While they weren't 30 min for an order. Food was cold. And I only live 1/2 mile away. Worst. Been this way since opening. Brief period of good service and food but back to terrible. Huge failure of the owners. Can't wait till they get bought out at a loss hopefully

I asked if I could order food extra fresh because I had to take it a little ways to someone at the hospital. The cashier up front on 08/15/2024 @ 6:30 told me "NO!, she was not allowed to give me extra fresh food because she would get in trouble." She also said, "If they already have product ready that is what she has to serve me." Oh well, back to Wendy's I go. Thanks for nothing!

I try not to have to write reviews like this BUT this has happened to many times. The food is cold, i ask for no tomato, no onion, add cheese and the receipt shows what I ask for but the sandwiches multi ones are made with all ingredients. I have spoke to the clerk nicely and said last time, it was made incorrectly can you make sure. It’s raining I have a car full, my fault for not sitting and opening every sandwich to make sure it’s done right, this place needs to do better.

I got take out...sometimes hard to hear when giving an order because of car noise

Bad service, bad attitude, rude manager. Burger King please 🙏 retrain your employees at this location.

This is the slowest fast food place I have ever seen. We live right down the road and would love to swing by here on busy nights when we run out of time to cook, but I could cook a quick meal faster than this place serves. We've tried multiple times to just grab something quick on our way out or in and it is ALWAYS a mistake. Last night we just had to leave the line. They're never busy, I'm sure this is why.

Everything was fresh, fast and cheap! Thanks for the good service today. We ordered drive thru chicken wraps and a wrap meal. Fries were hot and full, wraps were hot with fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Coke Freestyle was tasty!

Last night 3/1 at approximately 7:15pm I was trying to give an order via the drive thru. I was asked to repeat my order 3 times and then when asked for a Cookies & Cream Shake. The response was, “what is that?” Really? I understand people have language barriers, but if you can’t understand the client, maybe you need to work in another area!! Needles to say, we left with nothing!! Then, when i tried to call them. No one picked up the phone, yesterday and today!! Btw, the parking lot is always empty and maybe only one or two cars in the drive thru. That every time i have ever gone there. What is up?

PS I asked for no tomato and ketchup because I can't eat that because it gives me gout so thanks again for messing up my order make me wait half an hourI got here at 5:33 pm Friday February 9th and it took 30 minutes to get my food thank you to the nice manager lady who just clocked in to put everything back in order

Was very nice to encounter a Burger King from early 2000's feel & serving the classics as expected in a clean well kept dining room

It is really sad how food has gone so downhill and the price just keeps going up. Look how pitiful this 4 piece chicken nuggets is. :( I just hate how much we pay for food that is so little. Anyways I think it could be better

Staff all hours of the day are very nice and courteous. Food is always good from this location.

Drive-through was empty. Was waiting for 2 mins somebody to help me another car pulled up in the second drive-through and they got helped before I did. Never did order just drove off and went to McDonald’s.

Got there late, 20 min til close. Had a relatively big order. No problem. No sideways looks, no attitude. It was a great experience. Good was good, they even helped me carry it out to my car: ( Rae and Elijah) were so nice. Liked it so much, went back the next night.

Coldest fries I’ve ever been served in my life. I don’t expect much from Burger King but jeez guys this is really sad. I will never come back here.

What the heck? I go to Burger King and order a junior chicken, and I get this? I've literally got basically no food because that's all I ordered. The Patty isn't even a centimeter thick. I am disappointed, do better, Burger King.

My son loves the chicken fries 🐔 🍟 I really like the coca cola icee. It's so refreshing! They have a new chicken wrap. I tried the honey mustard 🍯 it was great!

BEST BK breakfast around. Always hot and soft croissants and sausage. 98N location can’t even compete here, with their cold and hard sandwiches at 7am. Very new/modern building. Always clean. Very friendly staff. I’ve been at 6am and 10pm, food is always fresh and never wrong. One of the best BK locations I’ve visited, luckily it’s close to me as well.

The floor was very slippery. Prices have increased. Staff is nice. Overall, it was good.

Found out a week ago they sell ice. Was so excited to go get more today, until they only gave me half a bag. But charged me the same. Was just a let down from the previous visit.

Drive thru was empty and they still took over 4 minutes to answer for order and ended up taking 2 people from the first line before us in the 2nd line.. Food overall was decent but the atmosphere and service was pretty bad.. it just looked like they were under staffed The Oreo shakes were not even full either kinda disappointed on that as as well

Eh sometimes they're decent others it's all attitude. Morning shift seems to have the worst. I feel for Fred a few reviews down. This is the only place nearby that I don't have to drive to 98 or griffin road.

I come here for onion rings but they were out . Not good ...

Normally I would get Burger King five stars but all this particular visit they're ice cream machine was down and I didn't get my little soft surfer 50 cents nor did they have onion rings which is one of my big reasons for going to Burger King because McDonald's guess what does not have onions now Burger King you need to get our kids toy and a Happy meal because that's super important people can retire off those little toys like me now if I'm not out of characters yet I'm going to go on to say that the chicken sandwich there is unbelievably good this is the best chicken sandwich people I mean I'm a big fan of Chick-fil-A don't get me wrong but this chicken sandwich was delicious and I ate it with my dad next to me sitting on the sidewalk so yeah I was like MasterCard chicken sandwich $3 ice cream I never got negative 50 time with my dad priceless what

This is a decent location with friendly staff. Breakfast was warm and delicious. Will definitely visit again

This BK never gets the order right. This is the 5th time i paid extra for cheese on the whopper and didn't get it. I also didn't get the tomato either. I wouldn't go there but it is 2 blocks from my house
