Exceptional food. Feels like you are in Italy if not better. Executive Chef Fabrizio is AMAZING. Definitely the best food outside of Italy.

The food was bland, and the server was pleasant. Very over priced for the food their serving. 3 people 2 drinks 2 appetizers and 3 entrees 250.00 for mediocre food. Had better italian food at my friend's house cooked by his irish mom. The place is attractive inside, that's a plus, I guess.

It was a wonderful evening at Café Sapori. The dinner was delicious. The atmosphere was fun and our evening was complete with the most delicious dessert. This restaurant will be on our to go to list for now and in our future. A must go to! Terry W

I enjoyed this restaurant when they were over on the island of Palm Beach and I still love their food and service here.

Perfection! Everything was delicious from our first course with beet salad and vitello tonnato to the main course of risotto and Bronzino. then to top it off for dessert, I had fresh figs with cream as I don’t eat sugar, but my husband had the tartufo. Everything was amazing and the servers did not miss a step! Happy to find a new restaurant to add to the mix. I’ll be going back often! 

I am back from Italy where I was in Venice, Siena, Cortina, Napoli and Porto Ercole. I ate the best in the best restaurants but Cafe Sapori is the best for cooking, service and atmosfere. And is near by. 🌟🌟🌟🏆🥂

This is a terrific Italian restaurant located in West Palm Beach. We decided to have lunch here, and it certainly lived up to our expectations! The interior is beautifully appointed with white tablecloths and tasteful decorations.

The food and wine quality is excellent. As a server at another Italian eatery, I believe there's absolutely nothing I would alter here.

It was our first time here and we celebrated my parents’ wedding anniversary. Three service and attention from the host, the waiter, and even the manager was phenomenal. The food didn’t disappoint either. All the dishes were fresh and delicious. Definitely recommendable place for a date night or special occasion celebration!

We came here a few times and this is the last time the quality is not equivalent to the prices charged. The sauce of the saltimbocca was weak. The chef came out to see our table but was too busy to stop by our table. All we asked for is to hear our critique. We are not coming back . And we not recommending it to anyone!

We have eaten here on and off for years. Last night was not a pleasant experience. The restaurant was terribly noisy (not unusual for here). The server was yelling at us to be heard over the crowd. The service was very slow. It took 15 - 20 minutes to get a glass of wine for one person at the table and the two others ordered martinis and were told the delay was because they were searching for martini glasses. Huh? Not an outrageously expensive restaurant but certainly one that caters to a higher end crowd should not have this issue. Probably our last time dining here.

This is one of my wife and myself's favorite restaurants. It is consistently delicious and the service and ambiance are excellent.

Wonderful meal, and a great experience! The food was great, the staff was attentive and accommodating, and the ambiance was refined without being stuffy. This remains one of our go-to places for special occasions, or when we just want well-prepared Italian food.

My husband ordered a veal chop to be medium well ( more toward well) though very flavor, it was more medium. My ravioli were delicious !!! The wait staff were very attentive and customer focused. We decided not to return the vela chop . My husband ate around the outer most parts.

I usually get a salad when I go to Sapori, but there was a stuffed shrimp with barley and mushrooms that I could not pass up. It was every bit as good as it sounded. I took half home for dinner. My friend had the potato encrusted Branzino. She said it was absolutely fabulous and took half home for dinner.

I have had many wonderful dinners here with my family. I recently hosted a luncheon for 20 people- Mangers Tim and Erik did an outstanding job in accommodating all special requests. Tim went above and beyond taking care of a difficult family member! Bravo Food is outstanding, I especially love their desserts, some of the best I have ever had.

It is always fabulous. Exquisite food and service. The valet on the other hand could use manners.

High end and nice eatery. Conveniently located. Food was excellent. However service was just adequate. Our waiter was informed that my wife had a food allergy and served her a dish containing it having never checked with chef. Otherwise a seller dining experience!

