I would give this place more stars if I could. This store runs great. The front of the house is amazing. Starting with the host. We had Sarah as our server. She was great. You do not see restaurants run like this often. I would go there and ask for Sarah. The food was great. We even met the Manager. Huge personality. Great guy who took time out of his day to talk with us. He and his staff understands how to set themselves apart from others. We will be back

My wife and I decided to have dinner at carrabba's at 10110 US highway 19 north on the 28th of August. We placed our food order plus we chose two $10.00 take home meal. Everything was going good as far the sitting we has chosen and waiter was Mite. Things went down hill quickly from that point. First of all the meal we ordered was delivered to our table before the soup as the person who delivered the meal equally surprise that the soap wasn't delivered prior to the main meal. So we waited 15 minutes for the soup to be delivered to our table. Furthermore my wife's meal was completely dry and luke warm at best. The restaurant manager happened to stop our table to see how things were going, so that point we decided to file a complaint regarding the above service and explain to the manager that we not happy with experience thus far. The manager agreed that should have never happened and my wife meal back the cooking area to have them remake her meal and add alfredo sauce to the fettuccine, however that turned to be another almost 20 minute wait. Manager comp the entire bill for exception $5+change. The waiter MITE after taking the order not once checked on us to see if our meal was served correctly and if we needed anything. This entire horrible experience could have been corrected quickly if the waiter would have been more attentive to the customers food order and making sure that the entire meal was prepared correctly before it being delivered to the table but unfortunately he was not as he was paying more attention to tables with 6-8 tops. My wife asked the manager to provide with some more alfredo sauce for the 2nd take home. The manager that he go get us a little alfredo sauce for the 2nd meal, however after waiting another 15 minutes at the table the manager never returned. Thank you for the manager who comp our meal for bad service from our waiter MITE. But unfortunately the manager also decided to add to our already bad experience by not returning with the request of more alfredo sauce. So entire experience at Carrabba's on US highway 19 was completely disastrous and will never return to that establishment ever. Plus what was worst that the waiter MITE was never corrected for providing bad service which in turn cost the restaurant to comp a $71+ dollar meal. Horrible service!!!!!!

We went for my wife's birthday last Wednesday and had an awesome experience. Our server, Mite, went more than above and beyond. One of our 3 children had a potty accident at the table, in dealing with that he kept our food on the warmer until we were able to get her changed and taken care of, while my son also needed to go to the bathroom, so it would have appeared to others that we had abandoned our table before or meal arrived, which we hadn't. Upon our return from the chaos, as our kids were not wanting to stay at the table, as we had their food come out first and they were finished eating, Mite told us to not work about them and enjoy our meal. He proceeded to engage with them, talk to them, and take them over to the wall of photos, then suggested that my son take photos of the wall (he is 4, and the oldest, brought his camera to take pictures of Mom's birthday dinner and cake). He definitely went out of his way to make sure our dining experience was superb. Mite is definitely an amazing server.

Macey in carryout was awesome. She's the only reason this place doesn't get a 1 star. Any restaurant that has people that are as pleasnt as her with above average food would get 5 STARS all day. I eat fast food all the time and decided to step it up. Lol. What a joke this food is. I could have had 2 whole meals from Hungry Howies that was fresher and more delicious. Chicken Parm was dry and tasted like it was from a previously canceled order. The cheese was like plastic. The Bread and soup was decent but I can get the same quality at Wawa for less money. Wha-wha-whaaaaaa!!! Fail.

I remember when I first went to that Carrabba's the pasta tasted fresh. It tasted like they made it fresh daily but, now after going this last time it feels like everything is just microwaved (even though I know it's not) the bread was Bland. The butter for the bread was Bland. The lobster ravioli was watered down. Even my high c drink tasted water down. The service was great I have no complaints about that but, I won't be going back anymore just because the food isn't up to my standard anymore.

Fabulous experience! My partner and I stopped in for lunch today. Angelica and Dan the manager took excellent care of us. The dishes were timed perfectly so that we were finished with one course before starting on the next one. The beverages were refilled when we were almost done so we never had an empty glass. The food was good, too. Will be back.

This restaurant has changed food wise. The red sauce was watery and soup was terrible. Probably won't go back for awhile. The service was good.

Argentos was closed, so we Came here on Sat for lunch.. HAHA they don't have a lunch menu on the weekends. No sandwiches.

