Cafetomas never disappoints!! Their new location is beautiful and it has the same charm as their first location in Kenner. Cafetomas has the best background music and it is never too loud. Food was also outstanding. We got breakfast arepa and the beef arepas and we loved them both. Their natural juices are great too. Additionally, the owner is very welcoming and ensures you have a great experience.

never pick up the phone when I call to pick up. I called the Kenner location to check why and someone answered saying they don’t speak English. Then they hung up. 👍

Stop in for a bite for lunch. Luckily is was Tuesday which meant Taco Tuesday. The best tacos possibly in town and the Arepas were amazing!

Arepas are a solid 10. But they’re messy, so eat with a fork. The service is really warm and friendly, it’s a cozy place.

The owner was very gracious in rectifying an order mishap. The dragon ball smoothie is amazing! Will definitely have it again.

You really can’t beat the taco Tuesdays- $1 tacos and 2 for $10 margaritas all day! This is one of our favorite local restaurants. Everything is delicious, there’s never a wait, and the staff is wonderful.

Amazing food, nice atmosphere, plenty of outdoor and indoor seating, never too loud. I come here with my friends all the time. Today I got takeout and they left a sweet note on our box. 10/10, can’t recommend this place enough!

3rd coming here and it never fails. The service is the best service anyone could experience. They are so friendly. Valentina was over the top friendly. Made us feel like family. I recommend the arepas they are so delicious. They won me as a client. It’s a must to come here!

Coming here is a must! The food was great, the service was great. We were greeted very nicely since we walked in and left. Ashely was very awesome and sweet. I tried for the first time the chicken arepas and they were delicious. I will definitely recommend and I will definitely be back.

Outstanding food and service. Valentina is a wonderful young lady and waited on us with ease. The carrot and orange juice is a must. A hidden gem uptown.

Most delicious tacos and drink were fresh, nice service and very clean cozy cafe. They have Tuesday tacos which is very fun to try.

Best taco tuesday deal hands down!! We went there and enjoyed some $1 veggie tacos that were delicious. Seriously so flavorful. The happy hour deal was $5 cocktails i think and $2 small Coronas. We will be here every Tuesday :)

I love the food here. The jibarito sandwich is fantastic. So are the chicken fajita tacos. Great smoothies too. Mango one was so good. Nicolas was my server tonight. He was super attentive and nice. Small restaurant with great good.

I ordered online for pickup on the delivery app and drove all the way here to find the restaurant closed. I had to contact the app for refund. No reliable.

I came here on a whim and am so pleased!! I got to try the plantains, elote, mangoneada, and some beef tacos (quesatacos on the menu). The plantains were fried to perfection, not too greasy, and well-salted. The sauce they came with was really fresh. This was my first time trying plantains where I actually liked them!! The elote was amazing, the spices on it were tangy and delicious, and the cheese was super generous. The mangoneada was my favorite ever!! Perfect mix of sweet, tangy, and a teeny bit of spicy. And super fresh! The quesatacos had great flavor, the shredded beef marinade was super delicious and the salsa and lime they came with kicked it up a whole nother notch! I also tried one with the beef steak (a $0.75 upcharge) which was really good too, super fresh and hot! Not quite as seasoned as the shredded beef, which I think let the steak really shine. Long story short: try this place out! You will NOT be dissapointed.

Just a great late lunch at Cafetomas!! Food was tasty & the service was friendly. Got the Jibarito and arepas, plus a smoothie and a beer. Weather was nice so we sat outside with our dogs. Will definitely be back!!!

We had two arapas, one beef and one chicken, and a grilled chicken jibartio. The food was delicious and the staff was very attentive.
