Food isn't good. Pizza is undercooked tried 3 times to be sure it wasn't just by mistake and it was the same 3 times

The pizza pie is very good. We were so disappointed to find that they now use a packaged dressing for the salads. Also the dining tables were very dirty as well as the floor and the restaurant in general looks very deteriorated.

I’ve tried going inside but it really stinks. As soon as you open the door you get a whiff, so there’s no way I’m eating there without coming out with my hair and hair smelling like garlic and onions and who owns. Perhaps a better exhaust ventilation system would help.

The place is nice pizzas good but don’t call 30mins before closing. because they will pick up and hang up in your face over and over don’t matter how many times you call.

Isiah hand tosses that pizza and the crust is perfect just like NYC style. Thank you for your service.

This is the very best pizza I’ve had since I moved to South Florida some 30 years ago. True Italian pizza where the mozzarella is 100% real and melty stringy… I drive about 16 miles to get this REAL pizza 🍕 👍 7/12/2024 Sorry to say. I’m changing my review! Skimping on toppings has changed my opinion. Must have put 5 mushrooms on pizza, I asked for a few more, not realizing i was going to be charged extra! I got a 3 veggie item, 12” pizza with much less toppings! With a regular drink, (cup size now smaller) $20 I won’t be making the drive to come here anymore, too bad! Was my my favorite & now not worth it!

I showed up with my son within working hours at 8:49 and they told me they were closed. There were two other patrons eating inside and then when I asked what time they closed he said 8:30 something. My child was excited to get pizza from here and rather than serve us during working hours we were lied to and not serviced.

Im not sure if you guys changed the recipe of the pizza or if it was just a bad night… but the pizza we had delivered was absolutely awful. We used to love this pizza. But as a fathers day dinner… we had to throw it away. It didnt taste like Cucina pizza at all.

I recently relocated to the area and decided to try out Cucina Pizza by Design despite hearing some negative feedback from a coworker. Unfortunately, my experience echoed his sentiments, leaving me disappointed and frustrated. From the moment I walked in, it was evident that customer service was not a priority for the gentleman behind the counter. Despite being the only customer waiting, I was blatantly ignored as he engaged in non-work-related conversations and checked his phone. When I finally managed to grab his attention, his attitude was nothing short of disdainful. What struck me most was his deliberate rudeness, seemingly without any reason or provocation. Not only did he fail to acknowledge basic courtesies like greeting or thanking me, but he also disregarded my request for a receipt, crumpling it up and sticking it back into the bag without a second thought. As someone with experience in management within the service industry, I understand the importance of customer relations. The behavior exhibited by this individual reflects poorly on the establishment and undermines the efforts of the rest of the staff who may excel in their roles. While I hesitate to leave negative reviews, I feel it's important for stakeholders and others invested in the reputation of Cucina Pizza by Design to be aware of how customers are being treated. It's my hope that this feedback prompts reflection and action towards improving the customer experience at this location.

Salad was good. I wish there would be small pieces of pizza 🍕.

4/28/24-Okay I know I say this a lot about my slices of pizza here but today it was seriously the best pizza I've had here! And it's always delicious! Today was so incredibly delicious! Just the right amount of cheese to have it very cheesy and I added meatballs and that just added to the yumminess! Very NY Style this time! Crust was perfect! Always great service with a smile and the restaurant is spotless! Great Ambience! I highly recommend! 4/8/24-Delicious pizza, warm welcoming staff and casual ambiance!!Love this place!!! The service was attentive and friendly!!Woodley was so very accommodating!! I ordered my favorite slice of pizza and added meatballs and sausage! He loaded it up for me! Service with a smile! Truly A great value! Lucas also very attentive and friendly was at the register. I ordered my glass of white wine.. and paid.. couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was.. very affordable for me! I like my slice very very hot. They definitely accommodated my request . I like this new procedure of using a real wine glass for my Chardonnay. Much better than a plastic cup.. Lucas brought me my slice to the table. I love all the extras provided on the tables.. olive oil, grated cheese, sea salt , freshly ground pepper, oregano.. yes it all was added to my slice! Even a roll of paper towels! Absolutely delicious pizza and the sausage and meatballs were amazing! So much flavor and yumminess! Even my Chardonnay wine was cold and crisp!! A perfect pour for $6.00 another great value! This restaurant is spotless! After every customer leaves a table they clean and sanitize it! I was extremely impressed! I’m definitely a fan! Their menu offers something for everyone! The table next to me had a salad that was huge and filled with yummy ingredients! See you next Monday on my day off! 7/6/23-Once again the most delicious slice of pizza with Extra meatballs and sausage ! I always ask for my slice extra crispy and hot! They never disappoint! Don’t get me wrong. The place is OK. This is just about this one Pizza I ordered The New Yorker (Margarita) First thing you notice is watery, diced tomatoes on top of the pizza like from a can. You need to take a plastic fork or spoon to scrape These flavor vampires off the whole pizza. Second I had to put salt on the pizza. Goes without saying you shouldn’t have to do that. Third And the most crucial, The New Yorker is $.20 away from $19 If you just order a regular pizza Add fresh mozzarella and basil it would come to $13 This is a $13 pizza and I would’ve been fine with that At $19 this was a far cry from the taste of a margarita. Oddly the one thing they did was the basil. The basil was very strong, which I liked a lot. Again, don’t get me wrong. Most of their pizzas are solid. Just not this one

