Pluses and minuses but would probably do again. Our server Amy was great. Loved all the sports playing on the TV’s. Playlist was good along with the volume. Food: Fantastic onion rings came with a white tiger sauce which was really tasty. The smoked prime rib was excellent. Green beans were so so and Probably the jazzed up from a can variety. Crispy Garlic bread and hush puppies were spot on. Brisket was good, but not great and not sure why it was wrapped in foil? Pulled Pork and chicken didn’t have much flavor on their own. Luckily there were 5 flavors of BBQ sauces on the table to help with that. The boiled corn on the cob wrapped in foil was a huge disappointment. Mac n cheese was underwhelming and would advise that you not order it. My minty mocktail was very refreshing. The bar cocktail menu looks great. Friendly manager stopped by our table.

Today Jenna was super friendly and the food was really nommy. Very good seasoning on the burgers. The fries are bubbly 😋 and the corn nuggets are delish. Thanks for being so polite and attentive. 1 year ago Huge tvs. Really bar like atmosphere. BBQ is yummy. Burgers are really small. Fries are crispy. Really slow service thou. Must be short staffed no refills and long wait.

Restaurant had printer problems, order in no problem. Waited 1 hour no food nothing but drinks. Like this restaurant great prime rib, barbecue etc. No electronics no food.

Let me say the BBQ was Great but what made it better was our Waitress. The only suggestion as BBQ person and Pit master. You don’t have leave the brisket in aluminum foil when serving. Put it in carbon paper. Or just place it on mat.for presentation But I’m glad Melbourne Area has a Legit BBQ joint. At least I can smell the Hickory When entering the Restaurant. I’ll be back. Thank you.

Our favourite bar in the area. Servers were fantastic and really friendly. Food is really good. Drinks choice also top. Whilst being able to feel like a proper bar it's still kid friendly plus there is a separate dining area away from the main bar. Multi screen sports, great food cold beer. If I'm ever back in the area I'll be here.

The food is good. However, the service could be better. I ate my whole meal before I got a refill. She dropped the food off and didn't come back until she wanted to collect the money. 🙄

We loved Charlie and Jake’s so much we went back the very next day! Brisket, pulled pork, beans, creamy Cole slaw, potato salad, quinoa salad, all fantastic! The homemade banana pudding - amazing! And Grace, our server - was absolutely perfect, and the food was brought out in very good time. All in all a great experience 👍

Food tasted decent. My pulled chicken was not hot, sent it back, and it came back almost the same. Small portions. Disappointed.

Service was good but food was trash, not flavor at all, my wife chicken and my brisket was out seasoning, really bad flavor. manager not manners at all. I wasn’t expecting him remove anything out my ticket, I was expecting at least manager come to my table and ask me what happened.

The ribs and fried okra are some of the best I've ever had! The service was top notch! The atmosphere is friendly and inviting and very clean. My only regret is that we don't live closer so I could come more often.

Brisket was not edible. It was tough and rubbery. The brisket looked like it might be boiled. We sent back the “burnt ends” which looked like dog food but were still charged for them. Waiter was not friendly, and seemed to be annoyed. On a positive note, ribs and wings were fantastic, potato skins and cocktails were also good. Bring your own bbq sauce. Update: e-mailed the owner as requested below and never got a response back.

My son and I came for the first time and our server Maddie gave us superb service. She was perfect in every way and very attentive. We will return soon.

Haven’t been here in a while and seems to have missed a step. We were seated immediately (it wasn’t busy) and waited 10 minutes for water. We ordered right away and wanted to share an app and then a big combo meal. We then waited over 30 minutes for our app… which came out with the dinner. Ok, no problem but the brisket nachos were lukewarm and barely any brisket (for $5 up charge) and the cheese was congealed. The combo plate was ok but also just warm. Every other time we’ve been here the food has be delivered fast and super hot. Maybe they had a bad night. The ironic thing was we also ordered a to go dinner for my daughter and that came out hot and boxed immediately. Lots of BBQ places to try around town before coming back to this one.

