This store awesome 💯😎 always clean. Food yes 😋 and awesome people 😀.

Today, Thursday, August 15, I go to Burger King really tired on my way home from work. I ordered three simple things and I go back in the store because they did not give me one of my items and the manager which is a older lady gives me a attitude and tells me that she needs a receipt. I’m telling her she never gave me a receipt and she refused to give me what I paid for after I paid for it in full, please avoid yourself a headache and go somewhere else

The owner of this franchise should visit it more often, this employees you are trusting will bring your business down soon. We waited in line for a while after 25 min infront of the window they said can I see your receipt (while there we were watching a female employee cursing at others like she owned the place very unprofessional) they told us to park by the stop sign and they would bring us our food . After 40 minutes another employee came out and asked for our receipt AGAIN I said I want a refund I have waited an hour and you guys can’t get it together. I walked in after him only to find out there was 3 other people from the drivethrue line there also, manager said she had no voice and couldn’t talk, she also said the other 2 employees with her were new and didn’t know how to do anything yet and there was no other employees there but them . If you can’t run a place with full staff to handle the volume close down in my opinion. When we got home and open the food WOW they used potatoe bread from the store to make the burgers they were uncooked and extremely greasy we could not eat at all and had to throw everything away. Very bad experience and will definitely never come back to this location

This store is always super cold like they do it on purpose to drive the customers away, customer service is basically non existent I don’t know who trained this employees but a customer service course is needed, the least you can say is hello to a person that just walked in instead of rolling your eyes and answer sarcastically when asked a question, if the employees don’t like their job get a new one the customer didn’t ask you to work there.

For the blonde hippie boy in the front "it's only sausage bro, you'll be okay" yall had 3 customers and I waited 12 minutes for the food. It's not hard to put 4 sandwiches in a bag when you have no customers

This place closed at 22:20, 06.30.2024, while I was waiting in the drive thru when it says they don’t close until 11pm. Granted I was showing up a little late but dude, there was 40 minutes left.

Made and online order because they are supposed to be open till 11 and it was closed before 10:30.

So we came through on 6/20/2024 right after my daughters dance recital & had some super hungry kids. Unfortunately the ice cream was down (it was 10 at night so a bad time to try and order) but the guy Anthony heard the kids want it and he said if he could override it he would. Anthony handled us in such a kind way and we ordered like a big order at almost close, they never got frustrated with us and really wanted to help make thr kids night happy too. Thank you Anthony for being a kind person & as someone who has worked in fast food a lot I would have had a meltdown that night working 🤣🤣🤪 but you handled it awsomeee! Bk yall got a good employee with this one.

The customer service here is great!! Whoever is manning the place keep it up and will be back just because of the service!! Just want to shout out the people who work there, have great attitudes

Have had excellent customer service from this location several times but today especially, We wanna give a Big shout out to Julie for being so professional & Courteous while taking our order. The food is always good & fresh at this particular location! Thanks for making our experience good every time, it keeps us coming back!!

I had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. My breakfast sandwich was inedible, tasting like dirty dishwater, and was ice-cold despite the long wait. The employee at the window was too busy on her phone to attend to me, leaving me waiting for 10 minutes before finally handing me my food. The whole experience was disappointing and frustrating.

They don’t even deserve 1 star!! Worst customer service ever! I’m not even sure if there is actually anyone working in the place!! Waited at the drive thru way longer than I should have and never got to place an order! No telling how long The car in front of me had been waiting! I eventually just left! Who ever owns and manages this BK should be embarrassed!! How do they even stay open!??

I've been sitting in this drive thru, at the speaker, not in line, for over 10 mins. There is literally no one else here. How do they stay open when I've watched 5 people drive away because of the wait? I'm leaving now, but I thought I'd let everyone know to save your time and go to McDonalds or Zaxbys instead because these people are deficient.

The one female manager Amanda is the rudest person I ever met. I don't see why she still has her job. And the food tastes like it's been sitting all day.

