3rd time in drive through I didn’t get a straw. Plus this last time I wasn’t getting my food and coffee fast enough. Even heard this last time, the lady at the window say “oh my god”. I was just putting my card in my wallet. If you don’t want to wait on people find another job. Other times I’ve walked in, employees and managers have serious faces and boxes full of glaze on display. Just checked my food. I ordered 1 box chocolate munchkins 1 box glazed. Got all glazed. And the croissants were burned. Had to come back and edit eating and add the last 3 sentences cause this was my worst visit.

I went inside with my wife to order coffee and a bagel at the time the inside lobby was nearly empty and there were no customers waiting in line ahead or behind of us we approached the register and a man whos name tag said operations manager blankly starred at us then rudly said "can I help you" as if we should not have been there and while I ordered my coffee he gave my wife the dirtiest and nastiest look I have ever seen for no reason and aggressively replied to our order and then walked away this is absolutely unacceptable of a team member let alone a manager I dont expect a smile but I do expect respect as a customer I have lost any respect I had for this location if this is what management thinks is acceptable it is not hard to provide decent customer service this man needs to be trained on what customer service and customer perception means I will not allow myself or my wife to be treated this way I will happily drive to the starbucks in Ft Myers every morning do better and hire real managers keep in mind you are representing a brand when you come to work

This place has had its ups and downs and is usually much better staffed than the Clewiston location, but I feel like they're definitely in a decline again with service. I ordered a drink through the app (2hr prior to closing). Arrived there 20min later. I was told they were out and that was it. I had to ask them if I was getting a refund. Would have been a better situation if they at least apologized and prompted the refund rather than me having to ask.

What a great turn around!! I didn't go near this location for year's!! I tried again a few weeks ago now I go all the time!! The Manager and staff are awesome!! I'm so happy with being able to go to Dunkin again ☺️

Review about cleanliness and staff. I’m a female and did not use the restroom this visit but my husband did. He was appalled! Filthy is not the word to describe this. Horrifically disgusting! Not sure the bathroom has EVER been cleaned. This visit was at 8:15 am on Tuesday morning. Absolutely horrendous!! Enjoy the picture. Now for the staff, I dealt with them. The young pregnant lady taking our order obviously was told not to be a human and socialize with the customers. The lady at the pick up counter was rude as she yelled peoples orders and if they didn’t run to her to pick it up she got more aggressive and rude. Then there was this one guy who thought that his hair had to be in his face, he was taking his hat off and pulling his hair forward to cover his eyes. He and the pick up girl were talking smack about people and their orders and using foul language and making faces at people. He literally did nothing work wise. I watched all of these people for about 15 minutes while I waited for our 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Note to management and owners, CLEAN YOUR STORE AND RETRAIN YOUR STAFF. Maybe teach them how to treat paying customers or just people in general.

I really Dont like to post bad reviews for business especially in an small town like this but this is the second time that we order the bagel sandwiches for breakfast and they instead give us croissants, now next time I order from this place I will need to get everything out of the bag and make sure I get what I ordered.

The hours posted on the door are not the same as the actual time the restaurant is open! We were there at 7:10 on Saturday night, the sign shows it closes at 8:00 PM but the employees were cleaning and wouldn't let us in!

The staff was pretty much oblivious to the customers! LaBelle is quiet, but this was too quiet!

Great service as far as customer interaction. But come on!!!!! At least Toast the bread, melt the cheese. No reason not to QC your food zero line in drive thru so no excuses.

I went for coffee, but it was my first cup of the day, so it was good.

Went through the drive through. Staff was pleasant. Food was tasty. Coffee was perfect.

Black rubber chunks in my hot macchiato. I swallowed some thinking maybe it's just beans or something. I got a pretty big one and looked at it. I tried to call 3 times and I was hungup on all three times.

We spent 15 minutes at the drive-through window, watching the frustrated cashier try to not make eye contact with us. Even she didn't understand what was taking so long to make 2 sandwiches.

Here it is fast in and out with my coffee and a bite. To the road.

If you're going to advertise closing at 8 you should probably offer all services/products until 8 o'clock. I was denied food because it was 9 minutes until 8. Not very good customer service.

This place is just ehh. Service was very slow. The drinks were good though. However, there was an employee sitting in the main lounge during his break that was pouring something on his hand and then licking it off. It was in an unmarked container. Looked kind of strange. I’ve never seen that before. He went back to work and did not wash his hands. Gross.

They didn’t have coffee any Kind of coffee (hot/iced) and their machines are down after 6:30. (:

The app is the only way to go here. I like that I can order before I leave my house and it is sitting there waiting on me when I go in to pick it up.

Drive through waited on first so you can stand at the counter 5 minutes or more before getting waited on. Always order a latte and sometimes delicious while other time undrinkable. No consistency in how beverages are made.

Best Dunkin Donuts was really good today.

I was expecting the great breakfast menu but menu was there food quality was not. tomato Pesto had no tomato and my e large signature lattes were filled 3/4 or less. Each hash brown bag had less than half full all four of them. My Sweet Canadian bacon croissant totally stale all for 54 dollars really wasted on a bad breakfast. Needless to say last time they take my money.

Ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese on a sesame seed toasted bagel, a breakfast wrap (bacon egg, and cheese), a coffee and a hot chocolate. The food was freshly made, the coffee and hot chocolate were super hot and it ALL tasted delicious. The service was great. SUPER friendly.

What a treat to stop in, or drive up for there yummy donut's and sweet rolls.

Coffee is way better and cheaper than Starbucks

No issues what so ever. Drinks were made perfectly. Store needs a good cleaning though.

Best drive-through experience in all of labelle. The employees are very nice and happy to give you your food and drinks when you pull up to the window. They definitely get a 5 star for great customer service.

This review is based simply on my last visit here. They got my coffee right & it tasted pretty good. The young lady at the window was nice

this is hands down the best Dunkin in the area. Nice employees, friendly when there is a mistake and they fix it right away with no issue. At least in the morning. I will say as a Dunkin employee visiting this afternoon I was quite surprised. I pulled up to the drive through and asked for a frozen coffee. I was told “sorry my frozen machine is down …. It’s um getting cleaned” with laughter and I could hear laughter in the backround. Maybe they have a different machine then I do? But I’m positive that it does not take long to rinse the frozen coffee machine cup and wipe it down quickly. I also know that it’s a simple button to turn the machine back on if it was turned off? Maybe someone was having a rough day and just didn’t want to make a frozen coffee, I don’t know why? Then when I ordered another drink I had to repeat myself four times. I attached a picture of a frozen coffee machine, in case the young employees forgot how it worked, I’m happy to help :) The coffee that I ended up getting tasted great so I’ll give them points for that!

Ordering ahead and picking up food is always fast and easy.

Nothing but nice things to say about this Dunkin Donuts I've been more than a couple times at this one, not sure if he's the manager most likely he is, he's bald got a beard really nice guy takes care of my orders very nice, very courteous, everyone's very friendly and place is clean have no complaints. 🥯🥐

Very clean and nice. The girl, Alexus, at the counter was obviously very busy with the drive up, doordash, etc, but she greeted me with a smile and was super courteous. Will definitely come back!

Not sure how it’s possible being a chain place but this Dunkins makes the best coffee! My espressos are always super good here!

Love this dunkin donuts!! They make everything on there menu. 4279 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers, FL 33905 doesn't make half the stuff on there menu. So if u are headed to Fort Myers get your coffee in Labelle.

We go through the drive through for the hubby and kids. Wish they had a gluten free bagel or donut available!

Well when i went in i waited 10 minutes for service...the floor wasnt clean the tables have of them were dirty...they have good products but need to puck up on the service and learn to clean

I love this Dunkin's. It's very clean and the staff is polite and fast. They've never gotten an order wrong. I really like it here! There are tables outside and it's fun to sit and watch the traffic go by. Great job to the staff. They are so busy all the time and they get orders right!

I moved to labelle about 8 months ago and I visit this location very often since I am a coffee lover. I must tell y’all that the service provided there by Saul this the best!!!! I’ve never had someone make my coffee to perfection like he does. He is amazing, great custumer service plus he listens carefully as to how you want your order. All Dunkin Donuts locations need more people like him. Thank you Saul for alway making me have a nice start to my day by providing your excellent service.

I was passing through the area and decided to grab coffee and breakfast here. It was around 10:15 on Saturday. It definitely had people coming in and out but wasn’t terribly busy. The cashier was really nice and even asked me how much of the cream and such I wanted in my coffee which I appreciated. My drink was already made and given to me by the time I was paying. I got a wake up wrap which also took less than a minute to receive and i enjoyed it. Overall had a good experience.

Would be better if donuts were baked on site.

This location is always out of something essential. Also no lattes an hour before closing as they have to clean the machine. Do it after cloing!

I ordered the beyond breakfast sandwich, with a iced coffee with almond milk. It was delicious. They made sure the sandwich was fresh so they had me pull up to make it on hand. They were so informative about the ingredients, and great at advertising it!!! Such a great team and had a wonderful breakfast :) super speedy too! One of my fave coffee places in labelle. thanks guys :)

Drink was made perfect...the cinnamon pumpkin frozen coffee..donuts were not appealing though...the Boston cream doughnuts looked like they were frosted while still hot so no chocolate on top...all on the wax paper at the bottom and were being sold to customers in the drive thru window....sure they weren't happy when they opened the box. Customer service at the counter was excellent

I went here almost every for a year while I worked in LaBelle. Friendly staff and great service. Also one of the cheapest Dunkin's in the area! I miss my $0.99 large iced tea! 😭 Keep up the great work y'all!

The caramel iced coffee here it's amazing

The place is clean most of the time. The only thing are the female bathroom seems to always be not clean because I have heard customers complain about it. The food is good and customer service is good.

Who doesn't love happy hour? Stop by the drive thru and pick up a medium iced latte for $2. My recommendation is the Heath iced coffee with extra cream. Yummy!!

I dont understand why this branch as low ratings. I always have a great experience here . The girls always get my order correct and I never wait long in drive threw. This branch hands down beats the lehigh branch by a land slide . Keep up the great work you guys