This was my first visit. Unfortunately I was disappointed. Although the company was grand, the food was mediocre 😕. The ladies room floor was so slick a fall would have been likely for anyone going in there. I mentioned it to the hostess as I left, hoping she would tend to it promptly. It's not on my list to visit again. I've said it before and no doubt will say it again....you only get one chance to make a good first impression.

We ate there for Mother’s Day and I realized we had no “paper” on our trays. After looking at the pictures posted🤦🏽‍♀️. Food was right on the tray????!!!😳! Food was very dry too. We didn’t want to complain but won’t be going back. So 8 of us were served yesterday.and no brisket😳🤷🏻‍♀️

Waited over 10 minutes to find our waitress to request ketchup. There were 4 other people in the restaurant as we arrived for early lunch (11:15) The manager sat at the bar on the phone the WHOLE time I was walking around looking for help. I even stuck my head in the kitchen as he just sat there. Our food was cold by the time I finally found her. Response to owner: Our visit was last Thursday at 11:15. It was a male manager sitting in the first bar stool twards the parking lot entrance. I did walk around for looking for help as there was no ketchup on any of the tables. My father was in a wheelchair and we were seated at the first table to the right of the entrance.

Horrible experience. The food was extremely bland and the manager is the absolute worst. Don’t waste your time at this place.

Excellent BBQ joint. From the brisket to the pulled pork to the wings, it’s all good. They’ve got all the Florida brews on tap. The bartenders are great. I recommend ordering the tall beer so you can avoid paying $9 for 16 ounces of a beer you can get for $4.50 at other places.

I went for lunch we sat outside at the bar. The food, Pulled pork on garlic bread with a baked sweet potato, was moist and delicious. Server, Angela W, was efficient. Our order was accurate, refills on drinks and pleasant attitude. BTW, No additional charge for using a credit card!!!! Major plus for me.

Visiting from out of town and what a great spot! We had awesome, fresh, good portioned food. Emma J was an incredible server! She was attentive, kind, passionate, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face! Too bad we don’t live closer or we would be back often!!

Decent restaurant located in the middle of everything when it comes to Satellite Beach overall selections good pricing decent I would give this place five stars had it not been for some of the side dishes being cold this was probably just a fluke and eventhat issue I would definitely recommend for lunch

WAITED 25 MIN AT DRIVE THRU YESTERDAY FOR A CHICKEN SANDWICH AND MAST POTATOES , WONT BE GOING BACK

Service was mediocre. Pulled pork sandwich was more like boneless pork chop sandwich. Server and manager uninterested in helping resolve issue.

Fast service. Jimmy, our waiter was awesome and quick! Made sure we were never without a drink. Smoked wings were SOO good! 3 meat tray was amazing and meat was not dry at all. Brisket was yummy. Husband enjoyed the prime rib. We had an excellent time and can’t wait for our next trip.

I went there for lunch with a group of friends. This place has a nice atmosphere and a lot of food and drink options. I ordered a grilled chicken salad, which came with two hush puppies. The food was absolutely wonderful, no complaints. The service was a little sluggish, we did have a group but we just really never saw the waitress. I will definitely be returning.

Foodc was OK. Not enough sauce for a lb of wings. Sandwich was greasy.

Wonderful meal - the brisket was amazing, the hushpuppies were tasty and crispy, the cole slaw was creamy and a little sweet.

Loved it! The menu for entrees, sandwiches, sides etc is excellent! Our choices of smoked turkey and chicken delicious, well prepared, and promptly served. Service was prompt, friendly; drinks were good. We were on the patio and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning and trying more items.

