Delicious food, good cocktails; The restaurant is very nice and they provide good service; I recommend it. Definitely when we visit Bonita Beach, we will return to DeRomo's Restaurant. My husband and I left very happy.

Great food, great service the menu is fantastic!

We celebrated our anniversary tonight and as amazing as our food was, so was our service! My partner recently had a leg surgery and is on crutches. Cheet went the extra mile to pull out the table to make sure he could exit safely and comfortably on top of the diligent/attentive service we were met with all evening. We will definitely be coming back for the savory eats and for the wonderful thoughtful service

There are just no words to describe the food, service and atmosphere of this fabulous restaurant. Everyone was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Jenny was a fabulous server and Andrew, the manager, was also attentive. They offer a super Happy Hour everyday so be sure to check that out too. Run don’t walk to this restaurant! You will NOT be disappointed!!

the lobster ravioli (THAT WAS A $50 PLATE KEEP IN MIND), was awful. too citrusy and the lobster was incredibly fishy. They brought me the plate with 6 raviolis and they were horrible. I left hungry and mad while simultaneously spending over $50 on a single meal. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

My wife and I went at 7:00pm, and chose to sit inside because it was 100 degrees outside, BUT it was 101 inside. 😤. Then in the main dining room, look up, look up at the dirty disgusting ceiling tiles. Come on, it’s the little things that make a huge impression, spent $10 on some paint. Come on!

We came late and in spite of many people working we got very slow and bad service. The food did not come out hot. The veal was a breaded piece with some sauce on top tasted dry and old. To top that I had to look at disgusting stained ceiling tiles the place needs a redo! Terrible atmosphere !

I came in and sat at the bar at the end of their dinner service. They didn’t miss a beat. Bartender Brian took great care of me. The kitchen didn’t let dow their guard despite it being at the end of the night. My meal was perfect, service was excellent and that is why we keep coming back.

Went for lunch. Their menu was good. Recommend crab cakes yum. They have a bar you can just come in an have a cocktail. Or sit in their fine dining area. They have half circle seating. Pricing was consistent with the area restaurants. Highly recommend. Usually don't give anyone a 10 but I'll give this one a 8.5.

The ambience service provided by our waitress Kimberly along with the location was very nice however, my veal Marsala was over salted and my crab cakes along with the sauce was way over salted! My daughter’s meatball sandwich was god but dry, not enough marinara sauce! My wife’s shells with crab she says was excellent! Overall we enjoyed the birthday song by Kimberly and the Connolly!

He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His recommendations were spot-on, and he truly enhanced our dining experience. A special highlight was when the executive chef came out to greet us. It was such a personal touch and really showed how much they care about their guests. You could tell that every dish was crafted with passion and dedication. The entire experience was so good that I can't wait to come back. I am a harsh critic of restaurants, being that I I worked in the Industry for years. It is such a rare treat to go to DeRomos. I could tell how fresh the food is and the care went with it. The atmosphere and staff were fantastic. David our waiter was fantastic. If you are looking for a spot with a genuine great chef and delicious food give DeRomos a try.

Wonderful food in restaurant and the deli/bakery is to die for.

My wifes eggplant was discusting. No.pasta. small portion. Wine glasses dirty. Waiter smallered like a cigarette

This is our of two of our favorite italian restaurant in Bonita/Naples . We love dining here and picking up extra food, and desserts from the store.

A special 'shout out' goes to the Grocery Department and particularly to Tanika, one of the very best food assistants at Deromo's. I visited the market yesterday, June 25, 2024. She cut with great care and expertise the best thin slices of fresh roast beef I have ever tried, she is one of the best in the meat market, even the wrapping system she used was particularly hygienic and aimed at preserving freshness and integrity of the meat. Highly recommend this place for an enjoyable lunch. Stopped in with my 12 year old daughter and she was very happy with the selection and the meal even came with a home made chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich which was so good. I have the chicken picatta and the sauce was prefect, not to heavy and very tasty. Best part was the value when the bill showed up and great service rom the team.

