OMG STOP DON’T go any where else..I live in California . We planned a trip to Ormond Beach because m boyfriends daughters birthday fell on Fathers Day. Since we were flying I needed to find a bakery that could not only make amazing cake beach theme. But I needed it delivered..I found Chasing Cakes on Google. I emailed Michelle Chase. And fast quick response.walked me right thru the process helped me on cake flavor..excellent follow up..super sweet. Very beautiful work on my custom birthday cake! Got a red Kawasaki 636 with a race track background. If you ever need a custom cake done I highly recommend this. The attention to detail too is amazing

Michelle has her business down to a science. She was able to create my egg cake vision and the cake tasted wonderful. I selected Red Velvet and Cream Cheese as the inside of my cake it was not only delicious it stayed moist at least 5 to 6 days after the celebration.

We had Michelle do cupcakes as favors for our wedding, in addition to a small simple wedding cake. Her cakes are delicious - so fluffy and delicious with such excellent flavors! Michelle was so accommodating and packaged the cupcakes individually for us. She responds very quickly to inquiries and communicates throughout the process. We are so happy with our choice to have Michelle as our baker for our wedding. We love supporting small local businesses and the quality of her work is superb!!

We loved our wedding cake! She was super helpful with us too. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they're also super delicious! We contacted her late into our plans for our wedding when our original baker informed us they couldn't do our wedding. Not only was she available and accommodating, but when we regrettably had to change our plans from our full wedding ceremony to just a small, intimate elopement (our financial institution where we were housing the wedding fund went bankrupt and we're still waiting on them to pay out), she was able to help us change our cake vision to fit our smaller gathering and change our delivery method (to us picking it up) so easily. Words cannot express how grateful I am for all of her help. Everyone loved the cake, too. 💕

Michelle is incredibly creative with the design of all her cakes. She went way beyond in creating these masterpieces for my wife’s 75th birthday. The cakes were the talk of the party. My wife was blown away when she saw them. If that’s not enough, these were the best tasting cakes I’ve ever tasted. The chocolate ganache cake….I can’t stop thinking how delicious it was. Luckily I have a bit leftover to devour.

I had never ordered a custom cake prior and was not sure of the process. Michelle helped me through everything and made the ordering process smooth. She delivered exactly what I wanted, and my daughter was over the moon!

Michelle made my son and nephew cakes for a joint birthday party. She was incredible. She worked with us getting the boys exactly the cakes they wanted. She delivered them for us which took a huge stress away from messing them up during transportation and gave us extra time to set up for our party. And they were delicious! Our families are very picky when it comes to food but they were amazed at the quality of the home made cakes and icings. The cakes were moist and delicious. Everyone was in love with them. Outstanding experience! My son's safari-themed first birthday cake truly made the party complete and received so many compliments. Not only did it look fantastic, but it tasted great, too. I always try to give my Daughter a party that beat the previous year. I travel from NH to MA in order to make sure her cake is also bigger and better then the previous year. Chasing Custom Cakes NEVER fails me! I am a very last minute person. Michelle has always found time for my last minute call! As I panic that she will not have time for me. She assures me that she will get it done and she does! She ALWAYS pulls it off and it is always bigger and better! She is also very reasonable with price! I couldn't ask for better!