Made a to go order of the shrimp trio online the afternoon of July 9th. By the time I got back to my hotel I took out the food and realized my shrimp was missing so I called the store and asked if they could take off the cost of the shrimp because I received my soup, salad and bread which were good but unfortunately I didn’t get the shrimp. The manager on that day told me that he would compensate me for the entire meal, which was appreciated but not necessary. Today has been 2 weeks or 10 business days and the total cost plus the $5 tip I gave is still on my credit card. I would have appreciated just a reduced charge but now I’m not happy that the male manager did not fulfill his claim that the charge would be taken off my card.

I frequent Carrabba’s restaurants from New York to Florida. I frequent the Carrabba’s in Rochester New York at least once a month. I brought my neighbors to Carrabba’s Port Richey, we had the opportunity to have Robert Samuels the managing partner of the Port Richey location visit our table. I have been in the restaurant business for over forty years so it takes a lot to impress me. Robert Samuels impressed me, he greeted every person at every table, made sure to check every table after dinner. He has a good demeanor with the staff and interacts with the servers very well. Now to mention the quality of the food, it was excellent. As mentioned earlier I frequent Carrabba’s often but my meal seemed to taste just a little better. First time visiting this location. The chicken was undercooked on the marsala. My Pasta Carrabba had zero flavor, the sauce was terribly bland. The best part of the meal was the dip for the bread. Totally disappointed. Been eating at Carrabba's for many years and never had an issue.

BART our server and bartender offered the most profesional welcoming and friendly service to celebrate our birthday event. Making sure our food was correct and delicious as well as being one of the warmest humans we’ve met in a long time. Truly thankful to spend our lunchtime here. Our server, Mr. Veselincho, restored our faith in a good meal at a restaurant!!! The service was quick, the food was fantastic, and most importantly, the morale was great!!! They even gave my 2 yr old son a little apron to help with cooking in the future :) We will definitely be back again.

This is my family's favorite Italian restaurant for over two decades. Their callamari is delicious with Ricardo sauce, peppery, creamy goodness. We all like the picci pacci red sauce. The chicken marsala is a signature dish that my family enjoys most. They will make your pasta dish with a la vodka sauce. The homemade bread is delicious with the olive oil and herbs dip. I often start with a house red, always fresh! I finish with a cappuccino if the machine is not off. Often through the years we would have the brownie sundae with several spoons. They sometimes offer coupons and a frequency program. We also take advantage of buying gift cards in order to receive bonus gift cards. I love to stack up the deals where allowed. They often change their menu by adding specials including a take home lasagna. Check their website out for their daily deals and Happy Hour times. Enjoy! New review: Last night I went to Carrabba's with my sister in law. We were greeted at the door by a friendly hostess. It had just finished raining and she said,"you should have seen it here a little while ago, there was a catfish in the parking lot." The rains had left a small pond in the middle of the parking lot! Our adventure has begun... We ventured to a cozy, corner booth with our tiny emotional support poodle. We were attended to by three different wonderful people. They were on task, friendly, and accommodating. We had certain concerns that they were able to assuage. Our little poodle got a children's wood-grilled chicken. He loved it! My sister in law got the mahi with artichokes on it and a side of potatoes. I got the eggplant with linguini. Before all that we got the calamari appetizer, always perfect and still perfect offers with both sauces, Ricardo and marinara. (Earlier, I signed up with my email and phone number on their website. My reward was a free calamari appetizer!) I had gotten the salad and my sister in law got the chicken soup. And of course , the wine was delicious. Everything was perfect! And we have leftovers for tonight!😁 Thank you Port Richey Carrabba's!! You are still the best after all these years!

I ordered carryout on a Tuesday night. I had the Tuscan rib-eye steak and requested medium well. It was cooked rare. The steak was strange because 20% of it was inedible gristle. Not up to par. Their mama Mandola's chicken soup was excellent.

It's been SO many years since I ate here. The "experience" was ...fast-paced. We honestly don't do alot of Italian restaurants...don't get me wrong, we LOVE Italian. When you do Italian food you need to set aside some time.....(I mean if you're gonna do it right) Drinks, appetizers, Main course. I had the eggplant, wife had the Mahi. We had the big appetizer dish and Peach Sangrias. The Mahi was FABULOUS! Appetizers delicious, Sangrias perfect. The eggplant looked like a TV dinner fresh out of the microwave...??? It wasn't horrible.... BUT...my real complaint, if you want to call it that. Other then a few pictures of Italy on the wall, it was hard to tell the difference from a made-over Denny's restaurant or breakfast joint. Right down the street...Olive Garden. When you walk in and sit down, you are "transformed" ...to somewhere else....you ain't in Kansas anymore Toto. I just feel like it's part of the Italian food experience... Plus it seemed kinda rushed. Ordinarily, anywhere else...get in...have your dinner...get out...but COME ON...Not Italian food! Anyway, I feel a little bad only giving it 3 stars cuz it was better then that but it just seemed like something was missing...???

