me that someone else had forgotten to put a chicken patty on someone else's sandwich. Wicked friendly employees however they really need to learn how to pay attention to people's orders

Absolutely horrible. Their drive through is only one tight lane and you can't leave if the line is taking too long. I was wedged between cars for 40 min. Brain dead design.

Patty melts my boyfriend and I got were both cold - cheese isn't even melted. The patties were chewy as if they were old. Super disappointed and grossed out.

Nothing was right and it’s Kinda sad that your food is messed up and the servers say they messed up food but don’t want to remake it! Then when you call to tell someone about this they leave there phone off the hook. So you can’t have it taken care of. But I’ll just call tomorrow when a manager is in cause I want this corrected!

I found the staff here to be really nice and accurately made what I ordered. My fries we got and sandwich was on point. I was pleasantly surprised by the service here. I found myself here after going to the Chipotle's downtown. Portland and they were closed 15 minutes before 8:00 when they're advertised to be closed. So I was kind of hangry about the situation when I walked in and they really made up for it. Being that it was rather late in the evening to eat dinner I thought these guys did a great job taking good care of me and getting hot food to me quickly.

2/27/22. Walked inside this location to use the bathroom and before I could order, all I heard was 4 letter words from the staff behind the counter. Kind of ironic when there are posters advertising for employment opportunities. Might want to train your employees to own the job if you want people to work there.
