Little Caesars Pizza in LaBelle - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

If I could leave zero stars, I would. I paid for my pizza and was told it would be 15 minutes, pull around out front, so that is what I did. After 15 minutes I went to go in to get the pizza, the door was locked within normal hours of it being open, one of the employees looked right at me, walked by and went to the front room, 45 minutes still no pizza, so I walked over to the front glass window where they could see me and tapped on it, one of the employees came out and asks "what do you need?" I told him I paid 45 minutes ago and asked where my food was. He walks off and returns with most of my order, but not all, I remind him that he didn't bring my whole order, he went back, got the wings, and came back out. 1 hour later, I had my food, the wings were cold, and the pizza was warm. I won't be back.

Extremely rude employees, ridiculous wait times for food (get told 15-20 minutes but you always wait double what you're told). Just go ahead and go to other pizza places in the area.

Came in and already met with a attitude of a young female if you can’t handle being at work or dealing with customers do not even show up at work!

Ordered a 3 meat treat and a "hot n ready" pepperoni. First of all, they may as well drop the "hot n ready" because it's definitely not the same as it used to be. My "hot n ready" pepperoni was "cold n overcooked".

They were really busy and we had to wait for the pepperoni pizza. But it was delicious and employees were hustling. So good job to them.

Good pizza, just make sure to check your pizza before you leave if you get a hot and ready one. Got burnt pizza didn't know till I was home, 20 min ride home didn't want to drive back. But if you order fresh it's good. A little crazy going in and out of parking lot but if your hungry and don't want to pay $60 to feed 3 People at McDonald's or $40 at burger King, then little Ceasars is just right. God bless

Great on the road hot yummy pizza

For the first time ever I had a pizza made with extra cheese, sauce, and pepperoni on two and extra cheese and sauce on one. I also got a 2 liter. We pulled into the specialty order spot because that's what we got. I waited over 15 minutes for nothing at all. I had to go inside to get the pizza and drink. Then when we got home it had extra everything except sauce when I clearly said extra sauce. Not worth the $32.00 I spent on these 3 pizzas maybe $5 each but not $10.

The cheese bread was delicious served hot and ready, the customer service was amazing. On a side the note the manager dude with the Nike hat has got a dumpy. I have GYATTTT to get a job there

Chelsea ( a "manager") waited on us. Receipt said Yazmin.We come through about once a month and a order a supreme no roni no peppers. This time she says. If you order it that way I am going to have to charge you more. We ordered the regular supreme and cheezy bread...it came out w extra roni and peppers. It was undercooked and not that good. The cheezy bread was good. She was really not nice and now my 82 year old mom says she never wants to go back. 🙁

All too often the staff ignores customers to attend to other matters, like their friends! The customers, even in LaBelle, should be communicated to about theirs orders. Way too often there is friend favoritism played at this store!

No thin crust ready for drive thru

There is an American girl who speaks Spanish and gives excellent service to everyone. that helps many Latin people

They are often out of cheesy bread but the food is good and the person at the drive thru is friendly.

The last six to eight months, the LaBelle location has taken a nose dive. The customer service used to be wonderful. The staff was friendly, respectful, and our pizza was always done correctly. I don't know what started the change, but they haven't been good changes. The app no longer alerts you when you order is ready. Several times I placed an order through the app and when I pulled in at the designated pick up time, my order wasn't even started. Several times I have gotten home and my order was incorrect. I was given a free pizza because of one of the incorrect orders. Placed the order the way I was told to do so. I was running late for pick up. Got there 15 minutes late and my pizza was not started yet.

The manager working on 12/15 @ 1721pm has got it together. Thank you!!!!

Ordered a pizza and crazy bread through the app and when I picked up I asked for the marinara sauce that to my knowledge is included with the crazy bread. Lady was angry and told me it’s not included with the bread, if I wanted the sauce I needed to pay extra for it. Told me to pay for the crazy bread combo next time if I want the damn sauce. Looked on the app and there is no crazy bread combo on there 🙃 never had an issue in immokalee or fort myers

I love that this little Ceasars has a drive-through. Pizza is always delish. Not happy with the price increase on the stuffed crust, though, but we keep coming back because it's our favorite. Would be nice to offer coupons or deals.