We have never been disappointed. The food & service is awesome!

Placed a pick up order at 4:45 for 6:30. I knew since it was Father's Day they would be busy. My order was for my terminally ill father and he needs to eat with his medicine. My order wasn't ready until 7:10. I understand it's Father's Day, but at one point there were 6 employees standing at the entrance doing nothing. So I question how busy they actually are. This is why I eat local, if my dad hadn't requested it for his last father's day, I would never step foot in a Crapabbas. Oh and the order was just spaghetti and sauce with a salad. That's it nothing fancy.

First time here, Great experience.....

Having to write this review unfortunately breaks my heart for the simple fact that the service was not as friendly as ALL the other times ive ever been to carrabbas. I always get the same thing the mezzaluna my favorite but once i started to get service from the bar our bartender her name was aspen was just really stand offish , slow , and i couldn't tell if it was because im younger i really dont know but i wont be coming back to this location at all she needs to learn better customer service.

Wow!! I am impressed! Our server Mite in addition to our hostess were both so helpful, enjoyable and on point! Cocktails were well made and prompt. All of the food was delicious, generously portioned and again, promptly delivered. Furthermore we were given the option to take a full meal of equal value home of equal value ($25 for my meal of two glorious pork chops) for $10. I really couldn’t have had a better dining experience. Hats off to Mite who was a pleasure!

My husband and I took his parents out for a late Mother's Day dinner. Our server, Vesko, did a wonderful job of helping them feel comfortable and heard. Food was prompt and fabulous. Vesko even packaged the leftovers, which isn't as common as it once was. We'll definitely be back!!

Kayla was excellent, timing with the food from appetizer to entree was perfect. Drinks were refreshed in a Timely manner and even got a fresh to go beverage . The manager Robert came and check on the service and was very eager to help with any concerns if any which there were not, They accommodated my allergy needs with no worries.

The waitress forgot to enter in my steak into our order, my gfs food was brought out 20 mins before mine... they offered me soup while I wait and I declined as i had a bowl already, then I gave us a salad which I think was to another table, but we got it, didnt want it, gf nibbled at it... They offered to comp us on the shrimp scampy then did not. I could have said something, but it wasnt about the money. Just want a good meal. my gfs Alfredo was cold. shrimp scampi was warm but she wasn't a fan and now doesn't feel good.. my steak was suppose to be medium and was more medium rare (i still ate it but wasnt as enjoyable, i wasnt going to wait 20 more minuets for another one), my Alfredo was hott and decent at least.. soup was good.. but my fries were not the best, soggy.. which I didn't get any ketchup for either and we didn't get checked on again during our meal so I couldn't ask. Everyone was appogetic, but didn't take any action really.. wouldn't recommend to anyone and I won't be going back, wasn't good for the price and service wasn't great either. I still left a 17% tip cause I'm not cruel but they could have done a much better job. Not sure if it's just location but this our first time there and had a bad expierence.

We planned on going to Olive Garden, but the wait was over thirty minutes. We wanted Italian. Where to go? We decided to try Carrabba's. It cost a little more but they sure worked for every dime! Everyone was polite and service was amazing! We were seated right away. The food was great, but even better was the servers. We were very happy!

Jenny and Angelica were awesome. As a solo diner they were friendly and attentive. Happy hour is so good for smaller portions, but I had to have the regular app meatballs! Yummy!

We had to wait to be seated and after a short wait was put at a booth by the bar. It took almost 10 minutes to get our drink order taken and after 3 people checked on us without taking a food order we found none of them could take the order. Finally we found out a server called off so 2 servers were waiting the floor. I ordered the lasagna and salad with house dressing. The dressing was gritty and watered down. It didn't really add any flavor to the salad. The lasagna had a watery tomato sauce and was slightly over seasoned. The competition next door blows this place away for the same order. The waitress that finally was assigned to us did an awesome job trying to keep up with opposite sides of the restaurant. So over all not a fan.

Came here today for a early Mother's Day dinner. This was our first time at this location and let me just say everything was absolutely wonderful! The food was perfect and delicious. Our server was so friendly and attentive, I hope I remember correctly, her name was Sarah. I'd come back just for her section again! For being such a busy holiday everything was still on point for my family and I. Truly appreciate it!

