For the same price as any other coffee, you get the most direct farm-to-cup experience possible, from people who are passionate about coffee! They even single source their caocao for mocha. It's absolutely delicious. Amazing spot, and right alongside Rick's produce which is also fantastic for sandwiches, smoothies, and produce.

Best coffee around! Owned by the sweetest couple/family and you will always have a warm, wonderful experience and amazing coffee.

Delicious coffee! Freshly roasted beans from the family’s farm in El Salvador. The coffee shines in simple drinks (like an americano) and in fun fancy ones (the spiced mocha is amazing). Love this spot. Also, thank you Cafe Juayua for not charging extra for plant milk.

I remember walking down the street and looking and this chill low key place and decided to get a coffee, I’m glad I did because the coffee was delicious, I came back a different day and tried one of their sandwiches and it was outstanding, love the vibe and that is not crowded, their food, juices, coffee are wonderful! Small businesses is where is at!

Under $14 for a cortado and a spicy mocha. I also bought a small bag of persimmons for $6. Best of all you get the service and feel you get in most any Latin American country. In this case it’s a Salvadoran family that owns and runs the business. One of the family members designs the art in the coffee bags. We had a good chat with the woman that helped us. The cortado was superb and I liked the spicy mocha which has just the right amount of spiciness. You can also get persimmon and fig smoothies and cheese. What a gem, I will be back! Meter parking and parking around the neighborhood are available but they also have a parking area in the rear.

As an East Hollywood OG, this is one of my favorite coffee bars. This is a family owned coffee farm that brings their beans from El Salvador. They really care about good coffee and have excellent customer service. I really enjoy chatting with a baristas because they’re knowledgeable about their beans. This is definitely a place that I will be going back to over and over again. My top favorite drinks are the matcha latte and the mocha latte. You should definitely try out the cold brew. They’re delicious. I love that they have several alternative milk. And now they have Wi-Fi. Definitely a great place to hang out for brunch of the weekends or to catch up a quick coffee with your best mates. The line is definitely shorter than Courage Bagel.

Cafe Juayua really cares about the quality of their Coffee Beans and Overall Quality of their product. The owners are very kind and the shop is a family run business from El Salvador and Guatemala. The family is very passionate and knowledgeable about coffee. I would give Juayua 6 stars!

I am a cold brew aficionado and this definitely meets my high standard for a bold, flavorful and rich cup of coffee. Lovely owners in the former Rick’s produce shop, been in the neighborhood for 5 years and will have to come back now that I’ve tasted it.

i’m so glad i stopped by here! i got an iced americano with house made vanilla syrup & it was perfect - not too bitter & not too sweet. their beans are grown by family in el salvador & they also offer farm to table juices & snacks. sure you can get a good cup of coffee anywhere but here it’s fr made with love seed to cup. put me in a great mood. thank you so much :)

Such nice staff! I ordered an iced spiced mocha and was not disappointed. It’s not too sweet, and the spice level is on point. There are some tables outside in the shade where you can sit and enjoy too. I can’t wait to come back :)

Excellent coffee direct from El Salvador, with warm and welcoming service!

First time here. I can honestly say we loved everything about this place, the sandwich was delicious, we got the Turkey ham avocado. I oived that it came with fresh fruit on the side and the coffee tasted great and fresh. I can see myself coming back to this place soon. The staff was super friendly and I loved that.

Nice little Salvadoran coffee shop that gets their coffee straight from El Salvador farmers. We got an iced latte and spiced mocha and you can taste the great quality coffee! Prices weren’t too bad at $6 per drink. They have outdoor seating only with a few tables outside and it’s a really nice place to relax. Really enjoyed this coffee, and I can’t wait to come back and drink their fresh pressed juices and smoothies.
