this place has seriously gone downhill over the past year, the food portions are not only smaller but it’s like the food is being thrown together without any thought, to-go orders have been a nightmare opening the box, and for some reason drinks never come out tasting the same as last time. something different every time it seems like. i use to love this food but i don’t know what’s going on here, for this price i would just enjoy something else to be honest

Save yourself the aggravation - understaffed and those present afflicted with lethargy. Fruit was still frozen. Yum.

Portion control has become obsurd. This is how much beef came on my $16 beef sandwhich. I basically paid for bread and cheese. Won’t be returning.

What a wonderful little gem tucked away in the corner of Colonial Towne Park. Breakfast, lunch, Colombian coffee, açaí bowls, protein pancakes and so much more! Delicious too!

Traveling to the Sanford airport. Great coffee, atmosphere, and food. We had the full crew including 3 kids. Very nice area and great service.

The peaceful atmosphere created a perfect setting for enjoying a delicious meal and a hot cup of coffee. The calming décor and soft lighting made it easy to relax and unwind. It was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Overall, the ambiance added an extra layer of enjoyment.

Great food & Service! A suggestion for a better experience…lower the volume of the music & consider music that is truly soft background music so we can concentrate better on work or conversation while enjoying the fine refreshments served.

You want a cute little place to drink your coffee, sip some tea, or even do some school or work this is this place! Yarelis and Santiago were super nice and helpful didn’t know what to get and they managed to prepare the best Chai drink I have had in a long time! Totally recommended this place!

As an acai connoisseur I can definitely say they have the best bowls! Yarelis showed me the options and had great recommendations, will come back:)

I tried dulce de leche iced latte! It was so good! Pan de bono is tasty as well! Calentado is one of my favorite bowls but I think it is a little overpriced for the amount of food.

Hands down the best coffee shop in town. From the fantastic coffee to the most flavorful food all coupled with an inviting and warm atmosphere to hang out, study or meet up with friends and family. From the moment you walk in you’ll be greeted with the most friendly staff who have infectious smiles. The staff really make an effort to get to know you and your order. Each time I go Santiago greets me by name and knows my order. He makes me and my staff our particular coffees and knows just how we like them. His question for me most of the time is just how many. Always prompt and accurate I have never had a mistake with any order and always served FRESH and HOT. If you’re looking for a new coffee shop for your daily or weekly visit look no further than CFS Lake Mary!

This looked like a unique little coffee house so I stopped for breakfast the other day. Small but cozy and clean and neatly decorated. Menu is super straightforward. They have breakfast and lunch items as well as the pasty counter. I got a chocolate macaron and not one but TWO pan de bono. They were so good I had to get a second. For my drink i got the Rainbow lavender latte, it was nice and strong and slightly bitter (I like it that way) I really enjoyed my time here and it was a nice little treat to myself. If I lived closer I'd love to come here more often.

Came here with my 4 year old son who was thrilled his hot cocoa came in a perfect mini mug. Our cocoa, chocolate muffin, ice americana and egg white and bacon sandwich were all great!

Great place with delicious food and excellent service. My family and I were visiting and found this place through good maps. We are so grateful we found it! They have authentic Colombian dishes with a twist and an excellent selection of pastries and baked goods ranging from croissants to lemon cake. The pistachio iced coffee is a must-have! I also enjoyed my yucca waffle BLTE. If I am ever in the area, I will surely return.

My experience at CFS Coffee was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, customer service was excellent: the staff treated me very cordially and made me feel comfortable from the first moment. The atmosphere of the cafe is simply charming, with a calm atmosphere that invites you to relax and enjoy your stay. I decided to try the dulce de leche cappuccino, and I must say it was delicious. The perfect blend of coffee with the smooth, sweet flavor of dulce de leche exceeded my expectations. Without a doubt, it is a drink that I would recommend to anyone visiting the place. In short, I highly recommend CFS Coffee. I will definitely come back again!

First time here and I love it! The lavender rainbow latte was so good I got a second, larger cup, and tried my first ever arapa de choclo with it...delicious! I "wfh" and hop around to various cafés and 'CFS Coffee Heathrow' is my "office" of choice for today. I will absolutely be returning for the atmosphere, kind service, and to try more food and drinks in the best future.

CFS - Lake Mary is the best. They have the best workers, great climate to meet with friends and colleagues. It’s a super cozy place to study and focus on getting things done. Definitely, one of the best spots to relax, unwind, have some coffee and refresh mentally.

10/10 highly recommended this place. The food was incredible. I ordered the yuca waffles breakfast meal. Outstanding! I wish I had them closer to my hometown.

When you walk into the cafe, you’re invited by wood grains and natural light. The environment is soft and creamy, much like the taste of the coffee. The barista had a smile on the whole time, and not only welcomed my wife and I in, but was genuinely happy to chat with us. Great hospitality! I personally had the “lavender rainbow” signature latte and it was prime quality. Not too much sugar and a subtle hit of lavender. Yum! Take a look at the drink!

I’ve coming here every morning for the last week and CFS is a very cute coffee shop - great coffee, yummy food and great service. Nice place to pop in for a quick coffee or stay and get some work done.

The workers were inviting and welcoming! The items i ordered were made in a timely manor and was made perfectly! I highly recommend coming here if you want a warm and relaxing environment:)

I went to this place for the first time today, visiting Heathrow I got it and it was a great experience from the service to the food. I recommend the arepas, the coffee and the omelet. I would definitely come back, please open one in Altamonte Springs!!!

My husband and I come here every day. It's our favorite coffee shop in all of Lake Mary. We love Nicole, she always greets us with a smile and says "the usual?" And knows we are starting the day with our Dulce de leche cappuccino (with almond milk). The whole staff is so friendly and make delicious coffee/food. And the music playlist is always a good vibe, it makes it the perfect atmosphere to read or work in

Really enjoyed the dulce de leche latte! The waffle was good but the texture was interesting... it was more stretchy than I anticipated. Which makes sense given the different ingredients used but don't expect the traditional waffle texture. Super cute vibe.

Lattes are always so good. Tried the oatmeal this time and would definitely order it again. Waiter suggested almond butter on it next time vs peanut butter. Fun little coffee shop to visit!

Fantastic pistachio latte. The chocolate protein bowl is larger than you think it will be and is quite filling. Fantastic place to unwind or hang out with friends.

Excellent service, friendliness and atmosphere

I went on Saturday may 4th around 5:45 pm and ordered 2 lattes for me and my boyfriend. I was really looking to get both coffees served on a mug as I google the place and loved the pictures but the lady who helped told us she was going to give us the coffee on a regular cup because she was working by herself. So I understood but then I decided to google the time for closing and it was at 7pm ,still understood until I saw people coming in and out of the kitchen and on top of that, the place was not even busy. So, I believe she just didn't want to wash the mugs, which is sad because people go to these places to get the whole experience. Besides that, coffee tasted good, the crossiant, not so much.
