ate takeout and ordered sweet and sour chicken and gave me wrong order

Consistently good food. We pick up so I'm not sure about delivery, but we have never had a bad meal here.

I got the szechuan style lo mein noodles, it wasn’t spicy and had chicken, beef and shrimp with chillie peppers seasoning in it. It was tasty but I wouldn’t eat their shrimp again. Also the portions are good with most plates, and the prices are normal.

We ordered delivery and it got here sooner than expected - which was nice. However, the food was gross. We spent over $60 for two people and threw most of it away. The crab rangoon was not even edible - very doughy and flavor was off. Scallion pancakes were gross and doughy with an odd texture/flavor. The general tso chicken with pork fried rice was edible but not anything great. Beef teriyaki was fine.

Food was well cooked and they were friendly. BUT FOOD PRICES WERE VERY HIGH ($12.50 FOR 6 CHICKEN WINGS) AND A PITIFULLY SMALL AMOUNT OF RICE WAS SERVED WITH THE MEAL. SORRY, I WONT BE BACK.

We offered some apps and the house pad Thai. The apps were a little over cooked but alright. The pad Thai smelled do disgusting I gagged then threw it out. This place is gross!

I just moved into Plaistow from my old neighborhood, found this restaurant, gave it a try, can say without a doubt it was a 10/10. The Pupu for 3 is a must try. Reasonably pricing

If you see the reviews, in 2014 I reviewed this place, with a glowing recommendation. That was when it was under the original owners. Today we ordered take out, and it was BAD. I ordered shrimp w/veg. combo plate, and it was uneatable. The "crab rangoon's" need to have something other than just cream cheese to be called that. The rice seemed to be days old, dry, and blossomed. Now to the main event: shrimp and mixed vegetables. They used to use nice plump shrimp, but tonite it seems they have decided to use pre cooked frozen type, and throw it into the mix. The dish was overflowing with huge broccoli stems, and was dry as a bone. (no sauce) Needless to say, I will never return. Too bad because it used to be excellent food...

This is the 3rd time we've been charged more than it should be. Both online menu and their menu had same price. Not happy. Quality has gone down hill. Plenty of other places to try!

Fresh, delicious, and consistent. The Pad Tai is great as well as the veggie rice.

I never put a survey this quick. I'm still eating. We are 15 minutes away, first time ordering. I think we had our food in 20 minutes delivered and its so fresh and delicious. Thank you. Added to favorites.

I'm giving them 3 stars because the girl in front was very polite and the food was ready in 10 min but I was disappointed in the food itself. The beef with mushroom was plain, shrimp lo mein tasted fishy and more like chow mein than a lo mein, general tso's was more spice than flavor but was cooked right not too much batter and a good amount of sauce, pork fried rice was soggy and lacking flavor, crab rangoons were really really sweet, pork strips were plain. Also the duck sauce was the orange kind like you get at the mall Chinese food places and I personally prefer the brown one. The egg roll was ok with some salt on it, the chicken fingers were good but all in all I wouldnt there order again.

Workers are very polite, very accurate. The food comes out in less than ten minutes. The duck sauce wasn't that hood. The pork strips were overdone. But the rice was very good. Everything tasted pre-made and frozen except for the rice.

My brother in law got our food for our Christmas celebration dinner here and it was awesome. The wife and I decided it was worth the 45 minute trip to try it again and I have to say the food was just as impressive. Nice little family business in a busy little plaza. Good luck to you all. What a disappointment! The rice was gross and greasy. The egg foo young was gross, hard, overcooked and greasy. The entire bottom of food container was covered in grease. We will never go back there again!

This used to be our go to place for Chinese food. The past few times the food has not been good. Lomein has been absolutely disgusting. What the heck are you using for noodles? And, your cooking staff isn't the same as it used to be. We just stopped getting take out from here all together. No close competition in the area so you think you don't have to try hard. Well, we will drive further.

Place was quick and friendly. Good was fresh and tasted good. Chicken fingers very good and egg drop soup. Crab Rangoon wasn't like other places I tried but still good.

Visiting in Plaistow for a few days, I went to Plaistow Commons to shop and to have lunch out at Chang Long, a little place that reminds a bit of Happy City in Somersworth. I’d eaten there previously in October while celebrating a legal victory. The décor was simple with just two tables for four. I had the Lunch Special - #L07 which had Lo Mein Noodles with Shrimp. It came with Egg Drop Soup and Pork Fried Rice ~ all for only $7.00 + 9% NH Meals Tax. It was less than a 10-minute wait for my food. All components of the order were great. The fried rice had a lot of chunks of the boneless pork and bean sprouts. The lo mein noodles had a lot of vegetables mixed in. Everything was seasoned just right. Portions were generous. Needless to say that I had leftovers which were already packed up to go. I noticed that they did a good amount of takeout business while I was there and deservedly so because the food and prices are fabulous. For the generous amounts of excellent-quality fresh food at near Cheap Eats prices with excellent, friendly service, I rate my experience at Chang Long at 5.0. I highly recommend eating here. Delicious food and the owner is very friendly. Don't expect a fancy dining in experience (Plastic fork and styrofoam plates). There are also two tables that can seat a total of 8 people. The food is well priced and very much worth it!

