Nothing worse than a business who closes for 2 weeks and doesn’t update their website or google listing.

Just stopped in for my first time - our meals were fantastic! The same for staff, atmosphere, and location. I plan to go back often.

The fish might as well have come from Publix freezer and microwaved. The calamari was soggy and rubbery. The coleslaw, although cold, did not taste like coleslaw. The fries were aoggy and undercooked as well. Overall we were very displeased with the meal and will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone looking for decent fish and chips.

Best sea food around with great friendly service, a must stop.

Hole in the wall place that’s definitely worth your while. We got the calamari and it was perfectly fried with the most delicious combo of sauces. My mom got the lobster and corn chowdah which was also wonderful! I got the shrimp tacos and fries and loved the combo of the sauce, the Slaw, the whole thing …. Just fabulous! Absolutely wonderful. So delicious!

We stopped in on our way home to Miami from Tampa. Looked at the reviews and they were 100% accurate! The food was fresh and delicious! Everyone was super nice and attentive. Service was quick. We started with a cup of New England Chow'dah and a bowl of the Lobstah n sweet corn Chow'dah with 6 clam cakes and perfectly cooked calamari... All amazing! For dinner we chose the Captain's Basket with cod, scallops and shrimp. Super fresh, flakey cod fried in a well seasoned batter. Scallops perfectly cooked, and crunchy, flavorful shrimp. It looked so good we dove in and I forgot to take a photo :) Leave room for the ice cream! We took a cup of the Pralines and Pecans to go. Very rich and creamy, so good! We highly recommend Cape Cod Fish Co! We will be back!

The food here is fresh and flavorful, the chowder is phenomenal! The smoked salmon dip and fish tacos are also my favorites.

The only place I want to go for fried fish. Also love the red sangria and strawberry lemoncello sangria. We tried the crab rangoon deviled eggs and they were delicious.

Best seafood I've had since I move here over 25 years ago..It was like being home in Massachusetts. The clam cakes and fried clam bellies were just like Rocky Points!

Read great reviews so we were excited about going to get good New England style food. Now residing in Florida, was anxious to get whole belly clams, my favorite back in Ct. The clams were small and tasted ok. . Had diarrhea the next day - never happened before. The owner came out and went to each table but ours. He did glance over. Guess we were 't dressed casual enough in shorts and t-shirts as opposed to wearing capri pants and a polo shirt. However, the hostess and waitress were very nice and good at their jobs. There are better casual restaurants in this area.

Small, quaint rustic island theme place with great seafood. Staff was friendly. We were in jn Ft. Myers for only four days and went twice for lunch. Fried fish platter was delicious as well as the lobster roll, and chowder.

Had the New England Clam Chowder, fish & chips & captain's platter. So salty we left feeling sick & the fried cod & scallops were very wet, chewy & soggy. We had hoped to get fresh fish here but it tasted over-salted & previously frozen.

I stood alone by the door inside (restaurant was not busy) for 10 mins waiting to be seated. After seated I was offered a drink. I asked for water with lemon and a Chardonnay. Got the chard, no water. I ordered the chowder, a fish app and half order of fries. I got the chowder, fries and no fish. 10 mins later I flag down my 100% inattentive waitress to ask where my fish was and I asked for silverware. She never came back (someone else served the fish) and by then my fries were stone cold. She never came back to check on me. For 30 mins I watched her fill to go orders. I’ll never go back.

I’ve been to Cape Cod several times. The food is excellent, my favorite is the cold lobster roll. It tastes just like the lobster roll I had when visiting ME. The staff is great! Kate and Matt are awesome! Will definitely keep returning for more.

The New England clam chowder was delicious. I'm not really a fan of the clam cakes. It was like a bland hush puppy with a couple bits of clam. The waiter was friendly and helpful.

As a native, I can tell you simply CCFC is the absolute best seafood to be had in all of Lee County. This still stands 4/24.

The best lobster roll on the planet! Fried Shrimp is also very good! We have been going here for over 10 years, and the food is always so good. This is a small place that is always busy, you’re not going for the atmosphere or the service, the staff is nothing to write home about but they get the job done. You are going for the food and it’s a must go place!

We recently enjoyed dinner with some friends. We ordered a sampling of entrées, all of which were prepared very well. Hailing from Cape Cod, we appreciate fresh seafood that is expertly prepared. This restaurant met our critical expectations. The lobster was fresh and tasty, as were the fried clams and seafood platter. Lightly battered, dry fried seafood is a rarity. This group knows how to prepare and serve fresh New England seafood.

Yelp rated it as a top seafood restaurant in the US in Ft. Myers. Not so. Disappointed in the lobster rolll.

Great food! Great service! But if you are looking for ambiance this is not where you want to go. No frills! Come in your flip flops! But all I can say is wow for the chowdah and casserole!! Delicious❤️

Very simple place. Lobster roll consisted of the awful "rubber claw meat" that consists of the awful red tips served on something like a very small hot dog bun. Worst I've ever had. For $27 and the fries were extra abd the coleslaw was extra. Worst complaint? Yes, it's simple but it was very dirty. My hand stuck to the grit on the table. Bettter places to eat than this.

What a find! Amazingly no wait, which had us a bit worried, but the food was great. Our server was super nice and on top of everything. Will be visiting again this trip.

Ordered the captains basket and it was cooked well but not a meal for $26. Add more than 12 fries to take out orders.

