This was the worst experience ever. Food was dry and old. Quality was terrible and poor. Sucks that I spent 60 bucks and received such terrible food I'm return for family. I feel sorry for that community.

Chicken was overdone and too dry.

I have never come across a more disrespectful staff in my life. They were clearly advertising a sale package on the window and behind them with no sign stating otherwise. The cashier heard us debating whether we should get that package for a couple of minutes and said nothing. When we tried to order, the cashier said they don't have the button for it?? We asked them to honor it given the advertisement and to seek approval from their manager. The manager refused to leave her post to come to the cashier and from afar started flipping out and yelling at both us and the cashier. The cashier was startled and apologized several times. I had to remind them it was not his fault and he was just doing his job. Corporate needs to visit this location and intervene for the sake of both customers and wokers. It is obvious by reviews that I am not the only customer being disrespected and receiving mediocre service at this restaurant under the Popeyes brand.

If yall ain’t hiring right now why is say online and also management restricted how pay for order through driver thru told us today you can not do separate you have order all same time that treble it has always been that why stop they can be rude mean I hate people do that

Chicken was old. The soda machine was broken in the lobby. The cashier handed me an empty cup and said the drive-through works. What do I do, walk in the back and fill it myself?? Employees seem to be on probation and need the job for community service hours. I'd pass on this location in the future.

How is it possible for someone to decide that they do not want to give a military discount (when the establishment does give military discounts) to a veteran with an ID for proof? Omar, the assistant manager at the Popeyes in LaBelle just told me “oh no we don’t do that.” I asked for clarification several times and he just continued to say we’re not doing that. When did it stop? I think the real problem is having children run the entire establishment and they don’t know what they’re doing.

The meal was hot, the service was good but that coleslaw... 🤢. It was overly sweet and tasted like mayo with cabbage, avoid that. They were out of my side dish that I ordered through the app but they were very apologetic and super friendly about an alternative. Friendly people just trying to make an honest living.

Good food but the service was terrible for a sandwich I did wait 30 minutes, very disrespectful people to work at that place playing with their phones, never will come back.

Been there about 6 times, never have gotten a meal correct, always missing condiments, chicken, biscuits or something. Check your bags people! Missing chicken, and nothing on my chicken sandwich, did a mobile order and did NOT select no condiments. Got full online refund, also they never remember biscuits you pay extra for.

The size of the chicken was the size of a small pigeon

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken, they were reheated and it came out very expensive, their service was very bad regarding terrible

The food was excellent and tasted fresh. We walked up to the counter, and it was like we were inconveniencing the staff. The almost played paper/rock/scissor to see who'd take care of us. Food was served in to-go containers/bag to everyone there, and it was probably to cut down on cleaning, which this place was in dire need of. Dirty tables, floors, and even their a.c. vents were disgusting. Had I noticed the nearly clogged vents before ordering and eating, I would have left. They were even dust bunnies in that vent in front of the register, they were dust DOGS Inattentive staff that forgot to give us sauces and didn't wash their hands(straw wrappers were greasy after employee touched them). Experienced indigestion stomach issues after visit, which leads me to think the kitchen was just as, if not MORE disgusting than the lobby.

How does a franchise operate with no coke or lemonade. Tired of waiting in the drive thru so we went inside. Waited for 15 minutes and the line didn't move either....we walked out

Not what I'm used to when I visit Popeyes restaurant. I was a little disappointed with the inconsistency of the food. The chicken tasted like it had been cooked in old oil. The service was above average.

Best chicken sandwich at this location..every other one for some reason it's always cold or chewy.. LaBelle gets it right every time!!

Popcorn shrimp is overcooked & sorry as hell. Like trying to chew marbles. Won't be stopping here ever again.

This location is no bueno. Plenty of kids working nothing getting done. No management to be seen. Went in around 10:45, 15 minutes after they open and the food was cold. When it should be hot and fresh. Would not recommend going to this location

11/15/23 I do not recommend this particular Popeyes . There was no management and the 10 workers mulled around. I waited 25 minutes for my order, which was cold. I will not return. I will travel to Alva diner, even with the travel I'd get fed faster!

We love Popeyes. My only complaint is when you order the rice and beans..... you get all beans with a sprinkle of rice.

Only reason I Gave 3 Stars for Atmosphere is because i went thru the Drive Thru. I like this Popeye's nice friendly people working there, clean , one older lady in particular (forgot her name ) but she's very nice , talkative and sweet.

Many times do they get the order wrong. But it could be that there are too many people working the kitchen not enough communication. Food is good tho.

Fast, Hot and Friendly - a 12 pc box meal includes 3 each of legs, thighs, wings, and breasts, 6 biscuits and 2 lg. sides for $34.99. A fish sandwich was $4.99. The chicken was hot and crispy, just an overall good lunch for 5 people.

Had the Shrimp Tacklebox....was great. Only the Mac & Cheese was not real great. The beans and rice was very good. The shrimp was really good. Note: have been back two more times and both times they've messed up the order. This suxs!

The food took a while to come out. Way too much mayo on the chicken sandwich. The person taking the order didn't know how to ring up the promo on the window. The experience was mediocre at best.

I went today between 130 and 2 o’clock and order an eight piece chicken with biscuits thighs and legs the chicken was extremely greasy I tried to eat a piece and my napkin was drenched with grease I tried to call the Popo and nobody answers the phone I was looking forward to having it at so very disappointing

The taste is delicious, but $2.75 for one spoonful of rice and two spoonfuls of beans, that is very expensive beans are so cheap and rice is so cheap, I think it’s unfair.
