First time at Casa Adela, I follow them on IG and I was around the area and decided to come today! Best decision I made the food was everything Felt like I was eating at Abuela house in PR. The pork chops, rice and plantains were everything and we can’t forget the salad with avocado and Kola Chamapgne! Happy they stayed opened and will be back!

Best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had. Food is consistent across the board! The chicken is juicy af, the pernil is falls apart, and the pork chops are the perfect balance of crispy and tender. The tostones are a must with any meal. The pastelitos go hard EVERY TIME! But my absolute favorite menu item are the habichuelas, comfort never tasted so good!

I been to a lot of Puerto Rican restaurants, in the Bronx, Florida and in Puerto Rico. This hands down gotta be in the top two. The food just brings backs those grandmas home cooking vibes. Like the food is special. The sorrelos were nice with guava and cheese inside. Can't wait to go back. And they even had pastelles.

Overall one star. There’s only one restroom. Which needs a key to enter. Waiting to get in was torture, you don’t know if it’s busy and you can’t wait near by the door which leaves it open for someone to cut in which is what happened. The waitress knocked over a glass jug of water that shattered and spilled cold water over my child. And lastly they don’t accept card cash only. It’s 2024 and they don’t take credit card. The food was good not great but to go next door to pay for ATM transaction fees to pay my Bill, just out of inconvenience I couldn’t find it just to leave a tip. Will not return and don’t recommend.

This Puerto Rican eatery is a true find, bringing an authentic taste of the island's cuisine right to your local area. With just six tables, this intimate restaurant can get quite busy. Though there is no physical menu at the establishment, you can easily view their selections on Google. The roasted pork and octopus salad are standout dishes, expertly prepared and full of flavor. With over 44 years of culinary experience, it's evident they've mastered their offerings. The restaurant exudes a nostalgic charm, reminiscent of 1980s Puerto Rico, complete with handwritten receipts and waitstaff calling out orders. The attentive team is eager to help you navigate the menu and ensure a delightful dining experience. Just remember to bring cash, as it is the only accepted form of payment here.

My buddy dated a Puerto Rican girl for one night and she raved about this place, so I had to check it out. Wow. What an establishment this is. I feel as though I walked through some sort of worm hole into what I think an authentic hole in the wall restaurant in Puerto Rico would be. No flash, all character and delicious food. For $12.50 you get half a chicken, and two sides that are bigger than my head and I have a HUGE head. It is quite literally 2 meals in one, I can't eat the whole portion in a sitting. This essentially comes out to $6.25 a meal, which rivals some TJ's froz-- Wait did you hear that.................yeah I think I did t-- INFLAAAAAATION BUUUUUSSTTTEEERRRRRR!!!! The chicken is tender, juicy, and rich in flavor while essentially falling off the bone. The yellow rice and beans were everything I could have hoped and dreamed.