Today, when trying to redeem my stamp card for a free lunch, I was informed that they discontinued the program at the end of December. When I inquired about any notices on Facebook or their website, I was told there were none. Lack of communication leaves customers in the dark. The lady at the window mentioned that management won't budge on redeeming stamps, highlighting a lack of coherence. It's essential for businesses to follow through on their initiatives or provide clear signage when ending programs. First time visiting, and I was very impressed with the food, I loved it, and the service was great until we got our bill, I asked the waiter before i order my beer, how much was a 16onz beer versus a 20onz, he mentioned $7 for a 16onz and $9.50 for 20 onz, when we get the bill I was charge $9 for 16onz and $12.50 for 20 onz!!!! Big difference in what he had said to me, so of course I said to him something is wrong, and he said I got confused with the prices!!! I said....you work here, I don't. You should know the beer prices.....he replied I'm sorry.......HE DID NOT FIX THE BILL AT ALL Do you think I'm going to believe that he doesn't know the beer prices? Come on!!!!!

This was our first and last time going here. While my dinner wasn't bad it was definitely overpriced for flavorless ribs. Best part were my sides. My husband ordered a ribeye med well and got rare. Sent it back and they put it back on the grill for longer. I love ribeye steaks and even I wouldn't eat it. The tvs were so loud we couldn't hear each other.

We were seated in the back room even though there were open seats in the front by bar, my first thought was out of sight, out of mind! This turned out to be true, we ordered drinks, apps and dinner. Water came quickly, drinks took awhile (maybe 20 minutes), one drink never came! Waited a good 50 minutes and apps came out (they were lukewarm) and 2 minutes later all the entrees came out. Who wants to eat their apps with their dinner? 2 of the entrees were wrong, but our server quickly corrected them. Brisket was average, ribs were good, sides were tasty! Don't generally like to blame the server for poor service if the kitchen is backed up, but he never came back until after the food was delivered by the food runner. Left him a nice tip anyway! We now have lots of wings for football today. Not a good night for us here, but we will try again.

We came in tonight on Christmas Day and our server (Laurie) was fantastic! You can tell the restaurant had a busy day due to being one of the few open establishments on a major holiday but she was sweet and professional the entire time. We got the 3 meat combo and the portions were just perfect! Their sauce is tasty and the food was super fresh and moist. We will definitely be back. My husband also enjoyed watching some of the football games on the big screens as well. Overall, a great experience. We really do appreciate you being open and serving us on Christmas day.

Alabama style barbecue. Almost everything on the menu you can't go wrong with. awesome atmosphere. Reasonable pricing.

Music was too loud. I asked three times that it be lowered. Each person told me the owner had arrived and turned it up to that level. I asked to talk to the owner - no show.

We stopped in here (first time ever) just to get a BBQ SANDWICH, 2 sides and a drink to go. 1.) Mac and Cheese - tasted like something I'd get in a nursing home...NO FLAVOR. 2. Ordered the tater tots but received French Fries.....and the came in a very nice oil soaked bag and were definitely not anything to write home about.... 3.) PULLED PORK BBQ Sandwich... No smoke flavor...at all. What, are they smoking this meat with real smoke? Or is it an industrial smoker that a lot if these "bbq" restaurants use? 4.) It took TWO TRIPS back into the restaurant because the waiter forgot to put sauce, Ketchup and Cutlery in the bag with the oil drencued bag of French Fries. 5.) I've been in the restaurant business for 57 of my 70 years(YES I started in my uncle'srestaurantat age 13 in New York)...I've been a chef, a manager, an owner and consultant to the industry. Suffice it to say this may be a great place to hang out, have a drink, get your ear drums busted....but a place to enjoy BBQ? Where's the BBQ?

This has been our go to for a while now…love the sports venue and the service was good…the last visit when I ordered my usual Arugula Salad…there was no Arugula in it…it was mixed greens! OOPS! Well then came Thanksgiving and my Mom wanted to go to C+J’s so we went…I understand the wait for a table but the wait for the food was way long. When it did come out there was no hush puppies with my salad but there was arugula i the bowl this time but…. They forgot the Thanksgiving Turkey Dinner my mom ordered! When they did bring it out after quite a wait our food was cold and there was no cranberry sauce. It was served on a tin with paper and the sides in the tin cups…I get this is your normal method but it is Thanksgiving…that should come on a plate..I have to say for $25 it was pretty skimpy… i feel something is amiss here…i have to wonder what has changed? Will think long and hard about a return visit. So sad to see a local go downhill.

