We pride ourself of being sophisticated and we experienced many gourmet restaurants .except for the location of this outfit restaurant in palm beach that we like ,this restaurant has a very limited menu no salads has French fries as a side and the desert was terrible . The restroom area smells mold and the pricing not worth the quality

The subtle elegantly designed restaurant has an inviting clean look and relaxed atmosphere that helps you to enjoy any meal. You choose to have here. The octopus appetizer over a bed of hummus and chickpeas was absolutely fantastic. The risotto and the wahoo dishes were both extremely mouthwatering and delicious! One of the best meals we’ve had.

Beautiful setting on the island. Every bite was exquisite. We were celebrating a birthday and it couldn't have been at a better place. I highly recommend this establishment!

The atmosphere, the service, and the spectacular food.

Words cannot described how beautiful this place really is. With indoor and outdoor seating, it’s almost a Zen experience having a meal here. The service was superb. The food is spectacular and the cocktails were put together by a magician. You can spend your retirement fund on a meal in this place, but the experience is worth it. This is what you expect in Palm Beach and this restaurant is the shiny star!

Celebrated our anniversary here this week, everything was impeccable. The decor is gorgeous, service, from greeting through to the end of the meal was attentive and efficient. Food, as expected was spectacular.

Special respect to the bartender! The cocktails are just incredible! Perhaps the most delicious that I've tasted lately. 👌🏼😍 What I didn't like at all was french fries. Completely tasteless🙁

An important part of a dining experience for me is the atmosphere and guest service. Curtis, the jed captain, made us feel welcome for our first visit to this location. We were celebrating a special occasion and had a great time. My absolute favorite was the hibiscus tea (so refreshing and well balanced). Everything else was delicious. Will definitely return!

The assortment of treats, ranging from impeccably made scones to delectable finger sandwiches and exquisite desserts, this was a true delight. However, the standout was the panna cotta—a light, refreshing finale that served as a perfect palate cleanser. The attention to detail and the overall experience made it a memorable time with friends.

We had a wonderful "tasting menu" dinner with wine pairing recently. This is something we like to do when we travel, and Cafe Boulud did not disappoint. First, a shout out to the wonderful service by Camilla ( I hope I got the sp. correct), who was very attentive and gave us great details on the dishes/wine, with a smile. The food was beautiful and so delicious that when we're back in town we will return and order more from the menu. Great food, atmosphere, service, and a wonderful evening for my husband and I. Definitely recommend.

Very good experience at this great restaurant by Chef Daniel Boulud in Palm Beach. The service is very good, the atmosphere is pleasant, the wine list is well-stocked and the food is exquisite. We started with grilled octopus, then ordered escalopes and tagliatelle caccio e pepe. We finished with a chocolate fondant with pistachio ice cream.

We opted for the prefix Lunch and it was excellent. The octopus and gazpacho appetizers, fish and risotto and wahoo (5*) and dessert madeleines (of course). Cocktail Voyage Milan turned out to be a delightful combination of sours.

Just had birthday lunch and it was excellent food and service. Thanks so much!

EDIT: They informed us something was wrongfully added to our bill. We still have not received a refund. Something is up here. Café Boulud, despite its esteemed reputation, left much to be desired during my recent visit. The food lacked flavor and was improperly cooked, while the service fell short of expectations for such an upscale establishment. Additionally, the addition of a 40% tip without prior disclosure was a disappointing surprise. Overall, Café Boulud failed to deliver the exceptional dining experience it promises, leaving me disappointed with the overall quality and value.

Stunning courtyard, beautiful ambience, great food- service was lacking a bit, but it was over all a great experience. The staff was a bit rushed, impersonal, and didn’t feel like there was much training- but the food is delicious and the courtyard is a beautiful atmosphere. Would recommend, but they could improve the service standard. The duck is fantastic!

Exceptional place to eat in Palm Beach. Boulud restaurants are amazing. They are always excellent. The food was delicious. The cocktails and wines are amazing.

