New Jersey Pizza perfectly cooked thin crust great tasting best pizza in Atlanta area by far

30 minutes for two slices of pizza. We were told “that’s just the way it is.” We won’t be back.

Pizza was fine, but my order wasn't ready until 13 minutes past the time they said it would be ready to be picked up.

I’ve given this place multiple chances but it never met expectations. It’s such a shame because the pizza is cooked perfectly and the dough is good. They also now have Birch Beer on fountain, which is a HUGE plus since there’s no where else that has it. Other than that the pizza taste wise is average at best. I’m from NJ and love me some boardwalk pizza. This place is getting closer to that style, but the flavor is nonexistent. It’s not that it tasted bad, it just tasted super watered down and flavorless. One huge negative is there’s HARDLY any sauce. The sauce that is on it has hardly any flavor and is super watered down. Not sure if this is to save costs or what. If the sauce recipe got updated and way more sauce on the pizza, it could be top tier. It would be by far the best in the Atlanta area. Until that happens, would be hard to come back. Hopefully they will tweak some things and I’d love to come back.

Service was awesome, great customer service as I ordered at the store. Ordered a cheese slice and a personal size pepp. Both were delicious. Thin crust New York style, not too greazy, a little light on the sauce but still full of flavor. The crust was thin, crispy, but light with just a tiny bit of char to pull it all together.

What a gem! Great pizza and the meatball parm is also delicious.

I grew up in Connecticut and this is the best NY style pizza I’ve had in Atlanta!

We just had dinner here last night. It was fantastic. Have been passing this place for years. Finally decided to stop in with the family. It was great. About the best real deal NYC pizza you’re gonna get down south. We had the one with cherry peppers and it was delicious. Definitely gotta give these folks a try.

Finally, a pizza place to brag about in East Cobb! I'm originally from the burbs of NYC, but have been living in the area for a while and hadn't found a pizzeria that takes me back to my NY roots. Carlo's Pizza does just that! The slices are big with just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and the crust is thin and has a nice crunch to it. This is by far my favorite place to go!

Yes! Wildwood pizza. Happy to experience… about $7 a slice with two toppings and no drink😔. However, we wished after eating we both got two pieces. So… that part.

Stopped in for a couple slices today. The meatball topping was delicious (not dried out like often happens when used as a pizza topping). Amazingly crisp crust. Very high quality pizza all around. Not a lot of sitting space, but fine since it was just me. I highly recommend.

We ordered 2 10 inch pizzas and they arrived freezing cold. I hate the taste of food we have to microwave. The microwave changes the taste. Last week we ordered a baked pasta. It arrived half the size of the picture. We also ordered cheese bread. What we got was garlic bread. We double checked our ticket and it said cheese bread on it. So, we’re thinking service isn’t that great either. We just can’t give them very good ratings. We tried giving them a second chance.

This place rocks. Reminds me of the South Jersey pizza I grew up with. If they delivered to my area I would be in trouble. Go birds.

The place reminded me of NYC...seating was very limited with hightop bar stools facing outside. The food was pricey but authentic as you can get. Loved the meatballs. Pizza tasted even better warmed up the next day in a toaster oven.

Absolutely love this place! I come here at least once a week, and the pizza is outstanding! Great atmosphere and customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone who asks as the best pizza in the South!

Best pizza around…love this place

They offer a good pizza but extremely overpriced for what you get. We tried it once and can't justify paying the extra for what you get.

I ordered one slide of Cheese pizza.... 38 mins and still counting and I haven't even seen them start to cook it. First and last time I'll ever step in that mini trash can.

The cheese pizza and pepperoni pizzas were yummy. Just the right amount of chew to the crust. The white pizza was a greasy, flavorless mess. Same great crust, but the cheese and sausage had zero flavor. I had to add garlic salt to make it the least bit palatable. Carlo’s - please fix your white pizza! It needs garlic and Parmesan!!!

Product is good. Price, not so much. 1 Pizza 2/toppings and small salad $43.00 out the door. That was the last one me.

I enjoy this pizza very much. The staff is quick and nice. They also rizzed up baby gronk which I found that they do better than any other pizza place around the area

Open till 2:00 a.m. You can buy a slice and play video games for free while you wait.

Hello i am writing about this fine establishment today the service was very good and quick the people working there were very kind and helpful even tho I have never had pizza before. The pizza was amazing i I totally recommend to munch on in the future.

