You’re looking for Italian ice or soft ice cream or accommodation of both this is the place they have so many flavors so many toppings we take our grandchildren there all the time. We absolutely love it.

Best way to cool down from the heat. So many flavors to choose. One of the best italian ice i have ever had. Must visit when you’re in town.

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is truly the best. The flavors are so delicious and refreshing, making it the perfect treat to enjoy on a sunny day. I love the quality and variety of their Italian ice, it always hits the spot!

That establishment has delicious desserts, especially when I ordered the Oreo Double Stuff (I can't remember if that's the name, 😅).

I haven't been to this location in a while, but have always enjoyed stopping by! The staff is very friendly, the place is always clean & bright, and the location is very convenient. This time I tried one of their 'Candy Shoppe' flavors, the Blue Razz, a blue raspberry flavor with vanilla ice cream with colorful Nerds candy. It was delicious and a great addition to their menu!

Can't ever go wrong with some tasty Italian ice either after dinner or just because. This time around I was heading home with my family from dinner near by & just happened to see it but also realized I had a few free Italian ice coupons so why not, & it turned out to be a great idea. Its never a missed with the flavors, the portions & the service we get from the Jeremiah's At the Grove by windermere area, will always come back to that one 👍🏿👌🏿

We have been long-time Jeremiah’s Reward members. I always fill out the surveys about the different flavors that I would like. The Pistachio flavor is my favorite. They never even acknowledged it, except to say thank you for completing the survey. Every time I fill out the survey, they’re supposed to give me a free med. treat of my choice. They never do (except one time). However, when they gave me that free one, they took away the other reward that I had already earned. Nobody at the retail stores can correct this, so I’ve had to send multiple emails (over a span of months), before they even acknowledge their wrong doing. This was the LAST TIME! Enough is Enough! I sent them proof this time, with a screenshot of their “BAIT & SWITCH OFFER”. They still refuse to honor it. Therefore, we haven’t been back to Jeremiah’s. Over the years, we have spent several hundreds of dollars on Jeremiah’s (maybe a $1,000 or more - for ICE CREAM)! I have free rewards now, that I will not use, until they honor (at least), 3 free medium treats that they owe me, from previous “BAIT & SWITCH OFFERS”. We have bought so much ice cream from them, that when people visit us, we use to take them to Jeremiah’s, & pay for it ourselves (& their ice cream is not cheap either). The other thing that I thought was disgusting was that at multiple Jeremiah’s locations, there were people in front of us, that had dogs. They let the dogs sit on the counter (where they serve the ice cream), or in the seats (in front of the establishment). How gross! DOG’s BUTTS ARE NOT CLEAN! They shouldn’t be sitting anywhere where we have to sit, or where food is served. Their hair (& dander), flies everywhere. Can you imagine eating an ice cream, & some dog hair flew on your cone/cup? Or, sitting in a chair (that the dogs sat in), & wonder why you stink? Just a thought.

This is a standard Jeremiah's. If you like Italian ice and ice cream you will enjoy this. They do have ice cream as well as Italian ice so you aren't limited to one or the other. There is no inside seating. Everything is outdoors. This might be pretty warm in the summer.

Excellent flavors and big portions for great value

Maybe ask people who want samples to walk up front. Seriously, its frozen treats, not exotic, farm-raised snooty-stuff! Ask for a sample, give them a sample, take an order from someone who knows what they want. Instead of making everyone wait while a (potential) customer is loading up on samples, and acts like choosing a flavor is life or death. Have you ever seen someone spend three minutes sampling different flavors, only to walk without buying anything? I have. I love the scoop froggy-frog, I hate the people who can't read a menu and have zero consideration for those behind them.

I love this Jeremiah's, the ice cream tastes amazing, there's constant variety on the menu, and the employees are very nice too, the location does feel a little awkward sometimes but I don't mind, since, the ice cream, tastes amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

First time at jeremiah's italian ice and we were amazed at how delicious it was. We look forward to returning and trying it again.

Ok , I came back after a bad experience and I can say that this is my neighborhood ice cream place and the service is much better ,as always .I had one day only a bad experience ,the lady is not there or I didn't see her.Her customer service was out of the 5 stars profile that Jeremiah always have,thanks for an excellent service!

Lots of flavors and combinations. If you’re not sure about which flavor to pick ask to try them until you find your favorite.

Daughter enjoyed it. As an ice cream aficionado, I didn't care for it much at all. We got a small size for my daughter and it was more than she could eat on her own.

Wish they would stop rotating flavors like Watermelon. Other than that cookie butter and cookie crumbles of the chart

The Italian ice is always great but the customer service could be a lot better, second time coming to this location and no improvement.

I tried just Italian ice. It was gingerbread and spicy Mexican hot chocolate. So so good. I may never get the soft serve again!

Great after dinner place! Very creative way to involve Italian Ice and Ice Cream! I had the strawberry and ice cream and it was heavenly. Like strawberries and cream should be. Just amazing!! Wife had the Scoop Froggy Frog which my taste was yummy as well!

This review is for owners of this place. Nothing to do with employees. This place is under poor management we have waiting almost 30-40 mins in line just to get some gelatos. There were only one single employee for first 15-20 mins and then second person showed up and she only took care app orders. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Around 20 people took like 40 minutes. My suggestion if it’s Friday night or weekend just put some more employee or raise the prices to compensate.

Yummy! This Italian ice is delicious and if you want some extra creamy sweetness, add ice cream to it! Plenty of parking and seating. I suggest that you bring some wet wipes, because you’re bound to get sticky!

This place was great! Was the best Italian Ice I ever had. We had mango, orange flavors with vanilla. Very clean and the workers were super friendly. Lots of flavors to choose from! A must go! It’s the only place that has people lined up in that plaza.
