Best soft serve and sundaes in town.

On vacation, went twice in a week to give it a second chance, disappointed in the service both times. I asked if I could get two flavors in the small and she said “no” then in the same breath turned around and did two scoops in a small for my boyfriend. If you can do two scoops in a small, why can’t you do two different flavors? I had less ice cream in a medium than he had in a small. When I asked for “a tiny bit more” she laughs and goes “yeah you can buy another one.” Disappointed, annoyed, and shocked at how a historical brand like Carvel is being represented.

Feel discriminated against for my race. Treated me and my family completely different than the others in the shop. We've been going for years and recently, it's been AWFUL with the service. Will not be back.

The Carvel on Dixie in West Palm Beach is the best one around here. They have the same people working in that place for the past nine years. It’s nice to be recognized as a regular. Outstanding quality.

Nice and clean. Good ice cream, the only thing I would suggest to be a bit more attentive to your customers. I stood there for about 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me.

This Carvel have been here forever and forever it will be my favorite. Can't go wrong here. Banana split all day everyday please. Front Outdoor seating is cute . Although I must say it can get crowded with no parking and no seating at times.

This is the place to be, it hops 😁 We stopped in last Saturday night & it was super busy with a long line out the door but very well-organized & our wait was surprisingly short. It was very clean & well-maintained.

An old time West Palm Beach favorite. A true original ice cream place. The experience outdid the $100 dinner we had prior. Always consistent.

I brought my 2 boys here. It’s usually busy around the early evening time. There is not a lot of parking but people are coming and going so you find something! The staff inside was extremely helpful. I had a coupon and they helped me pick out what would qualify for the discount. Appreciate it. It’s very small inside. Don’t try bringing a stroller 😅 lots of families go there. There is some seating (outside) and then some benches on the side where the parking lot is…where we eat😝

I love this place…. The best root beer floats and milk shakes. These guys are the real deal !!! During Covid they kept the ice cream flowing. This was my sanctuary.. Thank you !!!!

Staff is always nice and ice cream is delicious. Today my son spilled the sprinkles off of his ice cream and the manager gave him a big scoop of sprinkles to replace them and it made my son very happy

Ice cream was DELICIOUS. The waffle tasted a tad stale. Service was quick and friendly. Outside tables are convenient to enjoy your ice cream. Only complaint is they store smelled very strong of bleach. I'm happy they clean properly but that smell is not a good mix with ice cream

I grew up in Palm Beach county in the '50s and '60s, and this Carvel was there when I was a kid. In many ways it really hasn't changed since then, and it is the place to go when you want something made with soft serve vanilla ice cream. And I noticed that the little kids in line with their parents are just as excited as I was back in 1963. So I'm glad it hasn't changed that much and I really love the service and the ice cream.

Just a little disappointed. It had been a decade and I remembered really tasty ice cream. This was good but not as good as I expected

Banks for crunch is still the best ice cream ever

We stopped by the iconic Carvel which we last went to in the 70's to get a small cone. Well the small was amazingly large and refreshing on first several tastes. Our choice was the pumpkin cheesecake and indeed tasted like it. Not used to eating ice cream, the surgery flavor was so bold we had to flush with cold water after consumption. For the most part, the sugar rush was fun although towards the end we had enough to last us until next year. Staff was efficient and friendly.

A nice place to visit with a friend for ice cream and a little conversation. I usually go on a Monday night when it is quiet. Weekends are much busier. The ice cream is good and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Outside seating only so I don't recommend on a rainy day. Enjoy.

Alittle pricey but good ice cream..

Visited the Carvel on Dixie Highway in West Palm Beach, Fl. For the price you’re paying for ice cream, large soft cup for $6.99 was skimpy. The sprinkles were lacking as well and that was extra as a topping. For the money I paid, I was disappointed in the outcome of my purchase.

No seating inside. Ice cream was okay.

My favorite Carvel to go to. I drive past it every day for past 20 years. The Restoration of the outside, the comes on the roof and painting of the building...Fantástico!!!

This Carvel has ice cold soft serve. It doesn’t melt right away.

Had a hot fudge sundae. Haven't had one in over 30 years. Tasted as good as I remember. There was a line when I came around 7:00 but the staff handled the crowd efficiently. I definitely will go back.