Third time we've tried to go and third time the lobby is closed. I don't get it. If it's not an option......close the lobby

Terrible experience . Waited almost 30 min online. Driver ahead of me left because waited so long. When finally getter window the employee apologized but the manager acted like he had no idea what was going on never a word from him. I was told they where short handed. To ruin my experience I finally got home and order was missing cheese. The employee who had to work the window also had to do pack bag. How hard is it to read order and make sure burger had cheese. Food not worth the wait and never will go there again

Either this is one of the worst Burger Kings or Burger King as a whole has gone downhill. Every time we come here the person who takes our order has a bad attitude. If you hate your job that bad, go work somewhere else. And don’t try to use any promotional coupons because this store is a franchise and they don’t accept them. The food is about average for a Burger King. I honestly would never go back to this store, but my daughter loves chicken fries.

The Manager Julie was a very rude lady , she was more concerned about the drive thru customers than she was inside patrons . I ordered 2 large fry and waited for 22 minutes and still hadn’t received my food even though two customers with meals who ordered after me received their food before me . Again all I ordered was 2 large fries I should’ve been in and out in less than 5 min . I asked for my money back and she gave me nothing but attitude and excuses . She gave me my money back and was still very rude about that . I will never eat at that store again on Decubilus and Ridge rd . Very very unsatisfied !!! Thank You Mr Joseph Simmons .

This place is terrible, it took forever to get two wraps and a sweet, and after I waited forever for my order I almost choked on a bone in my chicken wrap!!

The best word to describe my experience was weird. Props to the lady manager for making the best out of a series of challenges. First - The breakfast menu wasn't working, so the guy says 'we don't have any menus right now ( I thought they kept Paper menus on hand for the visually impaired ). Second, when I go to the BK website it won't just give me a menu without me putting in an address.. and the the menu isn't even correct.

Amazing service came in on my lunch break and had attitude from one of the workers but a worker name Larry great help. made my food just how I wanted it and fresh and hot and has so much positive energy lol morning shift is amazing. This place is fast. With the food because kitchen dose so good but other then the nasty attitude from one of the worker had a fun experiences

Very clean and fast service. Whopper was not flat and squished down like at some fast food outlets. It was fresh and hot.

the workers were so unnecessary, they kept jumping over the counter running and screaming inappropriate things, talking about vapes, private parts, and a cycle for girls. I believe one of their names was crystal, they were nice but I was trying to eat with my friend. And they made me loose my appetite because of what they said. And I was trying to eat my baby puffs.

The Evening Crew that you have seems like a wonderful team. I came through there last night after having a bad day and that wonderful voice on the microphone really made me happy. The gentleman asked me how my day was and he seemed very genuine. I got the #1 and EVERYTHING was just how I asked for it to be. After getting my food the young man I think he said his name is Bouncer told me to have a wonderful evening and keeping smiling. I really needed to hear that even if it did come from a stranger. I look forward to seeing that smiling face EVERYTIME I COME THROUGH. OAN: Can y'all PLEASE bring back those Melts🤗. 5 STARS HAPPY CUSTOMER

Nothing fast about this fast food restaurant! Hash browns always rock hard and taste more like the oil then the potato. Coke has more carbonation than syrup.

New to the area and decided to visit since I had a coupon. My server Julie was very pleasant and courteous. The store was very clean and orderly inside. The breakfast was great and the coffee was fresh. Probably one of the best Burger King experiences I have ever had!

I ordered at Drive-In, only 1 male mgr complaining and only 1 assistant. He needed to be wearing gloves prepping food!!! Then, no gloves at register, so NOT GOOD!! TYPICALLY THIS USE TO BE AN AWESOME PLACE!! LOVED THE EMPLOYEES PRIOR??? NOT GOOD! SAD

The wife and I dined at this restaurant on more than one occasion, and the food was hot, arrived promptly, and was competitively priced. The facility is relatively new, so the dining area is modern and aesthetically pleasing, and in this case was also quite clean.

Got the chicken parm sandwich and it was wayyyy too salty. The cheese, chicken and tomato sauce all together is very very salty. It's not this location's fault but sandwich needs reformulated.

By far the best bk in the area. Food always made well and always a nice clean calm atmosphere

I just wanted to thank Julie from the Decubellis location for taking the time to help my husband to the car with his order. She saw he had too much to carry and she took the time to help him carry everything to the car. This was very much appreciated as he has some difficulty navigating at times.