Had a lovely family dinner here. Bruschetta was not on the level of Italy, but definitely better than most stateside examples. Family had various pasta dishes and almost everyone enjoyed theirs (one complaint about a veil cut, but it was minor). The kids meals are a great deal, and come with one of the best ice cream sandwiches I've ever had. If I was brutally honest that key lime pie dessert wasn't that great, but it definitely wasn't bad. Also has good happy hour specials, worth stopping by for a drink if you can. Be careful, their old fashioned is surprisingly strong. It is a bit expensive so I wouldn't give it a 4/5 for value if Google would let me. Worth the price, but I wouldn't take a loan out for it.

Food was just acceptable but my husband and I felt sick after, it lasted until the next day. Maybe some one didn’t wash their hands? I most say, the service was terrible! We had to call the boss boy to get more wine and bread, later we ordered expresó and desert, the desert was served but the expreso never made it! We just did not even bather to ask for the coffee so we paid our bill and waiter never noticed.

Brian the Bartender was outstanding. Fantastic Happy Hour. Portions were very generous. Everything we ate was prepared to perfection. Absolutely would recommend to everyone.

Went there for lunch, there were flies all over the pizza and the hot plates sandwiches. Could not have lunch there today. Walked out the store. Very disappointed. We told one of the employees and he said “we can’t help it, there’s flies everywhere”. Disgusting.

We had dinner here twice and every time it was awesome. Very tasty food and good wine. The service is a little slow because they have a lot of new staff but hey we are here to have a good time and are not in a hurry. We enjoyed both visits and will come back soon.

Ac set to 80 degrees. Sweating and uncomfortable throughout the entire dinner. Will not be back. The employees are sweating, other patrons are sweating and management doesn’t do a thing about it. Done with this place.

We have been customers since the opening. Not sure if management has changed—but menu/quality of food is far from when they opened. Unfortunately, there are too many other options for dining. . Makes us sad

Barbara was amazing, and so was all the staff! We had our wedding welcome party hosted here and I could not recommend this place more! Being from Boston I thought I would have a tough time but it was the easiest communication ever! Barbara is very knowledgeable with amounts of foods and how to throw a good welcome party! The food is unbelievable and atmosphere even better!

Each May since 2019 I come to Bonita Bay to announce the annual pro tennis tournament. One of the highlights of my weekend is having breakfast both mornings at DeRomo's Market. I have a scrambled egg sandwich which is not easy for me since I'm gluten-free. They are the first place I've ever seen with gluten-free rye bread! The large staff is all very professional and polite. It is a wonderful atmosphere.

A wonderful epicurean delight! The food was delicious, the restaurant was quiet which allowed for conversation and Kimberly, our server was very attentive. A wonderful meal at DeRomo’s!

Worst meal ever!! So disappointing. Have been going for years and have always ordered chicken piccata with gluten free noodles. (Which was a 5 star). This meal was a 1 star at best. Ugghhhhh

While having shopped at the Market for literally years, had never eaten in the restaurant. So glad I finally did. We had a late lunch yesterday. Excellent calamari to start. Entrees were quite large. Wine great. Service excellent. We will return.

DeRomo's is a great Italian restaurant that showcases all the classic Italian dishes. The food is fresh and artfully presented. Wine and cocktail lists are solid as well. Service can be a bit slow at times, but overall, great place to go for tasty Italian food. The market attached to the restaurant is fantastic as well!

I bought some pastries in the market, Lobster tail ( Aragoste in Neapolitan ) and Ricotta Vanilla Pasticciotti ( Sfogliatella frolla in Neapolitan ) and some Italian-american cokies, they tasted horrible, the receipe used is not like the original Neapolitan one. I'm from Italy, (southern Italy) and I know what tastes right. Never again.

This market is outstanding. From the coffee and bakery in the mornings with Sinatra music playing to the fresh options for lunch..soups, pizza, sandwiches, salads, and olive bar, it is second to none. I visit yearly from Cleveland where we have several Italian markets but none compare to this. It's the perfect lunch every day while we are in town. I wish we had this in Cleveland!

We went today for lunch. I had the tomato basil soup which was excellent!! The pasta fagioli, chicken parm sandwich and my Atene salad with chicken were all fantastic!! What really made our experience great was our server Kimberly!! Omg! She was amazing! Friendly and attentive! Loved her!!

