Happened upon this gem on a work trip and it was wonderful. Had the tacos and quesadillas with guacamole and chips. I wish I would have taken photos but I was starving. Must try this place.

This is a wonderful little place. If you want tex-mex or Americanized tacos this isn’t for you. If you want spectacular authentic Mexican food, look no further! Highly recommend!

The owner was extremely down to earth and very polite, the food was amazing 👏 🤩 You guys need to try the birria soup !!! And We also tried the taco's (chicken, steak and el pastor) it was BOMB 💣 😋 👌!!!

The whole enchilada and holy moly, guacamole!!! Food was amazing. We had a steak burrito and Chicken and steak quesadillas with rice and beans food came out quickly was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing.

Just left, it’ll likely be a one and done for us. There are too many Mexican restaurants in Ocala for us to come back, especially considering that the young lady with orange hair refused at first to give us the salad that comes with the enchilada platter, even though I said it was stated on the menu. She later asked us if we wanted the salad and we said yes. Also, we were charged $1.99 for a CUP OF ICE AND TAP WATER. Seriously? The food was good. But I’ve had much better. The al pastor was crunchy and clearly overcooked.

Tiny but mighty! Great, great food. In a town with plenty of other Mexican options, so happy we found Casita Luna. Torta was great and the tortillas taste sooo good - made a good burrito incredible. Quick, friendly service and clean establishment. Will definitely return!

I ordered tacos and guac to go. And that guacamole was the best I've ever had. I mean the best ever. Of course the chips are top notch too but the guacamole is the star of the show. And the quesabirra and Carne asada tacos did not disappoint....this place is amazing. Did I mention the guacamole?

Been here several times and meant to leave a review sooner. This place has superior burritos! The Alpastor is my favorite. So flavorful and it is huge. A little pricy but for the size and the taste, worth every bit of the $17(with tip).

Small space but excellent food. Enjoyed everything from flautas, burritos, tacos, & beef soup. Finished off with a nice cold horchata.

The best Mexican flavor in the area, the food is like home and the place is very cozy, the coffee is delicious and the best service, we will definitely return.

I have eaten burritos here twice. Today I had the Carne asada burrito. It was very tasty. As a Mexican American I am picky about the Mexican food at restaurants. But this was as authentic as you can get. The burritos are large as well. Highly recommended.

Small place but exquisite food. The flavors were excellent; my wife like that the food was clearly homemade. Don’t go expecting loaded tacos, as the are street tacos with cilantro and onion, but as I said before, the flavors were exquisite.

Homemade tortillas!! My daughter had steak taco with no tortilla cause she's a picky eater. She said it was the best steak she's ever had in her whole life. I had some green enchiladas and they were great. Will be back!

Subieron los precios de casi todo, sinceramente está caro considerando la zona y lo que venden, el lugar es pequeño, un día pedí una quesadilla, no había nadie más en el lugar, tardaron 35 minutos en sacar mi orden, al día siguiente pedí 4 tacos, tampoco había gente pero igual tardaron media hora... después fui a otra taqueria diferente en ocala que vendía lo mismo a menos de la mitad del precio, estaba lleno de gente tal vez unas 15 personas antes de mi, llegué y a los 5 minutos ya tenía la comida en mi mano... digo no está mal casa luna, pero yo buscaría otras opciones en el área.

Múy buena la comida pero el burrito que pedi en eĺ menu estaba en $10.99 y me lo cobrarón en $14.00 ya no los auspicio, el burrito bueno pero era todo arroz.

My name is Ed. I’ve been Mexican my whole life I worked in the business for 20 years. My brother has a very very successful Mexican restaurant in Kansas City for over 30 years. This little joint, Casita Luna is very tiny but it’s the real deal. I’ll give it a five star, it was clean the lady and gentlemen whom were working very very cool and kind and the damn burrito was super delicious. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Very good authentic Mexican food! Ive been to most of the other places and I gotta say this is the best in Ocala! And coming from a major city where we had an abundance of Mexican restaurants this place is REAL. I'll be returning often!

The best Mexican food in town, I love this place. The staff is so nice and welcoming and everything I have tried in their menu I have loved! Their tacos Al pastor and the quesabirria tacos are my favorite.