Great food spoiled by brutal service. Took 50 min for bfast to come out. Waiter never returned to ask us how the food was or if we wanted anything else, dessert/coffee. They put out way too many umbrellas to shield the sun (on a cloudy day) causing customers and waiters to awkwardly walk around every table bumping into people and causing confusion. And the nerve on top to charge an auto 20% gratuity for a 2 person table. Really need to clean up the operations.

Food, ambiance, and wine list were very good. Service was unsatisfactory. The waiter was slow and inattentive. Poured one glass of wine ten minutes after the main course was served then poured the rest of the bottle when our main courses were almost finished and while we were waiting for dessert after the main course plates were removed only after we asked. When we mentioned that the wine service had not worked, his response was a perfunctory "very sorry". When asked to divide the check, he seemed befuddled and asked us to do the math. Disappointing experience given what the meal cost.

Fake French restaurant. There is only French in the name. Laughable portion of foie gras, undercooked chicken, dessert a joke. In short, we were fooled, period.

Celebrated our anniversary at this fantastic French restaurant. The food, venue, service, everything, made for a magical evening.

Cafe Boulud is located on palm beach island within a hotel. There is complimentary valet on arrival. I highly recommend to have a reservation, it was packed for a Friday night. It took a little while for a server to get to my table but after that, it was smooth sailing and superb service. There was a dj playing while everyone enjoyed a low lit dinner. Everything I had was delicious, I was pleasantly surprised by the corn veloute and Hemingway (Dangerous summer) drink! You should note that a 20% gratuity is automatically included.

Food is amazing. The restaurant is one of the best in the area. Very delightful experience. The staff was great. The wines were great too.

Best food on the island thus far! Actual real quality ingredients, real flavor, real food, real cooks. Not just another over-priced, hideous meal that is 100% lacking in any depth, flavor or artistry. If you're actually looking food with some technically backing, please come here. The staff were also wonderful and awesome and couldn't recommend Dylan (and all of them) more.

We were there at opening with a resy at 5:30 and they never mentioned indoor or outdoor and seated us way in the back by ourselves for an hour. When we left the outside was beautiful and packed where u would want to dine. We weee at Bouchons in coral gables 2 days prior and u just can’t compare Thomas Keller to Daniel Boulud… there is a reason Keller has 3 Michelin stars even though Bouchon is not Michelin rated it’s a step above from hostess to servers to food. Very disappointing all around

Always a delight to spend a sometime at cafe Boulud. Good service and food quality is constant. Never had a bad meal here. From the appetizer to the dessert a real feast.

Delicious food but not good service, I made my birthday reservation outside near fountain at 7:00pm however table was at the corner of opposite side, we refused to sit there and waited 10min to be seated a bit closer to fountain. We waited 55 minutes for our main entree….staff response was “we are busy” and it was Wednesday night and got holiday or season. Not good customer service for this type of restaurant.

We had a large group for tea…. Automatic tips never work as the staff becomes automatically LAZY…one should not have to ask for hot water when a tea diffuser and cup is placed in front of you! DUH!

My husband and I had a phenomenal meal while staying at the Brazilian Court. Curtis provided a flawless, fun, and informative evening filled with great cocktails and an even better meal. We also enjoyed room service breakfast and lunch. We can't wait to return on our next trip.

The vegan food choices are tasteless and without any thought, flavor. Excuses like most people aren’t vegan don’t cut it when there should be a chef in the house. Don’t get the pasta for vegan as it was rubbery mushrooms not sautéed just oil added and no taste asked for some tomato sauce amd was given room temp canned tomato sauce. For their prices they need to evolve Breakers has a veg/vegan menu

Misfortune or failure to check the food before bringing out to the customer. We ordered oysters and one was bad I’m talking stinky bad. My wife had to spit it out immediately. It ruin our entire Valentines dinner. She was with tremendous belly ache. She couldn’t even enjoy her cocktails. After spending nearly 800 dollars for two people, I decided to write the review. An apology from the management was given to us, but our special Valentine dinner was ruin.