Creating my own pizza at this establishment was an enjoyable experience. I opted for arugula, honey, and goat cheese toppings on a tomato base, and it turned out to be absolutely delightful. The fresh and crispy dough added to the overall satisfaction of the meal. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, and I was impressed by the overall value, quality, and speed of service.

Came here a while ago and had a slice. It was on the bland side but after the help of some crushed peppers it was ok. It was thin and crispy. Tonight went back and ordered a whole pizza, the sauce was completely bland, dough is good but was way too thick and had the cheese was overkill. Disappointed!

Ok I'll be honest... i was hoping it would be very good - and it 100% was!!! Ordered the New Yorker and added my favorites, pepperoni and mushroom and it was so worth it. Hubby and i split a 12" and couldn't eat it all. Not the least bit heavy so i ate 3 pieces! Would go back again in a heart beat.

Well the prices on the menu change when you get to the register. What is advertised is not what the price is. I just found out that vegan cheese is $3 for large and $1.50 for a small even though it only says add $1.50. Also, the vegan beef has a charge even though it is an option without an extra price on the menu. The explanation I got was I told the guys up front to tell customers even though they can barely speak English. That’s a lot to put on them. Needless to say this is the last time I go here to get 2 $55 pizzas I thought was going to be $45.

My hopes were way up here. Great reviews at a pizza restaurant, in an area where a lot of people from the northeast live in the winter months. It was good pizza but I was disappointed it wasn’t better. I think it’s the sauce that is messing it up for me. Very thin and not very much flavor. They do pack the toppings on which is nice. I guess I’m a sauce guy. I loved the dough and the thickness of it. Great and happy people working so that was nice. The pizza bites are phenomenal. Lastly, when a pizza is hot or full of toppings it’s nice to have a metal fork, not a flimsy plastic one. Thanks Cucina, overall it was good food and I see why people like it but I just wasn’t blown away.

Pizza was horrible, and service was below average. Asked for extra cheese and the attendant literally to a pinch of cheese with 2 fingers and put it on the pizza. First and last time.

First time I bought pizza there it was delicious. I also bought beet salad with goat cheese. I like the raisin that brings a little sweetness to it.

We order 3 différent pizzas and all was excellent, tasty and generous!! The gluten free crust was perfectly crispy and the regular thin crust was perfectly cook too in the Italian oven. A lot of choices to choose to put on for the price at 12,99 it’s incredible! The service was amazing too! We get back to order pasta to go and was excellent too!! Will go back often for sure 👌🏼 Thanks

They are not patient and rush new customers, causing them to order items far above a price point they expect to pay for a PIZZA!!

I'm vegan and my husband is not and we both were able to get options that are wanted, which was great! The downside is that the pizzas were not good. I did not like my vegan pizza and he didn't like this non-vegan either. Shame because we got very different types and didn't like them equally. Keeping the 3 because I'm happy to have vegan options but it just was not very good unfortunately

Great food! A wide variety of ingredients are provided to make your pizza. The atmosphere is amazing and chilled out, and the food tastes amazing! 5 stars, I only have good memories here.

Service was great, very friendly staff. Pretty cool to see them make your pizza right there. I've ordered twice already and will definitely come back!! After a day of shopping, this pizza hit home, and I also ordered to go. I also had thebgarlic rolls and pepperoni rolls amazing. Great job!

Never knew about this place, but WOW, what good food they have. Had to take a pie back home with me. Wish we had this place in Port Saint Lucie, this would be a hit. They would blow Blaze and all the small pizza parlors out of the park. Everytime I go south will be bringing home a pie.😋

Im mid eating my pizza rn i had to hop on and leave a review upon opening my own business i now know how helpful they are and this place deserves 5 STARS all the way! From the customer service to how yummy the pizza is im obsessed with the crust and overall flavor will definitely be coming when the pizza cravings hit 😂❤️

Best Pizza/Food in Florida! Best service hands down!

