I have loved this place for ten+ years ….UPDATE….it has gotten better …almost as good as it once was ….just needs some tweaking now …..old review : unfortunately, the food quality and taste has declined recently…..last few meals from here were not nearly as good as they used to be…..Lo Mein noodles were mushy and flavor was missing ….the Generals chicken was not as good ….less flavor and the batter didn’t have enough texture…..I sincerely hope it makes a comeback

A local gem! I always like to stop here when in town for a true sit-down Chinese food experience. Friendly and warm staff with all the classics available in high quality form! Fair prices and very clean! Don’t miss out!

Walked out with no food after awful service from an older lady working there with a bad attitude and arguing with me over cold sake. Still paid even but the principle is we will NEVER be back. Very uncomfortable.

Twice the price for half the flavor!! We eat Asian foot at least once a week back home...On vacation we sought out Jade Palace...this was the worst oriental food we have ever had! Sad to say, The best thing about it was the rice...the entrees that were supposed to be spicy were bland...the fried dumplings were chewy and flavorless...and the egg rolls were burnt!! The worst ever!! We come to this part of Florida at least 3 times a year...I can tell everyone reading this we will NOT be making this mistake again!! :(

Best Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is fantastic and service is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I have been coming here for 7 years with my family and it is ALWAYS consistently amazing. They know our order when we come in and sit down and are always so courteous and personable. My wife ate here with her family 30 years ago and it was the same thing.

Never again! Take orders was 30 minutes wait after showing up when I was told. Got home and was missing items. Called in and was told they would deliver it. Because another hour wait and cold food is delicious.. Anywhere else in Brevard would be better. Word of advice stop using children to take orders! Food was dry and bland! Service is terrible!

Throwback to my childhood in Boston, with NY style Chinese. Egg rolls were exactly as ordered and came out fast. We had beef fried rice and Mongolian beef and both were fresh and delicious. Shrimp and lobster sauce (Boston style) with brown sauce was perfect!! Great place, good portions and very reasonably priced.

Nice place. Not a big fan of the fried rice or egg rolls. The beef n broccoli sauce was somewhat bitter. Egg drop/wonton soup was tasteless & gelatinous.

The food taste great. My dish which was the shrimp and garlic sauce with vegetables had a good flavor just a little bit too much sauce, but it had a good flavor. They have a large variety under menu and service is great. They were very attentive to my drinks, and made sure that I neverhad an empty cup. Friendly atmosphere very well decorated

Was down visiting my parents and we stopped in for dinner. Jade Palace was a real pleasant surprise. I'm so used to mediocre chinese/asian restaurants; dinner at the Jade Palace was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was a wonderful young lady. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. The restaurant is a cosy affair with a dozen or so tables/booths.

I have been eating here for 15 years now and it has been 15 years of EXCELLENT food! I travel for work around the country and this is by far the best Chinese food i have had plus the staff have always been amazing to me and my family. A absolute gem of a restaurant in our community and i am very thankful

I ordered Buddha Delight as I am doing Veganary. It was delicious!! Everything was fresh and tasty. Will definitely be ordering it again. Highly recommend.

1st Visit to a sit down Chinese restaurant, which seems to be hard to fine. Most are take-out. Good hot food with lots of favor. Loved the soaps and main dishes. Will come back

Great Chinese sit down! Tired of all the Chinese buffets. Yeah you get bang for buck, but you lose the fresh cooked flavor you get when you order sit down! Large portions and great price and great food! Will be back!! Just Don't ask for anything special. What you see is what get!

I liked the atmosphere of this place upon walking in, but my boyfriend and I came in for takeout this time. We got the crab rangoons, moo shu pork, and beef lo mein. We were planning on taking our food to a nearby park and enjoying it there. Upon arrival, however, we found there was no silverware or napkins in the takeout bag. Frustrated, my boyfriend had to drive all the way back to ask for some! I'm sure this was just a one time misstep, but it was still very frustrating. In addition, the rangoons were watery and tasted off, the moo shu pork was way too salty and also had an off taste, and the beef lo mein did not have as much sauce as my bf would have liked. The fried rice had a weird orange color I'd never seen before. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but we spent nearly $50 there for a below mediocre experience. I was disappointed because this place had such good reviews and looked beautiful on the inside. We likely won't return.

Food was on the higher end for Chinese but well worth every dollar of it! The family that runs the restaurant were all ready to help when I was picking up a to-go order. The atmosphere was clean and felt like I was in another country.

Wow! An actual sit down Chinese restaurant! A rarity these days. If you miss going to an actual Chinese restaurant and dining in, this is your spot. Super friendly staff, a good sized menu with many of the classics, but significantly better than takeout. I’ve been here twice and neither times disappointed. The only thing that disappointed me on the recent visit, is they no longer include wonton soup and hot tea as they did in the past.

Very good Chinese food. A tad pricy, but the quality of the food was surprising. If you want high end Chinese food, this is your place.

The place was really busy, completely full. They were also busy with carryout and delivery orders. I was alone so they offered to have me sit at the bar. I accepted and was served immediately. The food was very good and service was excellent. Great job

We ate there for lunch. Entrees include soup or egg roll and fried or white rice. I had the General Tso’s chicken and my husband had beef with broccoli. Lots of veggies in his. The wonton soup was just what my stomach wanted. Everything down to the pot of tea was fabulous. Great prices as well. I would highly recommend this gem!

Jade Palace is a great place to get Chinese food. The speed in which they prepare their food and get it out to the table is second to none.

My fiance and I we're looking for good Chinese food, and we stumbled across this place. After we discussed some criteria, we found this to be affordable and very appealing... It's unfortunate that you can not use substitutions for rice or noodles, but no big deal, everything tastes delicious, so give-and-take, lol

Best Chinese we have found in the area by far, will definitely be back! Excellent house special lo mein and fried rice, chicken lo mein, egg rolls, spring rolls, and amazing homemade steamed pork dumplings!

They have the best Chinese in the area. The orange beef is so delicious. It's covered in this orange sweet glaze sauce. Mouthwatering! The Mongolian Beef is delicious too! Just so you know even when you ask for spicey it's not spicey.