Sitting at the bar having lunch alone in an empty restaurant at 4 PM. A drunk man comes in goes behind and takes a glass put it into the ice! When I start asking him across the bar what is he doing?? Then he put his dirty hand directly in the ice. He throws a piece of ice at me while I am sitting and eating . When I asked the manager Eric, “Aren’t you going to do anything? He said we like you, but we like him too!” I told him I am never eating there again, he was fine with it. This is how they treat people. I guess Café Sapori caters to drunks! ps. I was on the phone with a person at the state’s attorney office who heard the entire conversation!

We had dinner last evening may 18,2024. Bread basket left much to be desired, they don’t make garlic bread. Wine list not very good. Food was brought out within 10 minutes. Spinach ravioli was dry onthe edges . David’s lasagna not good at all. Restaurant extremely noisy. Would NEVER go back. Service great out server was amazing. Stay Away🥲. I give this restaurant one star

Discovered this restaurant and was happy to see the large Vegan options since my daughter is a Vegan. The menu looked great so we went for dinner. First came our appetizer for my Son and me to share of fried calamari and asked for extra Marinara. The Marinara had to be the worse I have ever had. It was more like thin tomato juice with a little cayenne and was not even warm. Really sad for an Italian restaurant. Then came the salads. My daughter said hers was good with the balsamic vinaigrette. But the Cesar salad was terrible. the dressing was more like just mayonnaise with no flavor. My wife, Son and I both couldn't eat it. Then the entrees came and my Salmon which I ordered medium rare came out well done and so well I had to return it. My wife had Parpadelle with vodka sauce and she said it lacked flavor. My Son had chicken parmesan and it was over cooked and the marinara had zero flavor he said it was the worse tasting he has ever had. We ordered a gnocchi stuffed with sausage in a vodka sauce. There was virtually no stuffed sausage in the gnocchi and none on the dish. The sauce also didn't have much flavor. My daughter enjoyed the vegan bruschetta but she said the vegan meatballs and vegan soup was very disappointing.

Pasta is homemade. Great service.

Every time I visit Cafe Sapori I get mad at myself for not coming more often. Consistently great food and service. Only negative - no fresh fish in the menu - but plenty of delicious food to fill the gap.

This place never disappoints! One good sign of a restaurant is consistently in the food but also the service. Seems the same staff and management are always there and always on their game. Great spot for family meal, business meal or relaxing with friends.

First time there. Food was mediocre considering the price. Nice decor but very noisy. Would not go back.

Had an early reservation and even as the restaurant filled, the service level never changed. Our server and the rest of the team took excellent care of us. Dinner was delicious. We enjoyed an appetizer, main courses and desserts. Will return again.

Our server was terrific, got everything right for 7 of us! My dinner of penne and clams was delicious, prepared in a different way, and loads of clams. 4 of the people were not happy with their dinners. The gelato for dessert was delicious! I will definitely go back soon!

Wonderful restaurant! The waiters are so welcoming, and it feels like stepping into another city entirely — you could be in any chic international city when you dine at Cafe Sapori! The food is delicious from start to finish: delicious bread, fabulous salads, and amazing pasta. The menu is diverse, so your only trouble will be deciding which of the many delicious dishes to have!

We were seated in the middle of the restaurant and it was noisy enough to make having a conversation difficult without shouting or leaning toward each other. Next time we will ask for a table around the perimeter or outside where it may be quieter. Otherwise, the food and service were both good.

I was on my way to the theater up in West Palm Beach and this restaurant was close by you sat at the bar to eat. The artichokes were delicious. The pasta was excellent. The sauce was right on spot. I definitely recommend it

The food and atmosphere was exceptional. Our group had the Salmon, Fruite Di Marre, the Chicken entree with the dried figs and the Chicken Parm. Everything was delicious. The service from the valet to the waiter was outstanding. Highly recommend and will go again when we are back in the area.

Well respected Italian destination restaurant. Wide variety of delicious items on the regular menu. Excellent specials. Service is cheerful and pleasant. Interesting space with lovely art.