Came here for an early dinner based off of a recommendation from locals. The food is very good - smoked wings were delicious; ribs were just tender enough. The menu has a variety of sides that would appeal to many tastes. On the table are 4 sauces and they are happy to give you more from the long list - I asked for Caribbean Jerk: sweet and spicy. Service was nice and attentive. Atmosphere was nice enough. Indoor and outdoor seating with plenty of TV screens playing sports. Recommended for the food.

We went to watch a game at the bar. That failed since it was so busy, so we got seated in a booth, at least we could see our team. The food was not outstanding as some BBQ joints but doable. I was not expecting such a tiny half chicken, I guess they don't grow up anymore. It was cooked to temp. I wasn't that fond of any of the bbq sauces, which were not marked, but one was ok. The green beans were not good. Cooked for sure but odd flavor and soggy. I love green beans but couldn't eat them. The sweet potato and hush puppies were good. The temperature of the food and building were both comfortable. The service was great. We felt guilty about taking up a booth to watch the game so we left and didn't get to watch the rest since it's not a local team. A 4 star overall for all the games, that package isn't cheap! I wish your bar was bigger!

Ordered 3 full racks of ribs. Over priced for the quality of the food. We live in Alaska, and these were prices I would expect to see in Anchorage. They musta hit that crack pipe when they were deciding on food prices. The sides were very small. For $37 you get what cost them maybe $10 in ingredients. They got 3 stars because the ribs tasted good at least. Will go somewhere else the next time we visit.

This place is a MUST every time we vacation here. Never had a bad experience and the food and service is exceptional. Can’t wait to come back again!

The food is decent, but prices have gone up significantly.. even for cheap fried Oreos. I used to work here and my last week my family cat was dying. My parents were on their way home and I didn’t think she would make it when I went to go check on her after I had been there hours earlier to feed her breakfast and meds. I called in to explain that things got progressively worse and that I may be late as I’m very upset and have to inform my parents. I got to work maybe 10 minutes late. I got talked to about “you can’t be late over a cat” I heard also “it’s just a cat” well little do they know I got the cat in 2011 and I had it all the way up to 2023. If you’re new there they will give you the sections that nobody wants to sit at. Meanwhile you will see other servers get many more tables (max I could have is 3) some servers get 4 tables then also half the high top bar tables so 4 tables then anywhere from 1-10 more checks depending on how many different bills groups will have. If you try to do silverware early or like trays then sometimes you are told you’re doing great. Other times other workers will take your stacks of trays as their own and then you’re forced to redo more. Those sauces on table? 🤮 sauce is poured into just top of containers every night. They say we will clean one flavor each month but honestly, that wasn’t the case. They had let go multiple servers the week they had let me go. They had also let go a bar tender of years of service there because “they are going a different direction.” I was very upset and was not happy where I was at . I’d get tons of tables between rush hours before all servers were there. On my last day it was just me and one other girl serving before the lunch rush crew came in. Of course no set sections and tables all over the restaurant . The managers were in their manager meeting. I had about 6 tables and a customer did not like their pork macaroni. I told her I’d get a manager. I kept getting stopped by other tables and had tried to locate a manager. When I was not on the floor she had gone up to the bar to demand a manager . I was let go because she got to a manager before me. Sharing for those looking for work and wanting to be treated with respect. This place is not it. I have gone back for food but unfortunately last time will probably be my last time. Our sever Alyssa was excellent! Unfortunately I was upset that they wouldn’t let me mix brisket taco with fish taco , even if I wanted to pay extra. You can do brisket and chicken , chicken and fish, but not fish and brisket. The fish taco had unripe avocados. I had asked our server to inform the management.. hoping I’d get new avocado I could add to taco but she came to inform me that she had let them know. Didn’t seem like they cared. They didn’t even come out to apologize . The cost of drinks had sky rocketed as well as all entrees. Even the cheap 1 dollar Oreos that I used to love selling to customers had gone up a crazy amount . I put low atmosphere rating as the TVs are always too loud and too dark as many people I’ve seen while working there had to pull out their phone flash light to see the menu.

