I have been coming to Seville Cafe for at least 20 years, always an excellent experience! There is no such thing as a mediocre or "just ok" meal at Seville. It's always the best of the best. Joey was kind enough to allow an amazing Mariachi band to sing for my sweetheart's birthday. Come and enjoy!

Service was great and food was delicious. It was our first time dining - we were celebrating a birthday so were given complimentary appetizers.

First time here, it was spectacular. Thank you Joey for the sensational food and hospitality. The tres leches was phenomenal as well as the Santa Fe shrimp appetizer. The atmosphere was intimate and everyone was very friendly and made you feel so welcomed. Can’t wait to return on our next date night.

Genuinely the best restaurant we've ever been in the U.S. Serge is the best server. We had the most joyful convo, stories and his sweetest recommendations as a foodie. Freshest tasteful escargot, best house wine, most tender and creamy duck and juicy local swordfish. The owner sat down chatted with us about his passion. Yes. It’s been a long time since my last visit and I can’t believe I forgot about this place. Same waiter for over 20 years. Superb food. A hidden gem. Not on open table. A locals place. I recognize people from many years ago. Spanish flare. We started with the octopus. Perfect. She had osso buco. I have the yellowtail snapper. Both excellent. Snapper was fresh and thick. Unlike the thin snapper I’ve had lately around town. Loved it all Local reviews by a local for over 50 years. Just the stuff not the fluff

Our go-to for the freshest seafood in Ft Laud. I know it's a Spanish restaurant and we have had their paella (it's really amazing), but Joey gets the freshest fish in town and their sauces are fantastic. I would put their NY Strip and Veal Chop up against any of the best restaurants in town. Kevin, who works the bar, is a hoot and the best bartender we know. Highly recommend this gem, just don't take our spots on Monday nights.

Cafe Seville is hands down one of my top 3 favorite places in South Florida for dinner. The Mediterranean ambiance, Elegant atmosphere, and exquisite combinations of different dishes will truly take make you feel like your in a different country. The Resturaunt is ran by Joey and Sally, who ensure their customers are by no means ever disappointed. While I can definitely say everything on the menu is incredible, my personal favorite is the “stuffed pork chop” entree. This masterpiece comes out with 12 ounces of the juiciest, tenderest pork, stuffed with melted cheese and a blend of herbs & spices that will make your taste buds rapidly malfunction. If your looking for a relaxing times a seat at the bar and meet the beautiful and intelligent Vanessa and Lauren. Both specialize in craft cocktail creations and will make you a drink you never knew existed. The sangria is absolutely out of this world!!! Haven’t found another place that can even come close to mimic the quality, taste, and effectiveness of this sangria. If your looking for a phenomenal dinner with a unique mix, look no further than Cafe Seville. Promise you will not be disappointed.

I visit Cafe Seville often and always have an excellent experience. I always bring my parents and we are never disappointed. We celebrated my mothers birthday and had a wonderful evening; the food and wine were excellent and a big shout out to our server, Serge who really made us feel at home. Joe and his team have the soul of charm and professionalism throughout.

Myself and 2 classmates hosted our graduation dinner for our families last night at Cafe Seville. It was absolutely perfect! The service was beyond amazing and the food was impeccable. Huge thank you to the owner for taking our large reservation. They were hesitant, understandably as it’s a cozy restaurant and they care a lot about the quality of their food so large parties can be hard to maintain a high standard with. But they exceeded our expectations and it was flawless! Our waiter was also very patient with the chaos of taking orders from 17 people and gave us multiple options and suggestions. This restaurant will be a for sure stop anytime I’m in FLL/Miami!

My new favorite restaurant!!!! Atmosphere is cozy and great spacious bar area. Food is OMG scrumptious and service impeccable. Sword fish was excellant and scallops and shrimp appetizer- wanted to lick bowl. Restaurant is excellent. You will NOT be disappointed

We had a great experience at Cafe Seville! Tony (our server) was amazing and very personable and checking in on us! We had the bread, 2 tapas (the mussels and shrimp), 1 soup, and 1 main to share (the grouper). We also had the tres leches for dessert. All items were delicious!

