Mila is amazing she make the place feel like home

Mila was great and her customer service was exceptional. When u walk in you are going to feel like home because her attitude is super fun and warm and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a good and fun time.

Feels like you’re at home, especially with the service, super cozy ambiance, and they have a selection of perfumes you can use in the restrooms which I found extra special. They have a huge selection of teas, and hookah flavors. Definitely recommend!

I love this place. Their seating options are extremely comfortable with good enough distance between them to feel private. Their "Eden" section is such a vibe and they never charge for it! Just ask and sit in ultimate comfort. The Hookah flavors have always been fresh and flavorful every time I've gone and it flies off the shelves. So you never have to worry that you're getting stale product. (My personal favorite is guava <3, tho every time I go they tell me everyone gets blueberry) If you don't know what to order, the staff is amazing at creating something delicious based on what you like. Amanda was amazing dream! So attentive and nice! They really take care of you here while still giving you plenty you-time. All in all. Highly recommend. 10/10

Came in for the first time and wasn’t sure what to do so I went up to the hostess, her name was Amanda. She assisted me in a friendly and kind way, and then lead me to a table. The atmosphere in this place is very calm, it’s a nice place to sit down and relax in after a long day. I do wish the TVs had subtitles though, or at least the day that i came in they were not on. Amanda would regularly check up on my table and ask if we needed anything, the service here is great. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a chill place to sit down and just vibe for a bit.

Amazing experience! Im from NY and its hard to find good local hookah lounges in Miami. Came in solo nervous and Mila made my experience so great and comfortable. She was a great host and gave exceptional service, Will definitely coming here again whenever im in Florida.

Amazing amazing service! We had the pleasure of being served by jessica and honestly i was left blown away. The service is impeccable, and honestly she was so amazing and sweet! There was so many selections of flavors and the atmosphere was so nice and welcoming I would recommend this place over and over again for anyone who wants to come and have an amazing time and be able to have a great time!

I received a warm welcome upon entering. The host demonstrated exceptional patience and friendliness. The cozy and comfortable environment made the experience enjoyable. Lastly, the owner, Faris, is truly charming and an outstanding individual. Without a doubt, this will be my preferred hookah spot moving forward.

I am in loss for words… I feel as if the true meaning of life has been concealed from me for the past 27 years. The service that has been provided to me and my party by Amanda almost feels like a fantasy ripped out of a best selling novel. Never have I experienced better customer service in my lifetime, and sadly, I don’t believe I ever will. I’ve reached a peak in where no being can ever recover from. This place is more than a “hookah lounge”. It is a home. Take this review as a warning! Once you enter this establishment, your life will be changed forever.

Absolutely great place to chill with your friends. I was here talking business and it had a great environment with a nice mix of music volume and comfortable sitting.

Awesome place to chill and catch up with some friends. Place is nice and clean. Staffs are very also good. One thing in mind though is the hookah price is a bit expensive, but kind off even out with the service.

They have so many flavors to pick from and you can even take them home if you would like. This is a perfect date night place.
