Fast service, clean, friendly staff food served warm & fries served fresh!

This McDonald's I used to go to all the time and spend over 50 bucks because I would go buy a pack and ship every month and check my mailbox but I boycotted it because I never got everything I paid for. The food was hard. Even the manager had reached out and said that she would give me gift certificates but guess what? Never got them

Big Mac on point, McFlurry On top, Fries 🍟 delicious and crunchy. Plenty of Parking, clean and I like so many bilingual latins working there

Smoothie was good but may as well charge for a medium with the amount you get with a large😒

It is a nice place with different types of food, everything delicious and the customer service very good and fast.

Although I am not a frequent customer, I found the place very nice and the service very good, especially congratulations to the lady who keeps the table area 100% clean.

Last time we visited, we were disappointed to find that there were no gluten-free options on the menu, and the salads were not available. We often find ourselves on the road and wish there were more fast food options that cater to our dietary needs. Additionally, our order number wasn't called out the last time we visited, resulting in our food being cold by the time we picked it up. Moreover, the women's bathroom has had an awful smell during our recent visits.

Great staff, friendly people FAST SERVICE today 🤩 ..food gets worse every time. McD has changed SO much in the ingredients that this doesn’t even taste like it did a few months ago LET ALONE WHEN I WAS A KID #NeverAgain #SoLongOlFrend and I see HUMAN MEAT has been found AGAIN😏in an undercover inspection- #SopranosMeat?

It's always easy to get a snack at the drive-through.

Girl at register is completely untrained and unqualified to be customer facing. She argued with me about what I ordered because her English was poor. Manager had to cancel order and the. She failed to enter it properly again. Train your staff before you put them in the position of taking orders.

Everytime we go to the McDonald's the staff are always very friendly! It is such a nice change from most MD.

There was a mistake made with my order however one of the managerd I believe her name is Mandy was super polite professional and understanding with no hesitation my order was remade on the spot huge thanks to Mandy keep the good vibes rollin girl

Food is good but prices are out of control for a burgers and fries

Ordered through drive through this AM everything was on point. There are times when they do make mistakes but who doesn't. I'm not a fan of McDonald's but when hunger strikes it served the purpose. Staff is great.

Stopped for ice cream. Machine down and no one knew how to fix it or who to call.

Pretty bad when you can’t even remember to put sauce in the bag even though it’s on the receipt. Have a 2 hour drive now with absolutely nothing to dip the nuggets in or my soggy fries.

I’ve been coming to the McD’s since high school (2012). They always make the sweet tea so freaking good.

"FAST FOOD" should NOT cost $20 for two burgers and fries! People eat at McDonald's because they don't have money to go to a real restaurant!

This is one of the better McDonald's. The staff is nice. I have even seen an employee walking around the dining area asking if someone wanted something that was made by mistake or something, on multiple occasions instead of just throwing it in the trash. like most places.

Ordered $61.59 with of food from here got three meals with fries and when I got to the window I asked for sweet n sour for the fries got told I could only have 1 and would hav to pay for more. The disrespect I felt was indescribable.

This was the best McDonald's that I have been to lately. Went through the drive-through, and the lady taking the order was very clear and loud enough to understand. The services were all quick and very friendly. The food was all freshly made and ff where nice and crispy.

They literally put a sign on the drive through mic saying that they charge extra for extra condiments. Even doordash isn't scummy enough to charge extra for extra breakfast sauce or a bagel. Employees are rude and impossible to deal with through the mic, too. Corporate should come in and wipe the slate clean. New owners, new managers, new staff. Editing to add that the second employee was really nice. The first employee taking my order was not.

The managers and employees are rude and they like to make false accusations on you and they were very rude they also make the food only wearing one glove or none at all and that is unacceptable they should be shut down and fired I would never eat here again they also blocked me from getting doordash orders cause they are accusing me of stealing a phone when I found in restroom and was looking for owner and they said there was other issues but that's why I don't go there anymore

Just love the sausage and egg McMuffin. Waited 10+ minutes for curb delivery, then had to go inside to find out what happened to our meal.

McDonald's in general is getting more and more disappointing the prices keep rising and the quality of food just isn't there. I do believe this goes for ALL Locations Nationwide.