Mario our server was excellent and definitely passionate about the food. The appetizers were very good but the octopus was outstanding!! They split our order of Grouper in the kitchen for us and it was just phenomenal. Thank you to the owner and the chef for a fantastic dining experience. We have another restaurant to frequent now that we have been there!! Definitely will ask for Mario to be our server again as made it a very nice evening out.

Americanized Spanish food. Their sangria is terrible, don’t order it. Tapas was ok, but needs refinement. Flan was over cooked. If your want simple American “Spanish” flare, and American Chain style service this place is for you. If you are looking for an authentic true Spanish dining experience, you will be highly disdained. Expect to pay the authentic price for the American imitation fare. Dust and cobwebs hanging on their lamps.

found this place by accident. It looked great so we went in and told no tables available for an hour. But as we were about to leave someone got up in the bar area and the owner sat us. Food was awesome the owner talked with us for a while and bought us an app. We had a great time and it is now one of our favorites.

The bread is sublime. Strange to lead with that but it’s that good. The service, also attentive and professional. The food is hit and miss and the place needs some updating and tlc. It’s sort of stuck in a time warp but there seem to be a lot of regulars and maybe they like that. 🤷‍♂️

First time here was Valentine’s night dinner. I’m an old guy and this was the first time I’ve ever arrived for ValDay dinner reservation and didn’t have to wait. Went here for the Paella and it was great, not quite as good as what I had in a little out of the way neighborhood in Barcelona, but a lot closer to home. The local police chief picked that place knowing the bill would be covered by my employer. Tres Leches became my wife’s favorite when we had it in Mazatlan 10 years ago. This is first we’ve found that was just as good. We’ll be back. Good wines too.

This restaurant is off the hook! When the owner of the restaurant greats you at the door and comes over to the table countless times to make sure your having the best experience and then sitting down at the table with you and becoming part of the family it’s priceless.The food is absolutely delicious from the soft shell crabs and octopus to the the paiallia and branzino. When in Ft Lauderdale a MUST!!!!

Nice menu selection. Atmosphere in side room very basic. Food was good. Basic drink over priced at $18.00 each.

Just had dinner at 8:01 PM the food was very good but when I went to pay, I used a gift card which had a balance of $200. Prior to coming to the receipt I checked the balance since I had yet to use it. The cashier rang up the meal for $137.87 then added a tip on my card totaling $165.44. She left the tip blank on my receipt. The printed receipt has a card balance of $34.56. I called the card and received a automated confirmation of a balance of $34.56. When I questioned he employee Vanessa if she added the tip, she replied no. I signed the receipt leaving no tip on the card but gave her a $30 cash tip. When I arrived at my hotel I called the card and again and they confirmed a charge of $165.44. I called the manager Joey and he denies the charge of $165.44 The charge is being disputed.

I can not say enough about Cafe Seville as I have been going there or picking up take out for 20 years. We liked our office Christmas 🎄 Dinner so much last year, my employees asked to go back..... This year was even better. Serge and Pepe were great and Joey picked the perfect spot for us near the Christmas tree. We started with seafood paella, had appetizers including octopus and chorizo. I love how they bring you a mantel with their feature dishes. It's super cozy and quaint. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a restaurant that is incredibly awesome. The food is superb, the service is awesome and the vibe of the restaurant is wonderful. The sangria is also excellent. I have eaten many places in Fort Lauderdale, but this restaurant is by far the best I have eaten at. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and the servers treat you like you are beyond special. We ate the paella and it was so flavorful. The desserts are also very good. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Another delicious dining experience. Fabulous service. The best assortment of fresh fish made the decision for their wonderful stuffed veal chop even more difficult. So we decided to split the seafood/meat options and chose the Crab Bisque as a starter, followed by their (usually -- but not this time so great) Mussels and we split the Stuffed Veal Chop entree. Next time, I would ask the server how the Mussels are running, because apparently, and unbeknown as to us, this wasn't the best time to be ordering that dish. We'll definitely be back!!