Place is too loud. One TV channel blares. Even sports bars don’t have it up that loud. Went on a Saturday night around 7 and it was not terribly busy but service slow. Ordered app of hush puppies and took a long time just for those. My $15 tequila drink was so full of ice that when we left it was still full of ice. Couldn’t even taste the Grand Marnier that was supposed to be in it. My pulled chicken was solid white, chopped, and pasty. That’s not how it looks pulled off the bone and smoked. It was odd. The sides were delicious though. Might return because husband enjoyed his brisket sandwich but hesitant because the atmosphere and my chicken and drink were so disappointing.

Restaurant was filled with FSU fans because there was a game on, that is fine no big deal, unless you don't go to BBQ joints to watch sports and want to find a place to park, had to park in the oil change places parking lot. The TVs were so loud we were literally yelling for a basic conversation. My whole table only got one drink each, never got asked for a refill. Food was good but nothing that exciting. When we were very clearly done eating, took about 30 minutes just to get a check and leave. I would try again because I understand it was busy, but if it's the same next time it will probably be my last time.

Just passing thru after a few VERY difficult, emotional and physically demanding days... We could not have picked a more perfect place to unwind, relax and finally just enjoy US... of course then wait Jimmy stopped by and was over the top fantastic. He won't remember us, but we will forever remember him. God bless Y'all!

Customer service was unfortunately a zero. Even after speaking with two managers. Nina was especially rude and condescending. The pic shows the food to be taken home ( left overs ) but as I was ordering an identical item to go a waitress took the food away despite a to go box next to the plate. Waitress replaced the meat but not the sides. When I called the restaurant asking for a credit for the sides I had to speak with three people. John offered to only replace the sides if I would drive the 40 minutes to get them. Refusing the offer I was transferred to Nina who promptly told me I should've told the waitress I wanted the sides ( I did tell the waitress ). Apparently the restaurant can't afford a $4 or $5 refund so Nina told me I couldn't have the sides because I didn't pay for my meal as I was someone's guest!! She failed to explain why I'm allowed to take home the entrée' though My low overall rating reflects the managers lack of customer service - without a restaurant is nothing 09-18-2023 2.32pm

Mediocrity on a metal tray. Dry, bland chicken, Mediocre cold macaroni and cheese, skimpy ribs with hardly any meat. Wrapped up in poor service. Atmosphere was tolerable.

Used to love this place. Me and my friend both got the mahalo pork sandwich. The bread on mine was rock hard, hers was soggy on the bottom. Not much meat at all just a Big slice of pineapple. The pork on mine was dried out, lmy baked potato was only half cooked. Even the glass of water tasted nasty. We used to come here all the time . The last visit was the same story. 😔

Wow! I really gotta get better at taking pics of my food, but I always end up eating it so quick! Everything is always amazing here. This is our 3rd time and it seriously gets better every time. The food is always amazing and I have to give a special shout out to Maddie. She seriously made our night with her amazing service and attitude. We were seated right away.Our waitress , Michelle was friendly and attentive.Our food was delicious! I had the small platter bbq for $12.99 there was enough food for two meals! I would definitely go again.

Ordered 1lb (16 oz) of pork to go. Bag felt really light. Weighed it at home and weighed 10 oz with bag and container it came in. Might be 8 oz of meat... what a rip-off.

Outstanding! Absolutely delicious food. Our server was Shane and he was so attentive and truly understood the importance of being an awesome "host" to a dining family. Thank you Shane! The food was amazing! Leftovers keep the party going. And you don't want to skip dessert! The Brownie Skillet was larger than expected. Awesome to share, and share we did! And the Peanut Butter Pie is always a favorite of ours as well. Best brisket in town! Don't miss out!