We were a party of four this evening excited to eat in this restaurant. When we asked the waiter questions regarding the menu, he did not want to be bothered whatsoever and was very dismissive and disrespectful. We were rushed at every course and we will not return. The food was mediocre for the price.

Cafe Sapori- been there for lunch several times recently. Menu has been upgraded; it has a whole page of vegan options behind the daily options. For an upscale place, the staff are surprisingly warm + welcoming + helpful. The pasta is excellent + wine selections -both by the bottle + by the glass-are diverse + good. Fish was so-so, but vegetables, pasta, crabcakes, meatballs -literally everything else--excellent. If I had to choose one item to recommend, it would be anything where the main ingredient is pasta.

Probably the worst chicken Parmesan I’ve ever had. When they brought the plate out, I thought it was a piece of pizza, it almost covered the entire 10 inch plate. Not much sauce, very overcooked and tasteless. It was a circular piece of chicken with the outside, turned up like pizza crust. Unfortunately, the food did not live up to the service and atmosphere.

Greet food & service ! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed a delicious meal with friends. Tried the special pizza which was a fried dough .. yummy . The ravioli was outstanding! Also loved the artichokes. Dessert was good too.. we had the pistachio gelato & the ricotta cheesecake.. shared by the 4 of us! Very attentive wait staff. Highly recommend it!

We asked and were seated outside for lunch. I ordered the salmon paillard which tasted fine but I had a severe and prolonged gastrointestinal-intestinal reaction a couple hours later. Although there were few tables filled for lunch, our waiter was not attentive through the lunch and finally I had to get up and ask for a waiter to clear our plates which had been empty for 10minutes and receive the bill.

Everything was delicious and the service impeccable! It’s a restaurant that is constantly very good. Best to sit outside for quiet conversations!!

Food was excellent, some of the best Italian food in Florida. Unfortunately they are so busy it degrades the experience.

Way to loud. I don’t appreciate being jammed like sardines into three dining rooms with no ambience. You can barely move through the dining hall to the bathroom. I felt like ii was on a low end cruise ship. The service was great. Very friendly staff. But oh what a factory. The food mediocre. Come on ! Whose idea is it to eat in a crazy noisy environment. I couldn’t taste the food it was so crammed and noisy. Guess the almighty dollar wins

Very loud crowded making impossible to converse. Food was fair. Parking valets were very rude, refusing to help me load wheelchair into car trunk. Did not tip them 😔 would never recommend this place.

⚠️ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK! FROM MY SISTER On Friday evening I visited Cafe Sapori for a celebratory dinner with my mother for her 87th birthday. My husband and I flew in from Chicago especially for this significant birthday. At her suggestion I made a 6PM reservation. We arrived promptly and were seated immediately. At first all was fine as the waiter took our order for cocktails. We then ordered four appetizers. After that it was all downhill. The waiter was annoyed as we asked how a fish entree was prepared. It was apparent he wanted us to order quickly. I politely asked him to please not rush us. His response was that he wanted to turn over the table since it was a busy nite. To say that I was shocked that a restaurant at this level and prices would respond in this manner. It was an important evening for us and sharing a lovely evening was critical. At that point we were only there for 20 minutes!! I was so upset by this that I asked for the check and the waiter never asked if there was a problem . I paid the bill and we proceeded to leave. I spotted the manager and calmly stated the issue as to why we were leaving. It was only 6:30! He could have cared less. I did not ask or want anything from him except an apology for ruining our evening and a very important celebration. He never said a word and even laughed with some people standing nearby I did not think the situation called for that response. We were not eating at a fast food restaurant. I would think an hour to an hour and a half for fine dining is appropriate and not to feel like we were being pushed out the door. My mother lives in a large high end community and runs the social club for over 7000 residents, and you can be sure this terrible experience will most definitely be circulated among her peers. I have never left a review before but this situation demanded a response. We will make sure no one she knows will ever dine there again. Perhaps they dont care since the restaurant is very busy but they should!! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!

As usual the food and the service provided by our server ZORO was 5 star. We will return often.