The service was great! Our server was really nice, very sweet and professional. I have no complaints about the service. But the food is a 2 out of 10. The paella tasted like rice and seafood, like something that I could’ve cooked myself. Not that it tasted bad, it kind of tasted good, but definitely not a paella. I recognize that we got there late, but… if you couldn’t cook the paella right, just let us know, we’d order something else. It was literally white rice and some clams and mussels. Not the most expensive place ever.. I guess you get what you paid for. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Wow... I was floored by this gem. I was doing my usual Friday afternoon search for a new place to try and came across Cafe Seville. We were craving Spanish food, mostly with Yellow Rice and Sangria in mind. You want what you want, right? We also are huge on ambiance but that you can't really see through photos. Cafe Seville is inside of a shopping center which I am not a huge fan of being from New Jersey/New York but that is every restaurant in Florida. As soon as we walked in, we knew we had found what we wanted. It instantly reminded me of one of my favorite places back home. We were sat immediately and greeted by one of the most lively server named Tony. Shortly after we were greeted by the owner. With that alone, we knew we were in for a great evening. They provided us with the menu and rolled out a board full of evening specials. Floored by the variety! We started with a pitcher of Sangria. (Fresh and delicious. None of the fake stuff) As an appetizer, we went with the garlic shrimp and sausage (INSANELY DELICIOUS AND SO FLAVORFUL). For the entree, we went with the Seafood Paella. (Huge portion and so good. 10/10). If you are looking for a place that has everything in 1 place- service, food and ambiance ...you MUST come here. We are so happy to know, we have found a new place to call a favorite. Can't wait to see Tony again. So much love that we ended the night with a hug :)

I was deeply disappointed with everything. Their so called “Spanish” isn’t authentic. I have been to Spain many times and I frequently go to Spanish places in South Florida, I’m also Latin so I know about this type of food. As an appetizer we ordered their “Entremés Sevillano” which was a cold platter of Spanish ham, chorizo and cheese with olives not appealing at all, the ham and chorizo were old, not properly cut and overpriced for the poor quality and taste. We also ordered two of their soups, lentils and beans, they both lacked flavor, were cold and did not seem fresh, in other words, they were re-heated. For the main courses, we had the duck in cranberry sauce and a veal of ternera, they were poorly accompanied with steamed vegetables that seemed taken out straight from a Walmart cheap bag of veggies and the mash potatoes were gluey and unappetizing. The sangria we had was ok; We didn’t make it to dessert. The place is old, not clean (dust everywhere, specially lamps) and this makes one wonder how things are back in the kitchen. Just by looking at it from the outside, it isn’t appealing or tempting. There are far better places and with much better prices. Like Eatapas (which has a live guitar and flamenco show) or Bodega Santiago.

The best restaurant in Florida. Have been here many times trying to find something I don’t love but have failed each time. Today we had Angulas at the bar with their unmatched heavenly bread and the divine snapper. Words can’t even come close to explain the freshness and taste of every dish. Nothing short of heaven. Service is beyond any explanation . 12 out of 10 stars. Owner operated to perfection. Joey always makes you feel like family. We will be back tomorrow.

How have I lived here so long without discovering this gem of a restaurant within a stone’s throw from the Intracoastal and beach!?! Well, we know it now, and you should, too! I left a message for a birthday dinner for two, and imagine my surprise when Joey, the owner, called back personally! We were greeted by him as well when we arrived, and were treated like family, or more like the Royal Family. The food was outstanding…yellow-tail snapper with artichokes and tomatoes, corvina with shrimp, sherry and saffron, a delightful Spanish tapa of traditional meat, cheese and olives, and a heavenly creme brûlée to end this delicious meal. The cuisine is high quality, fresh, cooked to order, and served piping hot! The service was outstanding, and Joey the owner checked in on everyone as though he had cooked for us at home. Make reservations! This place is filled with devoted locals and tourists, alike. Located at the foot of the drawbridge, in a shopping strip, you will find plenty of parking. I can’t wait to go back! Oh, and the decor is lovely, reminding me of favorite spots in Barcelona! Gracias, Cafe Seville!

