There was no one in the drive through. When we pulled up, someone asked us to wait a moment. We waited at the drive through for 15 minutes. Then someone finally told us, “I can take your order, but just to let you know, we are only taking cash.” I said, “Well that would have been nice to know before you made me wait for 15 minutes”.

I requested a plain double cheeseburger kids meal. I parked to check if it was plain, it wasn’t so I sent my 9 year old grandson to request for a plain no ketchup. They changed it when he got back I opened it there was pickles which wasn’t before. I sent him back to request for the third time a plain double cheeseburger. He came back with a message from the manager saying to remove the pickles ourselves. 🤬 I then went in and asked who told my son to remove the pickles because we asked for plain. Both ignorant people the manager and regular employee asking me if my grandson was allergic to pickles I said to them I asked for a plain double cheeseburger I’m not here to talk about my grandson medical condition. 🤬 both employees gave me an attitude and spitefully made me wait a long time for a third double cheeseburger. Mumbling under their tongue like if they didn’t do anything wrong. They need some customer service training along with the manager. Horrible service I’m so surprised because Labelle tend to have very nice people and most of the business have great customer service. So sad Burger King are hiring incompetence people

This place is really disappointing because there aren't many fast food options on the way home. They don't offer salads or grilled chicken, and they won't give you condiments if you order a sandwich without the bun. It's frustrating that they won't give you mayo without the bread. Each time we stop here, it seems to get worse. The staff seem like they don't want to be there and act like it's a burden to do their job. When you walk in, they act like life is terrible.

Went to try and get breakfast Saturday, February 17. The lines were about to the order kiosk in the drive through. Was there roughly 15 to 20 minutes, got to the kiosk to order. Ordered a fully loaded and was told they had no hashbrowns. I asked if they could do fries or onion rings instead, they said no. It was 2 minutes until they started lunch. I pull forward to leave but can't because the people in front of me have not moved in 10 to 15 minutes. I wait to leave. The man behind me orders and they offer him fries or onion rings, no less than 2 minutes from when I wanted to order. If they ran out of hashbrowns the manager should have stepped in and made sure they had at least fries as a substitute. The manager failed to properly order hashbrowns and still had them on their board. Instead of putting a sign up saying there are none. This is a version of fraudulent advertising at its finest. If you don't have something to sell but are still promoting it, then it is fraud. I believe the manager should be removed from their position. Not just because of the hashbrowns, but not making a substitute, not increasing the speed of the food, and not insuring the customers have a good experience.

Wanted to send a shout out to the employee receiving payment in the drive through. I'm not sure what her name is but she is a real blessing to the world. She was extremely friendly and pleasant and honestly she just made my day. We have so many opportunities to be nice during our day and she certainly didn't miss the opportunity. Kindness does matter. I'll choose to come back to see her smiling face and have more cheesy tots! This employee that you have is a real gem and I pray she is blessed as she blesses others!

This might have been the worst service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. I have worked for fast food, quick service and casual dining so I have a lot of patience for workers. It took over 30 minutes for my order. They weren’t busy and the drive through only had a couple cars. When I inquired to see if my order was lost, I was pushed aside. Finally when someone realized that they gave my food to the drive though window they brought it to me. I saw disrespect to other customers in the lobby. It was the worst experience I have had in a Burger King ever. I hope management can address these issues, because I would not want a future customer to deal with these same issues.

Deserves a 0 star. Don’t know what happened to this place over the last few months. Management was very rude. She stated that they are trying to run out their stock so not everything will be on my burger but then charged for adding tomato’s. When I got my food, tomatoes weren’t even on the burger. My husband politely asked for tomatoes and then was demanded to bring the burger back after I’ve already taken a bite so they can put it on it instead of just putting a few in a box. Most definitely will not be back.

The drive-through was very slow. I could not hear the lady taking my order and asked her several times to speak louder to no avail. They would only let you use one coupon in the drive-through, but you can use 3 if you go inside???? After you paid for your order, they wanted you to only pull up half way to the pickup window until they waived you up. Strange?!?!

Rude management, horrible customer service and do not value customer or their time. At approximately 6:20 pm on 10/06/23 I was sitting in BK line waiting to order my food. Upon approaching the order menu I noticed that two cars ordered before the car in front of me. I patiently waited to have my order taken. Two vehicles ordered before me so I spoke to get the attention of staff through the speaker. They told me “one second , we are sorry”. I waited again. I then heard them taking the order of the third car parallel to me in the other line. I again spoke and was told that i needed to wait, in an impatient tone. I said that three people were serviced before me. I still did not get serviced. After being in line for approximately 20 min. I got out of line and went in side. I asked for the manager. I told the manager that the lines should be rotated evenly and she said that they were. I told her I had been skipped 3 times. She said she was training an employee. I told her that she should not sacrifice the customers time like that. She said that I was entitled for feeling like that and that I did not value her time. I told her each customer’s time should be treated with the utmost importance. At this point another female manager approached and began yelling at me to leave the store. Both of these female managers had horrible customer service and were very rude. I will not be returning to this Burger King, because of how I was treated. I immediately went to McDonald’s and despite being in a longer line was serviced much faster and with great customer service. The BK store phone number does not work so I was not able to get the names of the managers.

