Mario was fantastic! Attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. This is a well-managed restaurant. Stephen runs a clean and efficient establishment. The food is consistently delicious and his employees well-trained.

We came for lunch. Our server Dayana was very good. She was cheerful and efficient! The food was really good. We will be back.

My family and I went to dinner here tonight (August 9, 2024) and we had the best service ever. I would also like to recognize one of your employees, Chris. He was very kind and attentive, and he made sure we had everything we needed-even the manager himself came out to see how we were doing which we thought was outstanding service. It's the restaurant in the chain with average food for slightly inflated prices The scampi mussel skewer tastes very tasty but the noodles are relatively tasteless and the meat is very, very tough

They close at 10. We came in at 9:25pm. We were greeted with a smile and immediately seated. Did I mentioned we were a group of 8?!?! Despite the hour, our server Caiden was AWESOME! He was so nice and accommodating. The the food was delicious , and the service was quick. We had a few issues(our fault, ordered a steak a bit too rare) and the manager, Stephen, came over and corrected it quickly. We will definitely be back. Thank you to kitchen staff as well!

Went for lunch - soup and salad is great! Even better was our server, Mario!! He was very warm, attentive and proactive to tend to our needs. He is one of the best servers I've had in a long time!! The manager always checks on us every time we're in also - very classy

Service is always great here but the other day it was pretty terrible and we were the only customers in the place for lunch. Carrabas response says they were happy we had a great experience although we did not. Also another customer complained about servers. Must be a bot responder

We had the greatest experience with Jenn taking care of us. We sat at the bar for some apps, she was very friendly and attentive. All of the food and wine were perfect, but the espresso martini to end our visit was perfect. Definitely sit at the bar with Jenn if you stop by Carrara’s in Bonita!

Like any carrabbas in my opinion, the atmosphere is great. Very comfortable and open. Service was fantastic and friendly. I had the usual fillet with marsala sauce and my wife had chicken marsala. In this location the sauce was a bit wstered down unfortunately. That is my only complaint. All other food was great in my opinion. Parking is ample.

I used to work here back in 2016 and 2017. I loved the food and the coworkers. Fun place to work and dine at.

Had Carrabba's cater a Birthday party. Food was delicious, delivery and set up by Grace was excellent. Aldo, manager, was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend!

We were seated and our waiter recognized us from our last visit… always nice to be remembered..our waiter was Caiden. He was very professional and amiable through the entire evening while we ate our favorite menu items that always taste so good. we will come back often and ask for Caiden as our waiter too. we have been coming to Carrabbas for many years and it seems to get better all the time

Okay so I have to say that the hubs & I had one of the absolute best dining experiences we've EVER HAD all due to an incredible young man named Caiden Raphael Fernando aka Caiden Fernando Raphael OR CFR aka CRF hahaha when you ask for him make sure to ask for him by this name & you'll be sure to not only get a great big smile but I bechya dollar's to donuts he'll give you even better service than he gave us (if this is possible😁😉)! And the food was great too!! Honestly this is not your Carrabas from 20yrs ago! Ok I ordered the scrimp and scallop alla vodka linguine dish extra meat & the hubs ordered now I actually don't know, it was scallops in a lemon garlic sauce w/pepper and angel hair pasta (I know I'm butchering this however I'm unable to ask the hubs what he had sorry). He loved what he order and of course I did too. We also had the towering breadsticks & this was because the bread they gave was not that good (this is our only real complaint)... the breadsticks are yummy yum yummerz!! At the end we wanted to tell manager Stephen about Caiden Raphael Fernando & even he was very nice, very informative, & overall super friendly. We are full timers here & to have such a great experience like this will definitely keep bringing us back, & I hope after reading this review you'll check this location out. REMEMBER TO ASK FOR CAIDEN FERNANDO RAPHAEL 😁😅🤣😂 I think he said he works Wednesday Friday's and Saturdays but call to make sure😊 tnx for reading this & many blessings... oh the reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere was bcuz of music... there would be this really great appropriate jazz and then a really out of place Eurythmics or Adele song came on that straight up ruined vibe just a small kine bit!!

One meatball, halved, is $9.99. Cheesecake Factory a couple miles up the road is infinitely better. Our food was super salty and skimpy on the protein. I will make infinitely better at home for less next time 😘

I had an amazing experience at the Bonita springs location with my son and my friend. Matthew was our server and he was exceptional , from beginning to end . He also was my friends sever another time when she came in with her father and Matthew remembered her from her last visit . Matthew is friendly , kind and courteous and an asset to your establishment . We look forward to coming again . The manager Stephen was a pleasure to talk to as well .

Kyle is a great server and the new managing partner, Kevin, made delicious margaritas and stopped by the table to see how our visit was. We so enjoy this restaurant and make good use of the $10 take home option. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and have such a positive dining experience here.

Local dining out decided to sit at the bar. Katie greeted up with a friendly smile and warm welcome. Had a fillet with Marsala sauce which was divine. The manager Stephen came over to check on us….. always a nice touch when a manager stops by to check on how dinner was. After a nice chat with him left with a full belly and a smile!

First time. Had curb side service. Very prompt. Ordered the Johnny combo and upgraded the steak to 10oz. Everything was tasty but the chicken breast was extremely small. Also the packaged olive oil for the complementary bread was overwhelming bitter. All in all an 8 . Update 4/28. Had curbside service. First the nice young lady said I owed but I paid online so no I didn't. She went inside to check and came back and told me don't worry about it they probably discarded the wrong ticket. When i got home I found out my Johnny Rocket trio was a duo they forgot the pasta. They weren't super busy since most of the snowbirds have flown back home.

I love the Bonita location. Whether I dine-in or take out the food is fresh, well prepared and delicious. It’s clear the management and staff take great care in the dining experience here. My last server, was Marissa, ask for her section when you go in. She’s very attentive and so sweet. She checked on our table regularly without making us feel rushed or bothered.