The website says they close at 10pm but they will literally stop serving you food around 9:15-9:20. Makes no sense. Mozzarella sticks are trash but the pizza is good. The customer service can definitely use some work.

We were in the area running an errand and decided to stop in because we had not had dinner. We understood that the restaurant closed at 10, but we figured since we had arrived at 9:20, we could order and eat quickly and still leave on time. After waiting for the person in front of us to place his order, we stepped up to place ours at 9:25, only to be told, " That was our last pizza." After some convincing and reassuring that we would be quick, we were able to place our order. As if this weren't enough reinforcement of the fact that the restaurant closed at 10, we were told by the cashier, "we close in 27 minutes." I will admit that the pizza was tasty, but given the service and complete lack of hospitality, we definitely will not be returning.

Stopped here to get a bite after a looooong day on our feet shopping. We were on vacation and had been craving pizza and while the taste was delectable, we didn't like the New York style pizza much. Maybe we need to acquire the appreciation for it but it was a bit too runny with the ingredients playing catch us if you can as we tried to get each slice. Like I said it was tasty but just not liking the wetness of the finish. You can check them out for yourself though. Nice ambiance with ample seating.

Pizza was refused, and the monies returned....pizza maker was apologetic, but the cashier was a A-hole....once questioned cashier stated that the pizza had fallen and another was given to me and my sister. The food was really good and worth the price. We were a party of four and ordered a large pizza pie, rigatoni, garlic rolls, and soda and had a lot left over. We also got to try their grandma pizza which was delicious. The atmosphere is great as well. Big space with plenty of tables and amazing service.

Nous sommes venus en famille avec nos 2 ados. Ils ont choisi une grande pizza où ils ont pu mettre les ingrédients qu'ils voulaient et sur leur moitié à chacun. Pour nous c'était une petite pizza à la pâte de chou fleur et sincèrement elle était délicieuse. Les ados n'ayant pas terminé leur pizza nous avons pu prendre la fin dans une boîte. Coût total 40$ avec les tips. Franchement on est content et cela fut une belle découverte

This gluten free pizza was so delicious I didn’t believe it was gluten free. I called to confirm and they immediately remembered my order and assured me it was. I was in disbelief. I waited a whole day to write this review just to make sure, but, well, it was indeed gluten free! I am still in disbelief. Delicious. So yummy.

This is my FAVORITE place to get a gluten free pizza . The GF crust is the crunchiest and comes so close to having the real thing . Plus toppings are always fresh and loaded up . Can’t comment on real pizza since I can’t have any .

How this place has 4.4 stars is beyond me. Pizza is okay, nothing crazy. The menu online isn’t accurate and I asked the cashier for multiple different dishes off the menu and she had no idea any of the menu items I asked for. Then another pizza cook had to come ask me what kind of pasta I was looking for, when I responded with pasta Bolognese and they looked at me like I had 3 heads I finally said you know what can I get this pasta taken off the check instead? I wasn’t even hungry anymore, but they had no issues doing that for me which I appreciated. Cute vibes and def a good little pizza spot but I would stick to the build your own pizzas.

My friend and I ordered the chicken Parmesan pasta and we were very disappointed when we received our plate. It tasted like a frozen meal that wasn’t cooked properly and had no sauce. It was extremely dry and had no flavor. My brother ordered the chicken alfredo and it was a couple noodles in a pool of sauce. I will not be returning to this place for pasta. my sister ordered a pizza and she enjoyed her meal. This is not the place to order pasta.

Disappointed in the gluten free pizza crust. Came here after seeing a good review. Our crust was soggy and undercooked on both pizzas. I also recommend asking for light on the cheese unless you love extra cheesy pizza!

Beyond amazing if i can give 10 stars i would. Service was good. You get to choose out of many many toppings, tastes fresh and everything comes straight from the oven. meatball sliders where delicious.

I have ordered with you guys several times, no issues on any other visit. Got the kids Alfredo pasta and was absolutely disgusting. Tasted like I was eating water, no flavor, no cheese of any sort and I have had plenty of pasta Alfredo in my life. I called to get a refund and the man refused, kept arguing with me saying they make it fresh daily, and I can get a credit for the same dish. Then continued to say he can’t find my order in the system when I just picked up nearly 20mins ago. Not only was the pasta absolutely disgusting but the customer service matched. Definitely will not be returning.

I was here with several friends. I am lactose intolerant, so I ordered the vegan pizza. What a treat. A great crust and the vegan cheese and toppings were delicious. My local friends are regulars. If only they would relocate to my hometown!

