So I asked for NO PICKLES, NO ONIONS NO TOMATO LOOK AT WHAT YOU GAVE ME, IT WAS A SPECIAL ORDER THAT GOT SCREWED UP, PLAYING TOO MANY GAMES AND NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT YOUR DOING, IM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MY ORDER,TRIED TO CALL, BUT NO ANSWER...

The young black guy working the register was unbelievably stupid and needs to be retrained. He didn’t know how to do anything and kept asking me stupid questions like if the bag of groceries I was clearly holding was my food. I think he was stoned or something. I told him no mayo like 5 times and it still had to be corrected by another employee. Fire him.

Every time I visit this location either something is missing from my order or it's messed up. Went there for lunch today and the guy at the window messed up my order and tried to argue with me that I was reading the menu wrong when it was right in front of me. Asked for manager, and he said there busy. Several more times of demanding to talk to someone who knew what they were doing, he finally called someone over. The manager finally understood what I was saying and took care of the problem. It shouldn't be this hard to order chili dogs. What are we paying these people $20 an hour for if they can't do there job. The chili dogs and fries were delicious but I don't know if it's worth the hassle anymore.

I ordered fish sandwich it was not hot at all, The double burgers was sorry also.. The chicken bites and fires was good temp.. We ordered apples pies they wasn't hot i asked the guy was they supposed to be hot he said yes of course he took them and gave us different ones it was the same temp the services from them wasn't good .. maybe they was tired over worked idk the cleanliness of the restaurant was nasty...

When it cooked fresh it is delicious.

One of the last places I can find a truly affordable meal. Also, the taste of their seasonings is amazing, over all I'd say it has both quality and quantity. My new favorite fast food.

TV commercials for $1 wings and the sign is on the building for $1 wings but the location says no. The case number is 5879063 from calling the 800 number. This is crazy... advertise on TV and then put it on the marquee/billboard on your building... then don't honor the offer!

They had me waiting outside to place an order for 12 minutes after the 12 minutes I decided to leave because they will not have no more of my time or my money and all I wanted was a medium frie they need better management for sure

I like this place and I got a job here now and I already loved the food from here 😋they just got cream slushy for the customer's now and it tastes good 👍 😋 thanks to Ryan the gm 😊 🙏 he let me know about it today 😋 😀 and his manager chance made one for me and it was great I would recommend it to anyone 😋 😀

Just made my last vist to this horrible location. Brought in my text coupon for a free fry, if you go on their text list, they send coupons. We'll this time they weren't very happy about it. Then told be me it was invalid, and "there nothing I can do " by the manager on duty. They then took my fries out of the bag. Quick service, friendly staff. Food is good for fast food. Miss their apple pie, rolled in brown sugar & cinnamon. Dip it in small vanilla milk shake.. yum. I will visit there again. They have a lot of food to choose from. Do recommend this fast food restaurant.

One drive thru line, and a 20 min wait in line just to order.. At 1:00 am...

I come here semi frequently because it's close to my house and I do my laundry at Jackie's. I've only had one staff member be rude to me, but I only had the one interaction with him, so I'm not sure if he's there anymore. Besides that, though, my order is always accurate.

Very well run, food comes fast, crispy and they actually season everything. Spicy chicken sando is streets ahead the McChicken.

Went through the drive through at checkers and we had 2 different orders for 4 people in 1 car. She told us she can not do 2 orders through the drive through. That we had to drive around again so they can take the second order. So i guess they didn't want our business anymore and we come here a lot. I never had this problem before. She was to worried about the timers. Instead they lost 4 people business. When asked for her name they refused to tell us. Then they all took off their name tags. They had a bad attitude when we asked why they couldn't do it. I have never in my life been treated so disrespected in my life. I can't believe they think they can disrespect costumers and nothing be done about it. Thats why this day in age this generation people act the way they do. They are not held accountable for their actions. UPDATE... AFTER I TALKED TO THR MANAGER ABOUT THIS ISSUE HE SAID HE WOULD COMP OUR MEALS AND I CAN COME UP TO GET SOME COMBO MEALS. This is based on an October 31st visit. We were walk ups, & the guy taking the order was really cool! Our fries were perfect! Our medium order fries looked like a medium order (felt ripped off at a Plant City location a few months ago)! Burgers, not as great. More of an appearance thing & soggy buns. Once again, with fast food, burgers will never look like the picture!

My mother and I waited today in the drive thru and we ended up leaving without getting any food. There was a car and a truck in front of us, and for a solid 10 minutes neither of the two cars in front of us could even got a chance to say their order.

When you order a large size and receive a smaller size but get told that is the correct size with knowing that's not correct

The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Tried to stop at the drive thru and spoke with this obnoxious guy. I asked what was the $5 deal they had and he began to tell me but I couldn’t hear him clear and asked him to repeat his sentence because it was distorted and he sounded annoyed to repeat it but he did. Then I asked what drinks do they have that is not soda and he literally said coke products. I’m like, ok? I ask which product is NOT soda and your answer is coke products???? He then said it’s on the menu? WOWWWW! It proves to show why checkers is never busy and I’m sure is losing business! They hire criminals and people with the worst attitude!!! This is the second checkers I walked away from because of their attitude! I will never stop at places where o don’t feel welcomed! I’d rather go elsewhere especially when there are 50+ choices in that radius! Management has poor decision making when it comes up hiring these hooligans. Update: I just looked at these reviews and please believe them! I wish I would’ve looked before wasting my time! It is noon Friday October 6 and I vow to never go back!!!!