I want to know how this costs $25????? I used to come at this place all the time the plates are always overflowing great food today we come here at 6:45 and I can’t believe what I’m looking at !!! Very disappointed!!! Will go to RJ”s New England seafood in port charlotte before I come here again!!!

This place was great! The food delicious. The service was awesome. It is a small place with outdoor seating that reminded me of our family delicatessen. Everything is fresh. They are from New England and it shows. Was told that all their shell fish was cold water, and it tasted sweet and tender. Definitely will go back again soon.

Side salad with vinegrette dressing was delicious and a generous side.

This place has great service and the food is excellent. While it’s not a high end restaurant, it’s a welcoming environment with better flavor and quality of fish than some of the high end restaurants.

Absolutely the BEST food I have had in the area...have been back twice. Very attentive servers in a relaxed atmosphere.

Outstanding food. Atrocious service. I mean absolutely terrible service. We love the food, but every single time we’ve come, we’ve had about the worst service possible. Today, we stood at the host stand for over 10 minutes with a few other people and were never even greeted. There were open tables. We could have been seated. We had to leave. They clearly need more staff and much better management. A shame though because the food really is fantastic. Only go if you are patient and don’t mind a really long wait for everything.

The fish and chips lunch special was unbelievable the service was right on time being from New England and the cape cod area they hit it with the seafood the place brings back memories of home love ❤️ the place definitely be back

The street corn Shrimp Tacos are MONEY. They should offer a 4th taco option. Also all their Chowdah's are fantastic. Almost bought a quart to take home. My wife had the fish and shrimp basket and the cod was fried right and very flakey. The coleslaw was fresh and crunchy. My only complaint was there was no Ranch for my fresh cut delicious fries (Ok, I'm from MN, it's staple). Deaf was very engaging and friendly. We will be back as long as we're in range

Neat tucked away place with good food and excellent service from our waitress. Drinks were cold and good as well. Plenty of parking nearby and there's even some seating outside. Cheers!

Both the fried and baked cod were absolutely spectacular! The baked cod dinner had delicious almonds with two sides - baked beans and rice. A hidden gem and you do not want to miss this gem!

Small place with the best freshest fish around! The shrimp, scallops and fish were all amazing and my friend ALWAYS gets the lobster pie and she loves it! Sorry no pictures, we started eating and couldn't stop! Lol! Next time! Just go there! You'll love it!

We just love their salmon strawberry salad with feta cheese and almonds. Their ice-cream is very good as well.

Served the soup with the meal, our clam platter was horrible was not freshly fried. Came out within minutes of the order. Two soups and fried clam platters cost us $98. I wouldn't eat there again even if it was free

Most authentic other than being in New England their food is top-notch highly recommended staff is also a great people super nice! Update 10/19/23 this place is still on point with their Seafood and the staff well you couldn't ask for any better the two waitresses that were in there today at lunch were amazing beautiful ladies that did a spectacular job highly highly recommend trying this New England seafood place it's amazing!!!!!

For a tiny little spot, the food and service were both great! It is New England Seafood in Florida, which is great, if you're craving lobster, sea scallops, or clams. If you want fresh Florida seafood, this is not the place. BUT, everything we had was delicious and we'd definitely return.

I am, as a local, loathe to rate this place because it's going to be even busier! You can't beat it in this area for New England seafood. I will be back, and back, and back.

We originally planned on eating at Salty Papa's but saw they were closed for renovations. After searching for restaurants nearby, Cape Cod was rated very high. We know why now, this place has awesome food and service. Highly recommend the fish tacos and blackened shrimp basket.

This is the epitome of a small restaurant doing a fabulous business. The owner and employees are so friendly and the food is out of this world. Best lobster roll I have ever had!

Good food and service. A little to much kitchy decor inside and the outside seating area could use some cleaning up and more ambience.

We were visiting Fort Myers for the day and stopped in for lunch. We started with the smoked salmon fish dip, which was delicious and served with capers, banana peppers, and onions. We had the lobster grilled cheese, which was loaded with large chunks of lobster and gooey cheese on grilled bread. It was perfection. We chose the house made baked beans as our side, and they were delicious, as well. Our server, Michelle, was friendly and efficient. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would recommend this restaurant if you are in the area.

All of our food was amazing! Service was excellent and the restaurant was extremely clean. Highly recommend if you are in the area. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of food. We got the hot lobster roll and a hot shrimp sub special.

Absolutely 5 star. Lots of choices, steamers, mussels, lobster rolls are all 1st class. 3 types of chowder, all excellent Never been there where the owner didn't come out & greet you to make sure everything is alright. Can get a little crowded, but that's because it's great. Staff is outstanding

Last week I stood in line to place a to go order for 20 minutes and never was able to place an order due to lack of staffing for the day. Today I tried again, being a Catholic, wanting to eat, seafood and have heard wonderful news about the food and can’t even get anyone to pick up the phone. To me it isn’t worth waiting for if you can never order.

Haven't had Clamcakes soooo yummy since we moved away from Fall River Massachusetts. Fried Whole Belly Clams were AWESOME TOO.

Very nice little place. I am from Maine and this is authentic New England seafood. I had the calamari. Very good. And the lobster roll ($25) and i was very pleased with the amount of lobster I got! Wife enjoyed her meal as well!

This restaurant was delicious. We went there a year ago and I am still dreaming of their salmon tacos. Best tacos I've ever eaten! I hope they stay in business forever.