Had a wonderful experience in Palm Beach. We have been to Daniels in NYC numerous times in Palm Beach we had Tuna Tartare and then my husband had Dover Sole. I had the striped Bass with spinach. The sauces on the striped bass and spinach were delicious. The waiter named Cesar had such a wonderful upbeat personality and was so professional and attentive. Cesar went beyond his call of duty. He was so very nice and did such a great job in making us happy. When we come back we will ask for him again. The General Manager Lucian was also very professional and enjoyed chatting with him. We have always loved Daniels operations in NYC now we love the one in Palm Beach as well. Everything is wonderful. The food, The Atmosphere and The Service. We give it 5 Stars and can’t wait to come back again.

Café Boulud serves truly excellent French-American cuisine. Each dish is beautifully crafted and the whole dining experience there is always memorable. The restaurant's elegant ambience, impeccable service, and their unique, flavorful dishes have made it a personal favorite of ours for special occasions.

The palce is pretty nice and cozy, the food is very good I went for breakfast with all the family and all were very pleased, the downside was the service, a lot to be desired from a high end restaurant. I also have to mention that the people at the valet parking and reception were very attentive. I recommend the place but don't expect much from the waitresses.

ATTENTION: Cafe Boulud no longer accommodates allergies at high tea. I have a serve allergy that leads to anaphylaxis and I was informed by both Jacqueline and Paige that the restaurant has now decided that they will NOT accommodate anyone's allergies at high tea.This is a new policy recently instated after they decided to take the price of the tea from $45 to $65 per person. I live down the street and I have been coming to the Brazilian Court for over 20 years and this is most disappointing. I cannot understand why such an establishment is not taking the health of their clientele seriously. I know every other restaurant in town takes my allergy seriously, and I will be continuing to support their establishments.

The restaurant has a nice outdoor patio and a pleasant ambiance, creating a good atmosphere for dining. I was there for dinner and had a great time; however, I found the food a bit disappointing. I was expecting tastier food for the prices they charge. The service was also not the best, as one server was handling several tables, making it challenging for her to give each table the attention they needed. Overall, it's a decent place, but improvements in both food quality and service would make it a more satisfying experience.

Much TOO SLOW and disorganized ! A lot of people running around, but no one paying attention … We ordered ice teas and they arrived a half hour later. Dessert arrived but without any utensils! Even the bill took forever to come. Then it came with a 20% tip included automatically but they give you another bill where they want you to tip on top of the total.! Very sneaky!

Had high expectations for the new high tea at Cafe Boulud. One week before our reservation I received a call informing us the price was increasing from $45 per person to $65 per person . I said I thought they should honor the price we booked at and not almost 50% increase but they wouldn’t so I accepted that and assumed we would still have a fabulous time . We were all disappointed in the tiny assortment of teas and sandwiches and pastries we received but the worst part was the service . We felt like we were imposing on the waitress when we asked a question or for more hot water for tea. We asked for check and waited 30 minutes before we received wrong check and has to wait again for correct check. Will not be back will go to the breakers next time

This was the worst afternoon tea experience that I have attended. Afternoon tea is a treat for me, and I was underwhelmed. The sandwiches were bland, and the tea was either over pungent or had no flavor. The bill was also unexpected as they charged for items that appeared in the afternoon tea menu as included. Not coming back and do not recommend.

Wonderful lunch yesterday on the beautiful outside patio in the heart of Palm Beach. Food and service were excellent. We had the cauliflower veloute, the kale salad which was the best I have ever had, and the dove. It was fantastic. A restaurant that I recommend to all my clients especially when they are French and new to Palm Beach! I just wished they added more vegetarian (and vegan) options. I do think it’s a must nowadays.

I always have to come here for brunch when I’m in Palm Beach…Lucian always makes sure me & my girls are accommodated and that I really appreciate as one has a severe nut allergy. They made this difficult trip much easier with elegant bottle service even a cocktail to go for abuela at the hotel!