Ordered a work's pizza at the drive thru was told it would take 12 minutes. Was told to wait at the front parking lot was never told that I had to go inside to pick it up. After 20 minutes of waiting went inside to ask was told workers not able to come outside to give order. Therefore: pizza was cold by the time I got it and I live 30 minutes away. Would appreciated to be told at the drive thru what the protocol is.

So far no complaints and cook to order

Employees just looked at you but never came to counter to help, need better customer service, no smile:(

I have stopped in twice in the last week and each time the service was friendly and helpful. As a note to sales, there are additional sales walking out the door by not asking if there is anything else, drink? Sauce?Wings?

It's Little Caesars, you get a $6 pizza with pepperoni and it's Amazing

Most people know me because I am a regular to this food joint. I love mi pizza well done but not burnt and no two pizas are the same. Service is great highly recommend. Especially for the price.

Best pizza in town and excellent service the only problem is the older blond woman.

The manager has very rude attitude I did not like the way she came at me such a ugly attitude.

No public restrooms. Don't expect anything 5min.

The manager was extremely rude. The cashier was new, and he overcharged me and was trying to give me food that I didn’t order when I asked him to go over the receipt with me and clarify, the manager came over, and essentially made me pay twice and wait for my refund instead of just refunding me the difference for what I wanted. She didn’t ask before she did this. She literally just did it without consulting me. And then she said if I don’t like it I can leave so I guess that’s what I’ll do from here on

Need to be careful I received a dried pizza , luckily they gave me another freshly made one

I guess they close at 9? It says 10 but they would not come to the window at 9:15.

Sadly not a great experience this evening ! I’ll definitely go to the one on 80 in Ft Myers by Riverdale from now on. The girl who took our order was okay, the one that gave us our food was quite rude. Won’t be back to this location !

I don't understand why a pizza place doesn't have a bathroom. I was traveling with my kids and stop for food drinks and a bathroom. We waited for around 15 minutes spend $33.

Every once in awhile the pizza is too hard not enough cheese not enough tomato sauce. Sometimes the pizza is deformed but all in all it's not a bad place. I go get pizza there all the time. I love Little Caesars.

Fast and good food with friendly staff

The staff here is fun and friendly! They take pretty good care of me whenever I place an order. I always order the EXTRA MOST BESTEST toppings.

Purchase the hot now ultimate supreme... What a waste of money...next time just get the plain pepperoni because there was hardly any toppings... Only good thing about it is...it's a quick dinner

Hot-N-Ready, yes, but it isn't the best pizza in town. It's uniqueness is receiving your order little to no minutes after ordering it.

Always fast and fresh pizza. Our location is usually very busy and we've never waited more than 10 mins. Most of the staff is very polite and they seem to handle the rushes well.

Called in my order. Said I would be there in 20 minutes. When we got there, no one had started to make the order. Had to wait and additional 10 minutes.

Location was great. Service was quick and friendly. Pizza was good, I only wish it had more sauce. Plus there are picnic tables outside for those who do everything outdoors.

Its an ok pizza place yeah they have $5.00 pizza but only 2 options to choose from your not allowed to ask them to do an extra topping on the pizza and them charge you a little extra for it witch I think is stupid and there flavoring is not that good either that's why we hardly ever go there..

Looking for a quick pizza, this store will serve you well. During rush meal times you'll smell the salt and meat from a block away from this corner location in LaBelle. Drive-through or come inside, they make it convenient. Picnic table under the oaks are available outside. UPDATE: On April 2, 2018 they were giving free Hot 'N Ready Lunch combos with a drink in a promotion on the NCAA basketball tournament and I found the two noon staff members really pleasant, and the gal on duty even came outside to remind a customer he forgot to pick up his drink.

What do you expect? Cheap pizza, filling and kids love it. This particular one never seems to have any of the hot and ready stuff. I ordered a pepperoni there the other day, one of their new best ever ones. The pepperoni was all on one side and two slices had no pepperoni at all. Still, you can feed two kids for five bucks.