Best pizza in the state!! You can get yourself 2 slices of a 3 topping pizza for less than $10. Perfect lunch and a super cool staff.

If I were to tell someone visiting the USA where they should go to get pizza, Carlo's is the perfect definition of it. Excellent service, pizza, and staff. My favorite pizza place in Atlanta! The pizza is top notch and I highly recommend other items from the menu.

Delicious pizza ‘ friendly service.

This is a classic NJ type pizzeria but with VERY limited seating. Our first visit was placing an order and waiting close by for it to be done. Once received and at home, the pizza was excellent. Loved the busy energy of the place but will order ahead next time.

As a proud Jersey girl on a work trip, stepping into Carlos Pizza was like a nostalgic journey to my favorite childhood spot—the boardwalk at the Jersey Shore. At Carlos, I not only found a slice of home but also tasted a bit of heaven with their outstanding pizza. The wings were a delightful surprise- thick, juicy, tender, light crisp with sriracha maple . The meatballs? Simply divine. Even the salad was delicious! Fresh mozzarella cheese. Mmm. Definitely all quality ingredients. The only drawback was limited seating, but the impeccable staff and their warm customer service made up for it. The music and decor added to the fun, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of my cherished childhood memories “down the shore.” Highly recommend this haven for anyone craving an authentic taste of New Jersey pizza. You’ll be glad you did ❤️

Pizza was good and service was great. I love the little arcade game you can play while you wait. Thought it was a bit pricey though for what you get. Pizza itself was a good price but the toppings are extra and added up real fast.

Good food. Waited 25 more minutes after arriving on a Wednesday night. Can't say I'll be back soon. Edit to say that we tried Carlo's again as they fixed the issue we had on a previous visit. Highly recommend them over other pizza places in the area. Friendly staff and delicious food as always. Will be back again soon.

Pizza is great but things seem to be changing. Their new website is clunky and I can no longer order delivery on their website. Doordash is now over $30 per pizza before adding toppings. There just isn’t an economical way to order delivery from here unless I’m missing something. The last two times I’ve ordered from the new site there were delays upon arrival. I ordered my usual food order and arrived at the pickup time, but had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Hoping it’s just some bugs to work out because Carlo’s is the best pizza in East Cobb by a mile.

A true family experience, the taste of NJ right in East Cobb! Great for any party or event and the perfect for late night cravings without sacrificing quality.

Closest to a pie from back up in Philly as I’ve had since relocating. Worth the 20 minute drive. Even though I hear the guys from WildWood….Still a Birds fan so…..😉

Fantastic food with a great attention to detail! Everyone is kind and the customer service is wonderful! They are slightly on the pricier side, but well-worth it, as I have never had a bad meal here!

Love the pizza, no doubt. Hate the way the service is going. I can't order double peperoni, have to use doordash or Ubereats... really kind of annoying for such an expensive pizza I'm about over it. Not to mention double cheese and double peperoni barely feel like regular. Toppings are sparse. but the pizza is good. and VERY expensive. Probably not going to order anymore....

I've only ordered through Uber Eats so far but it's the best classic pizzeria in the area! The chicken parm sub is especially good.

The pizza is DELICIOUS, and the service is GREAT! It’s a small restaurant, just one table for 2 inside and comfortable seating for waiting. Outdoor tables available. We were a party of 6 and ate at the outside tables of the restaurant. 100% recommend!

I just ate there tonight with 2 friends for the 1st time. 1/2 meatball 1/2 cheese. Staff was awesome and the pizza was top tier 5*. The best I’ve had in YEARS! Won’t go anywhere else now!!!

Everything about this place is great. Super friendly staff - I've been here waiting during a busy period before and they rose to the occasion of dealing w waiting customers. The food is amazing too. Probably the best stuffed artichoke you'll find here in GA! I'm a Chicagoan and LOVE the NY pizza here. The cannolis are a great touch as well. These guys get it.

Amazing delicious pizza. We are in from out of town and searched for a great pie and we found it! Sauce, cheese, and crust on point! We ordered a pepperoni & sausage and loved both of the meats. We even reheated the pizza later and it was just as great as the first bite. NY style crust has a great bite and chew. The staff was friendly and the parlor looked clean and loved by the business.