Not a great lunch selection. We always enjoyed muscles and frites for lunch. They haven’t had that in a while. I don’t need to eat a cheeseburger or salad there. I can eat that anywhere. I hope they bring back the muscles. An enjoyable environment eating outside but needs a more imaginable menu.

I think the recent reviews are a little harsh. To be clear my review is only based on the meals we had while staying at the Brazilian Court. And that was breakfast. But each meal we had was terrific with great service and super fresh high quality ingredients. Brioche French toast with berries mint and cream was awesome as well as the egg sandwich and even oatmeal and granola. Again we didn’t have lunch or dinner but based on breakfast this is a solid restaurant

I used to be a frequent customer. As a matter of course, my tips at restaurants and bars are at least 20% of the after-tax check. I will no longer be a frequent customer for the simple reason that I will no longer be a customer. Last week, my signed credit card voucher was altered by someone at the Cafe who increased the tip. I recorded my complaint on the General Manager's answering machine, and I spoke over the phone with a manager, who assured me that he would see to it that the error was corrected. It has not been corrected, and I have no intention of ever again patronizing an establishment that takes the liberty to use my credit card in discretionary fashion.

Cafe Boulud is an oasis within Palm Beach island. Fine food, wonderful and responsive staff make this one of the premier places to dine. Sit out back and feel you are in a European garden.

Went to a fundraiser for the Historical Society of Palm Beach at Cafe Boulard. The service was excellent! It was a cocktail party and I loved the hor's d'oeuvres. Everything from the food to the valet parking was wonderful. Went last month for lunch. As soon as I walked in I felt tranquil. We had a view of the front garden. It felt like we were on a tropical island. The service was excellent and I couldn't believe how good the food was. No pictures because we couldn't stop eating.

Went for lunch recently and the meal was delicious. We did the Flavor Palm Beach menu - we tried the pate en croute and the cauliflower veloute for starters, the snapper and the pasta el camino for mains, and both had the chocolate cake for dessert. The cauliflower veloute and the snapper were our favorites, though everything was delicious. The snapper was fried but not heavy, and the fresh herbs on top provided just the right amount of brightness. For cocktails, we tried the white cosmopolitan and the Ernest Hemingway summer cocktail (forget the clever name). Both were flavorful and well balanced. The restaurant is gorgeous - the only less than bright spot was loud drilling/ construction going on inside the hotel (opens to the restaurant) throughout our meal. Would love to return, hopefully on a quieter day.

This is a personal favorite, great for special birthdays, anniversaries, etc. The cocktails are incredible. Steak tartare prepared tableside is amazing. The presentation and atmosphere deserve 5+ stars.

Was not impressed with the Food at all. It felt like a meal that is served in a Convention , plane , no soul , basic and obvious , not what you expect from Boloud ‘s restaurants . And consequently overpriced .

This is a wonderful restaurant with excellent stay. The food was delicious and I can tell that attention was given to each dish. As I local food guide I’ve tried many dishes and the best ones always make me happy. This food made me very happy, each bite was so full of flavors