We had an early New Year's dinner here, always avoid amateur night !!! The food was delicious as always, and our server Veslincho was excellent. My wife ordered the Lobster Ravioli, our daughter ordered cheese Ravioli, and I ordered one of the seasonal specials, Rigatoni AL Forno. As usual, out comes hot fresh bread with dipping oil, soup, and salad that came with our meals. Everything was cooked to perfection and served hot. Hats off to the Team for a job well done. Update !! Just took my wife and daughter here for Mother's Day !! Sarah took outstanding care of us and as always it was delicious. The manager came over and give my wife a card for free dessert along with a flower and a slice of Italian wedding cookies as well.

This is the second time our family has been to this location. Angelica has been our server both times, thankfully! She is the best server! She is very professional and down to earth. Taking care of our needs and hanging out with our family at the same time. We will definitely be back, over all such a great experience. Also hostess/ food runner were awesome too.

Bart was our bartender...he was pleasant & made our experience enjoyable...he was so busy & wasn't even stressed out. We had thr Tuscan pork chops & they were the best tasting I've ever had!! This is the only place I can get a fresh salad!! 5 STARS to Carrabba's on HWY 19 in Port Richey FLORIDA!!

This Carrabba's needs some cleaning. Window sills dusty, dust on separation between booths and debris on the floor under table. Could do better. Also broccoli needs to be cooked properly... way overcooked.

My go to place when I can't figure out where to go out and eat. Never had a bad meal at this location or really any of they're locations come to think of it. Food is always consistent and staff always on top of things getting the job done. They should bottle and sell the Caesar dressing though just like OG does with their dressing. Based on this area it's probably the best restaurant to go for a decent meal and prices are fair for what you get as I never leave hungry.

Luncheon with 15 of us and noticed that they have only 2 waitresses. A few of us were served last and I did not get my salad while the others had their main lunch already… someone stop by from kitchen I guess serving food . I mentioned I didn’t have my salad and never got it….. I never got my salad but asked for it to go . My chicken was supposed to have a cheese filling and was over cooked with nothing in side.The waitress was very nice and sweet and trying to do her best.

Just left this Carrabba’s after spending time seated in the bar. Not my first time there but every visit to the bar is better than the last thanks to our AMAZING bartender aptly named BART! His inviting friendly demeanor makes each visit better than the last!!! We laughed and smiled and simply had a great time! He made an effort to learn our names and used his “Spidy Sense” to make sure our food was perfect and our drinks were never empty! I genuinely would go back just to hang out in the bar when he’s there! Carrabbas has got a gem of a bartender there! Thanks for the best time I have had in a long time! My friends and I will be back soon!

We had a wonderful dinner with delicious quality food! The calamari was perfectly crispy and the dipping sauces were amazing. Polla Rosa Maria was our favorite such an incredible dish with juicy chicken and melty cheese. Our server Angelica was delightful! She got us drinks and bread as soon as we sat down and we were so glad to have such prompt service and a friendly easy to talk to server. She recommended some tasty drinks and helped us navigate the menu with ease. Even took my picky kid’s modifications perfectly. Esmay stopped by our table and I was glad to see another cheery face who made sure we had a great experience. This is the best Carrabas around, we actually felt like part of the family. 😊

She explained the special items offered in detail and paid a large amount of attention to our daughter, which our daughter loved. Our server was Chris. He was attentive and we enjoyed his service. We had several people check on us prior to ordering to ensure we had been adequately taken care of. The meal was delicious and we enjoyed it. On the way out we were asked if we wanted a bag by at least 6 different employees. We've been to a lot of Carrabbas restaurants previously but this one is unparalleled in customer service. Now to address a previous visit, which I think deserves a thousand stars. Our first visit, we had Vasco as our waiter. Vasco is underpaid. Whatever he makes, he should be making triple. Lol. Carrabbas was never my favorite restaurant until we experience the Vasco experience. I regret not leaving a review for him sooner. He is not only extremely personable and attentive but also knowledgeable about the menu. We had only been in once previous to this evening but he remembered us and came right over to say hello. Who is training this staff?!? My husband, daughter, and I eat out often and the experience at this carabbas is unparalleled.

Christopher was great!! Food and everything was very delicious! Restaurant was very clean and light and bright!

Some of the food was great. The spaghetti and meat sauce was light on cause. The spicy marinara was very good. The lentils and sausage soup was also a winner.

The food and drinks were just ok. I wouldn't go there again, as a choice. But nice service, great atmosphere, wonderful smiles and personable.
