What can I say about this staple of Windermere? This is perhaps the best Burger joint in the whole town! I always come here with my family, and Geoffrey makes it such a welcoming place. He’s always on top of the shift, making sure that people are attended to and that orders come out I think hot! I really enjoyed my experience over the years, and Geoffrey is a big part of it !

Total garbage. This place used to be good when it opened, but now the orders are consistently wrong, there's a bait-n-switch system on online orders and the employees have gotten more rude & unhelpful. Tonight, I ordered a cheeseburger with no lettuce and received a cheeseburger WITH lettuce. I ordered the chili cheese fries, and despite the fact that the "cheese" is completely tasteless - no cheese or salt in the slightest, there was only 1 salsa container of chili provided. It didn't look anything at all like the menu photo when I ordered. I'm done with this establishment. Too bad, because when they started, they were a good compromise between fast-food and restaurant burgers.

The chicken tenders were surprisingly good. They were crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a well-seasoned breading that added a nice kick of flavor. The portion size was generous, overall they were a satisfying and tasty addition to the menu and would recommend and totally get again!!

Josh who’s the general manager of the store is incredibly helpful. He’s stupendously awesome he has reached out to me to address an issue reported. I highly suggest management to increase his pay and promote him to next level. He’s knowledgeable and highly respected gentleman. He’s committed and extremely passionate about the business. I would like to bring to your notice about the recent experience at this store. The lady working here name - Quadasha Richardson who’s is the most disquieting human being I’ve ever come across. I was here to purchase a burger she was extremely rude and arrogant she has been passing racial comments. She is definitely undeserving to be even a janitor at this store. I suggest management to teach her common sense and how to address clients if not you gonna loose the business because of ill mannered and untrained employees. She has been cursing yelling shouting and attacking clients verbally and threatening people with her words and actions. This is really intolerance. I suggest management to demote her or even fire her to keep the business. I would never visit this store again. Management must be ashamed of having employees like her. She’s pathetic and most atrocious employee who is incompetent to be in the position. I hope management take necessary actions on her for loosing temper and inappropriate behavior, verbal abuse physical violent nature which being at job and creating a hostile environment to clients and judging clients without any reason. She needs to be demoted immediately or even get rid off her to save the business clients. Quadasha Richardson is truly undeserving and disqualified to be in the position. There are hardworking people in the store who can be promoted to next level.

Came to BurgerFi today, To celebrate Father’s Day, in honor of my late husband who loved burgers! The burgers were so juicy and cooked to perfection. The beer was cold and the fries were hot and crispy! Our server Andrew went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. Great place to come for a casual atmosphere and a delicious burger!

I recently visited BurgerFi and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Here’s why: The Bad: 1. Slow Service: Despite it not being particularly busy, it took over 30 minutes for my food to be ready. That’s way too long for a burger joint. 2. Order Issues: Out of the three burgers I ordered, two were incorrect. Getting your order wrong is a big letdown, especially when you’re already waiting for so long. 3. Terrible French Fries: The fries were a major disappointment. They were soggy, oily, and mushy—completely inedible. I ordered two servings and couldn’t bring myself to eat even one. 4. Mushy Burger Buns: The buns were just as bad as the fries. They were so mushy that they fell apart in my hands, making the burgers difficult to enjoy. The Good: • Tasty Burger Patty: The only saving grace was the smashed burger patty. It was flavorful and well-cooked, but unfortunately, this alone isn’t enough to make up for the other issues. Overall, my visit to BurgerFi was disappointing. The slow service, messed-up order, and poor-quality fries and buns overshadowed the one positive—the tasty patty. I hope they can improve on these aspects in the future.

I had 1 CEO burger and it was delicious 😋 ! Eric and Andrew are being great in their customer service. I had a CEO 10 months and I left a review regarding my experience that was not as good as this review. I am satisfied and happy that I came back and tried this restaurant again. I'll be back 😎

We love Burgerfi! Always tasty, fresh, high quality food. This location has especially great service - friendly and knowledgeable even when it's super busy. Early lunch on a weekday was super laid back and we had very little wait.