We live here in Palm Beach year round and have been enjoying Cafe Boulud at the Brazilian Court Hotel for many, many years. We frequent the restaurant for its superior food/service and its commitment to refined dining. Through the recent demise and overcrowding of Palm Beach, the restaurant seemed to be resisting the influx of the "influencer" crowd, and staying true to its fine dining roots. Our recent Saturday evening dinner, sadly, proved that the property and restaurant management seems to have elected to also descend into that crowd's depths. While we enjoyed some lovely service and quality food during this past weekend's experience, the evening was soured by the cheapened vibe and complete disappearance of any form of a dress code. Upon our arrival, we were "greeted" by a rather unfriendly host. At the time, we noticed many unattended young children in and around the bar and reception area, so we requested a quieter table if possible. We were swiftly whisked to the back of the dining room and offered one of those shared bench style tables alongside a family - stroller parked at the table and young children staring into iPads. Not exactly what we were hoping for in a Saturday evening dinner out at an expensive Daniel Boulud restaurant. Stroller parked indoors in such a lovely room? With that, we opted to dine outdoors where things were a bit quieter. Our meal was fine. The lovely service was really the highlight in all honesty. While dining, we were rather surprised to see a twenty-something aged group waltz in and be seated adjacent to us - sporting cycling shorts and sneakers and bandanas. Kind of takes away from the fine dining experience to see this parade in? Not at all the standards to which the property once held dear. After dinner, we returned indoors for a drink at the bar, which opens up into the dining room. We were beyond horrified to witness the restaurant's scene at 8 - 8:30 PM. Loud cell phone calls and absolutely zero standards of dress. We sat rather horrified watching this one particular (tattoo saturated) female patron waltz about and then take a seat in a gold sports bra and some type of yoga shorts. No lie. Mid-section completely bare. She too also appeared far more interested in her public cell phone calls than in any of the pricey wine that appeared to be decanted at her table's side. Smack in the center of the dining room. What a horror! I get it that this is sadly the culture of 2023. But, there remain many diners like us who would prefer NOT to have a lovely dinner out compromised in such a fashion. I fully expect this type of bad manners at most restaurants today, which is why we are very intentional about choosing establishments which offer a bit more of a refined experience. If that means dining out less frequently, so be it. When I expressed (to a manager) on Saturday evening our disappointment in the restaurant's sorry state of affairs, I was told, "well it is summer, and we are more casual." Sports bras? What is next? We were saddened to see that Cafe Boulud has pivoted in such a fashion and lowered their traditional (year-round) high standards. Our dining experience was significantly impacted by the scene we witnessed on Saturday night. No thank you. I would not rush back there any time soon for a meal...

We have been dining at Cafe Boulud for over 10 years. The food & ambiance are amazing. Everything was spectacular from the kitchen except the Creme Bule’ which was inedible. It tasted and had a texture like cold riccoto cheese dipped in Bourbon — very Disappointing. However, the rest was truly world-class. However, today ( father’s day) it felt like we were dining in Kennel Boulud not Cafe Boulud. Due this to this experience, and all the other great restaurants on our island, we will probably not return. There were 10 plus dogs of all shapes and sizes. In fact, one couple had 2 dogs- a very large one and a small one. Another larger dog started barking and snapping at a dog at the table right next to us. It was terrible! I understand the need for service dogs and several of the dogs had service vests and were very well behaved. However, the majority were not service dogs— one member of our party is very afraid of dogs— so it ruined the experience for us. The restaurant has an outside porch and dining area in the courtyard. If a customer insists on being selfish by bringing their non-service animal into a fine fining establishment, the very least the restaurant could do is make the dog people dine outside rather than in close proximity of other diners inside the main dining room. I prefer not to dine in a kennel. We will not be returning.

From start to finish everything was fantastic. Servers were polite and available as needed. The food was top notch, each course tasted amazing and was beautifully played. Wine was paired well with our meal. Excellent experience!!

This is one of Florida's best French restaurants. All the food here is well prepared. For appetizers the wild caught jumbo shrimp and ora king salmon crudo are very good. For entrees the Linz heritage beef tenderloin 8 oz and Daniel's bass en Paupietteis are excellent. Delicious deserts. Professional service. Refined upscale ambiance.

We were celebrating two birthdays last night at Daniel Boulud The menu was very limited We had to ask for more bread wasn’t offered voluntarily Would’ve been nice to have been offered an amuse Bouche Husband ordered duck breast couldn’t cut with a steak knife sent back ordered fish was very good This used to be a very special restaurant now Mediocre at best. How very disappointing.

We sat at a beautiful table and had our drinks served quickly. Had help in selecting a nice bottle of wine. After that it fell apart it took us 40 minutes between starter and dinner to finally get our meal. When we inquired after 30 minutes we were told by the matradie that they had another room of guest they were trying to serve while main dining room was empty. When food arrived chicken was cold other meals were well prepared. Overall service/ kitchen was disappointing. We have had many wonderful times at this & NY restaurant but today’s experience was seriously disappointing.

