Great little place to stop. Food was definitely well prepared and delicious. Definitely a place you should stop and try.

Ordered an Amricano coffee, took it to go, started drinking it and it was nothing but warm milk with hardly any coffee, probably never go back, very disappointed

Great mocha frappe, did not quite like the breakfast sliders, aquired taste.

Best breakfast burritos in the bay city area. I’m sure the rest of their menu is really good too, but the burritos are so good that I haven’t tried anything else. Always super friendly staff, and a great variety of options in the party store.

Breakfast burrito and cold brew coffee were excellent. I just needed a place to recharge and use WiFi, but I’d definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.

Very cool vibe for a coffee/bar cafe. I had the chicken salad wrap, excellent! Iced latte also very very good. Nice young lady behind the counter. This place is gem for Linwood.

Wonderful little café with great sandwiches and drinks for an amazing price. If you’re driving from Detroit up north to the Mackinac Island area, you absolutely have to stop at this hidden gem of a cafe! I ordered the reuben and it was delightful; also got to try the bbq pulled pork and the you pig from my family members and they were also delicious. I got the cafe miel (?) latte (cinnamon and honey I believe) to go and sipping on it was probably the best part of my drive!

I liked the tables and super enjoyed the service! They were super nice and even let me bring my own coffee mug. Good salads too, but be careful not to use too much dressing!

First time visit. We browsed the store, the bar, the lounge and the Cafe. Ordered sandwiches and salad. Food was delicious and staff was super friendly. We'll soon be back!

Absolutely a "should " stop! Very unique fun place! Grabbed a frozen Mocha latte and was not disappointed. Employees went above and beyond and were willing to accommodate my every request. Usually just a quick stop en route for their great selection of craft beer, we dined in at the cafe and it was delicious! Quick and reasonably priced, and on top of that beer on tap! There’s a new bar/game room area in the works and I cannot wait to revisit when everything’s completed! Or sooner…

Cafe One 3 is a great place to go and have coffee brunch or even a beer. My wife and I went for coffee and stayed for lunch.

Cute place. My service was prompt and I asked the server to pick my drink. Asking for a hot drink, not too sweet. She did not disappoint.

I've never had a bad experience with Cafe One 3. In fact, I'm surprised more people don't talk about it. If you live in the area and you've never tried it, you're wasting your life away. My go to is the Rooster and I also like to mix the Pulled Pork mac n cheese with the honey sriracha mac n cheese. At this point I've had almost all of the sandwiches on the menu and they're all fantastic. 10 out 5, would recommend.

Great coffee! Pleasant barista. A little detour, but absolutely worth it!

Soup and sandwiches are great, but don’t make the mistake of ordering a $9 chicken salad wrap. Driest thing you will ever eat no mayo or dressing of any kind on it. Not what you would expect for chicken salad big chunks of chicken not mixed with anything.

This place is amazing. If you want to get away from the run of the mill food around this area, this is the place. I cant believe I waited so long to try it. Definitely going back

Their workers are the absolute sweetest! The breakfast wraps are super filling and delicious and I absolutely loved their mocha frappe! I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a tasty treasure out in Kawkawlin. I've never tried their lunch menu or beers but their coffee and breakfast menu is awesome.