Stopped to sit outside & have a sandwich. The bread for the chicken wasn't fully cooked, the chicken had NO flavor. The served was cleaning the slicer and never washed his hands before making our sandwiches. What's happened to food here deli and the restaurant both

I have visited this shop about 5 times over the past few years as a yearly vacationer to the Bonita Springs area. I always get a calzone or Stromboli from the pizza area, and they freshly warm it in the oven. I ask for extra pizza sauce to dip and the serving is big enough to split with my husband, all for under $15. It is delicious, fresh, and filling. The shop is very busy on Saturdays but there is normally some outdoor seating.

We live in Bonita Bay and typically eat at DeRomas multiple times a season, and have never had such a poor customer service experience. We were 8 for lunch when we asked if they would join a couple of tables outside their response was: “we don’t do that” they pointed to a table inside and said “that’s the only table you can get.”! That kind of a response will drive customers away. The people in the group that heard the exchange are certainly not going back anytime soon.

The Italian food at the restaurant is great as is everything at the Deli! I love to stop by and grab an amazing lunch from the deli and come to dinner at the restaurant!

We had a reservation for 6:30 and then wanted to go at 5:30. We called the restaurant to see if that was possible and they said sure they have plenty of seating available. We got there and the hostess tries to seat us by the back entrance. I asked if it would be possible to sit more near the fountain since it was almost entirely empty. She said she would have to check and then begrudgingly sat us in probably one of the worst tables in the restaurant. It was near the waiters station and people were constantly bumping my chair throughout our meal. Even when we were finished eating half of the tables were empty. We really enjoyed our food and the waiter was excellent. The whole experience was ruined though by my chair constantly being bumped and people waiting to get through. They should hire and train better hostesses. Will not be going back anytime soon

This is one of my favorites when are in town with family. The bakery is to die for. So many options and great customer services. Also one of the best places to buy meat in the area if you want fresh. Have not tried the restaurant itself, just the market!

We had a reservation for 4 people at 6. We were seated promptly and our server was excellent. We have been to DeRomo's in the past & the food was excellent. However, last night was not up to par. I don't know what changed. We had chicken piccata, chicken Marsala, and linguine with chicken. The pasta was gummy and very dry. The chicken was tough & tasteless. I've heard there have been some changes within the restaurant and it appears, at least from our experience last night, that it may be impacting the quality of the food served. We recommended this restaurant to our guests who joined us last evening and they, too, were not impressed.

Wanted to provide an update to be fair. The manager reached out and spoke with me, he was extremely professional and helpful, and was willing to make things right. I really do appreciate the quick response and his efforts to address the experience. Everyone can have a bad experience, what makes the difference is how they are handled, in this case they did a great job and we will give DeRomo's another visit soon. Very disappointing experience! I have dined here in the past and enjoyed it, so I made a reservation for my family of 6 last evening as a treat. When we arrived we were not given the option of outside seating, where there was plenty of room, and instead we were seated in an essentially vacant area inside. It was really odd, we were the only table, and it felt like we were an oversight. The waitress was terrible, inattentive, not at all welcoming or warm, and it took forever for her to take our drink order. I had to ask to order an appetizer, and then it never came. When the entrees came out we were missing items, and the waitress seemed totally oblivious. They turned off the inside music, so there was now no atmosphere and we really felt rushed to finish as the bus person literally stood behind our table with a bus pan staring at us for the last 15 or 20 minutes of our meal. The food was middle of the road, again it seemed like they were in a rush to have us leave even though those seated outside were relaxing, enjoying there meals and listening to music. There are so many choices for great dining experiences, this in my opinion is not one of them.

The food and atmosphere were all 5 star worthy ratings. However, when I got my credit card bill, the tip had been altered by the servers. Not just once, but on two separate transactions (with different servers). Clearly this is the culture there. Either pay in cash only or check your credit card statement against your own receipt - that's how I found out. Not worth chasing it for a refund, but I hope the owner or at least a manager reads this.

It says they are open 7 days, 8 am to 3 pm. Well, we went there on a weekday at 1:45 pm and they were closed. There were people working inside and they refused to open the door even though they saw us knocking.