Excellent brunch. Sit on upper deck for better breeze, lower deck is hot as hell. Beautiful hotel and great staff. Did I mention great food and interesting cocktails!!!!

We are such fans of Daniel that we live 200 miles away and manage to eat there twice a year. We enjoyed an excellent Bordeaux wine dinner there. Our favorite area is of course the garden patio. This past Sunday night, a very rainy night, we did not have a memorable dinner. The charcuterie board was extremely thin. About 4 slices of salami, a small square of pate and some sliced meat. Disappointing. Filet mignon followed, with the tiniest potato galette as the accompaniment and unattractive mixed vegetables. My lamb chops came out nearly raw. (Ordered medium rare)and were whisked away, soon returned but not really the same. The biggest disappointment was dessert. A St Honore came directly out of the refrigerator with very soggy puff pastry. Service was, as usual, excellent and attentive. If this had been my first dinner here, I wouldn’t make a great effort to go back. Being a Sunday night, the main chef was probably not there.

Over promised and under performed. Chicken was not eatable. Dry and overcooked. They still charged me $46 for the chicken.

We have eaten many times over the years and went last night. First thing to charge $91 for Dover Sole. Wow!! Outrageous and it looked like it was thrown onto the plate after being run over. Not ONE additional item on the plate. Just a bare piece of fish. Presentation-0. Next a sharing charge -my husband and I wanted to share pasta so we were told the kitchen would charge a sharing charge to split some pasta. I have never been to a restaurant of this supposed caliber that charges a sharing charge. I will have to say the Cafe Boulud has lost its ranking on my list. I can spend lots of $$$$ elsewhere and get better food. Sorry Daniel!

Food , service. Ambience are consistently excellent.

From being seated in a remote corner, alcove where we were forgotten for big gaps of time - although many central tables open - to my husband's totally frozen first course of a 3 course set menu meal, to the flies swarming so deeply in the alcove where we were seated that in swatting them throughout the mesl we knocked over my untouched $35 glass of champagne (there was clearly something dead in the hedges. When we pointed this out to the staff, thete were easily 30 or 40 flies buzzing around our meal, they told us to turn off the light – this was 8 in the evening – and offered to bring bug spray! to waiting 20+ minutes in the dark from the clearing of dinner to waiting for desert (which was ordered at beginning of meal as per their request) - this joyous meal at 200+ per person (800+ tab). Maybe they hate tourists, but we're local. Inexplicable . This was a favorite family place: birthdays, New Years etc. NEVER again.

I have been many times & had wonderful meals however the New Years Day prefix brunch was not one of them. 125 per person for avocado toast / coffee not included I found it lacking to say the least I was surprised

We have been going to this great restaurant for 25 years . Have so much memories here . The food and service is outstanding.

this restaurant is an upscale dining experience. It is located in posh Palm Beach, Florida at the Brazilian Court Hotel. “Café Boulud” in Palm Beach is a fine dining experience. The setting is terrific, looking out into a beautiful manicured Court yard full of tropical plants. The wait-Staff is very professional and the food is exquisite-like gone to heaven- we started with the delicious appetizer , DB SCOTTISH SMOKED SALMON, & the CHARCUTERIE selection of pâtés, ( WoW- see the photos..) the main course: ORA KING SALMO.N, & Lam Tenderloin on a bed of “ Ratatouille “.. and to top it off we selected OPÉRA CAKE espresso ganache, almond dacquoise coffee ice cream.. what a MEAL it was...we satiate the all the Chef's at "Café Boulud” ... Keep up the good work and we shall be backafé Boulud”

Without a doubt this is the best hamburger anywhere. The meat for the burger stands out alone as the star. It is always cooked to perfection even when asking for it rare there is such a nice crust which makes it even better. We have been there many times and it is always the same perfection. The turkey sandwich is also superior and nicely put together with avocado, bacon, micro-greens on tasty bread. The service is top notch professional. Actually wish the burger was not as good as I never try anything else - but someday I will. . For the best burger anywhere this is the place.
