Why doesn't anyone know how to make a milk shake anymore. It's two ingredients. If I wanted to eat with a spoon I would have ordered ice cream. There is Milk in a milkshake isn't there. 🤷‍♂️🤦🤯

Ice cream is awesome, haven't had any food, but I'd imagine they do a great job preparing it. Being at cascades park is always an awesome experience

I take my dog here for a pup cup and a single scoop for me. Excellent service!!

Was a fun little spot for a soft serve cone.

My order seemed simple to me; two junior and one small, vanilla/orange twist with extra sprinkles. The lady taking my order said, “so the tiger twist?” I said yes, then proceed with my order. The two juniors came out as plain vanilla, so when the lady turned around to go do mine, I said “orange and vanilla twist.” She then hands me a chocolate and vanilla instead. Highly disappointed that everything was wrote down, specified several times, and then still wasn’t what I asked for.

You have to try this place if you like ice cream, especially if you enjoy a good old-fashioned malt. This place is AMAZING! I found out about this place a few weeks ago and have been there several times already. The only issue I have had is trying to find a good, legible menu to look at prior to going (and if you have ever been there, you understand. The line can get quite long, but worth the wait.) So, I am posting with 2 pictures of the entire menu on the drive-thru wall. I hope this helps anyone looking to find their flavor choice before getting in line. Good luck and happy eating! They give you the best portions on ice cream. I ordered a Banana split and boy I tell you it was well worth the price! Enough for two people to eat honestly lol

Love this place! They have large portions. High-quality food, drinks, and ice cream. I also watched a young woman drop her ice cream cone, and she asked for napkins, and they replaced her ice cream without her asking. That is not something a regular place would do. They went above and beyond, and I hope they thrive as a business!

Ice cream was vanilla and chocolate swirl in a cup and it was awesome...delicious!

There's always a lil wait but i see why. Great ice cream and great service. I love this place. Try the strawberry cheese cake flurry! :)

This place is great the kids that work here are very friendly very accommodating. The ice cream is fantastic and if you're from Jackson they have the Dome malts that are really good.

Best ice cream in Jackson! Hands down! The Staff are always friendly. The owners work hard to ensure items are stocked. And I can't recall a time when I ordered and they said "sorry we don't have that." Love this business;!❤️

The wife and I ending of our Day Date, treated ourselves to Ice Cream and a drive thru Cascade Park, it's been a while since we have had ice cream from, I asked for a small Mint Chocolate chip cone and I got , far from small and very inexpensive 👍🏾

I always love getting chocolate shakes from Cascades. Good price for what you get. My only gripe is how long the drive thru takes. I tried it once and will never do it again unless I go when nobody else is there. Walk up to order is so much better.

When you will only accept cash for payment, your staff should work with patron to sell !!!( in other words if patron has $8.00 give them there 2 items at $4.00 each!!!

The drive thru is usually long a nice days but it's worth it. The flurries are generously portioned so you really only need a small... But get a medium and you'll have plenty!

One of the best ice cream shops in Jackson. The staff are super friendly and they do their best to get the orders out quickly. We love it.

I had a tooth pulled this day and needed something cold soft and with protein. So probably not my best choice but the peanut butter sundae hit the spot till my daughter got out of work and was able to pick up my groceries while I slept off the pain meds, lol.

when i went to visit michigan i had some local friends take me to this ice cream place at this park, i really love ice cream so they recommended it. i was very impressed and surprised when i was handed the ice cream, because i ordered i believe either a small or medium chocolate ice cream cone with sprinkles on top. the whole ice cream was covered in sprinkles, i loved it, the ice cream was great and the size was great for what it was supposed to be. i’d definitely come here again next time i go to michigan.