We went to the Market today. Food was wonderful. Great selection of foods. My checkout experience was horrible. Woman with dark hair who checked me out at register was very rude and spoke to me like I was a child. She ruined my first experience at DeRomos Market.

I was visiting family in Naples and we were excited to dine here. The food was excellent, but our waiter, Dean, was arrogant. In asking about calamari upon arriving he quickly mentioned it was not available. After going over the menu trying to decide what everyone wanted, someone asked again about the Calamari. His answer was "Is there something about that that you don't understand" in a condescending tone. How unprofessional to speak to your customers that way. That immediately turned us off and dampened our spirits on continuing our meal there. We were almost ready to leave at that moment. Food was top notch, but they should train their servers to respect their customers in hopes they will return again. We won't.

Very good food and the outside sitting area has fans that can be loud but do not ruin the restaurant. Also, the place has a store has a lot of stuff

Food was great, service was bad on a Friday night. Waiter spilled water and left my mom sitting with a wet table cloth, anytime we asked for more than what we ordered it felt like a chore to the waiter so we probably won’t go back because of the service. Food and atmosphere were really nice though.

I tried to make a reservation for 10 people for 1.5 weeks out. They wanted to charge me a $1500 minimum. Three of the patrons are children under 10 years old. I’ll never go there again.

Fabulous dinner with wonderful server Kaz. We were able to be seated outdoors on a beautiful night with family coming from a cold climate. Being outdoors to eat was a treat for our family members. We had not eaten here for a number of years but will definitely be returning soon. Kaz was very attentive and answered questions about the menu items. I had the Chicken Alla DeRomos; outstanding! My husband had the Veal Marsala. Each dish was so plentiful we each took home over half of the order.

Absolutely terrible. We have gone in the past and usually good. The quality of food and service has gone downhill. My wife had chicken marsala and my friend had veal piccata. Both dishes were unappetizing and gross. There was nothing Italian about these dishes. They were just an obscene gross amount of piled up cafeteria food . Total garbage. Nothing Italian about this restaurant. Used to be good not anymore.

We have dined here in the past and were very happy with the service and food. Tonight we brought a friend for dinner and were extremely disappointed and embarrassed. Our friend received the wrong order (waiter ordered wrong order) When he did receive his dish it was very disappointing. The veal piccata looked like it was covered in gravy?? My chicken marsala was also disappointing and unappetizing. Definitely nothing Italian about this dish. Since the waiter was responsible for ordering the wrong dish for our guest he should have offered some compensation as well as an apology. Perhaps comped our friend's dessert? Safe to say we will not be coming back again.

We're from out of town and stopped to have some appetizers and drinks. Very friendly server, food was delicious and the atmosphere was very quaint! Will definitely be back next time we're in town.

Walked in and instead of an hour+ wait, got lucky with 2 seats at the outdoor bar. Bar staff was attentive and friendly. Warm rolls and garlic butter were delish. Chicken parm was average. Great atmosphere.

The male bartenders (except Gustavo) are rude and condescending. We left the bar because of the harsh manner in which we were treated. We will NOT be back.

After walking through the gorgeous market we had decided the grouper looked fantastic and asked our server for it. He informed us it was only on the dinner menu and the kitchen wouldn’t prepare it for us for lunch. I reluctantly switched to the Linguine Alle Vongole. It was a bit bland and lacked any real garlic flavor. The ambiance was nice but this time at least the food was disappointing.

This used to be our go to place, we are from Cleveland and we come to FMB for a month every year. The market is still very good but the restaurant is just mediocre at best, a few years ago it used to be excellent. We took my daughter there last night for her Birthday and was very disappointed.

You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. You will leave full and contented

Valentines dinner was fabulous!

We just shopped at the grocery store there, it was a great place for meat seafood, bakery, coffee, some fresh fruit and vegetables and much more !

Last week ordered steak stromboli to go. Light onions. 1 full cup of raw onions. Today ordered Italian Stromboli. Ingredients said no onions. Picked out over 1/2 cup in less than 1/2 of boli. Wish I could post picture. If u don't want/like onions, don't order!!