Lucas has terrible customer service. He asked how he could help but didn’t help. I wanted pizza by the slice and he told me they don’t make pizzas by the slice yet it was at the top of their menu clear as day. I was literally standing there waiting on assistance from Lucas after I told him I’d prefer by the slice yet he continued to walk pass me. Lucas even began making a whole pizza. I was the only customer in the store. I had to ask someone else for help as Lucas went to the back. Idk maybe he was having a bad day but I don’t appreciate him taking it out on me and telling me they didn’t make something that they do. Grow up Lucas. Additionally, the pizza I ordered vs the pizza I was given was incorrect.

The tables are filthy, always dirty. I was scared of pulling a napkin from the dispenser. They use dirty trays foto serve your pizza and the “design your own pie” slogan it’s a fake advertisement.

We go often. Love this place. My husband loves all the meat choices and I love the veggie choices. Yeah, separate pizzas.

When I ordered over the phone a staff member was rude because I asked if I would have to wait in line when I go pick up my pizza. Last time I ordered for pick up I had to wait in the long line where customers line up to see their pizza being made just to pick up my pizza that I ordered 30 minutes ago. Not right.

We had no idea what to expect walking in. The service was awesome and helped us along the way as we built our own pizza and once the pizza came out we ate it faster than any pizza I've ever eaten. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The environment is very chill and I love the way each table is set with everything you would need. If you're looking for a new pizza spot I HIGHLY recommend trying this place. The prices are awesome for the quality of food and service you get! We will definitely be back!

For a busy Sunday evening the food was okay .but the girl up front messed up our food I was with family it was embarrassing. She was lazy we told them it was dine in and they still put it in a box after we addressed the issue the girl up front walked away and left our pizza in the box she was very unprofessional not courteous. A few months ago the food was amazing but since they hired new cooks the food isn’t as good as before

This has been one of my favorite places in WPB, but the last 2 visits have been horrible to say the least… young guy taking my order was totally distracted and joking with his coworkers, pizza was brought very burnt even though I specifically asked them not to because the previous time was like that… restroom and restaurant floor were disgusting… so sad, it used to be really nice

The pizza is good, they never brought the Greek Salad. We finished the pizza and had to go to the counter to ask for the remainder of our order. The salad was just ok, the dressing was not great but the contents of the salad was good. No doubt, I encountered reverse discrimination. I won’t be back, but I will miss the good pizza. On Uber eats this place is also called “good freaking pizza” which unfortunately isn’t. We would have rather ordered from the regular cucina and paid their regular prices for the same stinking pizza. 28$ before delivery for a medium “freaking good pizza.” What a joke. We got the chicken bacon ranch which states that the main sauce is a “white sauce, assumed it was actually ranch.” When we got the pizza it didn’t have any white sauce and if it did it was very little and very very dry. Add to that they also put on marinara… so yeah really disappointed in this over priced “good freaking pizza.” Just order from the regular place. Not that. Definitely not worth the price. 6 slices to boot. I actually like this place for the pizza but not the other.

This place will give you an experience similar to a blaze pizza but with higher quality. The ingredients and overall taste is really great, service is good, location and parking very convenient, pricing is just right not cheap but it's not expensive for similar restaurants in the area. The fountain drink selection is really good and the atmosphere is relax. I recommend this place.

Just got back in the car! The food was absolutely amazing! I’m vegan and they had so many options for me, starting with a vegan gluten-free cauliflower crust, and most importantly vegan cheese! The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. My dad, who isn’t vegan enjoyed their other options as well. I’m not a Florida resident, but I’d absolutely be returning!

The food here was beyond my expectations. A small pizzeria with the most outstanding staff and the best calzone I’ve had. The staff is very pleasant and courteous & watching them while I dined was fun. U can actually see that they’re enjoying what they’re doing. I give it a 5 caus the entire dining experience, the staff and the food were all excellent!

Only 1 star because the food is great but your girl at the front needs a new job. She has zero customer service and she closes the store earlier and then looks stupid when people want to eat and thinks it’s funny. The only way people eat there is cause the food is good.

Es la primera vez que entro a este lugar , me gusto la idea de construir mi pizza pero ordene dos tiramisus y uno me dieron fresco y el otro era del día anterior y cuando reclame no me quisieron cambiar y me dijeron de mala manera que estaba congelado que después me lo comiera y que no me devolvería el dinero y yo solamente les deje el tiramisu y me fui a la mesa y luego vino y me dejo el dinero en la mesa de mala manera no me gusto ! No volveré más ni recomendaré este lugar !!
