I asked for fresh fries and they looked like old fries re dipped on oil and the chicken sandwich all soggy its a bad place to try out everything its old and I see that they do drugs on the back door of burger king i don’t know what wrong with that store but its not it Ive been way better restaurants than this placeee!!!!!

Stopped by for dinner no cotton candy shake no cheese sticks ok o well paid waited for food lady opened the window handed me my food turned around closed the window. Lol not a word was spoken. Service was terrible now resupply your restaurant 🙄 az$holes

Was driving through Pawnee City and wanted some Burger King, so we stopped and tried it out. It wasn't too bad if in the area go and try it.

Cold food from drive thru 12 dollars for a quick disgusting lunch no thanks.

The croissan'wich's are amazing in the morning 🌄 😍. The fact that I can order them without egg is a great plus. They start my day off right.

Employees were swearing excessive even when older customers were around. None of the Employees who were making food had a hair net on their beards or long hair. Will never go back to this establishment!!!

We made a mobile order on the app. It was about 15 minutes between when we made the order and got to the restaurant. We sat at the window for atleast 10 minutes. Then when we finally got our food the girl working the window handed the food over and said “ Here’s your food” and immediately slammed the window shut.

This is the dirtiest restaurant we've ever been in. The doors were covered with dirty handprints as were the glass partitions between the booths. The metal dividers between the booths are covered in ketchup and grime. The wooden divider between customers is splintered and has been for weeks. You just put a sign on it so people don't lean on it. An employee came out on her break to eat breakfast and her t-shirt was stained as if it is only washed once a couple of weeks. I'm sorry to be so picky but as a food service establishment these things should be addressed.

These guys have been doing their best since the pandemic. The food has been consistent even if the service is a bit slow sometimes. They've only gotten my order wrong one time because they left an item out. But, I called back immediately & they were apologetic & had my missing item ready by the time I turned around & went back.

Wow the services was outstanding!! Meals in less than, 3 mins.. Very impressed with staff!! Food was Hot and fresh!!!

Had the Texas double the other day. Pretty good. It has jalapeños and everything, even bacon. Yum.

I don't know about their food, but their restroom is the bomb. Having to do work in this town for the last two weeks I have used their restroom a lot. Thanks, my bladder loves you.

Their WiFi and connection to their rewards system was not working. The manager would not even allow using a code out of the BK app for a free fry. Terrible service. Sometimes it's not about the stupid $2 free fry, it's about a business and it's manger that just tells you sorry and nothing they can do and not even honor a legitimate code. “We can't jut give people free food” even though I showed her the legitimate code and offer in the app. Last time we will be visiting this BK.

Yesterday I used the mobile app to order. When I got there 1/4 of my order couldn't be made. The store can't cancel your mobile orders and I couldn't do it on the app either. They were very apologetic about the situation and my card was refunded this morning. The food is always good. Corporate needs work though. They say they have 24/7 support but they do not!!!

Sunday at noon, wasn't busy. Fast hot food for the road.

Service was a little slow compared to some Burger Kings, but the food is alright and the prices are a lot better than McDonald's.

This is the worst burger king I have ever been to the place was discussing, the food was old and cold, service was slow, employees were rude and very unfriendly, they made my food bare handed and didn't even was their hands, hands down worst and most discussing place I have ever been

The ice tea in the container in the stote is warm. It takes slot of ice too cool it down. My tea is warm. Good job!

Every time we make the round trip to Nebraska and back we stop in Winfield at the Burger King. Great place to take a break and get a Frosty.

My fries were kinda burnt and one of my cheese burgers was cold.

Extra helpful. Great staff. Really went above and beyond. Not many will feed walkups through the drive through but these guys fed truckers who hadn't eaten all day, just before closing. Hot & fresh even!!

Bacon is never consistent. Dry,uncooked/Raw,non-existent, never know what to expect with it. But order has been correctly 99% of the time. & there pretty quick with my time.

Not a bad Burger King location for it being fast food. Food came out rather quickly and tasted good. Although it’s still fast food... but when you’re traveling through states, this is definitely a good option and location to stop by! Staff was very friendly as well.

Slow service, had to wait over 5 minutes to place order at drive-thru. Waited another 3 minutes after I paid to get food. They NEED to take orders right away so the cooks can work on orders as soon as they can. There should NEVER be a delay in placing orders.

I went to burger.king. ordered a sandwich meal got home it was just a chicken sandwich lettuce and onion ring a couple I went back they made the rodeo king for. Me I even told the gentleman maybe I ordered wrong one it was on the house so thanks to the team there. I even offered to pay he said no thanks.

I have not eaten there for quite awhile & needed a quick bite to eat...it was good.

Its a fast food...today my hubby tried the frisky fried chicken sammich...he ate every single bite!! Very good.

Definitely one of the best BK locations between Omaha and Kansas City. Everytime we go there they are quick and courteous and very rarely do they mess up an order. The one time they did make a minor mistake by not putting cheese on my whopper, Jessica the manager was extremely professional and made sure to replace my sandwich the next day! I even got my fries and drink with it too! Considering how many bk locations I've been to in Omaha aand Lincoln, I must say this location in Nebraska City tops all of the ones in the metro areas! Maybe its just the small town vibes but from here on out this location will be my first choice for a cheap but quality burger!

With everything going on I think they are skimping on the fries. Thinking that you won't go back through and complain. In my case she said they were very hot and she wasn't lying, well when I got home this is what was there and I didn't eat any on the way home because like she said they were hot!

I went to this drive through at 6 at night and nobody was there.

Another ok Burger King. Not sure why they wouldn't refill the Dr Pepper in the dispenser. 5 people working. One gal said that she was "gonna" change it. But 20 minutes later still no DP. Mind you we're talking 10:30 in the morning. I was the only one in the restaurant and the drive through had about one car every 5 minutes. I'd be willing to bet that it's still empty 😅🤣 come on people.

I like this place but when I went there on a Saturday @ 11:30pm all lights were on and not a soul in sight waited in drive-thru for 5mins then left Not the first time I've been there that they closed earlier then posted They also need to replace light bulbs in their signs & menu board

Staff are very friendly. I ordered just a drink one time and had to wait a while and they gave me my drink for free bc of the wait.

Quiet inside. Not too busy. Ordered a small coffee and they had no cups so they gave me a medium at the small price. Bonus! Staff was friendly and food was hot and delicious.