Just ok, was really looking forward to crab rangoon but was not a fan of theirs

I had some time to kill and was quite hungry. I was looking for a place to sit and read… have some tea, ice water, a nice relaxed meal. This is NOT that place! This is absolutely a take out place, not a restaurant… They do have two tables. A little girl (owner's daughter?) was doing her homework at one, I sat at the other. The people behind the counter were very lovely, and the string beans in garlic sauce were absolutely delicious. I did get a tray with a styrofoam plate and plastic fork. I had to buy a bottle of water. Really wonderful food, and I had enough for 2 more dinners at home, but I wish I had known it wasn't an eat- in restaurant. I look forward to going back and trying some more vegetarian dishes… and I'll be prepared to eat it someplace else.

Food seems fresh and well prepared but everything lacked flavor. Hot and Sour soup lacked the sour. Had good heat and it was filled with goodness but didnt pack any punch. The best dish was a shrimp lo mein...we got a chow fun, a pad thai a fried rice...I wish it was better.

I like Chong Wong Chinese food. The people who work there and own the place are very nice. Most importantly the food they make is delicious and affordable

While in Plaistow for business we were looking for a quick place to eat. Chang Long fit the bill. prices, food and quickness were good

I order here all the time and love the food. Today I ordered only one combination plate and the delivery guy refused to deliver to me bc A it's only one order and B it's 11 minutes away!! I waited and hour, called to check on my order and the delivery guy claimed he called me multiple times when it was only once! I'm 6 months pregnant and home alone!! Not happy!

Very typical. Chicken wings were dry...hard....just average food. Employees are very nice. But im not eating them...so in a pinch yeah sure...but keep your expectations low.

Buy the cheap Chinese take out standard, this place is pretty good.

I went there on April first (owners please take notice)...I ordwred a Happy family because a friend told me how good it was. I absolutely LOVED it. It was the most flavorful plate I've ever had.....too bad the kid who took my order was more interested in his cell phone than trying to be personal with myself AND the next customer. Would I tell a friend to try them? YES!!!! But I'd tell them to go with delivery

I find this to be the best Chinese place around here (only because I am very picky). I've tried numerous places but, it doesn't compare to this restaurant. I would recommend anyone who is looking for fast, friendly and amazing food here.

After a basketball game we stopped for some food and I was blown away by the service and quality. Fast, friendly, and priced right. Located in a little strip mall on Route 125, we had a quick dinner before heading back on a 2 hour drive north, my son and I were full and it was excellent. Fresh and made quickly and they have an excellent staff. If I am ever in the area again soon, I'll make it a point to stop in and eat again!

Love this place. The food is always just fabulous, the folk aren't talkative but they're friendly, efficient and can make great food. Love their bean curd home style with tofu and lots of veggies, their general gau, spare rubs, oh let's not forget chop sueys, crab rangoon. Anyws that's just off the top of my head - I've been coming to this place for years and when I compare it to other local Chinese take outs, this place wins hands down. Thank you chefs.

My fiance and I eat here at least once a month. They have the best Crab Rangoon. Their food is always good and freshly made. The workers are very pleasant and always accommodating. It is always nice when you walk in and they already now who you are and remember what my fiance orders since he usually gets the same thing but I like to get different things.

I just have to say that I love this place. I'm not crazy about crab rangoon but I love there's. I have always been happy with anything and everything there.

Meals [take-out] are hot but not over-cooked when gotten home. Vegetables are crisp and tasty. Menu is honest - not overselling it.

The food here is very good. They sometimes seem to be short on staff but the food definitely is great nonetheless. The pupu platter is a great choice.

We have been coming here for years. We usually get the General Taos chicken plate with fried rice and egg roll. The Egg Foo Young is horrible. The few times I tried it, it was burnt and the sauce was horrible. Crab rangoons are amazing. The are great cold too! All the workers are very pleasant.

Chang longs always delivers! Consistently! So many places are hit or miss. It's nice to see they're always on their game.

Food is good, but nothing special; i.e. I would keep trying other places first, but would eat there if friends were going. Have not had anything bad there. I have not tried it but have heard that they have fantastic crab rangoon. Staff is great. Friendly, patient and willing to make accommodations such as to make a spicy dish mild. Prices are great, especially lunch specials.

Love love love how fresh the food is. I live in a rural area and not many places offer delivery so this is a bonus. I also love that they keep your info on record via your phone number so I don't have to go through the phone, address, etc. The owners are always nice and friendly. I order all the time.

Being tired of Hawaiian Isle I decided to finally try Chang Long. Every plate I ordered surprised me with how tasty it was. I got crab rangoons, pork fried rice, beef teriyaki, boneless ribs and lobster sauce. Needless to say I will go going back and trying some more plates but for me personally I rarely find a chinese restaurant where all of those plates taste as good as they did. 8/10.

This place is will give you the best service with a smile...I love this place the quality of the food is great and you cant beat the delivery service when the food arrives and its still to hot eat. Keep up the good work!