Cold fries again, no ice in the machine AGAIN. People have to interrupt others trying to give their orders to ask for ice. The employees spend way to much time fetching ice for the customers. This is nothing new and is a stupid problem to persist. Is there nobody in this business that can fix problems? Months go by and the same problems continue. Absentee management? No money to buy a new ice machine? Or do they enjoy watching employees and customers suffer? It would be nice if they could get the soda to taste good too.

The woman working the front is very rude. White large lady w an attitude. She Would Not greet custom in a manager shirt. Instead gives you a dirty look like you are bothering her. I get being busy but when you work with the public you should do it with a smile or at least be nice. As they were working on drive thru orders I watch two customers leave because they wouldn't even say hello give us a minute nothing. After taking my order they continued to get orders together. The people in front of me had to come ask for things missing in their order. When I saw them working on the drive order in front of mine that was huge they also started putting mine together then an employee in the back came up and asked her about a problem he was having with a phone or some electronic instead of her finishing the order then helping him she stopped and was fixing his problem. The lady helping her bag the other order finished it up so I got her attention and said hey can you just give me my hamburger and fries she's already got the burger and a bag I just need the small fries she turned around and very rudely said You're after this big order.. so I let her know that if she wouldn't have stopped what she was doing to help an employee who's going to be there all night she would have already had that big order plus mine out. then another manager came out from the back and told her to just get the order together and she stops to tell her no she just wants her order first and starts going into all this explanation instead of just saying you know what here you go thank you very much have a great day she wants to start mouthing off to the customers. This is not the first time I have witnessed her being this ugly to people. She needs to seek employment where she have doesn't have to deal with the public if this is how she's going to treat people.

They make you stop at the black pole right before the window because of the sensor over head and they're keeping track of the trying to be the fastest one around... However it waste time because you have to pull up to the window you should be already there and you can't pull up to the first window because a car in front of you is on the way sitting right before the window. Ordered online. Arrived to location and they nothing for my order to be completed. They wanted for me to order something else because apparently they can’t do refunds for online orders, which was made of through BK APP. They should have better inventory of their supplies and also make sure that online orders are not accepted for certain items if they do not have the supplies. Wow, I just had a shockingly bad experience at this burger king and checking the reviews here I can see it is a pretty normal situation. I am an extremely patient person and they were BUSY tonight, especially for burger king, they had the same amount of customers as McDonalds next door - so I figured the wait would be long. It ended up being 30 minutes exactly, checked the receipt which said 6:30 got food in my hands at 7. I looked into the bags when they handed them to me but didn’t fully check it. Walk out to the car and get in, give my son his bag and he immediately complains about cold nuggets, I notice my burger is also cold after one bite and I have no fries. They did however give my son two juices which was nice but unnecessary. I was pretty upset mainly because I waited so long just for cold food so I decided to do something I never do and go back in and request a refund. Well instead I was called a liar for complaining I had no fries and they said I could come back in the morning to speak with the GM. Obviously I don’t need to waste another minute with this since at this point it’s 7:11 and I’ve been there for at least 45 minutes after standing in line. It is worth stating I normally never have issues here, my son prefers their nuggets over McDonald’s (when they are actually cooked). I am rating this review based off this experience, waste of money (as other reviewers have also experienced) there is no customer service here as you may think there would be like that of McDonald’s. They are normally not very busy and barely have the same amount of business all day long compared to McDonald’s just in their breakfast service. So if you do go while they are busy, realize you are taking a gamble on quality and time spent.

I feel like this is the worst Burger King anywhere. Manager and staff are unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. They care very little about customers or there orders. And care more about faking there drive thru times by asking customers not to pull up to rhe window or asking them to pull away and park when no one is in line behind them. It's obvious why the do it. Tonight me and my wife went to Burger King and order 5 sandwiches in total we get our food and the fries are old so we ask can we get fresh fries and the girl at the window slammed the windows manager wasn't any better and started rolling her eyes. Opens the window and demands for the old fries back which wasn't a problem they were old and soggy Than we check the rest of our food we were missing 2 burgers and an ice cream cone so we told them and they came to the window rudely and demanded for receipt so we gave it to them and they made our order but gave me 2 plan cheese burgers and kept our receipt at this point we aren’t sure if we want to eat the food with the nasty service we received $29 went to waste

Also did not have the bun, just a whopper with jalepenos. I've worked in fast food and restaurants for a long time. Do not send out food that is not completed. Regardless if it takes longer or not. People would rather receive the correct order then the wrong one.

I ordered something that shouldn't take long and it takes them 20 min to cook and more embarrassing they tell customers to wait till they call them to the next window to improve their service time and it's so embarrassing to watch this something or someone at this location either needs to change or improve cause this might be my last visit so sad the burger was barely warm the fries were cold burnt I can tell nothing was fresh or made recently

We did drive through, and said Mocha BK Joe at the end of our order like we always do; the lady explained that they didn't have hot coffee and I said, yeah, with Ice. We pull up and they hand us soft serve cone, and I said no, we ordered Iced coffee and the Manager Vino laughed at me and said "no, I was listening, I heard you say Ice Cream"... When I asked his name he just had a big ole laugh... LaBelle BK has gotten about 8 of my last 10 drive through orders wrong, no matter how many managers they change... Recommend avoiding, I will try to as well.