Excellent location and service!

Quite unfortunate, we had heard great things. The service was really slow and poor, twice we had to go to the bar to ask where our drinks were. Took about 20 minutes before we saw our server CJ to put some appetizer orders in. We are originally from Spain and only the starters were really typically Spanish. Most of the mains (with some exceptions) would be rare to see in a restaurant in Spain. The value was poor seeing as the entrees were in the $30 to $35 vicinity ad quite poor. Two in our group ordered the paella and ate three bites then stopped eating as it was so poor. It's a real pity as all of us had heard great things through different people so we're excited initially and then massively let down. I hope ours was an outlier but we won't be going back.

I had been wanting to go for quite a while and finally made it!!! Went on Wednesday night, and the place was already packed! but we were able to get a table with no reservation. -The place is in a nice plaza with free parking. Sevice: Top notch! everyone was extra nice in a genuine way. -Menu: giant wine list with great prices. They have night apecials and regualr menu with plates around $30 and some more expensive can get up to 50. My girl friend and I we both got the pork chop, and it was really good. They have a good selection from pork to rabbit, duck, and venison. Restaurante is super chill with a super nice vibe I will give it a 4.8, and I'm looking forward to getting back

This is our 4th time going to Cafe Seville! Whenever we are in Fort Lauderdale, we always stop in here because they have the best tres leches we have ever had in our lives! This trip was different because my husband and I have been raving about this place since we first came here in 2021. We finally brought the kids here and so glad we did. They validated what we always knew, the food is amazing and hands down, best tres leches ever had! When in Fort Lauderdale or if you are a local, highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Joey, the owner is so great and always makes us feel welcomed. His staff has been with him all along and that speaks to the excellent service that we always experience when we stop in! Thank you! I pulled up reviews for this restaurant before I went because I was in town on a business trip. I was looking for good seafood and just an overall good experience. I called to see if they could fit me in and the man on the phone said just ask for Joey when you come I’ll get you a seat. I later found out that Joey was the owner. When I arrived, he sat me at the bar amongst a bunch of his friends, and I began a night of the most delicious dining and wonderful bar drinks from Kevin. I think it was even the patrons that made this place even better. I had the shrimp Santa Fe appetizer, the red sauce reminded me of my mom‘s homemade cooking, delicious! I had a special called the Seabass ole. It was so flavorful! And Kevin, the bartender was one of the best bartenders I’ve ever experienced! He mixed up delicious drinks with genuine friendliness and care. His service was superb! Thank you, Joey, Kevin and patrons of Seville for making my night in Fort Lauderdale so satisfying!

Great food and the staff takes good care of you, but waaaaaaaay too much garlic in everything. Literally overpowering garlic in several dishes. That said, flavours are outstanding. Just cut back on the excessive garlic and let the flavours shine some more. That said, will be back and do recommend. Good atmosphere and large selection.

Joe, Aldo, & the entire staff in combination with high quality, perfectly spaced 4 courses made this a special evening for my wife and I. We love finding these locally owned, one-of-a kind places. By far, some of the best food I have tasted in Fort Lauderdale. All made to order, the service was second to none. This establishment has been around for many years and, while not on the waterfront, offers an excellent and unique variety of dishes with top notch service. Suggest ordering from the whiteboard, and don't forget to try one of their desserts, made in premise, again total decadence!

A family member recommended this restaurant while I was in Florida and we loved it. We ended up going twice within the week to eat and their menu is packed with amazing choices. Cazuella de Mariscos was incredible! Highly recommend it! Make sure to make a reservation because they tend to get packed.