The workers can sometimes be nice or rude. The guy didn’t let me finish my order at take out, didn’t even say if I wanted anything else and he went quiet. Waited a few minutes and goes to stay “ Welcome to McDonald’s “ 💀💀

Update: day two. Lobby is open and ordered from kiosk same drink. Large, vanilla iced coffee. It was almost half the price as yesterday and was served an actual large size. Problem though, no vanilla in coffee. Told manager about yesterday and he walked away said sorry. No people skills. Day one: #1. Served a large latte in a medium cup. Even showed them that it's medium. Says on the cup it's medium for lattes and they still argued. #2. Closed lobby

No matter how far away you place your order in the mobile app they still are not ready, even if they don't have any other customers. Ask to speak to the manager and the manager doesn't come. This place can never provide customer service.

Service has actually died down. Got wrong drinks, didn't have inventory for my order it was not a good e pirience. I hope no one got the HI C that I was asked to give back.

Thr food came out fast despite it being VERY busy! Everything was clean inside including the bathroom.

What a disgusting person working there, Rosetta, never will I ever go there again, I can't believe how rude that woman was, even another customer commented that she had an attitude. So I said goodnight, and she kept saying rude things as I walked out the door. God help her, I forgive her, maybe she has a personal problem.

This place was packed and yet somehow the staff managed to serve us quickly and the food was great. The drive through was absolutley loaded with cars, 2 lanes both full, and yet walking into the dining room you could not tell, the staff was friendly and welcoming and the place was clean and inviting. Thank you for the wonderful service. Side note, i ordered a medium drink and it was forgotten by a staff member i went to the front with my receipt and the manager proceeded to give me a size up on the drink at no charge for the mistake, absolutely not necessary but very appreciated, great customer service. thank you so much!

Like always there ice cream machine is broke couldn't get any

We came here to get Shamrock Shakes since the first McDonalds didnt have them. They make them wierd, the icemilk was on top and liquid mint was on bottom. This effected the taste since it wasnt blended, hard to blend your own with a straw or while driving.

By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Which is saying alot i have been to some pretty terrible restaurants. But if your looking for extremely long waits - cold food - warm drinks and a dirty table this is your place! I found it very ironic that there food van was also parked crooked blocking multiple parking spots in back, seems very fitting with the general attitude and service...

When it comes to McDonald’s customer service is a hit or miss. Today Antonette exceeded all expectations at the front register with a friendly smile, rapid work ethic and a confident voice that really was the back bone of the service this woman was dishing out. Thank you for being a positive role model for others.

Usually a 25 + minute wait in drive thru, this causes food to be like warm and shakes melted. People don't move with much ambition, but yet they all want $25 an hour. It is getting a little better, but not much

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to and we have drove across the US for the last 5 years and have been to many McDonald's and its hands down the best one I've ever been to. Your food is practically done before you are even done paying and your food is hot like it should be and the fries are perfect every time. The crew here work great together and they seem genuinely happy.

Your experience here may be somewhat better than average for McDonald's, but it gets ridiculously busy at times and at those points, you might consider another business.

Has a parking spot for mobile orders.......BUT DOESN'T DO MOBILE ORDERS. Not all of us have the luxury to wait in a 30 min line its suppose to be FAST FOOD.

Terrible customer service and even worse drive thru wait times. Didn’t even order food because the guy working the drive thru wouldn’t take our order. Kept saying hold on while we watched 5 cars behind us order and move on.

It's McDonald's, don't have high expectations. Stop in for a flurry, wife had over, I had m&m, they were acceptable, next time we go back to cone. 8/22/22. Stopped for a fudge sundae. Used to cost $1 plus tax. Walked out with two sundaes for $6.00. What a deal...... explain that cost increase McDonalds. Your not Dairy Queen.

Mc Donald's is a fast food restaurant. It's k. If that is what you enjoy eating. It's been around forever.

Same selection as last visit hurry up and wait in the drove thru at each location in lee County made most all 2 lanes and not better its worse great Job Also people that take 20 minutes to decide in line what you want they have the same menu as your last 100 visits figure it out so I don't spend 10 in gas waiting in line can't blame the employees that are more likely under paid so I don't yell but wanna keep serving a million smiles a day speed that line up get more microwaves not wider longer lines just a suggestion I'm not mad either lol just a realist ok gotta go im next in line my quarter pounder is on its way ill complain my next vist have a great day,Night,morning whatever

Cheese wasn't fully melted, burger was cold and servers weren't very friendly

We placed a large order in the drive through. We got to the first window and paid ( the young lady was very nice). We got to the second window and I was ready for them to ask me to park and wait. Unbelievably the food was ready, the order was correct and everything was fresh. The team did a great job.
